Objective:To explore the application of genetic abnormalities in the diagnosis of angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma(AITL)and the reliable pathological prognostic factors.Methods:This study included 53 AITL cases,whic...Objective:To explore the application of genetic abnormalities in the diagnosis of angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma(AITL)and the reliable pathological prognostic factors.Methods:This study included 53 AITL cases,which were reviewed for morphological patterns,immunophenotypes,presence of Hodgkin and Reed-Sternberg(HRS)-like cells,and co-occurrence of B cell proliferation.The Epstein-Barr virus(EBV)-positive cells in tissues were counted,and cases were classified into“EBV encoded RNA(EBER)high-density”group if>50/HPF.Targeted exome sequencing was performed.Results:Mutation data can assist AITL diagnosis:1)with considerable HRS-like cells(20 cases):RHOA mutated in 14 cases(IDH2 co-mutated in 3 cases,4 cases with rare RHOA mutation),TET2 was mutated in 5 cases(1 case comutated with DNMT3A),and DNMT3A mutated in 1 case;2)accompanied with B cell lymphoma(7 cases):RHOA mutated in 4 cases(1 case had IDH2 mutation),TET2 mutated in 2 cases and DNMT3A mutated in 1 case;3)mimic peripheral T cell lymphoma,not otherwise specified(5 cases):RHOA mutated in 2 cases(IDH2 co-mutated in 1 case),TET2 mutated in 3 cases,and DNMT3A mutated in 1 case;4)pattern 1(1 case),RHOA and TET2 co-mutated.Besides RHOAG17V(30/35),rare variant included RHOAK18N,RHOAR68H,RHOAC83Y,RHOAD120G and RHOAG17del,IDH2R172 co-mutated with IDH2M397V in one case.There were recurrent mutations of FAT3,PCLO and PIEZO1 and genes of epigenetic remodeling,T-cell activation,APC and PI3K/AKT pathway.EBER high-density independently indicated adverse overall survival and progression-free survival(P=0.046 and P=0.008,KaplanMeier/log-rank).Conclusions:Over half AITL cases might be confused in diagnosis for certain conditions without mutation data.Targeted exome sequencing with a comprehensive panel is crucial to detect both hot-spot and rare mutation variants for RHOA and IDH2 and other recurrent mutated genes in addition to TET2 and DNMT3A.EBER highdensity independently indicated adverse survival.展开更多
The dynamic vibration absorber with inerter and grounded stiffness(IGDVA)is used to control a two-scale system subject to a weak periodic perturbation.The vibration suppression effect is remarkable.The amplitude of th...The dynamic vibration absorber with inerter and grounded stiffness(IGDVA)is used to control a two-scale system subject to a weak periodic perturbation.The vibration suppression effect is remarkable.The amplitude of the main system coupled with absorber is significantly reduced,and the high frequency vibration completely disappears.First,through the slow-fast analysis and stability theory,it is found that the stability of the autonomous system exerts a notable regulating effect on the vibration response of the non-autonomous system.After adding the dynamic vibrator absorber,the center in the autonomous system changes to an asymptotically stable focus,consequently suppressing the vibration in the non-autonomous system.Further research reveals that the parameters of the absorber affect the real parts of the eigenvalues of the autonomous system,thereby regulating the stability of the system.Transitioning from a qualitative standpoint to a quantitative approach,a comparison of the solutions before and after the introduction of the dynamic absorber reveals that,when the grounded stiffness ratio and the mass ratio of the dynamic absorber are not equal,the high-frequency part in the analytical solution disappears.As a result,this leads to a reduction in the amplitude of the trajectory,achieving a vibration reduction effect.展开更多

