A dual-route optical emission spectroscopy(D-OES)diagnostic is newly developed to monitor the optical emission from the X-point plasma region on the HL-2 A tokamak.This diagnostic is composed of an imaging system,a be...A dual-route optical emission spectroscopy(D-OES)diagnostic is newly developed to monitor the optical emission from the X-point plasma region on the HL-2 A tokamak.This diagnostic is composed of an imaging system,a beam-splitting system for dual-route measurements,fiber bundles,a spectrometer system,and a control and acquisition system.One route is used to obtain wide-spectral-range spectra,and the other route is used to acquire high-wavelengthresolution line shapes.The spectral resolution of the wide-range spectrometers is 0.8 nm with a coverage of 800 nm(@200-1000 nm).The spectral resolution of the high-resolution spectrometer is 0.01 nm with a coverage of 6 nm(@200-660 nm).The spatial resolution of each route of D-OES is about 4 cm with 11 channels.The temporal resolution is 16 ms at maximum in the single-channel mode.Wide-range spectra(containing Balmer series and a Fulcher band)and highly resolved Ha line shapes are obtained by D-OES in the hydrogen glow discharge in the lab.D-OES measurements are carried out in the high-density deuterium experiments of HL-2A.The electron density n_(e)and deuterium temperature T_(D) in the X-point multifaceted asymmetric radiation from the edge(MARFE)region are derived simultaneously by fitting the measured D_(a) shape.The density n_(e)is observed to increase from~8.7×10^(18)m^(-3)to~7.8×10^(19)m^(-3),and the temperature T_(D)drops from~14.4 eV to~2.3 eV after the onset of MARFE in the discharge#38260.展开更多
Objective:Paclitaxel(P)is a standard second-line chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.This study compared the clinical outcome of a paclitaxel plus raltitrexed(RP)regimen as second-line treatment i...Objective:Paclitaxel(P)is a standard second-line chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.This study compared the clinical outcome of a paclitaxel plus raltitrexed(RP)regimen as second-line treatment in metastatic gastric cancer(MGC)patients.Methods:An open,randomized,multi-center phase Ⅱ clinical trial was conducted involving 148 patients who were randomly assigned and treated with RP[raltitrexed(3 mg/m^(2)on day 1)and paclitaxel(135 mg/m^(2)on day 1 every 3 weeks)]or P[paclitaxel(135 mg/m^(2)on day 1 every 3 weeks)]as 2nd-line chemotherapy.The primary endpoint was progression-free survival(PFS).The secondary endpoints were the overall response rate(ORR),overall survival(OS),and safety.Results:PFS had a tendency to be prolonged with RP compared to P(2.7 months vs.1.7 months;P=0.148).OS was also prolonged with RP compared to P(10.2 months vs.6.1 months;P=0.140).The ORR was equal in the RP and P groups(6.8%and 4.0%;P=0.72).The disease control rate(DCR)in the RP and P groups was 56.2%and 36.0%,respectively.Grade 3-4 treatment-related adverse events occurred in 36.2%(RP)and 28.2%(P)of patients.Frequent grade 3-4 toxicities for RP and P were neutropenia(11.0%and 4.0%),anemia(1.4%and 4.0%),and thrombocytopenia(1.4%and 5.3%),and all grades of peripheral neurotoxicity(12.3%vs.17.3%).All grades of hepatic toxicity were demonstrated for the RP and P groups based on elevated aminotransferase levels(27.4%and 14.1%).Subgroup analysis shows if MGC was combined with ascites or peritoneal involvement,the OS of the RP regimen was longer(P=0.05).Conclusions:Second-line palliative chemotherapy with RP was shown to prolong the PFS and OS,especially among patients with ascites or peritoneal involvement,which warrants confirmation using larger sample studies.展开更多
In this paper,the occurrence and development mechanism of strain on the cross-section during the wood drying is explored.Therefore,strain regularity on the cross-section of 50 mm thickness elm(Ulmus rubra)board at the...In this paper,the occurrence and development mechanism of strain on the cross-section during the wood drying is explored.Therefore,strain regularity on the cross-section of 50 mm thickness elm(Ulmus rubra)board at the temperature of 40℃and 80℃is detected via digital image correlation technology.Hence,the difference between tangential and radial strain at surface and core layers was denoted.The results showed that strain distribution in the width direction of the board is uneven.Moreover,a large drying shrinkage strain occurs at the near-core layer,while the maximum strain difference reaches 4.08%.Hence,the surface of the board is cracked along the thickness direction.The radial strain of the board is higher than the tangential strain in the early stage of drying,while these strains are reversed in the later stage of drying.The temperature is related to the difference between the tangential and radial strains of the elm board.These differences at the core layer are larger than those of the surface layer.The conducted research results provide a theoretical basis for process optimization.展开更多

