Accurate segmentation of oral surgery-related tissues from cone beam computed tomography(CBCT)images can significantly accelerate treatment planning and improve surgical accuracy.In this paper,we propose a fully automated tissue segmentation system for dental implant surgery.Specifically,we propose an image preprocessing method based on data distribution histograms,which can adaptively process CBCT images with different parameters.Based on this,we use the bone segmentation network to obtain the segmentation results of alveolar bone,teeth,and maxillary sinus.We use the tooth and mandibular regions as the ROI regions of tooth segmentation and mandibular nerve tube segmentation to achieve the corresponding tasks.The tooth segmentation results can obtain the order information of the dentition.The corresponding experimental results show that our method can achieve higher segmentation accuracy and efficiency compared to existing methods.Its average Dice scores on the tooth,alveolar bone,maxillary sinus,and mandibular canal segmentation tasks were 96.5%,95.4%,93.6%,and 94.8%,respectively.These results demonstrate that it can accelerate the development of digital dentistry. 展开更多

Maximum power point tracking(MPPT)technology plays a key role in improving the energy conversion efficiency of photovoltaic(PV)systems,especially when multiple local maximum power points(LMPPs)occur under partial shading conditions(PSC).It is necessary to modify the operating point efficiently and accurately with the help of MPPT technology to maximize the collected power.Even though a lot of research has been carried out and impressive progress achieved for MPPT technology,it still faces some challenges and dilemmas.Firstly,the mathematical model established for PV cells is not precise enough.Second,the existing algorithms are often optimized for specific conditions and lack comprehensive adaptability to the actual operating environment.Besides,a single algorithm may not be able to give full play to its advantages.In the end,the selection criteria for choosing the suitable MPPT algorithm/converter combination to achieve better performance in a given scenario is very limited.Therefore,this paper systematically discusses the current research status and challenges faced by PV MPPT technology around the three aspects of MPPT models,algorithms,and hardware implementation.Through in-depth thinking and discussion,it also puts forward positive perspectives on future development,and five forward-looking solutions to improve the performance of PV systems MPPT are suggested. 展开更多

The development of alternative renewable energy technologies is crucial for alleviating climate change and promoting energy transformation.Of the currently available technologies,solar energy has promising application prospects owing to its merits of being clean,safe,and sustainable.Solar energy is converted into electricity through photovoltaic(PV)cells;however,the overall conversion efficiency of PV modules is relatively low,and most of the captured solar energy is dissipated in the form of heat.This not only reduces the power generation efficiency of solar cells but may also have a negative impact on the electrical parameters of PV modules and the service life of PV cells.To overcome the shortcomings,an efficient approach involves combining a PV cell with a thermoelectric generator(TEG)to form hybrid PV-TEG systems,which simultaneously improve the energy conversion efficiency of the PV system by reducing the operating temperature of the PV modules and increasing the power output by utilizing the waste heat generated from the PV system to generate electricity via the TEGs.Based on a thorough examination of the literature,this study comprehensively reviews 14 maximum power point tracking(MPPT)algorithms currently applied to hybrid PV-TEG systems and classifies them into five major categories for further discussion,namely conventional,mathematics-based,metaheuristic,artificial intelligence,and other algorithms.This review aims to inspire advanced ideas and research on MPPT algorithms for hybrid PV-TEG systems. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT)has shown promising therapeutic effects on mice with experimental colitis and patients with ulcerative colitis(UC).FMT modulates the Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4)signaling pathway to treat some other diseases.However,it remains unknown whether this modulation is also involved in the treatment of UC.AIM To clarify the necessity of TLR4 signaling pathway in FMT on dextran sodium sulphate(DSS)-induced mice and explain the mechanism of FMT on UC,through association analysis of gut microbiota with colon transcriptome in mice.METHODS A mouse colitis model was constructed with wild-type(WT)and TLR4-knockout(KO)mice.Fecal microbiota was transplanted by gavage.Colon inflammation severity was measured by disease activity index(DAI)scoring and hematoxylin and eosin staining.Gut microbiota structure was analyzed through 16S ribosomal RNA sequencing.Gene expression in the mouse colon was obtained by transcriptome sequencing.RESULTS The KO(DSS+Water)and KO(DSS+FMT)groups displayed indistinguishable body weight loss,colon length,DAI score,and histology score,which showed that FMT could not inhibit the disease in KO mice.In mice treated with FMT,the relative abundance of Akkermansia decreased,and Lactobacillus became dominant.In particular,compared with those in WT mice,the scores of DAI and colon histology were clearly decreased in the KO-DSS group.Microbiota structure showed a significant difference between KO and WT mice.Akkermansia were the dominant genus in healthy KO mice.The ineffectiveness of FMT in KO mice was related to the decreased abundance of Akkermansia.Gene Ontology enrichment analysis showed that differentially expressed genes between each group were mainly involved in cytoplasmic translation and cellular response to DNA damage stimulus.The top nine genes correlating with Akkermansia included Aqp4,Clca4a,Dpm3,Fau,Mcrip1,Meis3,Nupr1 L,Pank3,and Rps13(|R|>0.9,P<0.01).CONCLUSION FMT may ameliorate DSS-induced colitis by regulating the TLR4 signaling pathway.TLR4 modulates the composition of gut microbiota and the expression of related genes to ameliorate colitis and maintain the stability of the intestinal environment.Akkermansia bear great therapeutic potential for colitis. 展开更多