The results...The corrosion inhibition of cold rolled steel(CRS) in 7.0 mol·L^(-1) H_2 SO_4 solution by red tetrazolium(RTZ) was carefully investigated using both experimental procedures and theoretical techniques. The results show that RTZ acts as an effective inhibitor for the corrosion of CRS in 7.0 mol·L^(-1) H_2SO_4, and the maximum inhibition efficiency is higher than 95% with a RTZ concentration of 2.0 mmol·L^(-1). The adsorption of RTZ on CRS surface follows Langmuir isotherm. RTZ effectively retards both cathodic and anodic reactions, and acts as a mixed-type inhibitor. EIS exhibits two capacitive loops, and their resistances increase drastically in the presence of RTZ. SEM and AFM confirm that the addition of RTZ could significantly retard the corrosion of CRS surface. A series of characterizations like FTIR, RS, XRD and XPS reveal that the corrosion CRS surface is composed of the corrosion products of iron sulfates, iron oxides and iron hydroxide, as well as inhibitor. Theoretical results of quantum chemical calculation and molecular dynamics(MD) indicate that the adsorption center of RTZ+(organic cationic part of RTZ) mainly relies on its tetrazole ring,and the adsorption of RTZ+on Fe(001) surface is in a nearly flat orientation mode.展开更多
A simple,yet accurate modi?ed multi-scale method(MMSM)for an approximately analytical solution in nonlinear oscillators with two time scales under forced harmonic excitation is proposed.This method depends on the clas...A simple,yet accurate modi?ed multi-scale method(MMSM)for an approximately analytical solution in nonlinear oscillators with two time scales under forced harmonic excitation is proposed.This method depends on the classical multi-scale method(MSM)and the method of variation of parameters.Assuming that the forced excitation is a constant,one could easily obtain the approximate analytical solution of the simpli?ed system based on the traditional MSM.Then,this solution for the oscillator under forced harmonic excitation could be established after replacing the harmonic excitation by the constant excitation.To certify the correctness and precision of the proposed analytical method,the van der Pol system with two scales subject to slowly periodic excitation is investigated;this system presents rich dynamical phenomena such as spiking(SP),spiking-quiescence(SP-QS),and quiescence(QS)responses.The approximate analytical expressions of the three types of responses are given by the MMSM,and it can be found that the precision of the new analytical method is higher than that of the classical MSM and better than that of the harmonic balance method(HBM).The results obtained by the present method are considerably better than those obtained by traditional methods,quantitatively and qualitatively,particularly when the excitation frequency is far less than the natural frequency of the system.展开更多

The stability condition for steady-state solution is obtained based on Lyapunov theory. The comparison of the approximate analytical results with the numerical results is fulfilled, and the approximations obtained are in good agreement with the numerical solutions. The bifurcations of primary resonance for system parameters are analyzed. The results show that the harmonic balance method is effective and convenient for solving this problem, and it provides a reference for the dynamical analysis of similar nonlinear systems.展开更多