Therefore, in this paper a more portable stiffness display device with a small volume and extended function is developed based on our previous work. A new static load calibration of the improved stiffness display device is performed to detect its accuracy, and the relationship between the stiffness and the position is given. An effective target grabbing strategy is presented to help operator on the remote side to judge and control and the target is classified by multi-class SVM(supporter vector machine). The teleoperation system is established to test and verify the feasibility. A special experiment is designed and the results demonstrate that the improved stiffness display device could greatly help operator on the remote side control the telerobot to grab target and the target grabbing strategy is effective.展开更多

The characteristics of laccase incubated by continuous culture were compared with those of direct culture. The enzyme activity of laccase incubated by continuous culture technology reached a higher value on the fifth day of the growth. The optimization incubation time of high activity laccase was the eleventh day. A large amount of highly active laccase can be obtained in a relatively short time by continuous culture to replace traditional laccase. After laccase treatment, the lignin composition of wood fibers were oxidation-catalyzed by laccase. The number of chemical-bonding points between the wood fibers was increased. The wood fibers treated by laccase were fabricated into boards and their mechanical properties improved with the laccase-incubation times. Compared with the fiberboards made from fibers that were pre-treated by laccase of incubation 5 days, the static bending strength of those that were pre-treated by laccase of incubation 11 days was increased by 18.95%, the elastic modulus was increased by 35.49%, and the internal bond strength was increased by 44.11%.展开更多

In this stud-y, we performed a comparative genomic SSR analysis on 9 sequenced plants. This showed that the total numbers of mono-, di-, tri-, tetra-, penta-, and hexa-nucleotide repeat SSRs and compound SSRs ranged from 45,552 to 326,319, and the frequencies varied from 177.9 to 573.7 with an average of 401. 3 per Mb. The SSR numbers decreased as the size of the repeat unit increased. The mono-and di-nucleotide SSRs and compound SSRs accounted for more than 78% of the total SSRs in these plants. A/T-rich re-peat motifs were generally dominant in most plants. The sizes of different SSRs varied from 10 to 7288 bp, but at least 85% of them were less than 45 bp. The polymorphism rates of different SSR types ranged from 1.5% to 14.4% in Sesamum indicum, and the mono- and di-nucleotide SSRs displayed the highest polymorphism, followed by the compound SSRs (11.2% ) . These results provide comprehensive insight into the SSR loci of plants and serve as an experimental reference for improvement of SSR marker devel-opment based on plant genomic sequences.展开更多