The typical characteristics are capillary malformation(al... BACKGROUND Klippel-Trenaunay syndrome(KTS) is a congenital vascular malformation with a complicated etiology. It is sporadic and clinically rare in occurrence. The typical characteristics are capillary malformation(also known as port-wine stain),varicose veins and malformations, and bony and/or soft tissue hypertrophy with or without lymphatic malformation, which are known as the “classic clinical triad”. Herein, a rare case of KTS characterized by crossed-bilateral limb hypertrophy accompanied by intermittent hematochezia and hematuria is reported.CASE SUMMARY We described a 37-year-old female with KTS. She was admitted to our hospital owing to the gradual enlargement of the left lower extremity along with intermittent hematochezia and hematuria. The patient was diagnosed to have hemorrhoid bleeding by other hospitals and treated with conventional hemostatic drugs, but continued to have intermittent gastrointestinal bleeding and hematuria. Therefore, she visited our hospital to seek further treatment. During hospitalization, relevant imaging and laboratory examinations and colonoscopy were performed. In combination with the patient’s history and relevant examinations, we considered that the patient had a complex form of KTS. We recommended a combined diagnosis and treatment from the vascular, interventional,anorectal, and other departments, although she declined any further treatment for financial reasons.CONCLUSION The clinical manifestations of KTS are extensive and diverse and chiefly include the typical triad. However, Vascular malformations of KTS can also involve several parts and systems such as digestive and urogenital systems. Therefore, the atypical manifestations and rare complications necessitate the clinician’s attention and are not to be ignored. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Pancreatic pseudoaneurysm is a rare vascular complication of chronic pancreatitis(CP)or necrotizing pancreatitis with an incidence of 4%to 17%,but it is potentially life-threatening.It is well known that most pancreatic pseudoaneurysms are clinically associated with pancreatic pseudocysts and are usually in the peripancreatic body-tail.A minority of intrapancreatic pseudoaneurysms occur in the absence of pseudocyst formation.Noninvasive computed tomography(CT)and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)are most commonly used examinations for screening pancreatic pseudoaneurysms.Notably,the rare intrapancreatic pseudoaneurysm in the pancreatic head can mimic a hypervascular solid mass and be misdiagnosed as a pancreatic tumor.CASE SUMMARY We report the case of a 67-year-old man who had been admitted to our hospital due to recurrent abdominal pain for 1 mo that was aggravated for 5 d.CT and MRI revealed a mass in the pancreatic head with significant expansion of the main pancreatic duct and mild atrophy of the pancreatic body-tail.He was admitted to the department of hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery due to the possibility of a pancreatic tumor.The patient was then referred for endoscopic ultrasonography(EUS)with possible EUS-FNA.However,EUS showed a cystic lesion in the pancreatic head with wall thickness and enhancing nodules,which was doubtful because it was inconsistent with the imaging findings.Subsequently,color doppler flow imaging demonstrated turbulent arterial blood flow in the cystic lesion and connection with the surrounding vessel.Therefore,we highly suspected the possibility of CP complicated with intrapancreatic pseudoaneurysm,combined with the patient's long-term drinking history and the sonographic features of CP.Indeed,angiography revealed an oval area of contrast medium extravasation(size:1.0 cm×1.5 cm)at the far-end branch of the superior pancreaticoduodenal artery,and angiographic embolization was given immediately at the same time.CONCLUSION EUS is an important differential diagnostic tool when pancreatic pseudoaneurysm mimics the imaging appearance of a hypervascular pancreatic tumor. 展开更多

