It is found that more than 90% fog in this region is the advection cooling fog. Also, the synoptic mechanism of the fog creation and distinction is discussed by analyzing the pressure field, the temperature field and the upperlevel stratification. Finally, the focus of attention in forecasting fog is pointed out.展开更多

Results show that GC con...Large subunit gene of rubisco (rbcL) of cyanobacteria Arthrospira platensis FACHB341, A. Platensis FACHB439, A. Maxima OUQDSM and Spirulina sp. FACHB440 is cloned, sequenced and characterized. Results show that GC content of the gene in strain Spirulina sp. FACHB440 is higher than that in the others. The alignments based on deduced amino acid sequences indicate that Spirulina sp. FACHB440 is different from that in other three samples of Arthrospira, though they have the same conserved functional sites (95, 98, 121, 124, 221, 257). The nucleotide sequence similarity among the three strains of the genus of Arthrospira (96.5～99.6%) is higher than that between Arthrospira and Spirulina (78.1～78.5%). By comparison of the corresponding sequence of other cyanobacteria, a phylogenetic tree with two clusters is constructed. A. Platensis FACHB341, A. Maxima OUQDSM and A. Platensis FACHB439 form the monophyletic linage, which is fully supported by bootstrap values (1000), while Spirulina sp. FACHB440 and Anabaena sp. Taking the computer networks in a certain university as samples, this paper, with the information system security assessment model as its foundation, proposes a multi-attribute group decision-making （MAGDM） security assessment method based on a variable consistency dominance-based rough set approach （VC-DRSA）. This assessment method combines VC-DRSA with the analytic hierarchy process （AHP）, uncovers the inherent information hidden in data via the quality of sorting （QoS）, and makes a synthetic security assessment of the information system after determining the security attribute weight. The sample findings show that this method can effectively remove the bottleneck of MAGDM, thus assuming practical significance in information system security assessment.展开更多

Our results showed that the neurological symptoms and signs, serum copper and serum ceruloplasmin were improved in the operative group but deteriorated in the non-operative control group. Our study showed that hepatic transplantation is better than penicillamine in the treatment of Wilson’s disease.展开更多

Methods: Seventy-two DM inp...Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Kaixin Capsule (KXC, 开心胶囊), a Chinese compound preparation, in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) complicated with abnormal lipidemia. Methods: Seventy-two DM inpatients were medicated on the basis of administering conventional hypoglycemics, and KXC was orally taken. They were compared with those patients only taking hypoglycemics to observe the change of blood lipid before and after treatment. Results: The total cholesterol of KXC combined with hypoglycemics group had their blood lipid lowered by 14% after treatment and triglyceride lowered by 36%, HDL-C raised by 11%, and LDL-C lowered by 24%. Compared with only hypoglycemics treatment, there was significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion: KXC has good blood lipid regulating effect on DM complicated with abnormal lipidemia.展开更多
