Influence of initial check, information exchange, final accuracy check, reaction information nursing on the psychology of elderly with lung cancer 被引量:2

BACKGROUND As one of the fatal diseases with high incidence,lung cancer has seriously endangered public health and safety.Elderly patients usually have poor self-care and are more likely to show a series of psychological problems.AIM To investigate the effectiveness of the initial check,information exchange,final accuracy check,reaction(IIFAR)information care model on the mental health status of elderly patients with lung cancer.METHODS This study is a single-centre study.We randomly recruited 60 elderly patients with lung cancer who attended our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022.These elderly patients with lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups,with the control group taking the conventional propaganda and education and the observation group taking the IIFAR information care model based on the conventional care protocol.The differences in psychological distress,anxiety and depression,life quality,fatigue,and the locus of control in psychology were compared between these two groups,and the causes of psychological distress were analyzed.RESULTS After the intervention,Distress Thermometer,Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)for anxiety and the HADS for depression,Revised Piper’s Fatigue Scale,and Chance Health Locus of Control scores were lower in the observation group compared to the pre-intervention period in the same group and were significantly lower in the observation group compared to those of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,Quality of Life Questionnaire Core 30(QLQ-C30),Internal Health Locus of Control,and Powerful Others Health Locus of Control scores were significantly higher in the observation and the control groups compared to the pre-intervention period in their same group,and QLQ-C30 scores were significantly higher in the observation group compared to those of the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The IIFAR information care model can help elderly patients with lung cancer by reducing their anxiety and depression,psychological distress,and fatigue,improving their tendencies on the locus of control in psychology,and enhancing their life qualities. 展开更多

In vivo imaging of cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury remains an important challenge.We injected porous Ag/Au@SiO_(2) bimetallic hollow nanoshells carrying anti-tropomyosin 4 as a molecular probe into mice with cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury and observed microvascular changes in the brain using photoacoustic imaging with ultrasonography.At each measured time point,the total photoacoustic signal was significantly higher on the affected side than on the healthy side.Twelve hours after reperfusion,cerebral perfusion on the affected side increased,cerebrovascular injury worsened,and anti-tropomyosin 4 expression increased.Twenty-four hours after reperfusion and later,perfusion on the affected side declined slowly and stabilized after 1 week;brain injury was also alleviated.Histopathological and immunohistochemical examinations confirmed the brain injury tissue changes.The nanoshell molecular probe carrying anti-tropomyosin 4 has potential for use in early diagnosis of cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury and evaluating its progression. 展开更多

Dynamics and controls of ecosystem multiserviceability across the Qingzang Plateau

Ecosystem multiserviceability(EMS),a comprehensive and significant ecological indicator,reflects the capacity of ecosystems to offer multiple services concurrently.Intensified climate change and human activity are continu-ously altering ecosystem functions,services,and EMSs.However,numerous studies have only focused on one or a few ecosystem services,rarely taking into account spatial-temporal distribution and drivers of EMS on behalf of different agencies.We calculated EMS including pastoralist(PA),environmental protection agency(EPA),bio-diversity conservation agency(BCA),and climate change mitigation agency(CCMA)using grassland production,habitat quality,water conservation,and carbon sequestration.Then,the effects of geographical features,climate factors,and human activities on spatial-temporal patterns of EMS were explored.The result indicated that EMS showed a decreasing tendency from the southeast to northwest on the Qingzang Plateau(QZP).Meanwhile,there were no obvious fluctuations in four simulated scenarios(PA,EPA,BCA and CCMA)among different vegetation types during 2000 to 2015.Notably,EMS of all simulated scenarios decreased in the alpine steppe ecosystem,but negligible changes were found in other ecosystems from 2015 to 2020.Moreover,the relative importance of precipitation in annual mean value(from 2000 to 2020)of PA,EPA,BCA and CCMA were 0.13,0.11,0.30 and 0.19,respectively.Overall,precipitation played the dominant role on the dynamics of EMS,followed by elevation and human footprint.Our findings highlighted that understanding the patterns and drivers of EMS could provide a reference for the regional management and maintenance of ecosystem stability on QZP. 展开更多