目的研究人参皂苷Rh2的免疫调控功能。方法 6周龄C57BL/6J雄性小鼠采用X射线一次性全身照射建立放疗模型,腹腔注射甲氨蝶呤建立免疫低下模型。两种模型均分为空白对照组(n=10)、模型对照组(n=15)、胸腺五肽组(n=15)、人参皂苷Rh2组(n=15... 目的研究人参皂苷Rh2的免疫调控功能。方法 6周龄C57BL/6J雄性小鼠采用X射线一次性全身照射建立放疗模型,腹腔注射甲氨蝶呤建立免疫低下模型。两种模型均分为空白对照组(n=10)、模型对照组(n=15)、胸腺五肽组(n=15)、人参皂苷Rh2组(n=15)。空白对照组和模型对照组按每只0.2 mL灌胃0.9%氯化钠溶液,胸腺五肽组按0.1 mg·kg^(-1)腹腔注射胸腺五肽,人参皂苷Rh2组按10 mg·kg^(-1)灌胃,每天1次。放疗模型于第3,5,7天取材,甲氨蝶呤致免疫低下模型第15天取材。采用流式细胞术检测脾脏和胸腺中免疫细胞的百分率,酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)检测血清中细胞因子的含量。结果人参皂苷Rh2可缓解小鼠放疗和甲氨蝶呤导致的体质量下降。与模型对照组比较,Rh2能增加脾脏、胸腺淋巴细胞中CD_4^+T细胞和CD_8^+T细胞的数量(P<0.05或P<0.01),增加脾脏中自然杀伤细胞(NK)的数量,提高T细胞受体(TCR)的表达(P<0.05或P<0.01),减少脾脏中髓来源的抑制性细胞(MDSC)的数量(P<0.05或P<0.01),提高树突状细胞(DCs)表面共刺激分子MHCII的表达(P<0.05),降低DCs表面负性调控分子:程序性死亡分子1配体(PD-L1)的表达(P<0.05),促进血清中Th1型细胞因子白细胞介素2(IL-2)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的分泌(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论人参皂苷Rh2能缓解小鼠放疗以及免疫抑制剂所致的免疫低下状态,该作用与促进天然免疫细胞分化成熟以及免疫效应细胞的增殖,提高Th1型细胞因子的分泌水平,增强免疫功能有关。 展开更多

目的回顾性对比分析老年人与中青年人大肠侧向发育型肿瘤(LST)的临床病理特点,探讨内镜黏膜下剥离术(ESD)对老年人大肠侧向发育型肿瘤的治疗效果。方法选取2011年9月-2016年9月在外院及该院检查发现,并在该院拟行ESD的LST患者,其中老年... 目的回顾性对比分析老年人与中青年人大肠侧向发育型肿瘤(LST)的临床病理特点,探讨内镜黏膜下剥离术(ESD)对老年人大肠侧向发育型肿瘤的治疗效果。方法选取2011年9月-2016年9月在外院及该院检查发现,并在该院拟行ESD的LST患者,其中老年组(≥60岁)53例,中青年组(30~59岁)37例,比较老年组和中青年组的性别、病变形态分型、病变部位、病理类型、手术方法、平均住院时间及术后并发症等情况。结果病变形态分型,老年人以结节混合型(LST-G-M)为主,与中青年组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);中青年组以平坦隆起型(LST-NG-F)为主,与老年组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组pit pattern分型,老年人以Ⅲ_L型、Ⅳ型为主,青年组以Ⅱ型、Ⅲ_L型为主,Ⅱ型两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组患者病变好发于直肠,尤其以老年组明显,与中青年组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),其次是升结肠,其余均少见,左半结肠的发病率高于右半结肠;病理情况,老年组以管状绒毛状腺瘤为主,容易伴局部癌变,与中青年组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论老年人LST是大肠癌发病的高危人群,若老年人检查发现LST,排除手术禁忌后应及时行内镜下切除;ESD是治疗大肠LST的重要手段,尤其适合老年人LST的治疗,值得临床运用与推广。 展开更多

