In this study,we introduce our newly developed measurement-fed-perception self-adaption Low-cost UAV Coordinated Carbon Observation Network(LUCCN)prototype.The LUCCN primarily consists of two categories of instruments...In this study,we introduce our newly developed measurement-fed-perception self-adaption Low-cost UAV Coordinated Carbon Observation Network(LUCCN)prototype.The LUCCN primarily consists of two categories of instruments,including ground-based and UAV-based in-situ measurement.We use the GMP343,a low-cost non-dispersive infrared sensor,in both ground-based and UAV-based instruments.The first integrated measurement campaign took place in Shenzhen,China,4 May 2023.During the campaign,we found that LUCCN’s UAV component presented significant data-collecting advantages over its ground-based counterpart owing to the relatively high altitudes of the point emission sources,which was especially obvious at a gas power plant in Shenzhen.The emission flux was calculated by a crosssectional flux(CSF)method,the results of which differed from the Open-Data Inventory for Anthropogenic Carbon dioxide(ODIAC).The CSF result was slightly larger than others because of the low sampling rate of the whole emission cross section.The LUCCN system will be applied in future carbon monitoring campaigns to increase the spatiotemporal coverage of carbon emission information,especially in scenarios involving the detection of smaller-scale,rapidly varying sources and sinks.展开更多
The WRKY transcription factor gene family is one of the unique gene families in plants.It plays an important role in response to abiotic stresses such as cold and drought,hormone signal transduction,regulation of bios...The WRKY transcription factor gene family is one of the unique gene families in plants.It plays an important role in response to abiotic stresses such as cold and drought,hormone signal transduction,regulation of biosynthesis,leaf senescence seed germination,etc.However,little information is available about WRKY transcription factors in Verbena bonariensis.In this study,70 VbWRKY genes were identified from the whole genome.The phylogenetic analysis of the WRKY gene family in V.bonariensis and Arabidopsis shows that the WRKY genes in V.bonariensis can be divided into three groups:I,II,and III,which contain 13,47,and 10 members,respectively.Group II can be further divided into five subclasses:IIa(5),IIb(10),IIc(18),IId(6),and IIe(8).Conservative motif analysis showed that 64 proteins encoded by the VbWRKY gene had conserved motifs 1,2 and 3,and the same subclass motif elements were approximately the same.The collinearity analysis showed that there were 44 homologous gene pairs among the VbWRKYs,and these homologous gene pairs may have the same function.Promoter sequence analysis showed that the VbWRKY gene has multiple cis-acting elements,including not only cis-acting elements related to low-temperature and light responses,but also cis-acting elements related to hormone regulation,Among them,most VbWRKY genes contain response elements about low-temperature,and 30 VbWRKY genes contain low-temperature response elements(LTR),and 61 VbWRKY genes contain abscisic acid response elements(ABRE),indicating that VbWRKY plays a crucial role in plant growth and abiotic stress.According to the expression of VbWRKY in the cold stress and different tissues transcriptome,70 VbWRKY genes played their respective roles in various tissues and stages to regulate plant growth,Also,some of them participated in the process of cold stress tolerance,52 VbWRKYs showed significant differences in expression under cold stress,and 37 VbWRKY genes were up-regulated under cold stress.9 VbWRKY genes were selected for quantitative real-time PCR(qRT-PCR)analysis under low-temperature stress,and the results showed that all 9 genes were upregulated under low-temperature stress.Ultimately,the present study provides a comprehensive analysis of the predicted V.bonariensis WRKY genes family,which provided a theoretical basis for the study of low-temperature resistance and growth and development of V.bonariensis.展开更多
The electrolyte integrated with lithium metal anodes is subjected to the issues of interfacial compatibility and stability,which strongly influence the performances of high-energy lithium metal batteries.Here,we repor...The electrolyte integrated with lithium metal anodes is subjected to the issues of interfacial compatibility and stability,which strongly influence the performances of high-energy lithium metal batteries.Here,we report a new electrolyte recipe viz.a moderately concentrated electrolyte comprising of 2.4 M lithium bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide(LiFSI)in a cosolvent mixture of fluorinated ethylene carbonate(FEC)and dimethyl carbonate(DMC)with relatively high ion conductivity.Owing to the preferential decomposition of LiFSI and FEC,an inorganic-rich interphase with abundant Li_(2)O and LiF nanocrystals is formed on lithium metal with improved robustness and ion transfer kinetics,enabling lithium plating/stripping with an extremely low overpotential of~8 mV and the average CE of 97%.When tested in Li||LiFePO_(4) cell,this electrolyte provides long-term cycling with a capacity retention of 98.3%after 1000 cycles at 1 C and an excellent rate performance of 20 C,as well as an areal capacity of 1.35 mA h cm^(-2)at the cathode areal loading of 9 mg cm^(-2).Moreover,the Li||LiFePO_(4) cell exhibits excellent wide-temperature performances(-40~60℃),including long-term cycling stability over 2600 cycles without visible capacity fading at 0℃,as well as extremely high average CEs of 99.6%and 99.8% over 400 cycles under-20℃ and 45℃.展开更多