Penpulimab is an anti-programmed cell death-1(PD-1)IgG1 antibody with no Fc gamma receptor(FcγR)binding activity,and thus theoretically reduced immune-related adverse events(irAEs)while maintaining efficacy.This sing...Penpulimab is an anti-programmed cell death-1(PD-1)IgG1 antibody with no Fc gamma receptor(FcγR)binding activity,and thus theoretically reduced immune-related adverse events(irAEs)while maintaining efficacy.This single-arm,phase II trial conducted across 20 tertiary care centers in China enrolled adult patients with metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)who had failed two or more lines of previous systemic chemotherapy.Patients received 200-mg penpulimab intravenously every 2 weeks(4 weeks per cycle)until disease progression or intolerable toxicities.The primary endpoint was objective response rate(ORR)per RECIST(version 1.1),as assessed by an independent radiological review committee.The secondary endpoints included progression-free survival(PFS)and overall survival(OS).One hundred thirty patients were enrolled and 125 were efficacy evaluable.At the data cutoff date(September 28,2022),1 patient achieved complete response and 34 patients attained partial response.The ORR was 28.0%(95%CI 20.3–36.7%).The response was durable,with 66.8%still in response at 9 months.Thirty-three patients(26.4%)were still on treatment.The median PFS and OS were 3.6 months(95%CI=1.9–7.3 months)and 22.8 months(95%CI=17.1 months to not reached),respectively.Ten(7.6%)patients experienced grade 3 or higher irAEs.Penpulimab has promising anti-tumor activities and acceptable toxicities in heavily pretreated metastatic NPC patients,supporting further clinical development as third-line treatment of metastatic NPC.展开更多

Shipwreck salvage is a risky,time-consuming,and expensive process.Although there are many sunken ships along coastlines and in the open seas,the salvage process of a sunken ship has rarely been reported.The integrated...Shipwreck salvage is a risky,time-consuming,and expensive process.Although there are many sunken ships along coastlines and in the open seas,the salvage process of a sunken ship has rarely been reported.The integrated salvage of the"Yangtze River EstuaryⅡ"shipwreck used a novel method with 22 closely locked curved rectangular pipes to form a watertight base that wrapped the shipwreck inside.The basing was lifted out of the water using a powerful crane situated on an engineering ship.For the first time,the tunneling method was used in a shipwreck salvage project,significantly reducing the disturbance to the shipwreck and its stowage,thereby preserving the original state and integrity of the shipwreck to the greatest extent.In this study,the basic concepts of the salvage method and process are explained.Solutions to critical issues in the new salvage method are provided,including jacking force prediction and major considerations for the structural design of the salvage system.The design of the salvage system and salvage process of the"Yangtze River EstuaryⅡ"shipwreck are introduced.The monitored jacking force,pipe deformation,and observed water-tightness verified that the proposed method was effective and efficient.Other possible application scenarios for the proposed method are presented at the end.展开更多
Two-dimensional(2D)layered materials have attracted extensive research interest in the field of high-performance photodetection due to their high carrier mobility,tunable bandgap,stability,other excellent properties.H...Two-dimensional(2D)layered materials have attracted extensive research interest in the field of high-performance photodetection due to their high carrier mobility,tunable bandgap,stability,other excellent properties.Herein,we propose a gate-tunable,high-performance,self-driving,wide detection range phototransistor based on a 2D PtSe_(2)on silicon-oninsulator(SOI).Benefiting from the strong built-in electric field of the PtSe_(2)/Si heterostructure,the phototransistor has a fast response time(rise/fall time)of 36.7/32.6μs.The PtSe_(2)/Si phototransistor exhibits excellent photodetection performance over a broad spectral range from ultraviolet to near-infrared,including a responsivity of 1.07 A/W and a specific detectivity of 6.60×10^(9)Jones under 808 nm illumination at zero gate voltage.The responsivity and specific detectivity of PtSe_(2)/Si phototransistor at 5 V gate voltage are increased to 13.85 A/W and 1.90×10^(10) Jones under 808 nm illumination.Furthermore,the fabricated PtSe_(2)/Si phototransistor array shows excellent uniformity,reproducibility,long-term stability in terms of photoresponse performance with negligible variation between pixel cells.The architecture of present PtSe_(2)/Si on SOI platform paves a new way of a general strategy to realize high-performance photodetectors by combining the advantages of both 2D materials and conventional semiconductors which is compatible with current Si-complementary metal oxide semiconductor(CMOS)process.展开更多

