Objective:To explore the application effect of the blended education strategy based on the Learning Pass platform in the phase III cardiac rehabilitation of patients with coronary artery disease.Methods:90 patients di...Objective:To explore the application effect of the blended education strategy based on the Learning Pass platform in the phase III cardiac rehabilitation of patients with coronary artery disease.Methods:90 patients diagnosed with coronary artery disease in the Department of Cardiology of our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the method of randomized numerical table,with 45 cases in each group.Both the experimental group and the control group received pre-discharge cardiac rehabilitation education by conventional means.The control group received education and supervision information via WeChat after discharge,while the experimental group joined the Learning Pass platform to receive online and offline hybrid education and supervision,with online as the mainstay and offline as a supplement.The disease cognitive level,self-management skills,quality of life,medication adherence,and emotional status of the two groups were compared.Results:The disease cognitive levels in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the scores of the experimental group in terms of quality of life,self-management skills,and medication adherence were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);and the scores of anxiety and depression in the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The blended education strategy based on the Learning Pass platform has a significant application effect in phase III cardiac rehabilitation of patients with coronary artery disease.It can improve patients’disease cognitive level,self-management skills,and quality of life,and provide a basis for improving patients’prognosis.展开更多

Methods: This study analyzes gastric cancer patients admitted to hospitals from May 2022 to May 2023. Based on research requirements and patient willingness, 80 patients were selected and divided into observation and control groups using a lottery method. The control group received conventional nursing care, while the observation group received psychological intervention in addition to conventional nursing care. Results: After the psychological intervention, patients in the observation group showed significant improvements in anxiety and depression, better sleep quality, remarkable enhancement in psychological resilience, higher levels of health literacy, and increased nursing satisfaction compared to the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Incorporating psychological intervention into the nursing care of gastric cancer patients enhances their psychological adjustment ability and improves treatment adherence.展开更多

In the age of big data, for the infrared remote sensor has short life, which annoys many people. In the packaging process, due to a difference in thermal expansion coefficients [2] between the flip-chip bonded MEMS device and the substrate, cooling after bonding can cause the MEMS to buckle. Combine TAIZ theory with the flexure design in CAD to solve the problem. It can be obtained that increasing fold length can reduce warpage. By solving the deformation problem of MEMS devices can facilitate the development of flip chip technology, and make for the further application of the TRIZ theory in the study of remote sensing equipment.展开更多

Patents contain a great deal of new technologies and new methods which have unique value in the product innovation. In order to improve the effectiveness of big data mining and aid the innovation of products of forestry machinery, the algorithm for closed weighted pattern mining is applied to acquire the function knowledge in the patents of forestry machinery. Compared with the other algorithms for mining patterns, the algorithm is more suitable for the characteristics of patent data. It not only takes into account the importance of different items to reduce the search space effectively, but also avoids achieving excessive uninteresting patterns below the premise that assures quality. The extensive performance study shows that the patterns which are mined by the closed weighted pattern algorithm are more representative and the acquired knowledge has more realistic application significance.展开更多
