刺激响应型药物控释系统一般以天然多糖生物大分子或其衍生物作为载体,通过化学结合或物理吸附等方式负载药物分子。具有刺激响应功能的天然多糖生物大分子或其衍生物能够感知其所处环境的变化,并由于其物理或化学性质的变化而做出应激... 刺激响应型药物控释系统一般以天然多糖生物大分子或其衍生物作为载体,通过化学结合或物理吸附等方式负载药物分子。具有刺激响应功能的天然多糖生物大分子或其衍生物能够感知其所处环境的变化,并由于其物理或化学性质的变化而做出应激响应,因此可在不同环境或条件的刺激下,通过药物与载体之间化学键断裂或载体自身降解等方式将药物从载体中释放,从而实现药物的控制释放。结合课题组的研究工作,介绍了常用的刺激方式,包括单一刺激和多重刺激、外源性刺激和内源性刺激,为开发新型刺激响应型药物控释系统提供了思路。 展开更多

Background:This study aims to investigate the therapeutic effect of Wa medicine Niang-Mu-Liang medicinal liquor(NML)on rats with diabetes mellitus erectile dysfunction(DMED)and its impact on the ferroptosis signaling pathway.Methods:Thirty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups:Control,DMED,and NML.After establishing the DMED model,treatments were administered for 8 weeks.After the administration,apomorphine hydrochloride tests were conducted to measure the mass and organ index of testes and epididymides,sperm concentration and viability in each group.Penile corpus cavernosum tissues were stained with hematoxylin and eosin.Nitric oxide and cyclic guanosine monophosphate levels in the penile corpus cavernosum tissues were determined using biochemical kits and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,while the expression of proteins related to the ferroptosis signaling pathway was measured by Western blot.Results:Compared to the DMED group,the DMED rats treated with NML showed significantly increased erection frequency,testicular and epididymal mass and index,sperm count and viability,along with noticeable improvement in the pathological morphology of penile corpus cavernosum.The content of nitric oxide and cyclic guanosine monophosphate,and the expression of ferritin heavy chain,ferritin light chain,and glutathione peroxidase 4 proteins in penile corpus cavernosum tissue were elevated,while the expression of transferrin and STEAP3 proteins was reduced.Conclusion:NML can improve erectile function in DMED rats by inhibiting the ferroptosis signaling pathway. 展开更多

目的锥体束CT(Cone beam computer tomography,CBCT)结合Simplant软件,术前定量判断牙种植区骨密度。方法对141例牙缺失患者进行CBCT扫描,共187个牙缺失位点,数据导入Simplant软件,对种植位点骨密度进行测量,骨密度以Hounsfield units(... 目的锥体束CT(Cone beam computer tomography,CBCT)结合Simplant软件,术前定量判断牙种植区骨密度。方法对141例牙缺失患者进行CBCT扫描,共187个牙缺失位点,数据导入Simplant软件,对种植位点骨密度进行测量,骨密度以Hounsfield units(HU)表示,结合Lekholm和Zarb分类法进行分类统计。结果牙缺失位点骨密度平均值为(530.35±211.65)HU,下颌前牙区(783.94±109.54)HU>上颌前牙区(584.53±185.76)HU>下颌后牙区(570.88±173.07)HU>上颌后牙区(385.49±186.10)HU。上颌前牙区与下颌后牙区之间骨密度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),男女性别差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论CBCT可以反映患者术前颌骨质量信息,结合Simplant软件,对种植术前评估与规划有指导意义。 展开更多

Objective:This study aimed to evaluate the effector mechanism of Yiqi Tongluo soup in alleviating diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:Thirty male SD rats were divided into the control group,mode1 group,and Yiqi Tongluo group.Each group consists of 10 rats.Except for the normal group,a high-sugar and high-fat diet combined with streptozocin injection were administered to the groups to constnuct the type 2 diabetes mellitus model.Then,6.48 g/kg of Yiqi Tongluo soup was administered to the Yiqi Tongluo group every day by gavage.An equal volume of physiological saline was administered to the control and model groups every day by gavage.During the experiment,changes in blood glucose and nerve conduction velocity were monitored in all groups.After the experiment,hematoxylin and eosin and luxol fast blue staining were carried out,and morphological changes in the sciatic nerve and myelin sheath in all groups were observed.Western blot was used to observe changes in expression levels of autophagy related proteins,Beclin-1,LC3,and P62.Results:Blood glucose significantly increased,and nerve conduction velocity significantly decreased in the model group.Yiqi Tongluo soup significantly decreased blood glucose level while simultaneously increasing nerve conduction velocity.Hematoxylin and eosin and luxol fast blue myelin sheath staining results showed that Yiqi Tongluo soup could improve sciatic nerve disorder,irregular myelin sheath morphology,and demyelination in type 2 diabetes mellitus rats.Western blot results showed that Beclin-1 and LC3I/LC3I expression levels in the model group significantly decreased,while P62 level significantly increased.Compared with the model group,Beclin-1 and LC3II/LC3I expression levels significantly increased and P62 levels significantly decreased in the Yiqi Tongluo group.Conclusion:Yiqi Tongluo soup can inhibit diabetic peripheral neuropathy by increasing autophagy. 展开更多

Pathogenic microorganisms can cause infectious diseases in the human body and cause harm to humans.Under the continuous changes of human life style,sudden infectious diseases and sudden pathogenic microbial contamination in food have brought great challenges to human health.Traditional pathogenic microorganism detection is mainly carried out in laboratories with low speed,and requires experienced operators,which greatly affects the detection efficiency,and real-time monitoring cannot be achieved in the face of epidemics or food contamination.In response to these new situations,new on-site rapid detection methods have become a must,but to achieve the purpose of on-site rapid and immediate detection,higher requirements have been put forward to sensitivity and specificity.Due to their special photoelectric properties and adsorption properties,nanomaterials have gradually been applied in on-site rapid detection methods such as biosensors,and some substantial progress has been made.In this study,we introduced the actual application of nanomaterials in testing and their applications in on-site rapid testing,and made some prospects for the development of on-site rapid testing methods. 展开更多

Colorectal cancer(CRC) is still the leading cause of cancer death worldwide, but the clinical effect of drug therapy such as irinotecan is not an ideal way at present. In recent years, probiotics have attracted much attention, and the combination of probiotics may play an important role in the prevention and treatment of CRC. This work proposed a cellular chip-MS system, to study the synergistic effects of probiotic Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG(L.GG) and irinotecan on HCT116 cells by cell viability and on-line mass spectrometry(MS) analysis. The double-layer chip sandwiched with a polycarbonate membrane can coculture HCT116 cells and L.GG. And the solid phase microextraction chip can be used for desalination and concentration. Finally, the extracted chemicals were entered the electrospray ionization quadrupole time-of-flight MS to detect irinotecan metabolites. The results showed that with the increasing concentration of co-cultured L.GG, the percentage of living HCT116 cells decreased, but the relative amount of metabolized SN-38 by HCT116 cells increased. Therefore, the microfluidic system can be used to detect and monitor the synergistic effect of irinotecan-L.GG combination on HCT116 cells. In summary, our study provided experimental evidence for the first time with potential applications of irinotecan-L.GG combination in CRC treatment, and the cellular chip-MS system as a powerful tool can be used in the experiments of probiotics as new drugs. 展开更多
