For many years a soil water content sensor with low cost, reliability and sufficient accuracy has been desirable. Thus, an improved measurement method based on the frequency domain (FD) principle for determining soil water content was considered. Unlike other measurement principles, a new measurable index, η, which was independent of the output impedance and the amplitude of the oscillator while relying on the electrical impedance of a multi-pin probe, was pro- posed. Moreover, a model for processing the impedance of the multi-pin soil probe was developed, and several important electrical parameters for establishing their operating ranges applicable to this probe were evaluated. In order to confirm the theoretical analysis, an experiment was conducted with a 4-pin probe. Using the developed model, the relationship between the proposed index η and soil volumetric water content was shown to be linear (R2 = 0.9921). Thus, as the measurable index, η seemed satisfactory. 展开更多

Plants respond to drought stress with different physical manners, such as morphology and color of leaves. Thus, plants can be considered as a sort of living-sensors for monitoring dynamic of soil water content or the stored water in plant body. Because of difficulty to identify the early wilting symptom of plants from the results in 2D (two-dimension) space, this paper presented a preliminary study with 3D (three-dimension)-based image, in which a laser scanner was used for achieving the morphological information of zucchini (Cucurbita pepo) leaves. Moreover, a leaf wilting index (DLWIF) was defined by fractal dimension. The experiment consisted of phase-1 for observing the temporal variation of DLWIF and phase-2 for the validation of this index. During the experiment, air temperature, luminous intensity, and volumetric soil water contents (VSWC) were simultaneously recorded over time. The results of both phases fitted the bisector (line: 1:1) with R2=0.903 and REMS=0.155. More significantly, the influence of VSWC with three levels (0.22, 0.30, and 0.36 cm3 cm-3) on the response of plant samples to drought stress was observed from separated traces of DLWIF. In brief, two conclusions have been made: (i) the laser scanner is an effective tool for the non-contact detection of morphological wilting of plants, and (ii) defined DLWIF can be a promising indicator for a category of plants like zucchini. 展开更多

目的通过比较超声引导下胸椎旁神经阻滞(TPVB)和竖脊肌平面阻滞(ESPB)用于胸腔镜手术的临床疗效,探索胸科手术围术期安全有效的镇痛方法。方法选择山西白求恩医院2019年6月至2019年12月择期全身麻醉下行胸腔镜下肺叶切除术患者50例,随... 目的通过比较超声引导下胸椎旁神经阻滞(TPVB)和竖脊肌平面阻滞(ESPB)用于胸腔镜手术的临床疗效,探索胸科手术围术期安全有效的镇痛方法。方法选择山西白求恩医院2019年6月至2019年12月择期全身麻醉下行胸腔镜下肺叶切除术患者50例,随机分成T、E两组,每组25例。在全身麻醉诱导前,T组使用0.5%罗哌卡因20 ml行TPVB,E组使用0.5%罗哌卡因20 ml行ESPB。诱导后均采取丙泊酚和舒芬太尼行全凭静脉麻醉维持,术毕使用舒芬太尼行静脉患者自控镇痛(PCA)。记录两组患者术中舒芬太尼用量、手术时间、苏醒时间(停药到呼之睁眼的时间)、拔管时间(停药到拔管的时间);记录两组患者术后1、6、8、12、24 h静息及咳嗽时VAS评分,术后镇痛泵首次按压时间、术后48 h内镇痛泵有效按压次数以及氟比洛芬酯补救率、不良反应的发生情况。结果T组和E组术中舒芬太尼的用量、手术时间、苏醒时间、拔管时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者术后1、6、8 h静息及咳嗽时的VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后12、24 h E组静息及咳嗽时的VAS评分均高于T组(P<0.05)。E组术后镇痛泵首次按压时间明显早于T组(P<0.05),术后48 h内镇痛泵有效按压次数及氟比洛芬酯镇痛补救率均明显高于T组(P<0.05)。两组患者术后均未出现呼吸抑制、躁动,E组恶心呕吐的发生率明显高于T组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论超声引导下TPVB的镇痛效果优于ESPB,镇痛持续时间长,操作简单安全,不良反应少。 展开更多
