目的分析菱形阻滞联合腔内臭氧注射和运动康复治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法选取2018年1月—2018年7月于四川省骨科医院收治的膝关节骨性关节炎患者100例作为研究对象。根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组患... 目的分析菱形阻滞联合腔内臭氧注射和运动康复治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法选取2018年1月—2018年7月于四川省骨科医院收治的膝关节骨性关节炎患者100例作为研究对象。根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组患者给予腔内臭氧注射和运动康复治疗,观察组患者在此基础上采用菱形阻滞治疗。分别于治疗前及治疗6周后用数字评价量表(NRS)评价患者疼痛程度,西安大略省和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评价患者骨关节炎严重程度。分别于治疗前及治疗12个月后,利用奎森功能演算指数(Lequesne)和国际膝部文件委员会(IKDC)膝部功能主观评估表评价患者远期疗效。结果观察组治疗后NRS评分、WOMAC评分较对照组低(P<0.05)。两组治疗后NRS评分、WOMAC评分较治疗前低(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后IKDC膝部功能主观评估表评分较对照组高,Lequesne评分较对照组低(P<0.05)。两组治疗后IKDC膝部功能主观评估表评分较治疗前高,Lequesne评分较治疗前低(P<0.05)。结论菱形阻滞联合腔内臭氧注射和运动康复治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效显著,可在近期减轻患者疼痛,降低患者骨关节炎严重程度,且在远期改善患者膝关节功能方面也具有一定的优势。 展开更多

Efficient,stable,and noble‐metal‐free electrocatalysts for both the oxygen evolution reaction and the hydrogen evolution reaction are highly imperative for the realization of low‐cost commercial water‐splitting electrolyzers.Herein,a cost‐effective and ecofriendly strategy is reported to fabricate coral‐like FeNi(OH)x/Ni as a bifunctional electrocatalyst for overall water splitting in alkaline media.With the assistance of mild corrosion of Ni by Fe(NO3)3,in situ generated FeNi(OH)x nanosheets are intimately attached on metallic coral‐like Ni.Integration of these nanosheets with the electrodeposited coral‐like Ni skeleton and the supermacroporous Ni foam substrate forms a binder‐free hierarchical electrode,which is beneficial for exposing catalytic active sites,accelerating mass transport,and facilitating the release of gaseous species.In 1.0 mol L^-1 KOH solution,a symmetric electrolyzer constructed with FeNi(OH)x/Ni as both the anode and the cathode exhibits an excellent activity with an applied potential difference of 1.52 V at 10 mA cm^-2,which is superior to that of an asymmetric electrolyzer constructed with the state‐of‐the‐art RuO2‐PtC couple(applied potential difference of 1.55 V at 10 mA cm^-2).This work contributes a facile and reliable strategy for manufacturing affordable,practical,and promising water‐splitting devices. 展开更多

Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is a serious threat to public health,but its underlying mechanism remains poorly understood.In screening important genes using Gene Importance Calculator(GIC)we developed previously,ribosomal modification protein rimK-like family member A(RIMKLA)was predicted as one essential gene but its functions remained largely unknown.The current study determined the roles of RIMKLA in regulating glucose and lipid metabolism.RIMKLA expression was reduced in livers of human and mouse with NAFLD.Hepatic RIMKLA overexpression ameliorated steatosis and hyperglycemia in obese mice.Hepatocyte-specific RIMKLA knockout aggravated high-fat diet(HFD)-induced dysregulated glucose/lipid metabolism in mice.Mechanistically,RIMKLA is a new protein kinase that phosphorylates betaine-homocysteine S-methyltransferase 1(BHMT1)at threonine 45(Thr45)site.Upon phosphorylation at Thr45 and activation,BHMT1 eliminated homocysteine(Hcy)to inhibit the activity of transcription factor activator protein 1(AP1)and its induction on fatty acid synthase(FASn)and cluster of differentiation 36(CD36)gene transcriptions,concurrently repressing lipid synthesis and uptake in hepatocytes.Thr45 to alanine(T45A)mutation inactivated BHMT1 to abolish RIMKLA’s repression on Hcy level,AP1 activity,FASn/CD36 expressions,and lipid deposition.BHMT1 overexpression rescued the dysregulated lipid metabolism in RIMKLA-deficient hepatocytes.In summary,RIMKLA is a novel protein kinase that phosphorylates BHMT1 at Thr45 to repress lipid synthesis and uptake.Under obese condition,inhibition of RIMKLA impairs BHMT1 activity to promote hepatic lipid deposition. 展开更多