The distribution behavior of inclusions in martensitic steel produced by compact strip production process(CSP-MS)and its influence on mechanical properties were systematically investigated.The inclusions in the CSP-MS...The distribution behavior of inclusions in martensitic steel produced by compact strip production process(CSP-MS)and its influence on mechanical properties were systematically investigated.The inclusions in the CSP-MS specimen are mainly composed of spherical Al_(2)O_(3)-CaO-CaS,MnS with high aspect ratio and small-sized TiN,whereas many coarse cuboidal TiN inclusions do exist in conventional martensitic steel(Con-MS).The high inclusion density of the CSP-MS specimen resulted in lower total elongation and impact toughness,and the MnS inclusions with high aspect ratio led to significantly stronger mechanical anisotropy than that for Con-MS specimen.The in-situ tensile results indicated that when the fracture direction is parallel to MnS direction,the microcracks induced by MnS inclusions tend to propagate into the matrix,leading to the formation of valley-like features,which significantly deteriorate the properties such as the total elongation and impact toughness.The microcracks caused by TiN inclusions are sharper than those caused by spherical Al_(2)O_(3)-CaO-CaS inclusions,and are easy to propagate into the matrix.This work is expected to guide the optimization of the mechanical properties of martensitic steels produced by CSP process and provide a theoretical basis for the CSP process design.展开更多

Currently, analysis of the total ecosystem services value (ESV) has targeted the overall benefits which...Urbanization processes affect the ecosystem through alterations in ecological functions and landscape patterns. Currently, analysis of the total ecosystem services value (ESV) has targeted the overall benefits which human beings obtain from the regional ecosystem but does not generally include information regarding ecological struc- tures and patterns. Therefore, the results cannot reflect the comprehensive state of the local ecosystem. We propose a new, integrative ecosystem quality indicator based on the ESV and landscape metrics for evaluating the quality of the regional ecosystem. We adopted the method of a coupled degree of coordination for evaluating the interrelationship between urbanization and ecosystem quality in Lianyun- gang City from 1985 to 2010. The coupling degree of coordination between urbanization and ecosystem quality showed an inverse U-shaped curve. At the primary stage of urbanization (1985-1995), the degree of coupling of urbanization and the ecosystem was just barely balanced. From 1995 until 2000, the coupling system reached a balanced condition, in which the urbanization level increased. Since 2000, the urbanization process has accelerated. The coordination between urbanization and the ecosystem achieved the optimum condition in 2005. A turning point appeared at the same time, and the degree of coupling coordination began falling from the optimum. Subsequently, the coupled system once more entered a barely balanced state. Overall, the comprehensive level of ecosystem quality decreased since 1985 and degraded sharply after 2005, suggesting an overall degradation of the local ecosystem quality.展开更多
The lithium-sulfur battery is considered one of the most promising candidates for portable energy storage devices due to its low cost and high energy density.However,many critical issues,including polysulfide shuttlin...The lithium-sulfur battery is considered one of the most promising candidates for portable energy storage devices due to its low cost and high energy density.However,many critical issues,including polysulfide shuttling,self-discharge,lithium dendritic growth,and thermal hazards need to be addressed before the commercialization of lithium-sulfur batteries.To this end,tremendous efforts have been made to explore battery configurations and components,such as electrodes,electrolytes,and separators,among which the separator plays an especially critical role in addressing aforementioned issues.Thus,this review analyzes the mechanisms and interactions of these critical issues and summarizes both the function of separators and recent progress made towards remedying such issues.Additionally,promising directions for the development of separators in lithium-sulfur batteries are proposed.展开更多
Quantifying and mapping the distribution patterns of ecosystem services can help to ascertain which services should be protected and where investments should be directed to improve synergies and reduce trade- offs. Mo...Quantifying and mapping the distribution patterns of ecosystem services can help to ascertain which services should be protected and where investments should be directed to improve synergies and reduce trade- offs. Moreover, the indicators of urbanization that affect the provision of ecosystem services must be identified to determine which approach to adopt in formulating policies related to these services. This paper presents a case study that maps the distribution of mukiple ecosystem services and analyzes the ways in which they interact. The relationship between the supply of ecosystem services and the socio-economic development in the Taihu Lake Basin of eastern China is also revealed. Results show a significant negative relationship between crop production and tourism income (p 〈 0.005) and a positive relationship between crop production, nutrient retention, and carbon sequestration (p 〈 0.005). The negative effects of the urbanization process on providing and regulating services are also identified through a comparison of the ecosystem services in large and small cities. Regression analysis was used to compare and elucidate the relative significance of the selected urbanization factors to ecosystem services. The results indicate that urbanization level is the most substantial factor inversely correlated with crop production (R2 = 0.414) and nutrient retention services (R2 = 0.572). Population density is the most important factor that negatively affects carbon sequestration (R2 = 0.447). The findings of this study suggest the potential relevance of ecosystem service dynamics to urbanization management and decision making.展开更多