目的探讨放疗联合高强度聚焦超声治疗胰腺癌的疗效。方法将南京医科大学附属淮安第一医院收治的100例中晚期胰腺癌患者随机分为观察组及对照组,每组50例。对照组采用放疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合高强度聚焦超声治疗;治疗前后检测患... 目的探讨放疗联合高强度聚焦超声治疗胰腺癌的疗效。方法将南京医科大学附属淮安第一医院收治的100例中晚期胰腺癌患者随机分为观察组及对照组,每组50例。对照组采用放疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合高强度聚焦超声治疗;治疗前后检测患者血清学指标、影像学指标,观察临床症状及不良反应。结果治疗后两组患者血清糖类抗原199(CA199)、糖类抗原242(CA242)、骨桥蛋白(OPN)、中性粒细胞明胶酶相关运载蛋白(NGAL)及视黄醇结合蛋白4(RBP4)水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组低于对照组。两组患者血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、血尿素氮(BUN)及肌酐(Cr)水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组低于对照组。两组治疗前后血清中DJ-1及microRNA-155(miR-155)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者血清DJ-1及miR-155水平均有所降低,且治疗后观察组低于对照组。观察组患者回声均有不同程度增强,其中5例肿瘤组织内出现小的无回声区。对照组患者回声未出现明显增强。观察组患者疼痛完全缓解率为89%(41/46),对照组患者疼痛程度无明显缓解。观察组患者食欲均出现不同程度的改善,体重均出现不同程度的增加,对照组患者饮食及体重无明显改变。治疗后,观察组平均体重重于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用调强放疗联合高强度聚焦超声治疗胰腺癌后可有效提高临床疗效,并降低患者血清DJ-1及miR-155水平。 展开更多

目的:通过观察沉默瞬时受体阳离子通道亚家族V成员6(transient receptor potential cation channel,subfamily V member 6,TRPV6)对结肠癌SW480细胞生物学行为的影响和细胞内钙的浓度变化,以及1,25(OH)_2D_3、CaCl_2及CuCl_2在SD大鼠结... 目的:通过观察沉默瞬时受体阳离子通道亚家族V成员6(transient receptor potential cation channel,subfamily V member 6,TRPV6)对结肠癌SW480细胞生物学行为的影响和细胞内钙的浓度变化,以及1,25(OH)_2D_3、CaCl_2及CuCl_2在SD大鼠结肠肿瘤模型建立中的影响,探索TRPV6在结肠癌发生过程中的相关作用,为结肠癌的防治寻找新的靶点。方法:通过构建慢病毒颗粒感染结肠癌SW480细胞,采用免疫组织化学法、Western bolt、PCR技术检测TRPV6蛋白及m RNA的表达,MTT法、迁移及凋亡实验观察结肠癌SW480细胞增殖、迁移及凋亡变化,高速离子成像系统测定结肠癌SW480细胞内的Ca^(2+)浓度变化。以二甲基肼(dimethyl hydrazine,DMH)建立SD大鼠结肠肿瘤模型,分为实验组(DMH组)和干预组[(DMH+1,25(OH)_2D_3组、DMH+CuCl_2组)]、对照组,干预组分别予1,25(OH)_2D_3(37.5 nmol/kg)、CuCl2(375μmol/kg)对模型进行干预。观察各组大鼠结肠腺瘤及腺癌的发生情况,Western blot检测各组结肠组织中TRPV6蛋白的表达情况。结果:TRPV6-RNAi转染结肠癌SW480细胞后,TRPV6 m RNA及蛋白表达减少,细胞Ca^(2+)浓度水平降低,结肠癌SW480细胞的增殖率、迁移能力下降,细胞凋亡率增加,与空白对照组及阴性对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组大鼠成瘤率为0,DMH+1,25(OH)_2D_3组为100%,DMH组为84.62%,DMH+CuCl_2组为33.33%。各组大鼠大肠中均有TRPV6蛋白的表达,表达情况为DMH+1,25(OH)_2D_3组>DMH组>DMH+CuCl_2组>对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:降低结肠癌SW480细胞Ca^(2+)浓度水平可抑制结肠癌SW480细胞的增殖、迁移能力,诱导细胞凋亡。1,25(OH)_2D_3可以增加实验鼠结肠组织TRPV6蛋白表达,促进结肠肿瘤的形成。CuCl_2可以使实验鼠结肠组织中的TRPV6蛋白表达降低,并抑制结肠肿瘤的形成。 展开更多

