雄安新区中、西部的白洋淀湿地,存在着较为严重的生态地质环境问题,对新区城市的规划、建设及运营都将产生重大影响。作者通过野外调查和综合分析研究已有文献资料,将白洋淀地区的地表水、地表土层、地下水含水岩层和浅层地下水视为有... 雄安新区中、西部的白洋淀湿地,存在着较为严重的生态地质环境问题,对新区城市的规划、建设及运营都将产生重大影响。作者通过野外调查和综合分析研究已有文献资料,将白洋淀地区的地表水、地表土层、地下水含水岩层和浅层地下水视为有机的统一体进行研究,提出新区生态地质环境问题的关键是淀区水污染,指出淀区水污染的存在及治理程度,直接影响和决定着整个新区的生态地质环境状况。介绍了白洋淀湿地水污染现状,综合分析其产生的社会背景—人类经济活动及自然—气象水文、地质及水文地质等方面的因素。本文以影响全区生态地质环境的主要因素—淀区水污染为主线,解读了新区关于综合治理的具体规划和实施方案。方案强调:以实施白洋淀生态修复为主要内容,建立多水源常态化补水机制,构建水资源生态流量保障体系为主要措施,从根本上解决白洋淀水资源短缺、供需矛盾突出的问题;提出从流域控源截污、内源污染治理、生态环境修复、加强河道管理等方面,确保入淀河流水质达标,进而解决湿地水污染;针对入淀河流,从优化新区产业发展格局、对传统产业集聚区提出污染源控制要求、防止工业污染、农业面源污染的防治措施。在《规划纲要》的指导下,《总体规划》和《白洋淀规划》根据新区当前的实际情况,所提出的新区生态地质环境问题综合治理措施,针对性地概括了新区各方面存在的具体问题,具有系统的科学性、严密的精准性和较普遍的实用性,从根本上抓住了新区生态地质环境问题的实质。通过两年多来治理措施的推进和逐步实施,新区生态地质环境的改善和恢复已初见成效。 展开更多

滹沱河冲洪积扇目前生态环境问题较为严重。文中以影响全区生态系统的主要因素——地下水为主线,将地表水和地下水作为一有机的整体,综合研究和分析滹沱河冲洪积扇生态环境演化的特征及其背景。调查研究表明,由于上游水库截流,导致滹沱... 滹沱河冲洪积扇目前生态环境问题较为严重。文中以影响全区生态系统的主要因素——地下水为主线,将地表水和地下水作为一有机的整体,综合研究和分析滹沱河冲洪积扇生态环境演化的特征及其背景。调查研究表明,由于上游水库截流,导致滹沱河常年断流,河床干枯逐渐,沿岸生态环境恶化;平原区地下水的入渗补给被截,水位下降,使浅层地下水遭受工业废水和农业面源污染。水质检测分析表明,影响扇区地下水的常规无机组分是总硬度、铁、锰、硝酸盐氮等。扇区生态环境恶化的关键因素,除人们环保意识较差造成的污染外,主要源于扇区地表水断流,水位下降改变了地下水循环的路径,破坏了其补、迳、排固有的天然平衡,从根本上改变包气带水和土壤水的背景值,增加了地下水遭受污染的风险。据此提出要保证滹沱河有足够的生态用水,逐步修补和恢复扇区生态环境的建议。 展开更多

This paper reviewed the main achievements of hydrogeological survey in China,summarized the significant progress of hydrogeological survey over the past decade,and forecasted the key responsibilities for hydrogeological survey in the“14th Five-year Plan”.The significant progress includes:China established the 1:50000 standard hydrogeological survey system with Chinese characteristics and produced the new generation of highquality hydrogeological maps;the national groundwater monitoring project was completed and accepted,which marks China taking the leading position in groundwater monitoring internationally;fruitful results were achieved in the national groundwater quality survey,and groundwater quality background values were basically identified and checked;hydrogeological and environmental geological survey was continuously promoted in karst areas and the ecological restoration of rocky desertification achieved remarkable results;China strengthened layer exploration techniques for groundwater,integrating the key and practical techniques of layer exploration and monitoring;the exploration of groundwater in the poverty-stricken regions and old revolutionary base areas were effectively promoted to strongly guarantee the poverty alleviation and drinking water safety;the mystery of desert groundwater was uncovered,making up for the shortage of 1:250000 hydrogeological survey in the Badain Jaran Desert;and more efforts were made to conduct survey on the water resources in the basin,and to finish the unified measurement of national-scale groundwater level. 展开更多