文摘In this paper,the occurrence and development mechanism of strain on the cross-section during the wood drying is explored.Therefore,strain regularity on the cross-section of 50 mm thickness elm(Ulmus rubra)board at the temperature of 40℃and 80℃is detected via digital image correlation technology.Hence,the difference between tangential and radial strain at surface and core layers was denoted.The results showed that strain distribution in the width direction of the board is uneven.Moreover,a large drying shrinkage strain occurs at the near-core layer,while the maximum strain difference reaches 4.08%.Hence,the surface of the board is cracked along the thickness direction.The radial strain of the board is higher than the tangential strain in the early stage of drying,while these strains are reversed in the later stage of drying.The temperature is related to the difference between the tangential and radial strains of the elm board.These differences at the core layer are larger than those of the surface layer.The conducted research results provide a theoretical basis for process optimization.

文摘Most target grabbing problems have been dealt with by computer vision system, however, computer vision method is not always enough when it comes to the precision contact grabbing problems during the teleoperation process, and need to be combined with the stiffness display to provide more effective information to the operator on the remote side. Therefore, in this paper a more portable stiffness display device with a small volume and extended function is developed based on our previous work. A new static load calibration of the improved stiffness display device is performed to detect its accuracy, and the relationship between the stiffness and the position is given. An effective target grabbing strategy is presented to help operator on the remote side to judge and control and the target is classified by multi-class SVM(supporter vector machine). The teleoperation system is established to test and verify the feasibility. A special experiment is designed and the results demonstrate that the improved stiffness display device could greatly help operator on the remote side control the telerobot to grab target and the target grabbing strategy is effective.

文摘White rot fungi were optimized to cultivate highly active laccase. The characteristics of laccase incubated by continuous culture were compared with those of direct culture. The enzyme activity of laccase incubated by continuous culture technology reached a higher value on the fifth day of the growth. The optimization incubation time of high activity laccase was the eleventh day. A large amount of highly active laccase can be obtained in a relatively short time by continuous culture to replace traditional laccase. After laccase treatment, the lignin composition of wood fibers were oxidation-catalyzed by laccase. The number of chemical-bonding points between the wood fibers was increased. The wood fibers treated by laccase were fabricated into boards and their mechanical properties improved with the laccase-incubation times. Compared with the fiberboards made from fibers that were pre-treated by laccase of incubation 5 days, the static bending strength of those that were pre-treated by laccase of incubation 11 days was increased by 18.95%, the elastic modulus was increased by 35.49%, and the internal bond strength was increased by 44.11%.

文摘In the present study,porous bulk palladium samples were prepared by sodium chloride salt powder spacer incorporation and removal combined with dealloying.The obtained porous Pd bulks were characterized by X‐ray diffraction,field‐emission scanning electron microscopy and N2adsorption isotherm measurements.The prepared porous Pd bulk samples showed a hierarchical pore structure,a high porosity of^88%,a high surface area of^54m2/g,and a compression strength of^0.5MPa.Electrochemical measurements were performed to evaluate the electrocatalytic properties of the porous Pd bulk samples,revealing their effectiveness for ethanol oxidation.
文摘The next - generation sequencing platform has revealed the genomic sequences of numer-ous plant species that are ideal resources for simple sequence repeat (SSR) locus screening. In this stud-y, we performed a comparative genomic SSR analysis on 9 sequenced plants. This showed that the total numbers of mono-, di-, tri-, tetra-, penta-, and hexa-nucleotide repeat SSRs and compound SSRs ranged from 45,552 to 326,319, and the frequencies varied from 177.9 to 573.7 with an average of 401. 3 per Mb. The SSR numbers decreased as the size of the repeat unit increased. The mono-and di-nucleotide SSRs and compound SSRs accounted for more than 78% of the total SSRs in these plants. A/T-rich re-peat motifs were generally dominant in most plants. The sizes of different SSRs varied from 10 to 7288 bp, but at least 85% of them were less than 45 bp. The polymorphism rates of different SSR types ranged from 1.5% to 14.4% in Sesamum indicum, and the mono- and di-nucleotide SSRs displayed the highest polymorphism, followed by the compound SSRs (11.2% ) . These results provide comprehensive insight into the SSR loci of plants and serve as an experimental reference for improvement of SSR marker devel-opment based on plant genomic sequences.