The Green Infrastructure (GI), due to its multi-ob...In recent years, the Sponge City program (SCP) of China, as a sustainable stormwater management approach, has been strengthened as a national strategic level program. The Green Infrastructure (GI), due to its multi-objective and multi-benefits, has been adopted as an important measure of this new nationwide initiative. However, there is a lack of a comprehensive quantitative evaluation system for neighbourhood scale SCP. Hence, in the process of GI plan optimization, selection of implementation methods to balance its multi-benefits has become one of the key obstacles in the practice of SCP. To support robust decision making on multi-objective GI planning and comprehensive assessment, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) has been used as a structural and systematic technique. In addition, a set of sustainability key performance indicators (KPIs) including requisite dimensions is the foundation for neighbourhood scale sustainability. Hence, AHP-based evaluation system including selection, weighting and ranking of the KPIs, is defined as a key performance indicator framework (KPIF), which is still in need for further development. Taking the GI planning for the Liangnong, Siming Lake sponge node restoration as an example, this paper develops KPIF with a comprehensive evaluation system for high-quality “Sponge Node” transitional construction. This KPIF consists of three basic criteria: “Environmental Performance”, “Economic and Adaptability Performance”, and “Social-cultural Performance and Wellbeing Performance”. In addition, 15 weighted KPIs are concluded and amongst them, the followings were relatively high: weight of the ATRCR, the promotion of biodiversity, the construction cost saving, the maintenance cost saving, and the level of recreational and wellbeing improvements for all people. In addition, the developed KPIF provides a reference for similar program’s decision-making, not only for the Jiangnan area of China, but also for quantitatively comprehensive evaluations of SCP in other regions.展开更多
BACKGROUND Long-term outcomes and monitoring patterns in real-world practice are largely unknown among patients with celiac disease.AIM To understand patterns of follow-up and management of patients with celiac diseas...BACKGROUND Long-term outcomes and monitoring patterns in real-world practice are largely unknown among patients with celiac disease.AIM To understand patterns of follow-up and management of patients with celiac disease,and to characterize symptoms and villous atrophy after diagnosis.METHODS A retrospective chart review study was performed using medical chart data of patients diagnosed with celiac disease.Three gastroenterology referral centers,with substantial expertise in celiac disease,participated in the United Kingdom,United States,and Norway.Demographic and clinical data were collected from medical charts.Descriptive analyses were conducted on patients with biopsyconfirmed celiac disease,diagnosed between 2008 and 2012,with at least one follow-up visit before December 31,2017.Patient demographic and clinical characteristics,biopsy/serology tests and results,symptoms,and comorbidities were captured at diagnosis and for each clinic visit occurring within the study period(i.e.,before the study end date of December 31,2017).RESULTS A total of 300 patients were included in this study[72%female;mean age at diagnosis:38.9 years,standard deviation(SD)17.2].Patients were followed-up for a mean of 29.9 mo(SD 22.1)and there were,on average,three follow-up visits per patient during the study period.Over two-thirds(68.4%)of patients were recorded as having ongoing gastrointestinal symptoms and 11.0%had ongoing symptoms and enteropathy during follow-up.Approximately 80%of patients were referred to a dietician at least once during the follow-up period.Half(50.0%)of the patients underwent at least one follow-up duodenal biopsy and 36.6%had continued villous atrophy.Patterns of monitoring varied between sites.Biopsies were conducted more frequently in Norway and patients in the United States had a longer follow-up duration.CONCLUSION This real-world study demonstrates variable follow-up of patients with celiac disease despite most patients continuing to have abnormal histology and symptoms after diagnosis.展开更多
Lead-free double perovskite Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6) has gained increasing attention recently.However,the power conversion efficiency(PCE)of Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6) perovskite solar cells(PSCs)is still low compared with their lead-b...Lead-free double perovskite Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6) has gained increasing attention recently.However,the power conversion efficiency(PCE)of Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6) perovskite solar cells(PSCs)is still low compared with their lead-based counterparts.Here,by using photoluminescence(PL),time-resolved photoluminescence(TRPL),and ultrafast transient absorption(TA)measurements,the unbalance between the electron and hole in diffusion and transfer,which limits the performance of the Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6) PSCs,was further revealed.Considering this issue,a strategy of using the mesoporous TiO_(2) electron transport layer(ETL)to construct a bulk heterojunction in Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6) PSCs was proposed.Consequently,the PCE had improved by over 24%comparing with that only used compact TiO_(2) ETL.Moreover,based on mesoporous TiO_(2),the unencapsulated Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6) PSCs maintained 90%of their initial performance after approximately 1200 h of storage in a desiccator(humidity~30%).This work gives further understanding of Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6) perovskite and demonstrates that a proper design of balancing the electron and hole diffusion can improve device performance.展开更多
Objective The aim of the study was to systematically evaluate the correlation between IKZF1 polymorphisms and the risk of acute lymphoblastic leukemia.Methods Computer databases including PubMed,EMBASE,and Web of Scie...Objective The aim of the study was to systematically evaluate the correlation between IKZF1 polymorphisms and the risk of acute lymphoblastic leukemia.Methods Computer databases including PubMed,EMBASE,and Web of Science were searched for case-control studies on the association between IKZF1 polymorphisms and the risk of acute lymphoblastic leukemia.The retrieval period was from the establishment of the database to November 2020.Two researchers independently screened the literature,extracted the data,evaluated the risk of bias in the included studies,and used Stata 14.0 software for meta-analysis.Results A total of 48 case-control studies were included,with 10520 and 44049 cases in the case and control groups,respectively.The meta-analysis results showed that rs4132061 and rs11978267 of IKZF1 were significantly correlated with the risk of acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL).Conclusion Current evidence indicates that rs4132061 and rs11978267 of IKZF1 are significantly associated with the risk of B-cell ALL.展开更多

