Affordability, Accessibility, and Quality of Maternal Health Care Services and Level of Satisfaction of Mothers in Rural Areas in China

Objective:This study aimed to understand the affordability,accessibility,and quality of maternal and child health services for postpartum mothers,and their impact on satisfaction.Methods:The study utilized the Anderson model and revised the Maternal Pregnancy and Perinatal Health Service Questionnaire.A survey was conducted among 289 mothers aged 20–49 in Feicheng City.Results:Regarding accessibility,most respondents(133)reported that travel time to healthcare services exceeded 60 minutes,while 99 respondents indicated a travel time of 16–30 minutes.The issue of affordability was highlighted,with 86.85%of participants perceiving maternal healthcare services as costly,indicating a significant financial burden.More than 50%of respondents were satisfied with two specific dimensions(P<0.05)regarding the quality of maternal healthcare services.Conclusion:The study found that accessibility,affordability,and quality significantly affect mothers’satisfaction with maternal health services.Future research should focus on developing more suitable service pathways for rural mothers. 展开更多

背景与目的免疫新辅助为局部晚期肺癌治疗打开新局面。本研究探讨局部晚期中央型非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer, NSCLC)患者在化疗联合免疫新辅助治疗后机器人辅助支气管袖状切除的安全性与可行性。方法回顾性分析2020年8月-... 背景与目的免疫新辅助为局部晚期肺癌治疗打开新局面。本研究探讨局部晚期中央型非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer, NSCLC)患者在化疗联合免疫新辅助治疗后机器人辅助支气管袖状切除的安全性与可行性。方法回顾性分析2020年8月-2021年2月接受化疗联合免疫新辅助治疗后支气管袖状切除的13例局部晚期中央型NSCLC患者的临床资料,患者依据手术方式不同分为开胸手术(thoracotomy bronchial sleeve resection, TBSR)组和机器人辅助手术(robot-assisted bronchial sleeve resection,BSR)组,比较两组患者肿瘤学特征、术中和术后的资料。结果两组患者手术顺利,术后病理证实均实现肿瘤R0切除,BSR组患者无中转开胸。TBSR组中患者影像学部分缓解(partial remission, PR)率为71.43%,主要病理缓解(major pathological remissions, MPR)率为42.86%,完全病理缓解(complete pathological response, p CR)率为28.57%,BSR组分别为66.67%、50.00%和33.33%。两组患者平均手术时长、淋巴结清扫数目、术中平均出血量、术后平均引流时间、术后住院时间无明显差异,但是BSR组支气管吻合时间相对较短。两组患者均预后良好,顺利出院,术后90 d死亡率为0。结论局部晚期中央型NSCLC患者经过化疗联合免疫新辅助治疗后可实现缩瘤降期、增加R0切除率,支气管袖状切除安全可行。在遵循手术安全性和实现肿瘤R0切除两个原则的前提下可优先选择机器人行袖状切除。 展开更多

Lithium-ion capacitors(LICs)are becoming important electrochemical energy storage systems due to their great potential to bridge the gap between supercapacitors and lithium-ion batteries.However,capacity lopsidedness and low output voltage greatly hinder the realization of high-energy-density LICs.Herein,a strategy of balancing capacity towards fastest dynamics is proposed to enable high-voltage LICs.Through electrochemical prelithiation of Nb_(2)C to be 1.1 V with 165 mAh g^(-1),Nb_(2)C//LiFePO_(4) LICs show a broadened potential window from 3.0 to 4.2 V and an according high energy density of 420 Wh kg^(-1).Moreover,the underlying mechanism between prelithiation and high voltage is disclosed by electrochemical dynamic analysis.Prelithiation declines the Nb_(2)C anode potential that facilitates electron transmission in the interlayer of two-dimensional Nb_(2)C MXene.This effect induces small drive force for Li^(+)ions deposition and hence weakens the repulsive force from adsorbed ions on the electrode surface.Benefiting from even more Li^(+)ions deposition,a higher voltage is eventually delivered.In addition,prelithiation significantly increases Coulomb efficiency of the 1st cycle from 74%to 90%,which is crucial to commercial application of LICs. 展开更多

Orthogonal time frequency space(OTFS)modulation has been proven to be superior to traditional orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM)systems in high-speed communication scenarios.However,the existing channel estimation schemes may results in poor peak to average power ratio(PAPR)performance of OTFS system or low spectrum efficiency.Hence,in this paper,we propose a low PAPR channel estimation scheme with high spectrum efficiency.Specifically,we design a multiple scattered pilot pattern,where multiple low power pilot symbols are superimposed with data symbols in delay-Doppler domain.Furthermore,we propose the placement rules for pilot symbols,which can guarantee the low PAPR.Moreover,the data aided iterative channel estimation was invoked,where joint channel estimation is proposed by exploiting multiple independent received signals instead of only one received signal in the existing scheme,which can mitigate the interference imposed by data symbols for channel estimation.Simulation results shows that the proposed multiple scattered pilot aided channel estimation scheme can significantly reduce the PAPR while keeping the high spectrum efficiency. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the application effect of safety hazard self-examination mode in nursing risk management in hepatobiliary surgery.Methods:Sixty patients underwent hepatobiliary surgery in two tertiary hospitals in Shandong Province from May 2021 to October 2021.According to the different implementation time,they were divided into 30 cases in the observation group and 30 cases in the control group.The control group adopts routine risk assessment,and the observation group adopts the self-examination mode of potential safety hazards on the basis of routine risk assessment to compare the incidence of nursing risk between the two groups.Results:The observation group had a significantly lower incidence of safety hazards in terms of missing surgical instruments,lack of aseptic operation,and postoperative pressure injuries than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The appropriate hazard self-examination mode in the hepatobiliary operation room is of positive significance to improve the safety awareness of operating staff and the comprehensive ability of operating room nurses. 展开更多

Doping in Si nanocrystals is an interesting topic and directly studying the distribution of dopants in phosphorous/boron co-doping is an important issue facing the scientific community.In this study,atom probe tomography is performed to study the structures and distribution of impurity in phosphorous/boron co-doped Si nanocrystals/SiO_(2) multilayers.Compared with phosphorous singly doped Si nanocrystals,it is interesting to find that the concentration of phosphorous in co-doped samples can be significantly improved.Theoretical simulation suggests that phosphorous-boron pairs are formed in co-doped Si nanocrystals with the lowest formation energy,which also reduces the formation energy of phosphorous in Si nanocrystals.The results indicate that co-doping can promote the entry of phosphorous impurities into the near-surface and inner sites of Si nanocrystals,which provides an interesting way to regulate the electronic and optical properties of Si nanocrystals such as the observed enhancement of conductivity and sub-band light emission. 展开更多

By focusing the auxiliary controlling laser beam onto a Cr^(4+):YAG crystal and thereby changing the initial transmission of the Cr^(4+):YAG crystal, laser pulses with different pulse widths can be achieved. The obtained laser pulse width is tunable in the range of 550–1492 ps with a fixed cavity length of 7 mm. The laser can be used to achieve different pulse widths between two pulses in the range of sub-nanosecond to a few tens of nanoseconds. 展开更多

In this paper, the research work of twodimensional beam shaping and homogenization of high power laser diode (LD) stack by a rectangular waveguide is presented. Both the theoretical simulation and experiment results have shown that the diode stack beam can be shaped into a uniform square spot with a dimension of 10 mm×10 mm and the non-uniformity less than 5% along both directions of slow axis and fast axis, the shaped beam has a uniform pumping depth over 10 mm, which is well to be used for a rectangular laser medium end pumping. 展开更多