文摘Penpulimab is an anti-programmed cell death-1(PD-1)IgG1 antibody with no Fc gamma receptor(FcγR)binding activity,and thus theoretically reduced immune-related adverse events(irAEs)while maintaining efficacy.This single-arm,phase II trial conducted across 20 tertiary care centers in China enrolled adult patients with metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)who had failed two or more lines of previous systemic chemotherapy.Patients received 200-mg penpulimab intravenously every 2 weeks(4 weeks per cycle)until disease progression or intolerable toxicities.The primary endpoint was objective response rate(ORR)per RECIST(version 1.1),as assessed by an independent radiological review committee.The secondary endpoints included progression-free survival(PFS)and overall survival(OS).One hundred thirty patients were enrolled and 125 were efficacy evaluable.At the data cutoff date(September 28,2022),1 patient achieved complete response and 34 patients attained partial response.The ORR was 28.0%(95%CI 20.3–36.7%).The response was durable,with 66.8%still in response at 9 months.Thirty-three patients(26.4%)were still on treatment.The median PFS and OS were 3.6 months(95%CI=1.9–7.3 months)and 22.8 months(95%CI=17.1 months to not reached),respectively.Ten(7.6%)patients experienced grade 3 or higher irAEs.Penpulimab has promising anti-tumor activities and acceptable toxicities in heavily pretreated metastatic NPC patients,supporting further clinical development as third-line treatment of metastatic NPC.

文摘Bladder cancer is a common malignant tumor of the urinary system with the potential to be treated by nano drug delivery system.The current work describes the synthesis and characterization of a novel nanomaterial to construct a nano-carrier based on 1-palmitoyl-2-oleoyl-sn-glycerol-3-phosphatecholine(POPC)loaded doxorubicin(DOX)and embedded with gold nanoparticles and poly(N-isopropyl acry-lamide)(PNIPAM)(GNPS@PNIPAM-POPC-DOX,GPPD).The dual-sensitive nanosystem gives simultaneous photothermal treatment and chemotherapy for bladder cancer.In vitro and in vivo properties were as-sessed using bladder cancer cell lines and mice and GPPD system distribution,tumor inhibition,and biocompatibility are reported.The system had favorable stability,low biological toxicity,controlled re-lease efficiency,photothermal synergistic action,efficient photothermal transition,and favorable tumor suppressive effects.As a result,GPPD is a potential therapeutic approach for bladder cancer.

文摘Shipwreck salvage is a risky,time-consuming,and expensive process.Although there are many sunken ships along coastlines and in the open seas,the salvage process of a sunken ship has rarely been reported.The integrated salvage of the"Yangtze River EstuaryⅡ"shipwreck used a novel method with 22 closely locked curved rectangular pipes to form a watertight base that wrapped the shipwreck inside.The basing was lifted out of the water using a powerful crane situated on an engineering ship.For the first time,the tunneling method was used in a shipwreck salvage project,significantly reducing the disturbance to the shipwreck and its stowage,thereby preserving the original state and integrity of the shipwreck to the greatest extent.In this study,the basic concepts of the salvage method and process are explained.Solutions to critical issues in the new salvage method are provided,including jacking force prediction and major considerations for the structural design of the salvage system.The design of the salvage system and salvage process of the"Yangtze River EstuaryⅡ"shipwreck are introduced.The monitored jacking force,pipe deformation,and observed water-tightness verified that the proposed method was effective and efficient.Other possible application scenarios for the proposed method are presented at the end.