Here, we report the impact of hypoxia-induced Jagged1 expression in cardiomyocytes(CMs) for driving the differentiation of cardiac stem cells(CSCs).Forced hypoxia-inducible factor 1α(HIF-1α) expression and physical hypoxia(5% O_2) treatment could induce Jagged1 expression in neonatal rat CMs. Pharmacological inhibition of HIF-1α by YC-1 attenuated hypoxia-promoted Jagged1 expression in CMs. An ERK inhibitor(PD98059), but not inhibitors of JNK(SP600125), Notch(DAPT), NF-κB(PTDC), JAK(AG490), or STAT3(Stattic) suppressed hypoxiainduced Jagged1 protein expression in CMs. c-Kit^+ CSCs isolated from neonatal rat hearts using a magnetic-activated cell sorting method expressed GATA4, SM22α or vWF, but not Nkx2.5 and cTnI.Moreover, 87.3% of freshly isolated CSCs displayed Notch1 receptor expression. Direct co-culture of CMs with BrdU-labeled CSCs enhanced CSCs differentiation, as evidenced by an increased number of BrdU^+/Nkx2.5^+ cells, while intermittent hypoxia for 21 days promoted co-culture-triggered differentiation of CSCs into CM-like cells. Notably, YC-1 and DAPT attenuated hypoxia-induced differentiation.Our results suggest that hypoxia induces Jagged1 expression in CMs primarily through ERK signaling,and facilitates early cardiac lineage differentiation of CSCs in CM/CSC co-cultures via HIF-1α/Jagged1/Notch signaling.展开更多
Lead-free double perovskite,Cs2AgBiBr6,with higher stability and lower toxicity than those of its lead counterparts,has been considered a promising alternative for next-generation photovoltaic materials.For practical ...Lead-free double perovskite,Cs2AgBiBr6,with higher stability and lower toxicity than those of its lead counterparts,has been considered a promising alternative for next-generation photovoltaic materials.For practical applications,a facile deposition method that could be used to fabricate high-quality double perovskite films with large grain size is highly desired.However,such kind of facile method has never been established for Cs2AgBiBr6.Herein,high-quality Cs2AgBiBr6thin films with an average grain size of approximately 0.5μm were successfully deposited via a simple onestep spin-coating method by using dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO)-N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF)mixture with optimized volume ratio as the solvent and chlorobenzene(CB)as the antisolvent.On the basis of satisfactory quality of the film efficient(>1%)Cs2AgBiBr6perovskite solar cells were constructed.Furthermore,the photo-generated charge-carrier transfer from Cs2AgBiBr6to the adjacent carrier extraction layers was systematically investigated via femtosecond transient spectroscopies.This study offers a new pathway to acquiring high-quality Cs2AgBiBr6thin films and provides a useful guide toward the development of high-efficiency double perovskite solar cells in the future.展开更多

