Basically speaking,scholars at home and abroad agree that circulation is conducive:to the development of consumption.In terms of the research methods,equal importance is attached to both empirical research and normative research,which involve empirical analysis of econometric model and the deductive reasoning of circulation's contribution to consumption.Viewed from the research conclusion,circulation's contribution to consumption can be divided into direct and indirect ones,including circulation organization,circulation environment,and circulation revenue.Besides,rural consumption has aroused broad attention of Chinese scholars.Meanwhile,studying on the contribution of rural circulation deveclopment to countryside consumption is also a key research area concerned by Chinese scholars.

Impact of Logistics Mode Innovation on Quality Consumption and Countermeasures

With the rapid development of information technology,the logistics mode has undergone revolutionary changes.The circulation elements dominated by logistics enterprises are reconstructed to reduce circulation links,improve supply capacity and significantly improve efficiency.However,due to the overall small scale of logistics enterprises,there are some problems in the innovation of logistics mode,such as low performance of supply chain,quality of product supply hardly meeting the demand of quality consumption,shortage of new talents and so on.On the basis of systematically expounding the connotations and manifestations of the logistics mode innovation,this paper analyzes the impact of logistics mode innovation on quality consumption and the problems faced,and finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions in order to provide reference for promoting the logistics mode innovation.

Make Coordinated Efforts to Advance the Building of Modern Circulation System in the Context of the New Development Pattern

The circulation system links production and consumption.It is not only the basis on which the new development pattern is built but also an important guarantee for achieving domestic circulation.During the 14th Five-Year Plan period,improving the modern circulation system is essential for ensuring unimpeded domestic circulation and supporting high-quality economic development.This paper expounds on the new changes of and requirements on the circulation system under new circumstances,summarizes the current situation of the circulation system,analyzes the problems and challenges that the circulation system is faced with according to new requirements,and makes recommendations and puts forward main measures in a targeted way,so as to provide references for promoting coordinated development of the modern circulation system.

Problems and Countermeasures of Circulation Enterprises in Major Public Health Incidents

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the circulation industry has entered the fast lane.The leading and fundamental position and role of circulation industry in the national economy are constantly highlighted.Circulation industry plays an important role in promoting the formation of a strong domestic market led by consumption and improving the effective supply required by the upgrading of people’s consumption.In particular,under the background of China’s efforts to enhance the role of consumption as a“ballast”in stabilizing economic growth and as the“first driving force”of economic growth,the main problems faced by the circulation enterprises in their transformation and upgrading are as follows:first,the operation quality and efficiency of the circulation industry need to be improved;second,the standardization degree of the current circulation industry is not high,which leads to the low efficiency of factor allocation;third,the concept and degree of information construction are still insuffi cient;fourth,the circulation industry is not modernized enough.In case of public health incidents,the circulation enterprises should adopt the following strategies:first,to ensure their own safety;second,to stabilize price and guarantee the supply of people’s livelihood;third,to vigorously develop smart retailing with new technologies;fourth,to develop O2O omnichannel strategy.

The Problems and Countermeasures of China’s Consumption Development

Since the Chinese economy eutered the New Normal,the contribution rate of consumption has exceeded investment,becoming an important driving force for economic development.Due to the insufficient supply and imperfect consumption infrastructure,however,consumption growth is confronted with many constraints.On the basis of reviewing the current situation and characteristics of consumer market development,this paper analyzes the main problems faced by consumer growth at present,and then puts forward some suggestions on system design,adjustment and expansion of effective supply and improvement of supervision mode for better promoting the role of consumption as the“stabilizer”and“ballast”of economic growth.