文摘Two-dimensional(2D)layered materials have attracted extensive research interest in the field of high-performance photodetection due to their high carrier mobility,tunable bandgap,stability,other excellent properties.Herein,we propose a gate-tunable,high-performance,self-driving,wide detection range phototransistor based on a 2D PtSe_(2)on silicon-oninsulator(SOI).Benefiting from the strong built-in electric field of the PtSe_(2)/Si heterostructure,the phototransistor has a fast response time(rise/fall time)of 36.7/32.6μs.The PtSe_(2)/Si phototransistor exhibits excellent photodetection performance over a broad spectral range from ultraviolet to near-infrared,including a responsivity of 1.07 A/W and a specific detectivity of 6.60×10^(9)Jones under 808 nm illumination at zero gate voltage.The responsivity and specific detectivity of PtSe_(2)/Si phototransistor at 5 V gate voltage are increased to 13.85 A/W and 1.90×10^(10) Jones under 808 nm illumination.Furthermore,the fabricated PtSe_(2)/Si phototransistor array shows excellent uniformity,reproducibility,long-term stability in terms of photoresponse performance with negligible variation between pixel cells.The architecture of present PtSe_(2)/Si on SOI platform paves a new way of a general strategy to realize high-performance photodetectors by combining the advantages of both 2D materials and conventional semiconductors which is compatible with current Si-complementary metal oxide semiconductor(CMOS)process.

文摘Benefitting from the development of non-fullerene acceptors(NFAs),remarkable advances have been achieved with the power conversion efficiency(PCE)exceeding 19%over the last few years.However,the major achievement comes from fused ring electron acceptors(FREAs)with complex structures,leading to high cost.Hence,it is urgent to design new materials to resolve the cost issues concerning basic commercial requirements of organic solar cells.Recently,great progress has been made in fully non-fused ring electron acceptors(NFREAs)with only single-aromatic ring in the electron-donating core,which might achieve a fine balance between the efficiency and cost,thus accelerating the commercial application of organic solar cells.Therefore,this article summarizes the recent advances of fully NFREAs with efficiency over 10%,which may provide a guidance for developing the cost-effective solar cells.

文摘二维(2D)材料正被广泛用于宽带响应光电探测器(PD).然而,基于2D材料的宽带响应PD通常对红外波长的响应较差.在此,我们报告了垂直PtSe_(2)/超薄Al_(2)O_(3)/Ge PD在近红外照明下的优异光响应性能.我们直接硒化沉积在Al_(2)O_(3)/Ge上的Pt膜以形成PtSe_(2)层.超薄Al_(2)O_(3)钝化层起到表面改性的作用,有效地削弱了光生载流子的复合.在1550 nm的光照下,我们的PtSe_(2)/超薄Al_(2)O_(3)/Ge PD的工作面积为50μm×50μm,并在零偏压下获得了4.09 A W^(-1)、32.6/18.9μs的大响应度和快速上升/下降时间.在-5 V的外加电压下,PtSe_(2)/超薄Al_(2)O_(3)/Ge PD的响应度和响应速度分别高达38.18 A W^(-1)和9.6/7.7μs.我们发现器件的工作面积对光响应特性有很大的影响.此外,我们证明PtSe_(2)/超薄Al_(2)O_(3)/Ge PD阵列在室温下显示出了优异的紫外、可见光和红外成像能力.我们的研究表明,PtSe_(2)/超薄Al_(2)O_(3)/Ge异质结在设计具有优异近红外响应性能的新兴宽带光电子器件方面具有巨大的应用前景.