Purpose–The objective of this study is to investigate the impact of longitudinal forces on extreme-long heavy-haul trains,providing new insights and methods for their design and operation,thereby enhancing safety,operational efficiency and track system design.Design/methodology/approach–A longitudinal dynamics simulation model of the super long heavy haul train was established and verified by the braking test data of 30,000 t heavy-haul combination train on the long and steep down grade of Daqing Line.The simulation model was used to analyze the influence of factors on the longitudinal force of super long heavy haul train.Findings–Under normal conditions,the formation length of extreme-long heavy-haul combined train has a small effect on the maximum longitudinal coupler force under full service braking and emergency braking on the straight line.The slope difference of the long and steep down grade has a great impact on the maximum longitudinal coupler force of the extreme-long heavy-haul trains.Under the condition that the longitudinal force does not exceed the safety limit of 2,250 kN under full service braking at the speed of 60 km/h the maximum allowable slope difference of long and steep down grade for 40,000 t super long heavy-haul combined trains is 13‰,and that of 100,000 t is only 5‰.Originality/value–The results will provide important theoretical basis and practical guidance for further improving the transportation efficiency and safety of extreme-long heavy-haul trains. 展开更多

间作紫苏对猕猴桃根际土壤微生物、酶活性及果实品质的影响初探

分析猕猴桃间作紫苏对根际土壤微生物群落、土壤养分、酶活性以及猕猴桃果实品质的影响,旨在探究猕猴桃间作紫苏的间作效应,为进一步推广和应用猕猴桃园间作紫苏模式提供理论依据。主要通过宏基因组测序技术研究间作条件下土壤微生物群... 分析猕猴桃间作紫苏对根际土壤微生物群落、土壤养分、酶活性以及猕猴桃果实品质的影响,旨在探究猕猴桃间作紫苏的间作效应,为进一步推广和应用猕猴桃园间作紫苏模式提供理论依据。主要通过宏基因组测序技术研究间作条件下土壤微生物群落变化。试验设计5个处理:M1201+112500株/hm^(2)(LH)、M626+112500株/hm^(2)(ZH)、M1201+75000株/hm^(2)(LL)、M626+75000株/hm^(2)(ZL)、猕猴桃单作(CK)。结果表明:LH、ZH处理的土壤有机质、碱解氮含量在紫苏开花期显著下降,速效磷含量在紫苏收获期显著降低而速效钾含量显著上升;猕猴桃根际土壤细菌为优势菌,主要细菌属为Bradyrhizobium、Streptomyces、Pseudomonas等,主要真菌属为Abelia、Homo、Mus等,均在间作处理中有较大提升,LH处理丰度最高;相关性分析发现,Bradyrhizobium和土壤β-木糖苷酶活性、速效磷含量均呈负相关关系,Abelia和土壤酸性磷酸酶活性、土壤亮氨酸氨基肽酶活性均呈正相关关系。与CK相比,LH、ZH处理的差异基因主要富集在糖鞘脂的生物合成-神经节系列(glycosphingolipid biosynthesis-ganglio series)和酰胺生物合成过程(amide biosynthetic process),有助于增加植物抗性;间作处理能较大幅度地提高猕猴桃果实还原型抗坏血酸、可溶性固形物、可溶性糖含量,降低总酸含量。综上,猕猴桃间作紫苏改变了土壤微生物群落结构(如显著提升了Bradyrhizobium的丰度),有助于改善果实品质。猕猴桃园建议推广LH种植模式即M1201+112500株/hm^(2),同时应补充种植紫苏带走的土壤养分。 展开更多

