Analysis of the Changes in China's Grain Production Costs over the Past Decade

China's grain production cost has risen constantly since 2003. This paper starts from the grain production cost changes of unit area and unit quality,to analyze the reasons for China's grain production cost change in the last decade. It points out that the direct cause of changes in grain production cost is the steady growth of material and services costs,the fastest growth of labor costs and fast growth of land costs. The indirect cause of grain production high cost is the low efficiency in numerous and dispersive farmer production management,obviously insufficient agricultural infrastructure construction,waste phenomenon grain in production process and low contribution rate of agricultural technology.On this basis,it is recommended to reduce China's grain production cost and improve grain production conditions.

Analysis of the Main Factors Influencing Food Production in China Based on Time Series Trend Chart

Based on the annual sample data on food production in China since the reform and opening up,we select 8 main factors influencing the total food production( growing area,application rate of chemical fertilizer,effective irrigation area,the affected area,total machinery power,food production cost index,food production price index,financial funds for supporting agriculture,farmers and countryside),and put them into categories of material input,resources and environment,and policy factors. Using the factor analysis,we carry out the multi-angle analysis of these typical influencing factors one by one through the time series trend chart. It is found that application rate of chemical fertilizer,the growing area of food crops and drought-affected area become the key factors affecting food production. On this basis,we set forth the corresponding recommendations for improving the comprehensive food production capacity.

Regaining Competitive Advantage by Developing E-commerce in Traditional Enterprises

E-commerce is the motive to push on the human society progress and economic development in the 21st century, and also the inexorable choices for traditional enterprises to gain competitive advantage facing new economy. Developing E-commerce may reduce trading cost, enhance trading efficiency, allocate social resources and push forward reform and innovation in the management of traditional enterprises. E-commerce facing entry into WTO of China, business administration and computer applications has fallen behind, E-commerce infrastructure has not been built well, and network society has not formed a definite scale. On the basis of analysis on the environment of the development of E-commerce, this paper puts forward some appropriate countermeasures. They are to lay down China E-commerce strategy, carry out knowledge management, establish E-commerce strategy alliance, reconstruct digital core products, reorganize enterprise resources, practice administration technology such as SCM, CRM and ERP, and strengthen E-commerce infrastructure for a better environment of E-commerce development.