Spectral propert...Soil samples were collected from the areas surrounding Wuliangsuhai Lake in China. Dissolved organic matter (DOM) was extracted from the samples and characterized by fluorescence and UV-Vis spectra. Spectral properties and humification degree of DOM were studied. The results indicated that both humic- and protein- like fluorophores were present in the DOM spectra, and the former was the dominant component. The analysis of humification (HIX) and r (A, C) indices revealed that the maximum humification degree in three agricultural soils (AAF, ASC, and ASW) was presented in the second soil layer (20-40 cm). However, the humification degree of the two Halophytes soils (SSE and GKF) decreased with increasing depth. One index, I344/270, showed that humification degree increased gradually with an increasing proportion of humic-like acid. There was a significant positive correlation between humification degree (HIX) and aromaticity (SUVA254), indicating that a higher aromaticity corresponded to a higher humification degree. Land use was an important factor responsible for the major difference of cation exchange capacity (CEC) in different soils, which led to a higher CEC value in the second soil layer for the three agricultural soils. CEC values and humification degree had the same trend for all five soils. The correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between HIX and CEC,and a negative correlation between the r (A, C) index and CEC, indicating that humification degree increases gradually with increasing CEC values.展开更多
The CD19-targeting bispecific T-cell engager blinatumomab has shown remarkable efficacy in patients with relapsed/refractory B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia.However,several studies showed that blinatumom...The CD19-targeting bispecific T-cell engager blinatumomab has shown remarkable efficacy in patients with relapsed/refractory B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia.However,several studies showed that blinatumomab has a short plasma half-life due to its low molecular weight,and thus its clinical use is limited.Furthermore,multiple trials have shown that approximately 30%of blinatumomab-relapsed cases are characterized by CD19 negative leukemic cells.Here,we design and characterize two novel antibodies,A-319 and A-2019.Blinatumomab and A-319 are CD3/CD19 bispecific antibodies with different molecular sizes and structures,and A-2019 is a novel CD3/CD19/CD20 trispecific antibody with an additional anti-CD20 function.Our in vitro,ex vivo,and in vivo experiments demonstrated that A-319 and A-2019 are potent antitumor agents and capable of recruiting CD3 positive T cells,enhancing T-cell function,mediating B-cell depletion,and eventually inhibiting tumor growth in Raji xenograft models.The two molecules are complementary in terms of efficacy and specificity profile.The activity of A-319 demonstrated superior to that of A-2019,whereas A-2019 has an additional capability to target CD20 in cells missing CD19,suggesting its potential function against CD19 weak or negative CD20 positive leukemic cells.展开更多

This paper demon- strates that applying hydrogenation processes at moderate temperatures to finished screen print cells can passivate dislocation clusters within the cast-mono crystalline silicon wafers far better than the hydrogenation received during standard commercial firing conditions. Efficiency enhancements of up to 2% absolute are demonstrated on wafers with high dislocation densities. The impact of illumination to manipulate the charge state of hydrogen during annealing is investigated and found to not be significant on the wafers used in this study. This finding is contrary to a previous study on similar wafers that concluded increased H or H0 from laser illumination was responsible for the further passivation of positively charged dangling bonds within the dislocation clusters.展开更多
Background:Pain is considered as a multidimensional conscious experience that includes a sensory component and a negative affective-motivational component.Electroacupuncture(EA)is widely used to treat pain and painind...Background:Pain is considered as a multidimensional conscious experience that includes a sensory component and a negative affective-motivational component.Electroacupuncture(EA)is widely used to treat pain and paininduced negative emotions,however,little is known about the mechanisms underlying the effect of EA.Objective:This study investigated the effect of EA on alleviating the anxiety-like behaviors in pain aversion rats and its anterior cingulate cortex(ACC)regulation mechanism.Methods:After a Freund’s complete adjuvant(CFA)-conditioned place aversion(C-CPA)model was established in rats,EA treatment(2/100 Hz,30 min,once/day,4 days totally)was applied at bilateral Zusanli(ST36)and Kunlun(BL60)acupoints.Von Frey filaments were used to measure changes of pain withdrawal threshold(PWT)at indicated time points.Elevated zero maze(EZM)was used to investigate the changes of pain-related anxiety and CPA was used to investigate the changes of pain aversion.The protein expression levels of GAD67,PV,and NPY in ACC were detected by Western blotting.Results:Compared with the control group,the staying time in the"CFA-paired compartment"was significantly reduced,and the PWT was decreased in model group.In the EZM assessment,the distance and the time in open arm,as well as the number of open arm entries of model group were significantly lower than those in the control group.In the CPA assessment,the time spent in the"CFA-paired compartment"was significantly decreased in model group compared with control group,and EA reversed the changes in pain sensation and in pain-related emotions.Western blotting showed that the NPY level,but not the levels of GAD67 and PV,was significantly increased in the ACC of the model group compared to that of the control group.The increased expression of NPY in the ACC was significantly downregulated by EA,while sham EA produced no such effect.Conclusion:EA can effectively relieve the pain and pain-related emotions,and its mechanism may be achieved by down-regulating the expression of NPY in the ACC.展开更多
Objective:This study aimed to identify a model for short-term coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)trend prediction and intervention evaluation.Methods:We compared the autoregressive integrated moving average(ARIMA)model...Objective:This study aimed to identify a model for short-term coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)trend prediction and intervention evaluation.Methods:We compared the autoregressive integrated moving average(ARIMA)model and Holt exponential smoothing(Holt)model on predicting the number of cumulative COVID-19 cases in China.Based on the mean absolute percentage error(MAPE)value,the optimal model was selected and further tested using data from the United States,Italy and Republic of Korea.The intervention effect starting time points and abnormal trend changes were detected by observing the pattern of differences between the predicted and real trends.Results:The recalibrated ARIMA model with a 5-day prediction time span has the best model performance with MAPEs ranged between 2%and 5%.The intervention effects started to show on February 7 in the mainland of China,March 5 in Republic of Korea and April 27 in Italy,but have not been detected in the US as of May 19.Temporary abnormal trends were detected in Korea and Italy,but the overall epidemic trends were stable since the effect starting points.Conclusion:The recalibrated ARIMA model can detect the intervention effects starting points and abnormal trend changes;thus to provide valuable information support for epidemic trend analysis and intervention evaluation.展开更多