采用粉末冶金方法制备了一种具有双峰晶粒结构的超低碳9Cr-ODS(氧化物弥散强化)钢,通过OM、SEM、TEM、显微硬度和拉伸性能测试,研究了热处理工艺对其显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,超低碳9Cr-ODS钢经正火+回火后为回火马氏体组织... 采用粉末冶金方法制备了一种具有双峰晶粒结构的超低碳9Cr-ODS(氧化物弥散强化)钢,通过OM、SEM、TEM、显微硬度和拉伸性能测试,研究了热处理工艺对其显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,超低碳9Cr-ODS钢经正火+回火后为回火马氏体组织,具有粗、细晶分明的结构特征。细晶区的平均晶粒尺寸约为1.6μm,粗晶区的平均晶粒尺寸约为4.3μm。同时,基体中存在大量的位错结构,且纳米级氧化物数密度可达约1022m-3。不同的热处理工艺不会改变超低碳9Cr-ODS钢粗、细晶双峰晶粒结构特征。经热处理后,细晶区比粗晶区具有更高的硬度。随正火温度升高,粗、细晶区的显微硬度先上升后下降,且在1100℃正火时达到最高。正火温度一定,回火温度从700℃升高至800℃时,粗、细晶区的显微硬度先下降后上升。700和750℃回火时,组织得到回复,发生软化,温度越高硬度越低;而在800℃回火时,超低碳9Cr-ODS钢因发生部分奥氏体相变导致硬度提高。25℃拉伸实验结果与硬度的变化趋势一致,随回火温度升高,超低碳9Cr-ODS钢的强度先降低后增加,延伸率则呈现相反趋势。700℃拉伸实验结果表明,超低碳9Cr-ODS钢的强度随回火温度的升高稍有降低。结合力学性能及断口分析结果,分析了双峰晶粒结构超低碳9Cr-ODS钢的断裂机制。经1150℃、1 h正火+750℃、1 h回火后,超低碳9Cr-ODS钢具有最优的强塑性匹配。 展开更多

ODS钢因其优异的高温力学性能和抗辐照能力被认为是新一代核反应堆最具潜力的结构材料之一。在机械合金化后,通过粉末热锻成型的方法制备了一种低活化9Cr-ODS钢。采用SEM、XRD、TEM及拉伸实验等研究了粉末形貌和粒度随球磨时间的变化规律,以及热处理后9Cr-ODS钢的微观组织及力学性能。实验结果表明,球磨至50 h后,粉末的粒度、晶粒尺寸和晶格畸变趋于稳态。热处理后的9Cr-ODS钢成功获得了具有高密度位错的回火马氏体组织,晶粒细小,析出相为M_(23)C_(6)碳化物及Y-Ti-O型氧化物。氧化物颗粒的平均直径为10.2 nm,数密度约为1.3×10^(22) m^(-3)。粉末热锻成型的9Cr-ODS钢的致密度达到了99.4%,并具有优良的强塑性,其室温抗拉强度和屈服强度分别为910 MPa和750 MPa,700℃时分别为200 MPa和160 MPa。 展开更多

设计了一种新型纳米氮化物(MX相)与氧化物协同强化的9Cr-ODS钢,并对粉末冶金制备材料在不同热处理后的力学性能与显微组织进行了测试表征。采用粉体热锻造固化成型替代热等静压工艺,制备的新型ODS钢获得了98%的良好致密度。材料正火及... 设计了一种新型纳米氮化物(MX相)与氧化物协同强化的9Cr-ODS钢,并对粉末冶金制备材料在不同热处理后的力学性能与显微组织进行了测试表征。采用粉体热锻造固化成型替代热等静压工艺,制备的新型ODS钢获得了98%的良好致密度。材料正火及回火后的组织为回火马氏体,不存在明显的择优取向及粗、细混晶组织,平均晶粒尺寸约1μm。在晶界未观察到明显的M23C6型碳化物,但在基体内获得了大量尺寸在30~200 nm范围的MX析出相。同时,纳米氧化物析出相弥散分布,平均粒径约3.0 nm、数密度约1.9×10^(23) m^(-3)。力学性能测试表明:材料的显微硬度随正火温度从980℃升高至1200℃而逐渐降低,而随回火温度从700℃升高至800℃呈现先增加后降低的趋势;材料经1100℃、1 h正火及750℃、1 h回火后获得了最佳的强塑性,室温屈服强度、抗拉强度以及延伸率分别为1039 MPa、1103 MPa及20.5%,700℃下分别为291 MPa、333 MPa及16%。 展开更多

