Application Effect of Blended Education Strategy Based on the Learning Pass Platform in Phase III Cardiac Rehabilitation of Patients with Coronary Artery Disease

Objective:To explore the application effect of the blended education strategy based on the Learning Pass platform in the phase III cardiac rehabilitation of patients with coronary artery disease.Methods:90 patients diagnosed with coronary artery disease in the Department of Cardiology of our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the method of randomized numerical table,with 45 cases in each group.Both the experimental group and the control group received pre-discharge cardiac rehabilitation education by conventional means.The control group received education and supervision information via WeChat after discharge,while the experimental group joined the Learning Pass platform to receive online and offline hybrid education and supervision,with online as the mainstay and offline as a supplement.The disease cognitive level,self-management skills,quality of life,medication adherence,and emotional status of the two groups were compared.Results:The disease cognitive levels in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the scores of the experimental group in terms of quality of life,self-management skills,and medication adherence were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);and the scores of anxiety and depression in the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The blended education strategy based on the Learning Pass platform has a significant application effect in phase III cardiac rehabilitation of patients with coronary artery disease.It can improve patients’disease cognitive level,self-management skills,and quality of life,and provide a basis for improving patients’prognosis. 展开更多

Objective: To analyze the application value of psychological intervention in gastric cancer nursing. Methods: This study analyzes gastric cancer patients admitted to hospitals from May 2022 to May 2023. Based on research requirements and patient willingness, 80 patients were selected and divided into observation and control groups using a lottery method. The control group received conventional nursing care, while the observation group received psychological intervention in addition to conventional nursing care. Results: After the psychological intervention, patients in the observation group showed significant improvements in anxiety and depression, better sleep quality, remarkable enhancement in psychological resilience, higher levels of health literacy, and increased nursing satisfaction compared to the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Incorporating psychological intervention into the nursing care of gastric cancer patients enhances their psychological adjustment ability and improves treatment adherence. 展开更多

This article aims to discuss the current state and research progress concerning the mental health of caregivers for surgical oncology patients.The goal is to offer insights that can serve as a reference for further enhancements in caregivers’mental well-being.This article conducts a comprehensive review and analysis of recent studies on the mental health of caregivers for patients undergoing oncologic surgery.These studies reveal that caregivers commonly grapple with mental health issues,including anxiety,depression,and stress.These problems are closely linked to the stress of the patient’s condition and treatment,the caregiver’s own mental strain,and a lack of social support.In addition,the mental health status of caregivers significantly influences the patient’s treatment and recovery process.Implementing various interventions,such as mental health education,services,the establishment of mental health support teams,and engagement in mental health promotion activities,can contribute to the improvement of caregivers’mental well-being.This,in turn,has the potential to enhance treatment outcomes and the overall quality of life for patients. 展开更多

Satellite remote sensing technology[1] is widely used in all walks of life ,which plays an increasingly remarkable results in natural disasters(sudden and major).With more and more launch and application of high resolution satellite, the texture information in remote sensing imagery becomes much more abundant. In the age of big data, for the infrared remote sensor has short life, which annoys many people. In the packaging process, due to a difference in thermal expansion coefficients [2] between the flip-chip bonded MEMS device and the substrate, cooling after bonding can cause the MEMS to buckle. Combine TAIZ theory with the flexure design in CAD to solve the problem. It can be obtained that increasing fold length can reduce warpage. By solving the deformation problem of MEMS devices can facilitate the development of flip chip technology, and make for the further application of the TRIZ theory in the study of remote sensing equipment. 展开更多

In order to improve the ... The application of big data mining can create over a trillion dollars value. Patents contain a great deal of new technologies and new methods which have unique value in the product innovation. In order to improve the effectiveness of big data mining and aid the innovation of products of forestry machinery, the algorithm for closed weighted pattern mining is applied to acquire the function knowledge in the patents of forestry machinery. Compared with the other algorithms for mining patterns, the algorithm is more suitable for the characteristics of patent data. It not only takes into account the importance of different items to reduce the search space effectively, but also avoids achieving excessive uninteresting patterns below the premise that assures quality. The extensive performance study shows that the patterns which are mined by the closed weighted pattern algorithm are more representative and the acquired knowledge has more realistic application significance. 展开更多