The results showed that the dry line was the main trigger mechanism of this severe convective weather. Instable convection stratification of cold advection at middle layer and warm advection at low layer and abundant water vapor from low-level jet provided favorable stratification and water vapor conditions for the occurrence and development of severe convection. Cold trough at middle layer,low pressure and strong vertical wind shear at middle and lower layers may be main factors for the development and maintenance of strong storm system. Squall line developed along ground convergence line,and there was bow echo on reflectivity factor chart. Moving velocity of convective system was quick,and there was gale core and velocity ambiguity on velocity map.展开更多
The biological behavior of gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GISTs)are highly variable.To invest-igate the biological behavior of GIST,we collected 83 cases of gastric and 62 cases of small intestinal GIST from the Depa...The biological behavior of gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GISTs)are highly variable.To invest-igate the biological behavior of GIST,we collected 83 cases of gastric and 62 cases of small intestinal GIST from the Department of Pathology of the Chinese PLA General Hospital.The parameters include age,primary tumor location,tumor diameter,mitotic index,tumor necrosis,risk assessment,clinical stage and the c-kit exon 11 muta-tion.All these were analyzed in 105 cases along with the follow-up data and tested by log rank and COX hazard proportional model.We find that the average age of gast-ric GIST was 55.4 years.Of the 62 cases that were fol-lowed up,17 cases had metastasis or recurrence and the 5-year survival rate was(66.51±17.06)%.For the small intestinal GIST,the average age was 50.6 years and 43 cases were followed up.Of these,22 cases had meta-stasis or recurrence and the 5-year survival rate was(61.76±18.30)%.Small intestinal GIST was more fre-quently associated with metastasis and tumor relapse than gastric GIST(x^(2)=56.131,P=0.013).For gastric GIST,patients younger than 50 years(P=0.046),the advanced clinical stage(P=0.0001),the large tumor diameter(P=0.0001),a high mitotic index(P=0.0001),necrosis(P=0.0001)and a high risk grade(P=0.004)were all correlated with a lower survival rate.The COX hazard proportional model revealed that advanced clinical stage(P=0.001),large tumor size(P=0.001),a high mitotic index(P=0.002)and the high risk grade(P=0.018)indi-cated a poorer prognosis in gastric GIST.For small intest-inal GIST,necrosis(P=0.036)and advanced clinical stage(P=0.010)were associated with lower survival rates and the clinical stage was shown to be an independent prognostic indicator.A total of 25 cases harbored muta-tions in c-kit exon 11.The frequency of c-kit mutation was 32%and 22.5%for gastric and small intestinal GIST,respectively.In gastric GIST,the mutated c-kit was pre-dominant in patients older than 50 years of age.But in the small intestinal GIST,the mutated c-kit was predominant in the age group of 40-49 years.In conclusion,for gastric GIST,clinical stage,tumor size,mitotic index,and risk grade are the prognostic indicators.For small intestinal GIST,necrosis and clinical stage are the prognostic indi-cators.Small intestinal GIST are more aggressive than gastric GIST.The occurrence of c-kit mutation may cor-relate with the age of patients.展开更多

In order to systematically characterize the cellular and molecular mechanisms of intestinal GC development,in this study, we used 22 K oligonucleotide microarrays and bioinformatics analysis to evaluate the gene expression profiles of GC in 45 tissue samples, including 20 intestinal GC tissue samples,20 normal appearing tissues(NATs) adjacent to tumors and 5 noncancerous gastric mucosa tissue samples. These profiles allowed us to explore the transcriptional characteristics of GC and determine the change patterns in gene expression that may be of clinical significance. 1519 and 1255 differentially-expressed genes(DEGs) were identified in intestinal GC tissues and NATs, respectively,as determined by Bayesian analysis(P 〈 0.001). These genes were associated with diverse functions such as mucosa secretion, metabolism, proliferation, signaling and development, which occur at different stages of GC development.展开更多

文摘Based on conventional meteorological observation data and Doppler radar data,the occurrence and development mechanism of mixed severe convective weather and evolution of convective storm in Guangxi on March 4,2018 were analyzed. The results showed that the dry line was the main trigger mechanism of this severe convective weather. Instable convection stratification of cold advection at middle layer and warm advection at low layer and abundant water vapor from low-level jet provided favorable stratification and water vapor conditions for the occurrence and development of severe convection. Cold trough at middle layer,low pressure and strong vertical wind shear at middle and lower layers may be main factors for the development and maintenance of strong storm system. Squall line developed along ground convergence line,and there was bow echo on reflectivity factor chart. Moving velocity of convective system was quick,and there was gale core and velocity ambiguity on velocity map.

