对内蒙古地区主栽的4个葡萄品种的枝条及根系进行抗寒性分析,旨在为葡萄抗寒育种、优良品种推广提供理论依据。以北玫、双庆、玫瑰香和芳堤娜为试验材料,模拟自然冷冻降温过程,枝条模拟温度设置为-5、-15、-20、-25、-30、-35、-40℃;... 对内蒙古地区主栽的4个葡萄品种的枝条及根系进行抗寒性分析,旨在为葡萄抗寒育种、优良品种推广提供理论依据。以北玫、双庆、玫瑰香和芳堤娜为试验材料,模拟自然冷冻降温过程,枝条模拟温度设置为-5、-15、-20、-25、-30、-35、-40℃;根系模拟温度设置为0、-3、-6、-9、-12、-15、-18℃,分别测定丙二醛含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、脯氨酸含量。结果表明,随着温度逐渐降低,4个葡萄品种的渗透调节物质均呈现显著差异。其中,根系可溶性蛋白含量均呈上升趋势,枝条可溶性蛋白含量均呈先上升后下降的趋势,枝条和根系的丙二醛含量和脯氨酸含量均呈上升趋势,而可溶性糖含量均呈先上升后下降的趋势。通过隶属函数法分析,4个葡萄品种的抗寒性强弱顺序为双庆>北玫>芳堤娜>玫瑰香。 展开更多

香茶品质因子的多变量分析及判别

本研究以大宗绿茶的代表——浙江香茶为研究对象,收集了浙江省3个产区、4个品种共50个茶样,基于其常规理化指标、儿茶素组分、感官因子和产地交易市场批发价格,采用相关性分析、线性判别分析(linear discriminant analysis,LDA)、随机... 本研究以大宗绿茶的代表——浙江香茶为研究对象,收集了浙江省3个产区、4个品种共50个茶样,基于其常规理化指标、儿茶素组分、感官因子和产地交易市场批发价格,采用相关性分析、线性判别分析(linear discriminant analysis,LDA)、随机森林回归(random forest regression,RF-R)分析等方法进行关联因子提取及产地、品种的判别,并尝试构建香茶批发交易参考价模型。结果表明:游离氨基酸、咖啡碱含量均与多项感官因子呈显著相关,是香茶风味品质形成的关键理化因子。游离氨基酸、儿茶素含量及酚氨比为产地关联因子,而不同品种香茶的审评总分、外形、滋味评分有极显著差异,香气及叶底评分存在显著差异。LDA结果显示香茶存在明显的县域产地聚类,其县域产地判别存在一定可行性,而采制品种的可判别性则不充分。RF-R分析构建了拟合度较好的香茶批发交易参考价模型(R~2=0.867,平均绝对误差=7.907),价格拟合相对重要性依次为外形>审评总分>香气>汤色>叶底>滋味>氨基酸>水浸出物>酚氨比>咖啡碱>茶多酚。本研究可为茶叶的品质因子分析、产地溯源、品种判别和交易参考价制定提供参考。 展开更多

The great potentials of massive Multiple-Input Multiple-Output(MIMO)in Frequency Division Duplex(FDD)mode can be fully exploited when the downlink Channel State Information(CSI)is available at base stations.However,the accurate CsI is difficult to obtain due to the large amount of feedback overhead caused by massive antennas.In this paper,we propose a deep learning based joint channel estimation and feedback framework,which comprehensively realizes the estimation,compression,and reconstruction of downlink channels in FDD massive MIMO systems.Two networks are constructed to perform estimation and feedback explicitly and implicitly.The explicit network adopts a multi-Signal-to-Noise-Ratios(SNRs)technique to obtain a single trained channel estimation subnet that works well with different SNRs and employs a deep residual network to reconstruct the channels,while the implicit network directly compresses pilots and sends them back to reduce network parameters.Quantization module is also designed to generate data-bearing bitstreams.Simulation results show that the two proposed networks exhibit excellent performance of reconstruction and are robust to different environments and quantization errors. 展开更多

As some recent information security legislation endowed users with unconditional rights to be forgotten by any trained machine learning model,personalised IoT service pro-viders have to put unlearning functionality into their consideration.The most straight-forward method to unlearn users'contribution is to retrain the model from the initial state,which is not realistic in high throughput applications with frequent unlearning requests.Though some machine unlearning frameworks have been proposed to speed up the retraining process,they fail to match decentralised learning scenarios.A decentralised unlearning framework called heterogeneous decentralised unlearning framework with seed(HDUS)is designed,which uses distilled seed models to construct erasable en-sembles for all clients.Moreover,the framework is compatible with heterogeneous on-device models,representing stronger scalability in real-world applications.Extensive experiments on three real-world datasets show that our HDUS achieves state-of-the-art performance. 展开更多