Metal-nitrogen doped carbon catalysts(M-N/C) with abundantly accessible M-Nxsites, particularly single metal atom M-N/C(SAM-N/C), have been developed as a substitute for expensive Pt-based catalysts.These catalysts are used to increase the efficiency of otherwise sluggish oxygen reduction reactions(ORR) and hydrogen evolution reactions(HER). However, although the agglomerated metal nanoparticles are usually easy to form, they are very difficult to remove due to the protective surface-coating carbon layers, a factor that significantly hampers SAM-N/C fabrication. Herein, we report a one-step pyrolysis approach to successfully fabricate single cobalt atom Co-N/C(SACo-N/C) by using a Co2+-SCN-coordination compound as the metal precursor. Thanks to the decomposition of Co2+-SCN-compound at lower temperature than that of carbon layer deposition, Co-rich particles grow up to larger ones before carbon layers formation. Even though encapsulated by the carbon layers, it is difficult for the large Co-rich particle to be completely sealed. And thus, it makes the Co atoms possible to escape from incomplete carbon layer, to coordinate with nitrogen atoms, and to form SACo-N/C catalysts. This SACo-N/C exhibits excellent performances for both ORR(half-wave potential of 0.878 V) and HER(overpotential at 10 mA/cm2 of178 m V), and is thus a potential replacement for Pt-based catalysts. When SACo-N/C is integrated into a Zn-O2 battery, battery with high open-circuit voltage(1.536 V) has high peak power density(266 mW/cm2)and large gravimetric energy density(755 mA h/gZn) at current densities of 100 mA/cm2. Thus, we believe that this strategy may offer a new direction for the effective generation of SAM-N/C catalysts. 展开更多

A mathematic model has been presented to predict the decarburization kinetics of grain-oriented silicon steel sheet in the gas mixture of N2–H2–H2O during annealing.This model is based on the carbon flux balance between the oxidation reaction at the surface and the carbon diffusion inside the steel sheet.It can be numerically solved to quantify the influences of annealing temperature and atmosphere on decarburization kinetics when the boundary conditions are properly determined.In case that a humid gas mixture is employed during annealing,the most influential process parameter is temperature rather than compositions of the gas mixture,because the diffusion of carbon in ferrite is the rate-limiting step.Therefore,a higher temperature is required for the efficient decarburization of the thicker silicon steel sheet using the industrial continuous annealing production line. 展开更多

This paper examines the effects of CFO narcissism on audit fees in China.Using the size of CFO signatures in annual audit reports to measure individual narcissism,we find that CFO narcissism is associated with higher audit fees.We find empirical evidence that CFO narcissism significantly increases the audit fees of listed companies,and this effect is stronger in state-owned enterprises.This paper also explores the mediating effects of financial information and the engagement of prestigious Big-4 and Big-10 firms.The results show that companies with narcissistic CFOs have lower quality financial information and prefer more prestigious firms,which leads to higher audit fees.This research highlights the importance of CFO narcissism in corporate performance and provides new evidence that will be useful for listed companies that plan to hire senior executives. 展开更多

Health risks assessment due to exposure to organic contaminated soil at an oil refinery out of service is conducted in this study by integrating health risk methods of U.S. EPA (United States Environmental Protection Agency), ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) and VROM (Ministry of Housing, Spatial Planning and the Environment in Netherlands), with the localized parameters using Chinese demographic characteristics and site features. The monitoring results show that the concentration of benzene, benzo(a)pyrene and benzo(a)anthracene in the soil of the site all exceed their risk screening values, respectively, with pollutants concentrated in soil 0.1-5.5 m beneath the surface. To estimate health risks of the site with the 95% upper confidence limit of the pollution, we focus on three major exposure pathways, namely, oral ingestion, dermal contact and breath inhalation, which indicates carcinogenic risk (CR) and non-carcinogenic hazard quotient (HQ) of the contaminated soil reach 9.59×10^-5 and 15.46, respectively, exceeding the acceptable level of 10^5 and 1, posing severe health hazards to the residents at the site. Pelleting is the most extensively used thermal processing method in feed industry.In this article,a single pellet press device was developed to investigate the pelleting processing of animal feed.Effects of moisture content(10%-18%w.b.),preheating temperature(60°C-100°C)and maximum compression force(0.2-0.6 kN)on feed pellet were determined and analyzed,as well as energy consumption.The results showed that unit density,pellet hardness and energy consumption were 0.87-2.92 g/cm3,1.08-4.55 kg,and 3.27-12.66 J/g,respectively.Unit density was found to increase with the increase of preheating temperature and maximum compression force,but decrease with the increase of moisture content.Pellet hardness showed a first ascending then descending trend with the increase of moisture content,but exhibited a positive relationship with both preheating temperature and maximum compression force.Energy consumption increased with the increase of maximum compression force,but exhibited descending trends with the increase of moisture content and preheating temperature.Due to its features of low cost,high efficiency and easy control,the single pellet press device has a wide application prospect in feed processing. 展开更多