文摘The WRKY transcription factor gene family is one of the unique gene families in plants.It plays an important role in response to abiotic stresses such as cold and drought,hormone signal transduction,regulation of biosynthesis,leaf senescence seed germination,etc.However,little information is available about WRKY transcription factors in Verbena bonariensis.In this study,70 VbWRKY genes were identified from the whole genome.The phylogenetic analysis of the WRKY gene family in V.bonariensis and Arabidopsis shows that the WRKY genes in V.bonariensis can be divided into three groups:I,II,and III,which contain 13,47,and 10 members,respectively.Group II can be further divided into five subclasses:IIa(5),IIb(10),IIc(18),IId(6),and IIe(8).Conservative motif analysis showed that 64 proteins encoded by the VbWRKY gene had conserved motifs 1,2 and 3,and the same subclass motif elements were approximately the same.The collinearity analysis showed that there were 44 homologous gene pairs among the VbWRKYs,and these homologous gene pairs may have the same function.Promoter sequence analysis showed that the VbWRKY gene has multiple cis-acting elements,including not only cis-acting elements related to low-temperature and light responses,but also cis-acting elements related to hormone regulation,Among them,most VbWRKY genes contain response elements about low-temperature,and 30 VbWRKY genes contain low-temperature response elements(LTR),and 61 VbWRKY genes contain abscisic acid response elements(ABRE),indicating that VbWRKY plays a crucial role in plant growth and abiotic stress.According to the expression of VbWRKY in the cold stress and different tissues transcriptome,70 VbWRKY genes played their respective roles in various tissues and stages to regulate plant growth,Also,some of them participated in the process of cold stress tolerance,52 VbWRKYs showed significant differences in expression under cold stress,and 37 VbWRKY genes were up-regulated under cold stress.9 VbWRKY genes were selected for quantitative real-time PCR(qRT-PCR)analysis under low-temperature stress,and the results showed that all 9 genes were upregulated under low-temperature stress.Ultimately,the present study provides a comprehensive analysis of the predicted V.bonariensis WRKY genes family,which provided a theoretical basis for the study of low-temperature resistance and growth and development of V.bonariensis.

文摘The electrolyte integrated with lithium metal anodes is subjected to the issues of interfacial compatibility and stability,which strongly influence the performances of high-energy lithium metal batteries.Here,we report a new electrolyte recipe viz.a moderately concentrated electrolyte comprising of 2.4 M lithium bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide(LiFSI)in a cosolvent mixture of fluorinated ethylene carbonate(FEC)and dimethyl carbonate(DMC)with relatively high ion conductivity.Owing to the preferential decomposition of LiFSI and FEC,an inorganic-rich interphase with abundant Li_(2)O and LiF nanocrystals is formed on lithium metal with improved robustness and ion transfer kinetics,enabling lithium plating/stripping with an extremely low overpotential of~8 mV and the average CE of 97%.When tested in Li||LiFePO_(4) cell,this electrolyte provides long-term cycling with a capacity retention of 98.3%after 1000 cycles at 1 C and an excellent rate performance of 20 C,as well as an areal capacity of 1.35 mA h cm^(-2)at the cathode areal loading of 9 mg cm^(-2).Moreover,the Li||LiFePO_(4) cell exhibits excellent wide-temperature performances(-40~60℃),including long-term cycling stability over 2600 cycles without visible capacity fading at 0℃,as well as extremely high average CEs of 99.6%and 99.8% over 400 cycles under-20℃ and 45℃.
文摘In recent years, the Sponge City program (SCP) of China, as a sustainable stormwater management approach, has been strengthened as a national strategic level program. The Green Infrastructure (GI), due to its multi-objective and multi-benefits, has been adopted as an important measure of this new nationwide initiative. However, there is a lack of a comprehensive quantitative evaluation system for neighbourhood scale SCP. Hence, in the process of GI plan optimization, selection of implementation methods to balance its multi-benefits has become one of the key obstacles in the practice of SCP. To support robust decision making on multi-objective GI planning and comprehensive assessment, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) has been used as a structural and systematic technique. In addition, a set of sustainability key performance indicators (KPIs) including requisite dimensions is the foundation for neighbourhood scale sustainability. Hence, AHP-based evaluation system including selection, weighting and ranking of the KPIs, is defined as a key performance indicator framework (KPIF), which is still in need for further development. Taking the GI planning for the Liangnong, Siming Lake sponge node restoration as an example, this paper develops KPIF with a comprehensive evaluation system for high-quality “Sponge Node” transitional construction. This KPIF consists of three basic criteria: “Environmental Performance”, “Economic and Adaptability Performance”, and “Social-cultural Performance and Wellbeing Performance”. In addition, 15 weighted KPIs are concluded and amongst them, the followings were relatively high: weight of the ATRCR, the promotion of biodiversity, the construction cost saving, the maintenance cost saving, and the level of recreational and wellbeing improvements for all people. In addition, the developed KPIF provides a reference for similar program’s decision-making, not only for the Jiangnan area of China, but also for quantitatively comprehensive evaluations of SCP in other regions.
文摘BACKGROUND Long-term outcomes and monitoring patterns in real-world practice are largely unknown among patients with celiac disease.AIM To understand patterns of follow-up and management of patients with celiac disease,and to characterize symptoms and villous atrophy after diagnosis.METHODS A retrospective chart review study was performed using medical chart data of patients diagnosed with celiac disease.Three gastroenterology referral centers,with substantial expertise in celiac disease,participated in the United Kingdom,United States,and Norway.Demographic and clinical data were collected from medical charts.Descriptive analyses were conducted on patients with biopsyconfirmed celiac disease,diagnosed between 2008 and 2012,with at least one follow-up visit before December 31,2017.Patient demographic and clinical characteristics,biopsy/serology tests and results,symptoms,and comorbidities were captured at diagnosis and for each clinic visit occurring within the study period(i.e.,before the study end date of December 31,2017).RESULTS A total of 300 patients were included in this study[72%female;mean age at diagnosis:38.9 years,standard deviation(SD)17.2].Patients were followed-up for a mean of 29.9 mo(SD 22.1)and there were,on average,three follow-up visits per patient during the study period.Over two-thirds(68.4%)of patients were recorded as having ongoing gastrointestinal symptoms and 11.0%had ongoing symptoms and enteropathy during follow-up.Approximately 80%of patients were referred to a dietician at least once during the follow-up period.Half(50.0%)of the patients underwent at least one follow-up duodenal biopsy and 36.6%had continued villous atrophy.Patterns of monitoring varied between sites.Biopsies were conducted more frequently in Norway and patients in the United States had a longer follow-up duration.CONCLUSION This real-world study demonstrates variable follow-up of patients with celiac disease despite most patients continuing to have abnormal histology and symptoms after diagnosis.