文摘The biological behavior of gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GISTs)are highly variable.To invest-igate the biological behavior of GIST,we collected 83 cases of gastric and 62 cases of small intestinal GIST from the Department of Pathology of the Chinese PLA General Hospital.The parameters include age,primary tumor location,tumor diameter,mitotic index,tumor necrosis,risk assessment,clinical stage and the c-kit exon 11 muta-tion.All these were analyzed in 105 cases along with the follow-up data and tested by log rank and COX hazard proportional model.We find that the average age of gast-ric GIST was 55.4 years.Of the 62 cases that were fol-lowed up,17 cases had metastasis or recurrence and the 5-year survival rate was(66.51±17.06)%.For the small intestinal GIST,the average age was 50.6 years and 43 cases were followed up.Of these,22 cases had meta-stasis or recurrence and the 5-year survival rate was(61.76±18.30)%.Small intestinal GIST was more fre-quently associated with metastasis and tumor relapse than gastric GIST(x^(2)=56.131,P=0.013).For gastric GIST,patients younger than 50 years(P=0.046),the advanced clinical stage(P=0.0001),the large tumor diameter(P=0.0001),a high mitotic index(P=0.0001),necrosis(P=0.0001)and a high risk grade(P=0.004)were all correlated with a lower survival rate.The COX hazard proportional model revealed that advanced clinical stage(P=0.001),large tumor size(P=0.001),a high mitotic index(P=0.002)and the high risk grade(P=0.018)indi-cated a poorer prognosis in gastric GIST.For small intest-inal GIST,necrosis(P=0.036)and advanced clinical stage(P=0.010)were associated with lower survival rates and the clinical stage was shown to be an independent prognostic indicator.A total of 25 cases harbored muta-tions in c-kit exon 11.The frequency of c-kit mutation was 32%and 22.5%for gastric and small intestinal GIST,respectively.In gastric GIST,the mutated c-kit was pre-dominant in patients older than 50 years of age.But in the small intestinal GIST,the mutated c-kit was predominant in the age group of 40-49 years.In conclusion,for gastric GIST,clinical stage,tumor size,mitotic index,and risk grade are the prognostic indicators.For small intestinal GIST,necrosis and clinical stage are the prognostic indi-cators.Small intestinal GIST are more aggressive than gastric GIST.The occurrence of c-kit mutation may cor-relate with the age of patients.

文摘Gastric cancer(GC) is one of the most frequent malignant tumors. In order to systematically characterize the cellular and molecular mechanisms of intestinal GC development,in this study, we used 22 K oligonucleotide microarrays and bioinformatics analysis to evaluate the gene expression profiles of GC in 45 tissue samples, including 20 intestinal GC tissue samples,20 normal appearing tissues(NATs) adjacent to tumors and 5 noncancerous gastric mucosa tissue samples. These profiles allowed us to explore the transcriptional characteristics of GC and determine the change patterns in gene expression that may be of clinical significance. 1519 and 1255 differentially-expressed genes(DEGs) were identified in intestinal GC tissues and NATs, respectively,as determined by Bayesian analysis(P 〈 0.001). These genes were associated with diverse functions such as mucosa secretion, metabolism, proliferation, signaling and development, which occur at different stages of GC development.

文摘The dynamical behavior on fractional-order Duffing system with two time scales is investigated,and the point-cycle coupling type cluster oscillation is firstly observed herein.When taking the fractional order as bifurcation parameter,the dynamics of the autonomous Duffing system will become more complex than the corresponding integer-order one,and some typical phenomenon exist only in the fractional-order one.Different attractors exist in various parameter space,and Hopf bifurcation only happens while fractional order is bigger than 1 under certain parameter condition.Moreover,the bifurcation behavior of the autonomous system may regulate dynamical phenomenon of the periodic excited system.It results into the point-cycle coupling type cluster oscillation when the fractional order is bigger than 1.The related generation mechanism based on slow-fast analysis method is that the slow variation of periodic excitation makes the system periodically visit different attractors and critical points of different bifurcations of the autonomous system.

文摘Aerostat platforms could serve as potential aerial platforms because of their low cost,long flight times,and easy load recovery.They are suitable for emergency communication,early warnings,Earth observations,and other fields.The air-ground communication link between an aerostat platform and the ground is the basic guarantee for aerostat measurement control and service transmission.In traditional aerostat applications,platform measurement control and service transmission usually use different links.The load and ground equipment are complex,and the energy,load,and size of the platform are greatly occupied.In this paper,we propose a Beidou-assisted air-ground communication ground for a near-space platform that uses Beidou's positioning and communication functions to provide tracking and guidance information for the ground station.An air-ground wireless communication mode integrating measurement control and service transmission is achieved.The flight test shows that the system can effectively meet the practical application requirements.