为了从科学级面阵探测器中筛选出满足空间应用要求的具有高可靠性和稳定性的器件,针对星载面阵电荷耦合器件(CCD),开展了温度循环、随机振动及高温老炼等环境应力试验。设计了一套筛选专用的面阵CCD图像采集系统,并基于分段式均匀照明... 为了从科学级面阵探测器中筛选出满足空间应用要求的具有高可靠性和稳定性的器件,针对星载面阵电荷耦合器件(CCD),开展了温度循环、随机振动及高温老炼等环境应力试验。设计了一套筛选专用的面阵CCD图像采集系统,并基于分段式均匀照明光源和连续可调谐均匀单色照明光源,对筛选前后面阵CCD的光电性能参数进行测试。通过对比筛选试验前后面阵CCD的暗电流、像元响应非一致性、量子效率及非线性误差等参数,分析面阵CCD的环境适应性,剔除早期失效或性能变化较大的探测器,从中筛选出性能最优的探测器,并将其应用于星载多角度偏振成像仪以进行大气遥感观测。试验结果表明,最终优选的探测器在筛选试验前后的量子效率最大变化为-2.56%,像元响应不一致性均小于3%,非线性误差均小于1%,筛选后暗电流为889.22 electron·(pixel·s^-1)^-1。研究结果为低等级面阵CCD筛选方法及CCD性能评估技术提供了重要参考。 展开更多

目的:了解北京社区中符合曼谷-马德里标准的低视力人群的视功能状况、致病原因、视觉相关生存质量及康复需求。方法:横断面调查研究。于2013年9月至2015年4月选取北京市西城区德胜街道和朝阳区酒仙桥街道2个社区登记在册的视力残疾者38... 目的:了解北京社区中符合曼谷-马德里标准的低视力人群的视功能状况、致病原因、视觉相关生存质量及康复需求。方法:横断面调查研究。于2013年9月至2015年4月选取北京市西城区德胜街道和朝阳区酒仙桥街道2个社区登记在册的视力残疾者388人作为研究对象。采用入户方式进行问卷调查,进行视功能和眼科检查及视觉相关生存质量评估。依据诊断标准,判定研究对象是否属于低视力患者,并对其视功能状况、致病原因、生存质量进行进一步分析。数据采用χ2检验、t检验、秩和检验进行分析,并采用Logistic多因素回归分析影响生存质量评分高低的相关因素。结果:入户访视单纯视力残疾者共151人,占登记人数的39.0%。访视到的患者中,确诊符合曼谷-马德里低视力标准的视力残疾者110人,占受访者的74.3%,其中66人(60.0%)双眼矫正视力均小于0.05或视野半径小于10°。110例低视力患者视功能损伤的主要病因为视网膜或葡萄膜病变[55例(50.0%)],青光眼[15例(13.6%)],遗传或先天发育异常[15例(13.6%)],他们的主要康复需求是独自外出和读书看报,2项需求相加占到81.8%。低视力患者应用低视力者生活质量量表的得分为47.3±26.7,其得分高低与性别、年龄、身体健康状况或视功能损伤程度无相关性。资料完整的148例受访者的Logistic多因素分析显示年龄和残存视野大小(P<0.001)是影响生活质量得分的主要因素。结论:低视力患者在北京2个社区视力残疾患者中占了大多数,其视功能损伤严重,致病原因主要为不可逆性眼病,其生存质量显著下降。在生活中最主要的康复需求是独自外出和读书看报2项。 展开更多

Background White Rabbit(WR)is a deterministic Ethernet-based network for general-purpose data transfer and subnanosecond time synchronization in large distributed systems.WR has been used in Large Hadron Collider and Large High-Altitude Air Shower Observatory for physics experiment.Purpose WR mainly uses the optical fiber for data transmission between WR devices.Commercial off-the-shelf Direct Attach Cable is not suitable for WR network at 100m level distance.Considering the lower cost of Category(CAT)Ethernet cable compared to optical fiber and the demand of remote power supply in distributed system at 100m level length,we developed a novel transmission scheme with CAT Ethernet cable for WR.Methods The novel transmission scheme uses the CAT Ethernet cable and small form-factor pluggable connector which is compatible with the optical links.This scheme only uses two pairs of twisted lines in the CAT Ethernet cable for data uplink and downlink.The other two pairs of twisted lines are used for remote power supply.Results and conclusion The novel transmission scheme could use the CAT Ethernet cable to complete remote power supply and time synchronization with expected time offset of less than 100 ps and standard deviation of less than 20 ps in the WR distributed system.The distance of distributed nodes could be 80m with one CAT 7 Ethernet cable or 150m with relay transceiver connecting two CAT 7 Ethernet cables.In the short-distance scenarios,the novel transmission scheme has lower cost than the optical fiber and additional power supply function. 展开更多