文摘Lead-free double perovskite Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6) has gained increasing attention recently.However,the power conversion efficiency(PCE)of Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6) perovskite solar cells(PSCs)is still low compared with their lead-based counterparts.Here,by using photoluminescence(PL),time-resolved photoluminescence(TRPL),and ultrafast transient absorption(TA)measurements,the unbalance between the electron and hole in diffusion and transfer,which limits the performance of the Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6) PSCs,was further revealed.Considering this issue,a strategy of using the mesoporous TiO_(2) electron transport layer(ETL)to construct a bulk heterojunction in Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6) PSCs was proposed.Consequently,the PCE had improved by over 24%comparing with that only used compact TiO_(2) ETL.Moreover,based on mesoporous TiO_(2),the unencapsulated Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6) PSCs maintained 90%of their initial performance after approximately 1200 h of storage in a desiccator(humidity~30%).This work gives further understanding of Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6) perovskite and demonstrates that a proper design of balancing the electron and hole diffusion can improve device performance.

文摘Objective The aim of the study was to systematically evaluate the correlation between IKZF1 polymorphisms and the risk of acute lymphoblastic leukemia.Methods Computer databases including PubMed,EMBASE,and Web of Science were searched for case-control studies on the association between IKZF1 polymorphisms and the risk of acute lymphoblastic leukemia.The retrieval period was from the establishment of the database to November 2020.Two researchers independently screened the literature,extracted the data,evaluated the risk of bias in the included studies,and used Stata 14.0 software for meta-analysis.Results A total of 48 case-control studies were included,with 10520 and 44049 cases in the case and control groups,respectively.The meta-analysis results showed that rs4132061 and rs11978267 of IKZF1 were significantly correlated with the risk of acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL).Conclusion Current evidence indicates that rs4132061 and rs11978267 of IKZF1 are significantly associated with the risk of B-cell ALL.

文摘The first phloroglucinol-triterpenoid hybrids,myrtphlotritins A-E(1-5),were rapidly recognized and isolated from two species of Myrtaceae by employing the building blocks-based molecular network(BBMN)strategy.Compounds 1-5 featured new carbon skeletons in which phloroglucinol derivatives were coupled with lupane-and dammarane-type triterpenoids through different linkage patterns.Their structures and absolute configurations were elucidated by comprehensive analysis of spectroscopic data and quantum chemical calculations.Biosynthetic pathways for compounds 1-5 were proposed on the basis of the coexisting precursors.Guided by the biogenetic pathways,the biomimetic synthesis of compound 1 was also achieved.Additionally,compounds 2,3,and 5 exhibited potent antiviral activities against herpes simplex virus type-1(HSV-1)infection,and compounds 2 and 5 displayed significant anti-inflammatory activities on RAW264.7 cells.

