It is important for construction personnel to observe the dress code,such as the correct wearing of safety helmets and reflective vests is conducive to protecting the workers'lives and safety of construction.A YOL...It is important for construction personnel to observe the dress code,such as the correct wearing of safety helmets and reflective vests is conducive to protecting the workers'lives and safety of construction.A YOLO network-based detection algorithm is proposed for the construction personnel dress code(YOLO-CPDC).Firstly,Multi-Head Self-Attention(MHSA)is introduced into the backbone network to build a hybrid back-bone,called Convolution MHSA Network(CMNet).The CMNet gives the model a global field of view and enhances the detection capability of the model for small and obscured targets.Secondly,an efficient and lightweight convolution module is designed.It is named Ghost Shuffle Attention-Conv-BN-SiLU(GSA-CBS)and is used in the neck network.The GSANeck network reduces the model size without affecting the perfor-mance.Finally,the SIoU is used in the loss function and Soft NMS is used for post-processing.Experimental results on the self-constructed dataset show that YOLO-CPDC algorithm has higher detection accuracy than current methods.YOLO-CPDC achieves a mAP50 of 93.6%.Compared with the YOLOv5s,the number of parame-ters of our model is reduced by 18%and the mAP50 is improved by 1.1%.Overall,this research effectively meets the actual demand of dress code detection in construction scenes.展开更多

Structure control was achieved by the rational morphology design of ZIF-67 precursors, which were then pyrolyzed in air to obtain Co_3O_4/NPC composites. When applied as catalysts for the oxygen evolution reaction(OER), the M-Co_3O_4/NPC composites derived from the flower-like ZIF-67 showedsuperior catalytic activities than those derived from the rhombic dodecahedron and hollow spherical ZIF-67. The former M-Co_3O_4/NPC composite displayed a small overpotential of 0.3 V, low onset potential of 1.41 V, small Tafel slope of 83 m V dec^(-1), and a desirable stability.(94.7% OER activity was retained after 10 h.) Methods: To analyze drug resistance of the samples of ...Objective: To explore more about the immune tolerance and drug resistance of white Cryptococci albidus in AIDS patients with opportunistic Cryptococcus infection. Methods: To analyze drug resistance of the samples of white Cryptococcus albidus extracted from opportunistic infection AIDS patients in the certain infection area from October 2011 to December 2014. Results: After analyzing two samples of Cryptococcus albidus from 885 cases with opportunistic infection, we found that one of the samples do resist to ten common antibiotics. They were fluconazole, flu-cytosine, fluconazole, caspofungin, amphotericin B, MI miconazole, terbinafine, ketoconazole and itraconazole. The other one was sensitive to voriconazole, but resistant to the rest of the drug. Two strains of bacteria were inoculated into the animals in vivo and their DNA was extracted to carry out the genotyping analysis. The results showed that different degrees of resistance gene amplification bands were found in the 10 kinds of antibiotics. Conclusion: Although there were few opportunistic infection Cryptococcus albidus in AIDS patients, it was easy to show its resistance to drugs. The command system for rapid emergency response by cities, counties and townships should be improved.