文摘The distribution behavior of inclusions in martensitic steel produced by compact strip production process(CSP-MS)and its influence on mechanical properties were systematically investigated.The inclusions in the CSP-MS specimen are mainly composed of spherical Al_(2)O_(3)-CaO-CaS,MnS with high aspect ratio and small-sized TiN,whereas many coarse cuboidal TiN inclusions do exist in conventional martensitic steel(Con-MS).The high inclusion density of the CSP-MS specimen resulted in lower total elongation and impact toughness,and the MnS inclusions with high aspect ratio led to significantly stronger mechanical anisotropy than that for Con-MS specimen.The in-situ tensile results indicated that when the fracture direction is parallel to MnS direction,the microcracks induced by MnS inclusions tend to propagate into the matrix,leading to the formation of valley-like features,which significantly deteriorate the properties such as the total elongation and impact toughness.The microcracks caused by TiN inclusions are sharper than those caused by spherical Al_(2)O_(3)-CaO-CaS inclusions,and are easy to propagate into the matrix.This work is expected to guide the optimization of the mechanical properties of martensitic steels produced by CSP process and provide a theoretical basis for the CSP process design.

文摘Urbanization processes affect the ecosystem through alterations in ecological functions and landscape patterns. Currently, analysis of the total ecosystem services value (ESV) has targeted the overall benefits which human beings obtain from the regional ecosystem but does not generally include information regarding ecological struc- tures and patterns. Therefore, the results cannot reflect the comprehensive state of the local ecosystem. We propose a new, integrative ecosystem quality indicator based on the ESV and landscape metrics for evaluating the quality of the regional ecosystem. We adopted the method of a coupled degree of coordination for evaluating the interrelationship between urbanization and ecosystem quality in Lianyun- gang City from 1985 to 2010. The coupling degree of coordination between urbanization and ecosystem quality showed an inverse U-shaped curve. At the primary stage of urbanization (1985-1995), the degree of coupling of urbanization and the ecosystem was just barely balanced. From 1995 until 2000, the coupling system reached a balanced condition, in which the urbanization level increased. Since 2000, the urbanization process has accelerated. The coordination between urbanization and the ecosystem achieved the optimum condition in 2005. A turning point appeared at the same time, and the degree of coupling coordination began falling from the optimum. Subsequently, the coupled system once more entered a barely balanced state. Overall, the comprehensive level of ecosystem quality decreased since 1985 and degraded sharply after 2005, suggesting an overall degradation of the local ecosystem quality.

文摘The lithium-sulfur battery is considered one of the most promising candidates for portable energy storage devices due to its low cost and high energy density.However,many critical issues,including polysulfide shuttling,self-discharge,lithium dendritic growth,and thermal hazards need to be addressed before the commercialization of lithium-sulfur batteries.To this end,tremendous efforts have been made to explore battery configurations and components,such as electrodes,electrolytes,and separators,among which the separator plays an especially critical role in addressing aforementioned issues.Thus,this review analyzes the mechanisms and interactions of these critical issues and summarizes both the function of separators and recent progress made towards remedying such issues.Additionally,promising directions for the development of separators in lithium-sulfur batteries are proposed.
文摘Quantifying and mapping the distribution patterns of ecosystem services can help to ascertain which services should be protected and where investments should be directed to improve synergies and reduce trade- offs. Moreover, the indicators of urbanization that affect the provision of ecosystem services must be identified to determine which approach to adopt in formulating policies related to these services. This paper presents a case study that maps the distribution of mukiple ecosystem services and analyzes the ways in which they interact. The relationship between the supply of ecosystem services and the socio-economic development in the Taihu Lake Basin of eastern China is also revealed. Results show a significant negative relationship between crop production and tourism income (p 〈 0.005) and a positive relationship between crop production, nutrient retention, and carbon sequestration (p 〈 0.005). The negative effects of the urbanization process on providing and regulating services are also identified through a comparison of the ecosystem services in large and small cities. Regression analysis was used to compare and elucidate the relative significance of the selected urbanization factors to ecosystem services. The results indicate that urbanization level is the most substantial factor inversely correlated with crop production (R2 = 0.414) and nutrient retention services (R2 = 0.572). Population density is the most important factor that negatively affects carbon sequestration (R2 = 0.447). The findings of this study suggest the potential relevance of ecosystem service dynamics to urbanization management and decision making.