可溶性聚合物微针是一种新型经皮给药系统,受到医药领域的广泛关注。皮肤弹性会导致微针刺入不完全造成药物浪费。为了解决这一问题,文中通过优化微针溶液配方和制备工艺,采用分步浇注法制备了针尖载药可溶性聚合物微针,提高了给药效率... 可溶性聚合物微针是一种新型经皮给药系统,受到医药领域的广泛关注。皮肤弹性会导致微针刺入不完全造成药物浪费。为了解决这一问题,文中通过优化微针溶液配方和制备工艺,采用分步浇注法制备了针尖载药可溶性聚合物微针,提高了给药效率,并通过构建不同组成结构的聚合物微针实现了释药性能的调控。研究中选择具有生物相容性的聚合物材料,以磺酰罗丹明B为模型药物。结果表明,药物主要集中在微针针尖,占针体高度60%左右。所制备的针尖载药可溶性聚合物微针具有高力学强度和刺入皮肤能力,载药量稳定。体外释药结果表明,通过选择不同的聚合物材料,载药针尖可以实现快速溶解或缓慢溶胀,从而实现药物的快速释放或缓慢释放。文中提出的可溶性聚合物微针实现了针尖载药和释药性能调控,在经皮给药方面具有潜在的应用前景。 展开更多

利用具有油相隔离层的微流控法连续可控制备了海藻酸钙(CaAlg)中空微纤维。内外相流体通过微流控装置出口挤出,通过调整装置出口与凝固浴液面距离、外相流速和收集速度在油相隔离层中形成同轴射流,射流突破油水相界面进入凝固浴后交联形... 利用具有油相隔离层的微流控法连续可控制备了海藻酸钙(CaAlg)中空微纤维。内外相流体通过微流控装置出口挤出,通过调整装置出口与凝固浴液面距离、外相流速和收集速度在油相隔离层中形成同轴射流,射流突破油水相界面进入凝固浴后交联形成CaAlg中空纤维。实验中,微流控装置出口与凝固浴液面的最优距离为2 mm,外相流速越大,收集速度越小,射流越稳定。在形成稳定射流的条件范围内,制备得到了结构均一的CaAlg中空纤维,通过调整内外相流速和收集速度可以精确调控中空纤维的直径。根据流动连续性方程建立了简单的分析模型用于中空纤维直径的预测,该模型给出了内相流速、外相流速、收集速度与纤维直径的显式关系,并根据实验数据验证了模型预测的准确性。 展开更多

The gut microbiota forms a complex network with the enteric nervous system, the autonomic nervous system, and the neuroendocrine and neuroimmunity of the CNS, which is called the microbiota-gut-brain axis. Due to the close anatomical and functional interaction of the gut-liver axis, the microbiota-gut-liver-brain axis has attracted increased attention in recent years. The microbiota-gut-liver-brain axis mediates the occurrence and development of many diseases, and it offers a direction for the research of disease treatment. In this review, we mainly discuss the role of the gut microbiota in the irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, functional dyspepsia, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, alcoholic liver disease, cirrhosis and hepatic encephalopathy via the gut-liver-brain axis, and the focus is to clarify the potential mechanisms and treatment of digestive diseases based on the further understanding of the microbiota-gut-liver-brain axis. 展开更多

