Numerical Simulation of Super-Resolution Structured Illumination Microscopy (SIM) Using Heintzmann-Cremer Algorithm with Non-Continuous Spatial Frequency Support

We report a comprehensive numerical study of super resolution (SR) structured illumination microscopy (SIM) utilizing the classic Heintzmann-Cremer SIM process and algorithm. In particular, we investigated the impact of the diffraction limit of the underlying imaging system on the optimal SIM grating frequency that can be used to obtain the highest SR enhancement with non-continuous spatial frequency support. Besides confirming the previous theoretical and experimental work that SR-SIM can achieve an enhancement close to 3 times the diffraction limit with grating pattern illuminations, we also observe and report a series of more subtle effects of SR-SIM with non-continuous spatial frequency support. Our simulations show that when the SIM grating frequency exceeds twice that of the diffraction limit, the higher SIM grating frequency can help achieve a higher SR enhancement for the underlying imaging systems whose diffraction limit is low, though this enhancement is obtained at the cost of losing resolution at some lower resolution targets. Our simulations also show that, for underlying imaging systems with high diffraction limits, however, SR-SIM grating frequencies above twice the diffraction limits tend to bring no significant extra enhancement. Furthermore, we observed that there exists a limit grating frequency above which the SR enhancement effect is lost, and the reconstructed images essentially have the same resolution as the one obtained directly from the underlying imaging system without using the SIM process. 展开更多

The physical and mathematical model of temperature field for blast furnace stave coolers was established. The computation results show that the heat resistance of 2-6 mm water scale within the cooling pipe is about 7%-20% of the total heat resistance of cooling stave body, as for drilling duct type, the heat resistance of 2-6 mm water scale is about 88%-98% of the total heat resistance. Using drilling duct or full cast pipe can eliminate gas clearance and coating layer between pipes and cast iron body and reduce the heat resistance of the cooler sharply and improve the coefficient of heat transfer to a great extent. The water velocity within coolers can be kept at the 1evel of 0.5- 1 .5 m/s, the higher water velocity can not decrease the hot surface temperature, but can increase energy consumption for cooling water. 展开更多

Applying low heat re- sistance lining and staves cooler to BF is good for a layer of slag skull frozen on the hot surface of cooling stave. Image super-resolution (SR) reconstruction is to reconstruct a high-resolution (HR) image from one or a series of low-resolution (LR) images in the same scene with a certain amount of prior knowledge. Learning based algorithm is an effective one in image super-resolution reconstruction algorithm. The core idea of the algorithm is to use the training examples of image to increase the high frequency information of the test image to achieve the purpose of image super-resolution reconstruction. This paper presents a novel algorithm for image super resolution based on morphological component analysis (MCA) and dictionary learning. The MCA decomposition based SR algorithm utilizes MCA to decompose an image into the texture part and the structure part and only takes the texture part to train the dictionary. The reconstruction of the texture part is based on sparse representation, while that of the structure part is based on more faster method, the bicubic interpolation. The proposed method improves the robustness of the image, while for different characteristics of textures and structure parts, using a different reconstruction algorithm, better preserves image details, improve the quality of the reconstructed image. 展开更多

随着工业经济向数字经济的全面转型,灵活用工在经济、产业、劳动力以及技术的推动作用下迅速兴起,新冠疫情的爆发更进一步加速了灵活用工的全面发展。在此背景下,本文首先论述了从人岗匹配转变而来的以人力资本与工作任务匹配为主要特征... 随着工业经济向数字经济的全面转型,灵活用工在经济、产业、劳动力以及技术的推动作用下迅速兴起,新冠疫情的爆发更进一步加速了灵活用工的全面发展。在此背景下,本文首先论述了从人岗匹配转变而来的以人力资本与工作任务匹配为主要特征的"人工匹配",并提出根据个人能力重构工作岗位的新模式。在"人工匹配"的基础上,本文开创性地提出了由劳动关系发展而来的可以涵盖多种人与组织关系的人力资本关系,并指出人力资本关系的纵深发展动摇了组织化人才开发的基础。之后,本文从企业、政府、市场三个视角提出了数字经济就业范式下社会化人才开发机制的五种具体形态,以期实现企业快速精准地匹配人与工作任务、高效利用人才的目标。最后,本文进一步从立法、政策制定与执行、具体的人才开发过程三个角度,对人才开发机制的有效执行进行了适当的讨论,以保证具体措施的落实。 展开更多

基于自组织理论,本研究探讨了新老两代农民工人际关系对离职意愿的差异化影响,以及内部推荐行为的中介作用。通过对中国情境下人际关系“差序格局”特征的分类和分析,本研究发现亲缘、地缘等先赋性关系对新老两代农民工的内部推荐均有... 基于自组织理论,本研究探讨了新老两代农民工人际关系对离职意愿的差异化影响,以及内部推荐行为的中介作用。通过对中国情境下人际关系“差序格局”特征的分类和分析,本研究发现亲缘、地缘等先赋性关系对新老两代农民工的内部推荐均有显著的正向影响,但是对离职意愿的影响并不显著。另一方面,友缘、业缘等后致性关系仅对新生代农民工离职意愿有显著的抑制作用,内部推荐在后致性关系对离职意愿的影响之间有部分中介效应。后致性关系存在教育异质性,对内部推荐的正向影响仅在高中及以上学历的农民工群体中显著。本文通过对2399份调查问卷进行分析,发现农民工工作场所人际关系具有“远亲不如近邻”的作用特征,具有一定的理论和实践价值。 展开更多
