The paper first analyzes the connotation of teacher data literacy, and then combs through the status quo and dilemmas of teachers’ data literacy ability in applied universities. The paper proposes to enhance the data literacy ability of teachers from the perspective of organizational learning. Through building a digital culture, building a data-driven teaching environment, and constructing an interdisciplinary learning community to further promote the application of the theory and practice of datafication inside and outside the organization, and ultimately improve the quality of teaching.展开更多
As interest in double perovskites is growing,especially in applications like photovoltaic devices,understanding their mechanical properties is vital for device durability.Despite extensive exploration of structure and...As interest in double perovskites is growing,especially in applications like photovoltaic devices,understanding their mechanical properties is vital for device durability.Despite extensive exploration of structure and optical properties,research on mechanical aspects is limited.This article builds a vacancyordered double perovskite model,employing first-principles calculations to analyze mechanical,bonding,electronic,and optical properties.Results show Cs_(2)Hfl_(6),Cs_(2)SnBr_(6),Cs_(2)SnI_(6),and Cs_(2)PtBr_(6)have Young's moduli below 13 GPa,indicating flexibility.Geometric parameters explain flexibility variations with the changes of B and X site composition.Bonding characteristic exploration reveals the influence of B and X site electronegativity on mechanical strength.Cs_(2)SnBr_(6)and Cs_(2)PtBr_(6)are suitable for solar cells,while Cs_(2)HfI_(6)and Cs_(2)TiCl_(6)show potential for semi-transparent solar cells.Optical property calculations highlight the high light absorption coefficients of up to 3.5×10^(5) cm^(-1)for Cs_(2)HfI_(6)and Cs_(2)TiCl_(6).Solar cell simulation shows Cs_(2)PtBr_(6)achieves 22.4%of conversion effciency.Cs_(2)ZrCl_(6)holds promise for ionizing radiation detection with its 3.68 eV bandgap and high absorption coefficient.Vacancy-ordered double perovskites offer superior flexibility,providing valuable insights for designing stable and flexible devices.This understanding enhances the development of functional devices based on these perovskites,especially for applications requiring high stability and flexibility.展开更多
The design of efficient and low-cost multifunctional electrocatalysts for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER), oxygen evolution reaction(OER) and oxygen reduction reaction(ORR) is critical for the development of clean en...The design of efficient and low-cost multifunctional electrocatalysts for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER), oxygen evolution reaction(OER) and oxygen reduction reaction(ORR) is critical for the development of clean energy. Two-dimensional(2D) carbon-based nano-materials are becoming more and more popular in heterogeneous catalysis due to their cost-effective and multi-scale tunability as single-atom catalysis(SACs) substrates. In this paper, by using first-principles calculation, we designed and demonstrated a novel macropore T-carbon [110](TC) monolayer as 2D electrocatalyst substrate for HER/OER/ORR, and the synergistic modification of the transition metal and nonmetal atoms(TM-X) were investigated to enhance the multifunctional electrocatalytic performance. We screened out the Co embedded in N-doped TC(Co3@N-TC) from 30 TM@X-TC monolayers as a trifunctional electrocatalysts, which exhibits superior performance for HER/ORR/OER on both thermodynamic and kinetic scales, and with excellent thermal and electrochemical stability. Then, the TC monolayer is naturally macropore with a diameter of 5.36 A and exhibits excellent adsorption capacity for the intermediates and products of the redox reactions. Moreover, we revealed the origin of the electrocatalytic activity using the crystal orbital Hamilton population(COHP) and the molecular orbitals(MOs). The d orbital of Co3@N-TC is significantly hybridized with the p orbital of the intermediates, so that the lone electrons initially occupied in the antibonding state pair up and occupy the downward bonding state, allowing *OH to be appropriately adsorbed onto the TC monolayer. This work not only demonstrates that the TM@X-TC monolayer is a superior synergistic trifunctional electrocatalyst, but also reveals a macropore monolayer material with potential applications in electrocatalysis.展开更多

In order to further promote the development of hospice care in Beijing, this paper first analyzes the current situation of hospice care in Beijing, and then analyzes the existing problems of hospice care in Beijing, such as insufficient funds, lack of medical staff, no unified public information platform and low acceptance of hospice care. In view of the existing problems, the paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions for the development of hospice care in Beijing, such as increasing financial support, strengthening the propaganda and education of hospice care, strengthening the training of professional talents, improving the voluntary service system, formulating reasonable access standards, and building a unified public information platform, so as to further promote the effective, healthy and rapid development of hospice care in Beijing development.展开更多
Organizational resilience is an important core element for today’s companies to turn around in the VUCA<sup>1</sup> environment. It can strengthen the ability of companies to adapt and help them to regain...Organizational resilience is an important core element for today’s companies to turn around in the VUCA<sup>1</sup> environment. It can strengthen the ability of companies to adapt and help them to regain their strength in adversity. In this paper, based on CNKI database and WOS (Web of Science) database search to get the Chinese and foreign literature (special reference to English literature) for the whole year 2000-2022, and use bibliometric method to analyze the hot spots and research trends in the field of organizational resilience research, the results found that: 1) there is more foreign-language research literature on tissue toughness than Chinese-language research literature, and the number of articles published in Chinese journals on this topic has entered a rapid growth phase since 2011, and the number of articles published both at home and abroad is generally on the rise, and tissue toughness is increasingly becoming a research hotspot;2) from the cooperation of existing published literature, the cooperation network between research scholars is generally more dispersed, and domestic scholars are mostly independent;3) From the viewpoint of research hotspots, individual resilience, supply chain resilience and risk management are hotspots in foreign organizational resilience research;domestic research mainly focuses on the connotation and measurement dimensions of organizational resilience, individual resilience and dynamic capabilities.展开更多