文中制备了一种具有钾离子(K^(+))和谷胱甘肽(GSH)双重响应性的树状大分子作为抗癌药物纳米载体。将具有K^(+)响应性的聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺-共聚-苯并-18-冠-6-丙烯酰胺)高分子(PNB)和末端带叶酸(FA)的聚乙二醇高分子(FA-PEG-SH)先后接... 文中制备了一种具有钾离子(K^(+))和谷胱甘肽(GSH)双重响应性的树状大分子作为抗癌药物纳米载体。将具有K^(+)响应性的聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺-共聚-苯并-18-冠-6-丙烯酰胺)高分子(PNB)和末端带叶酸(FA)的聚乙二醇高分子(FA-PEG-SH)先后接枝到聚酰胺-胺树状大分子(PAMAM)表面,制备得到多功能树状大分子PAMAM-g-PNB-ss-PEG-FA。该树状大分子具有明显的K^(+)响应性,37℃下表现出K^(+)诱导的分子构象转变,在K^(+)浓度5 mmol/L的溶液中呈现收缩状态,在K^(+)浓度150 mmol/L的溶液中呈现伸展状态。同时,PAMAM-g-PNB-ss-PEG-FA还具有明显的还原响应性,当从低浓度GSH溶液转换到高浓度GSH溶液时,二硫键断裂,PAMAM-g-PNB-ss-PEG-FA粒径显著减小。以疏水抗肿瘤药阿霉素(DOX)为模型药物,PAMAM-g-PNB-ss-PEG-FA树状大分子表现出明显的高浓度K^(+)和GSH诱导的释药行为。并且,PAMAM-g-PNB-ss-PEG-FA在一定浓度范围内对正常细胞及肿瘤细胞均无明显毒性。体外细胞实验证实,负载DOX的PAMAM-g-PNB-ss-PEG-FA能够被4T1细胞摄取,并且在肿瘤细胞内能响应胞内高浓度K^(+)和GSH而实现药物快速释放。 展开更多

Calcium carbonates are commonly administered as supplements for conditions of calcium deficiency.We report here pharmacokinetic characteristics of a novel formulation,calcium carbonate compound granules(CCCGs).forming complexes of calcium carbonate and calcium citrate in water.CCCGs were compared to a kind of commonly?used calcium carbonate preparation(CC)in the market in 5-week-old mice that had been treated with omeprazole,to suppress gastric acid secretion,and in untreated control mice.The results showed that:(1)CCCGs had better water solubility than CC in vitro;(2)In control mice,calcium absorption rates after CCCGs administration were comparable to those after CC administration;(3)Inhibition of gastric acid secretion did not affect calcium absorption after CCCGs,but moderately decreased it after CC;(4)The presence of phytic acid or tannin did not affect calcium absorption rates after CCCGs but did for CC;and(5)In nonnal mice,CCCGs did not inhibit gastric emptying and intestinal propulsion,and did not alter the gastrointestinal honnones.The results suggest that CCCGs may be therapeutically advantageous over more commonly used calcium supplement formulations,particularly for adolescents,because of their stable calcium absorption characteristics and their relatively favorable adverse effect profile. 展开更多

Neurofibromatosis type 1(NF-1) is commonly associated with benign or malignant tumors in both the central and peripheral nervous systems. However, rare cases of NF-1-associated multiplerectal neuroendocrine tumors have been reported. This report describes a case of a 39 year old female with NF-1 and intermittent hematochezia as a primary symptom. Physical examination showed multiple subcutaneous nodules and café au lait spots with obvious scoliosis of the back. Imaging examinations and colonoscopy found malformation of the left external iliac vein and multiple gray-yellow nodules with varying sizes and shapes in the rectal submucosal layer. Histological and immunohistochemical results suggested multiple rectal neuroendocrine tumors, a rare disease with few appreciable symptoms and a particularly poor prognosis. The patient with NF-1 presented here had not only multiple rectal neuroendocrine neoplasms but also vascular malformations, scoliosis and other multiple system lesions. This case therefore contributes to improving clinical understanding, diagnosis and treatment of related complications for patients with NF-1 who present with associated medical conditions. 展开更多