文摘Near-infrared(NIR)chiroptical response has been less explored because it is chal-lenging to achieve both chirality and NIR absorption/emission.Herein,we describe the design of heterohelicene-typeβ-isoindigo-based boron-dipyrromethene(BOD-IPY)analogs(β-IBs),which shift the absorption peak to 800 nm and produce significant Cotton effects(127.8 M-1 cm-1)and absorbance dissymmetry factors(|gabs|3.5=×10-3).The luminescence dissymmetry factor(glum)and circu-larly polarized luminescence(CPL)brightness(BCPL)of up to 1.24×10-3 and 1.78 M-1 cm-1 were realized beyond 800 nm.Theseβ-IBs are thefirst examples of helicene-type compounds with the highest gabs in the NIR region and CPL beyond 800 nm.Theoretical calculations demonstrate that the strong chiroptical activities are triggered by their large transition magnetic dipole moments.This study not only provides a new approach to the synthesis of a larger variety of unprecedented helicene-type BODIPY analogs but also demonstrates excellent NIR chiroptical properties.

文摘Hypoxia is beneficial for the differentiation of stem cells transplanted for myocardial injury,but mechanisms underlying this benefit remain unsolved. Here, we report the impact of hypoxia-induced Jagged1 expression in cardiomyocytes(CMs) for driving the differentiation of cardiac stem cells(CSCs).Forced hypoxia-inducible factor 1α(HIF-1α) expression and physical hypoxia(5% O_2) treatment could induce Jagged1 expression in neonatal rat CMs. Pharmacological inhibition of HIF-1α by YC-1 attenuated hypoxia-promoted Jagged1 expression in CMs. An ERK inhibitor(PD98059), but not inhibitors of JNK(SP600125), Notch(DAPT), NF-κB(PTDC), JAK(AG490), or STAT3(Stattic) suppressed hypoxiainduced Jagged1 protein expression in CMs. c-Kit^+ CSCs isolated from neonatal rat hearts using a magnetic-activated cell sorting method expressed GATA4, SM22α or vWF, but not Nkx2.5 and cTnI.Moreover, 87.3% of freshly isolated CSCs displayed Notch1 receptor expression. Direct co-culture of CMs with BrdU-labeled CSCs enhanced CSCs differentiation, as evidenced by an increased number of BrdU^+/Nkx2.5^+ cells, while intermittent hypoxia for 21 days promoted co-culture-triggered differentiation of CSCs into CM-like cells. Notably, YC-1 and DAPT attenuated hypoxia-induced differentiation.Our results suggest that hypoxia induces Jagged1 expression in CMs primarily through ERK signaling,and facilitates early cardiac lineage differentiation of CSCs in CM/CSC co-cultures via HIF-1α/Jagged1/Notch signaling.

文摘Lead-free double perovskite,Cs2AgBiBr6,with higher stability and lower toxicity than those of its lead counterparts,has been considered a promising alternative for next-generation photovoltaic materials.For practical applications,a facile deposition method that could be used to fabricate high-quality double perovskite films with large grain size is highly desired.However,such kind of facile method has never been established for Cs2AgBiBr6.Herein,high-quality Cs2AgBiBr6thin films with an average grain size of approximately 0.5μm were successfully deposited via a simple onestep spin-coating method by using dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO)-N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF)mixture with optimized volume ratio as the solvent and chlorobenzene(CB)as the antisolvent.On the basis of satisfactory quality of the film efficient(>1%)Cs2AgBiBr6perovskite solar cells were constructed.Furthermore,the photo-generated charge-carrier transfer from Cs2AgBiBr6to the adjacent carrier extraction layers was systematically investigated via femtosecond transient spectroscopies.This study offers a new pathway to acquiring high-quality Cs2AgBiBr6thin films and provides a useful guide toward the development of high-efficiency double perovskite solar cells in the future.

文摘Soil samples were collected from the areas surrounding Wuliangsuhai Lake in China. Dissolved organic matter (DOM) was extracted from the samples and characterized by fluorescence and UV-Vis spectra. Spectral properties and humification degree of DOM were studied. The results indicated that both humic- and protein- like fluorophores were present in the DOM spectra, and the former was the dominant component. The analysis of humification (HIX) and r (A, C) indices revealed that the maximum humification degree in three agricultural soils (AAF, ASC, and ASW) was presented in the second soil layer (20-40 cm). However, the humification degree of the two Halophytes soils (SSE and GKF) decreased with increasing depth. One index, I344/270, showed that humification degree increased gradually with an increasing proportion of humic-like acid. There was a significant positive correlation between humification degree (HIX) and aromaticity (SUVA254), indicating that a higher aromaticity corresponded to a higher humification degree. Land use was an important factor responsible for the major difference of cation exchange capacity (CEC) in different soils, which led to a higher CEC value in the second soil layer for the three agricultural soils. CEC values and humification degree had the same trend for all five soils. The correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between HIX and CEC,and a negative correlation between the r (A, C) index and CEC, indicating that humification degree increases gradually with increasing CEC values.