目的探讨外周血全身免疫-炎症指数(SII)、淋巴细胞/单核细胞比值(LMR)与子痫前期患者严重程度相关性及其预测价值。方法选取102例子痫前期孕妇进行研究,其中58例轻度子痫患者为轻度组,44例重度子痫患者为重度组;另选取同期50例健康体检... 目的探讨外周血全身免疫-炎症指数(SII)、淋巴细胞/单核细胞比值(LMR)与子痫前期患者严重程度相关性及其预测价值。方法选取102例子痫前期孕妇进行研究,其中58例轻度子痫患者为轻度组,44例重度子痫患者为重度组;另选取同期50例健康体检孕妇为对照组。比较各组外周血SII、LMR水平;采用Pearson相关性分析SII、LMR与子痫前期严重程度的相关性,并用ROC评估血清SII、LMR单独和联合检测诊断子痫前期的价值。结果轻度组、重度组血清SII水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),LMR水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);重度组血清SII水平高于轻度组,血清LMR水平低于轻度组(P<0.05)。轻度组、重度组的血压水平均高于对照组,且重度组高于轻度组(P<0.05)。血清SII与子痫前期严重程度呈正相关,血清LMR与子痫前期严重程度呈负相关(P<0.05)。SII诊断子痫前期的灵敏度为70.59%,特异度为59.05%;LMR诊断子痫前期的灵敏度为76.47%,特异度为40.16%;SII+LMR联合诊断的灵敏度为93.14%,特异度为31.49%。SII、LMR及SII+LMR联合检测诊断子痫前期的AUC分别为0.940、0.960和0.970。结论外周血SII与子痫前期患者严重程度呈正相关,LMR与子痫前期患者严重程度呈负相关,二者联合诊断子痫前期的灵敏度较高,对子痫前期的发生具有一定的预测价值。 展开更多

Light is a fundamental environmental factor for living organisms on earth—not only as a primary energy source but also as an informational signal.In fungi,light can be used as an indicator for both time and space to control important physiological and morphological responses.Botrytis cinerea(B.cinerea)is a devastating phytopathogenic fungus that exploits light cues to optimize virulence and the balance between conidiation and sclerotia development,thereby improving its dispersal and survival in ecosystems.However,the components and mechanisms underlying these processes remain obscure.Here,we identify a novel light-signaling component in B.cinerea,BcCfaS,which encodes a putative cyclopropane fatty-acyl-phospholipid synthase.BcCfaS is strongly induced by light at the transcriptional level and plays a crucial role in regulating photomorphogenesis.Deletion of BcCfaS results in reduced vegetative growth,altered colony morphology,impaired sclerotial development,and enhanced conidiation in a lightdependent manner.Moreover,the mutant exhibits serious defects in stress response and virulence on the host.Based on a lipidomics analysis,a number of previously unknown fungal lipids and many BcCfaS-regulated lipids are identified in B.cinerea,including several novel phospholipids and fatty acids.Importantly,we find that BcCfaS controls conidiation and sclerotial development by positively regulating methyl jasmonate(MeJA)synthesis to activate the transcription of light-signaling components,revealing for the first time the metabolic base of photomorphogenesis in fungi.Thus,we propose that BcCfaS serves as an integration node for light and lipid metabolism,thereby providing a regulatory mechanism by which fungi adapt their development to a changing light environment.These new findings provide an important target for antifungal design to prevent and control fungal disease. 展开更多

Bone loss caused by ageing has become one of the leading health risk factors worldwide.Wheat germ(WG)is consists of high amounts of bioactive peptides,polyunsaturated fatty acids,and dietary fibre.Currently,WG has been proven to possess strong antioxidant and anti-infl ammatory properties.We recently explored the beneficial effects and relevant mechanisms of a WG-rich diet(2.5%and 5%WG,m/m)on bone homeostasis in aged rats.Our results showed that 5%WG supplementation for 12 months effectively attenuated ageing-induced microstructural damage and differentiation activity changes in the femur.The 5%WG supplementation also signifi cantly increased the levels of total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)(P<0.01),and superoxide dismutase(SOD)(P<0.05),and decreased infl ammatory cytokine levels(tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6))(P<0.01).Furthermore,the WG-rich diet reshaped the composition of the gut microbiota,enhancing short-chain fatty acids(SCFAs)-producing microbes and reducing infl ammation-related microbes.In addition,metabolomics analysis showed that 5%WG supplementation improved plasma metabolites related to bone metabolism.Conclusively,our study purports long-term WG-rich diet may preserve bone homeostasis by regulating gut microbiota and plasma metabolites in aged rats. 展开更多