儿童错(牙合)畸形在口腔科较常见,而部分错(牙合)畸形合并有阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)的儿童常由于缺乏多学科诊疗而未得到恰当的治疗,导致睡眠期间通气异常,影响儿童中枢系统、心血... 儿童错(牙合)畸形在口腔科较常见,而部分错(牙合)畸形合并有阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)的儿童常由于缺乏多学科诊疗而未得到恰当的治疗,导致睡眠期间通气异常,影响儿童中枢系统、心血管发育,甚至产生神经行为问题。儿童OSAHS与上呼吸道结构变窄、面部骨骼和神经肌肉因素相关,与错(牙合)畸形有一定相关性;儿童OSAHS临床表现和病因多样,因此诊断和治疗呈现多学科交叉、个性化和专业化的特点。通过问卷和体格检查能够进行初步筛查,儿童口腔科和耳鼻喉科检查则是发现该疾病的前哨。多导睡眠监测(polysomnography,PSG)是目前诊断的直接方法。儿童OSAHS治疗方法多样,对因腺样体扁桃体肥大引起的OSAHS,以腺样体扁桃体切除术为主;下颌前导装置治疗、上颌扩弓治疗等正畸治疗对合并错(牙合)畸形的OSAHS儿童有较好效果。目前儿童错(牙合)畸形与OSAHS相关性的研究较少,多学科联合疗法可能会提高治愈率但缺乏足够文献证明。未来应进一步阐明OSAHS的发病机制,推进多学科联合治疗的研究,以期通过多学科协作,对于潜在及已发病患者做到早干预、早治疗。 展开更多

These endeavors encompass not only the J-TEXT device's experimental advancements but also delve into critical issues pertinent to the optimization of future fusion devices and reactors. The research includes topics on the suppression of turbulence, flow drive and damping, density limit, non-local transport, intrinsic toroidal flow, turbulence and flow with magnetic islands, turbulent transport in the stochastic layer, and turbulence and zonal flow with energetic particles or helium ash. 自1938年林谦三、平出久雄的《琵琶古谱之研究》一文发表以来,关于伯希和从敦煌藏经洞获得并复制赠送内藤湖南的P.3808乐谱的研究,便成为中古音乐史研究中的一个专题。围绕这份被称为“敦煌曲谱”的25首乐谱之谱属、谱字符号、节奏等音... 自1938年林谦三、平出久雄的《琵琶古谱之研究》一文发表以来,关于伯希和从敦煌藏经洞获得并复制赠送内藤湖南的P.3808乐谱的研究,便成为中古音乐史研究中的一个专题。围绕这份被称为“敦煌曲谱”的25首乐谱之谱属、谱字符号、节奏等音乐问题及写本的考察,掀起了“敦煌曲谱”研究的热潮,特别是在1981年叶栋发表题为《敦煌曲谱研究》的学术报告之后,“敦煌曲谱”更为引人注目。除P.3808外,20世纪50年代赵元任在法国国家图书馆发现的P.3539及1960年代左景权发现的P.3719两种敦煌文书,也因P.3808的研究被带入学术视野。从学术史的角度看,P.3539(乙谱)呈现出三种材料的谱属问题;P.3719(丙谱)表明三种材料与敦煌舞谱有关联;将P.3808、P.3539、P.3719分别作为“敦煌曲谱”的甲、乙、丙谱进行对照性研究,可实现任二北在《敦煌曲初探》中提出的“舞缘乐制,步趋相衔”的研究理想,直接促成与“敦煌舞谱”相对应的“敦煌乐谱”之称谓成为三种曲谱新的专用名称。回顾从“敦煌曲谱”到“敦煌乐谱”这一名称的演变,可以看出关于敦煌乐谱学术研究道路的曲折、学术方法的差别及与之相对应的学术内涵。 展开更多