文摘The CD19-targeting bispecific T-cell engager blinatumomab has shown remarkable efficacy in patients with relapsed/refractory B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia.However,several studies showed that blinatumomab has a short plasma half-life due to its low molecular weight,and thus its clinical use is limited.Furthermore,multiple trials have shown that approximately 30%of blinatumomab-relapsed cases are characterized by CD19 negative leukemic cells.Here,we design and characterize two novel antibodies,A-319 and A-2019.Blinatumomab and A-319 are CD3/CD19 bispecific antibodies with different molecular sizes and structures,and A-2019 is a novel CD3/CD19/CD20 trispecific antibody with an additional anti-CD20 function.Our in vitro,ex vivo,and in vivo experiments demonstrated that A-319 and A-2019 are potent antitumor agents and capable of recruiting CD3 positive T cells,enhancing T-cell function,mediating B-cell depletion,and eventually inhibiting tumor growth in Raji xenograft models.The two molecules are complementary in terms of efficacy and specificity profile.The activity of A-319 demonstrated superior to that of A-2019,whereas A-2019 has an additional capability to target CD20 in cells missing CD19,suggesting its potential function against CD19 weak or negative CD20 positive leukemic cells.
文摘Cast-mono crystalline silicon wafers contain crystallographic defects, which can severely impact the electrical performance of solar cells. This paper demon- strates that applying hydrogenation processes at moderate temperatures to finished screen print cells can passivate dislocation clusters within the cast-mono crystalline silicon wafers far better than the hydrogenation received during standard commercial firing conditions. Efficiency enhancements of up to 2% absolute are demonstrated on wafers with high dislocation densities. The impact of illumination to manipulate the charge state of hydrogen during annealing is investigated and found to not be significant on the wafers used in this study. This finding is contrary to a previous study on similar wafers that concluded increased H or H0 from laser illumination was responsible for the further passivation of positively charged dangling bonds within the dislocation clusters.

文摘Background:Pain is considered as a multidimensional conscious experience that includes a sensory component and a negative affective-motivational component.Electroacupuncture(EA)is widely used to treat pain and paininduced negative emotions,however,little is known about the mechanisms underlying the effect of EA.Objective:This study investigated the effect of EA on alleviating the anxiety-like behaviors in pain aversion rats and its anterior cingulate cortex(ACC)regulation mechanism.Methods:After a Freund’s complete adjuvant(CFA)-conditioned place aversion(C-CPA)model was established in rats,EA treatment(2/100 Hz,30 min,once/day,4 days totally)was applied at bilateral Zusanli(ST36)and Kunlun(BL60)acupoints.Von Frey filaments were used to measure changes of pain withdrawal threshold(PWT)at indicated time points.Elevated zero maze(EZM)was used to investigate the changes of pain-related anxiety and CPA was used to investigate the changes of pain aversion.The protein expression levels of GAD67,PV,and NPY in ACC were detected by Western blotting.Results:Compared with the control group,the staying time in the"CFA-paired compartment"was significantly reduced,and the PWT was decreased in model group.In the EZM assessment,the distance and the time in open arm,as well as the number of open arm entries of model group were significantly lower than those in the control group.In the CPA assessment,the time spent in the"CFA-paired compartment"was significantly decreased in model group compared with control group,and EA reversed the changes in pain sensation and in pain-related emotions.Western blotting showed that the NPY level,but not the levels of GAD67 and PV,was significantly increased in the ACC of the model group compared to that of the control group.The increased expression of NPY in the ACC was significantly downregulated by EA,while sham EA produced no such effect.Conclusion:EA can effectively relieve the pain and pain-related emotions,and its mechanism may be achieved by down-regulating the expression of NPY in the ACC.

文摘Objective:This study aimed to identify a model for short-term coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)trend prediction and intervention evaluation.Methods:We compared the autoregressive integrated moving average(ARIMA)model and Holt exponential smoothing(Holt)model on predicting the number of cumulative COVID-19 cases in China.Based on the mean absolute percentage error(MAPE)value,the optimal model was selected and further tested using data from the United States,Italy and Republic of Korea.The intervention effect starting time points and abnormal trend changes were detected by observing the pattern of differences between the predicted and real trends.Results:The recalibrated ARIMA model with a 5-day prediction time span has the best model performance with MAPEs ranged between 2%and 5%.The intervention effects started to show on February 7 in the mainland of China,March 5 in Republic of Korea and April 27 in Italy,but have not been detected in the US as of May 19.Temporary abnormal trends were detected in Korea and Italy,but the overall epidemic trends were stable since the effect starting points.Conclusion:The recalibrated ARIMA model can detect the intervention effects starting points and abnormal trend changes;thus to provide valuable information support for epidemic trend analysis and intervention evaluation.