Wild soybean(Glycine soja),a relative of cultivated soybean,shows high adaptability to adverse environmental conditions.We identified and characterized a wild soybean transcription factor gene,GsWRKY40,that promotes plant salt stress.GsWRKY40 was highly expressed in wild soybean roots and was up-regulated by salt treatment.GsWRKY40 was localized in nucleus and demonstrated DNA-binding activities but without transcriptional activation.Mutation and overexpression of GsWRKY40 altered salt tolerance of Arabidopsis plants.To understand the molecular mechanism of GsWRKY40 in regulating plant salt resistance,we screened a cDNA library and identified a GsWRKY40 interacting protein GsbHLH92 by using yeast two-hybrid approach.The physical interaction of GsWRKY40 and GsbHLH92 was confirmed by co-immunoprecipitation(co-IP),GST pull-down,and bimolecular fluorescence complementation(BiFC)techniques.Intriguingly,co-overexpression of GsWRKY40 and GsbHLH92 resulted in higher salt tolerance and lower ROS levels than overexpression of GsWRKY40 or GsbHLH92 in composite soybean plants,suggesting that GsWRKY40 and GsbHLH92 may synergistically regulate plant salt resistance through inhibiting ROS production.qRT-PCR data indicated that the expression level of GmSPOD1 gene encoding peroxidase was cooperatively regulated by GsWRKY40 and GsbHLH92,which was confirmed by using a dual luciferase report system and yeast one-hybrid experiment.Our study reveals a pathway that GsWRKY40 and GsbHLH92 collaboratively up-regulate plant salt resistance through impeding GmSPOD1 expression and reducing ROS levels,providing a novel perspective on the regulatory mechanisms underlying plant tolerance to abiotic stresses. 展开更多

为探究莱阳梨膏对小鼠引咳后咳嗽的改善作用机制,采用浓氨水引咳法构建咳嗽小鼠模型,将50只小鼠随机分为5组,即空白对照组、阳性对照组(枸橼酸喷托维林)、高剂量组(12 g/kg莱阳梨膏)、中剂量组(6 g/kg莱阳梨膏)、低剂量组(3 g/kg莱阳梨... 为探究莱阳梨膏对小鼠引咳后咳嗽的改善作用机制,采用浓氨水引咳法构建咳嗽小鼠模型,将50只小鼠随机分为5组,即空白对照组、阳性对照组(枸橼酸喷托维林)、高剂量组(12 g/kg莱阳梨膏)、中剂量组(6 g/kg莱阳梨膏)、低剂量组(3 g/kg莱阳梨膏),每组10只,共50只。每日按0.2 mL/10 g灌胃给药,为期10 d,测定咳嗽次数、潜伏期、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、肺脏组织过氧化物酶(POD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量和脾脏指数等指标。结果表明:与空白对照组相比,高剂量组降低了2 min内小鼠咳嗽次数,延长了咳嗽潜伏期,同时提升了小鼠SOD、POD活性和GSH含量,降低了MDA含量,提高了小鼠脾脏指数,差异显著(P<0.05)。中、低剂量组也表现一定改善效果,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。与阳性对照组相比,高剂量组咳嗽次数、POD活性、GSH及MDA含量、脾脏指数多个指标相近,而SOD活性超过阳性对照组,差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上,莱阳梨膏高剂量组(12 g/kg)镇咳效果优,可增强机体抗氧化能力及免疫水平。 展开更多

Complete relativistic corrections of an effective Hamiltonian for a single-particle system in an external electromagnetic field and their unitary equivalent form up to the order of mα^(8) are obtained.The derivation is based on two approaches applying Foldy-Wouthuysen(FW)transformation to the Dirac Hamiltonian for a particle in an external electromagnetic field.The results are consistent with the previous work at the mα^(6) and mα^(8) order correction[Phys.Rev.A 71012503(2005);Phys.Rev.A 100012513(2019)].We also further consider the effect of anomalous magnetic moments,namely,the Dirac-Pauli equation,and obtain FW-Hamiltonians at the same order.The results obtained can be used for the subsequent calculation of relativistic and radiation effects in simple atomic and molecular systems. 展开更多

滨海湿地是海陆过渡地带重要的生态系统,开展人类活动对滨海围垦湿地的强度评价,对总结围垦土地覆被类型演变规律、维护滨海湿地生态安全、切实提高海岸带土地资源管理和滨海湿地保护水平具有重要意义。基于Markov、土地开发利用及强度... 滨海湿地是海陆过渡地带重要的生态系统,开展人类活动对滨海围垦湿地的强度评价,对总结围垦土地覆被类型演变规律、维护滨海湿地生态安全、切实提高海岸带土地资源管理和滨海湿地保护水平具有重要意义。基于Markov、土地开发利用及强度评价模型,构建人类活动强度评估体系,揭示杭州湾南岸滨海湿地的围垦开发强度及覆被类型时空演变规律,并展开一定讨论。研究发现:(1)研究区围垦土地的人类活动强度自南向北呈条带状递减,与距海距离密切相关,土地开发程度不断深化,低活动强度的土地面积逐渐减少,城市建设进程推进显著;(2)滨海围垦土地主要向中度、极高度开发方向转变,人类开发活动普遍高出原土地2~3个强度级,开发增强区分布范围不断扩大,由南向北呈“向海式”扩张,结构上逐渐由分散型向“连片式”转变;(3)滩涂和草滩湿地等自然地类的人工化程度不断加强,逐渐向人工鱼塘及建设用地方向转化。滩涂—草滩湿地、滩涂—水体、草滩湿地—水体、草滩湿地—建设用地是4种主要地类转变组合;(4)围垦土地人类活动强度分异特征显著,滨海乡镇区域内低活动强度的土地分布面积广、开发潜力大、开发前后强度变化差距较大;内陆乡镇已有土地的人工开发程度高、低强度土地存量小、整体土地开发度变化细微。 展开更多