BACKGROUND Obstructive sleep apnea hypoventilation syndrome(OSAHS)in children is a sleep respiratory disorder characterized by a series of pathophysiologic changes.Statistics in recent years have demonstrated an increasing yearly incidence.AIM To investigate the risk factors for OSAHS in children and propose appropriate management measures.METHODS This study had a case–control study design.Altogether,85 children with OSAHS comprised the case group,and healthy children of the same age and sex were matched at 1:1 as the control group.Basic information,including age,sex,height,weight and family history,and medical history data of all study participants were collected.Polysomnography was used to detect at least 8 h of nocturnal sleep.All participants were clinically examined for the presence of adenoids,enlarged tonsils,sinusitis,and rhinitis.RESULTS The analysis of variance revealed that the case group had a higher proportion of factors such as adenoid grading,tonsil indexing,sinusitis,and rhinitis than the control group.CONCLUSION A regression model was established,and glandular pattern grading,tonsil indexing,sinusitis,and pharyngitis were identified as independent risk factors affecting OSAHS development. 展开更多

本研究旨在探讨老旧小区构成及其更新需求的识别,通过分析不同时期老旧小区的构成特点,明确更新工作的主导方向及实施重点,进而提出完善老旧小区更新需求识别的策略。首先梳理了老旧小区在不同时期的构成主体,包括公有产权房屋、商品房... 本研究旨在探讨老旧小区构成及其更新需求的识别,通过分析不同时期老旧小区的构成特点,明确更新工作的主导方向及实施重点,进而提出完善老旧小区更新需求识别的策略。首先梳理了老旧小区在不同时期的构成主体,包括公有产权房屋、商品房和保障房等。随后,从建筑生命周期和当前需求差距的角度,分析了老旧小区更新需求的识别方法。在此基础上,提出应由产权方主导进行相关工作,并对客观运行状况与当前需求差距较大的老旧小区开展更新工作。研究发现,老旧小区的构成在不同时期呈现出不同的特点,当前以公有产权房屋为主体,未来商品房和保障房将逐渐占据重要地位。在更新需求识别方面,研究强调了从建筑生命周期和当前需求差距两个维度进行综合评估的重要性。同时,明确了产权方在更新工作中的主导地位,以及针对特定老旧小区开展更新工作的必要性。为完善老旧小区更新需求的识别,应充分考虑不同时期的构成特点和管理制度,从建筑生命周期和当前需求差距的角度进行综合评估。同时,强化产权方在更新工作中的主导作用,针对运行状况与需求差距较大的老旧小区开展有针对性的更新工作,以提升老旧小区的整体居住环境和生活品质。 展开更多

Primary liver cancer and liver metastases are among the most frequent malignancies worldwide,with an increasing number of new cases and deaths every year.Traditional surgery is only suitable for a limited proportion of patients and imaging-guided percutaneous thermal ablation has achieved optimistic results for management of hepatic malignancy.This synopsis outlines the first clinical practice guidelines for ultrasoundguided percutaneous microwave ablation therapy for hepatic malignancy,which was created by a joint task force of the Society of Chinese Interventional Ultrasound.The guidelines aim at standardizing the microwave ablation procedure and therapeutic efficacy assessment,as well as proposing the criteria for the treatment candidates. 展开更多

Melanoma,characterized by high mortality,rapid development and accompanied with angio-genesis is the most typical malignant tumor in skin cancer.Hence,the detection of blood vessels is of much significanoe.The early vascular network has small scale.If we remove the tumor early and biopsy it,it will increase the spread of the cancer cells and infection and bleeding.In this case,we presented a new angiography method.A high-resolution OCT system for noninvasive an-giographic imaging of early skin melanoma-Swept Source Optical Coberence Tomography Angiography(SS-OCTA)is proposed.With a high lateral resolution of 10pm in vrivo tomographic angiography,SS-OCTA is used to image and identify the morphology of the early tumor blood vessels.In addition,a control group experiment is conducted to observe the growth of melanoma in the process of rupture,malormation of micro-vessels.The results of the analysis and statistical test(P<0.05)are statistically signifcant. 展开更多
