目的分析健康教育结合饮食护理对2型糖尿病合并肥胖症患者血糖、血脂及睡眠质量的影响,为临床护理提供依据。方法选取2020年1月至2021年3月我院接收的100例2型糖尿病合并肥胖症患者进行研究,根据护理方案的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,...目的分析健康教育结合饮食护理对2型糖尿病合并肥胖症患者血糖、血脂及睡眠质量的影响,为临床护理提供依据。方法选取2020年1月至2021年3月我院接收的100例2型糖尿病合并肥胖症患者进行研究,根据护理方案的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予饮食护理干预,观察组给予健康教育结合饮食护理干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的疾病认知、依从性、一般自我效能量表(GSES)评分均高于对照组,匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预3、6个月后,观察组的腰围、体质量指数(BMI)均小于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)水平及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平高于对照组,总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育结合饮食护理在2型糖尿病合并肥胖症中的应用效果显著,可有效提高患者的疾病认知、自我效能以及睡眠质量,降低BMI及血糖水平,值得推广。展开更多