The construction of emergency water sources is the material basis for ensuring urban water safety,and it is also an inherent requirement for maintaining social stability and development.The hydrogeological characteristics of groundwater in Luoyang City from the aspects of the division of groundwater aquifer groups,water yield property and groundwater dynamics were described in this paper.Two emergency water sources were selected on basis of comprehensively considering groundwater resources and ecological environmental effects,groundwater quality and exploitation technology,etc.Then it further analysed the aquifer types,water yield properties and groundwater recharge,runoff and discharge conditions of the two emergency water sources,and evaluate the groundwater resources quantity of the water sources.The results are that the shallow underground aquifer in Luoyang City is thick,coarse,and stable in lithology and thickness.The two water sources enjoy good exploitation potential and can be used as backup water sources to supply water in the event of a water source crisis. 展开更多

This paper summarizes the negative effects on geological environment caused by groundwater exploitation and its distribution. There are seven main types of the geological environment negative effects, which are generally as follows:(1) Constant decrease of groundwater level is mainly distributed in China(East Asia), India(South Asia), Tajikistan(Central Asia) and Saudi Arabia(West Asia);(2) land subsidence occurs mainly in eastern plains of East Asia and west Siberian Plain of North Asia;(3) seawater intrusion occurs mainly in China, Japan and South Korea in East Asia, Philippines and Indonesia in Southeast Asia, the Indian coastal areas in South Asia;(4) groundwater level decline caused by groundwater exploitation in oil fields;(5) mining collapse is mainly in 50° to 70° north latitude band;(6) the total area of karst collapse in China of East Asia is as much as 197.05 km^2; and(7) ground fracture is mainly distributed in the North China Plain, Fenwei Plain and the Yangtze River Delta. Asia can be divided into 6 zones in terms of the geological environment negative effect caused by groundwater exploitation. According to analysis, with the increasing intensity of human activities, geological environment issues become more and more serious, therefore it is vital to control the human activities within the scope of 5× 10~5 people/km^2 to 9.9× 10~5 people/km^2 for the effective control of the size of the affected area by geological environment problems. 展开更多

Factures caused by deformation and destruction of bedrocks over coal seams can easily lead to water flooding(inrush)in mines,a threat to safety production.Fractures with high hydraulic conductivity are good watercourses as well as passages for inrush in mines and tunnels.An accurate height prediction of water flowing fractured zones is a key issue in today's mine water prevention and control.The theory of leveraging BP artificial neural network in height prediction of water flowing fractured zones is analysed and applied in Qianjiaying Mine as an example in this paper.Per the comparison with traditional calculation results,the BP artificial neural network better reflects the geological conditions of the research mine areas and produces more objective,accurate and reasonable results,which can be applied to predict the height of water flowing fractured zones. 展开更多

Influence of fluctuations of frozen soil in North Asia on groundwater and assessment on resources

The distribution and fluctuations of frozen soil in North Asia are closely related to the groundwater recharge-runoff-discharge in this area,and play a role in controlling the hydrogeological conditions of North Asia. By using NOAA satellite remote sensing interpretation data of frozen soil distribution in 2009 in conjunction with local hydrogeological conditions,the frozen soil area of North Asia according to the different characteristics of its impact on the groundwater was divided into three great hydrogeologic units,i.e. continuous permafrost,island permafrost,and high-altitude permafrost. By water balance method,the amount of natural renewable resources in North Asia was calculated as 1 007.45×10~9 m3/a,with mineable resource of 705.21×10~9 m3/a,which indicates that the reduction of frozen soil range due to climate change in recent years gives rise to the richer groundwater resources and greater potential of mineable resources in North Asia,and frozen soil melting poses a relatively significant influence on the groundwater environment and ecological environment in North Asia. 展开更多
