[Objectives]To discuss the protection and utilization of agricultural cultural heritage in Xiajin County in the context of deep integration of culture and tourism.With the advancement of the process of revitalizing vi...[Objectives]To discuss the protection and utilization of agricultural cultural heritage in Xiajin County in the context of deep integration of culture and tourism.With the advancement of the process of revitalizing villages through culture and tourism,agricultural cultural heritage has gradually attracted wide attention from all walks of life.This paper is intended to provide new ideas and strategies for the development of local cultural tourism through in-depth analysis of agricultural cultural heritage resources in Xiajin County.[Methods]Using the method of literature research,this paper systematically sorted out the historical background,current situation and value of agricultural cultural heritage in Xiajin County.Besides,the agricultural cultural heritage resources in Xiajin County were comprehensively evaluated using the 3-3-6 evaluation method.On this basis,combined with the theory of industrial convergence and sustainable development,it came up with some specific suggestions on the tourism development of agricultural cultural heritage in Xiajin County.[Results]Through the in-depth evaluation of agricultural cultural heritage resources in Xiajin County,it is found that it has rich historical and cultural heritage and unique tourism value.However,there are still some problems in protection and utilization.In view of the problems,it recommended to attach importance to the inheritance of Xiajin agricultural cultural heritage,develop characteristic heritage tourism and improve relevant supporting facilities.[Conclusions]Deeply excavating the essence of agricultural cultural heritage in Xiajin County and organically combining it with modern tourism is an important way to realize the sustainable development of local cultural tourism.The recommendations are expected to provide reference for the development of agricultural heritage tourism in Xiajin County and other regions,and help to promote the deep integration of culture and tourism,and promote rural revitalization and cultural inheritance.展开更多
Our previous study showed that when glutamate receptor (GluR)6 C terminus-containing peptide conjugated with the human immunodeficiency virus Tat protein (GluR6)-9c is delivered into hippocampal neurons in a brain...Our previous study showed that when glutamate receptor (GluR)6 C terminus-containing peptide conjugated with the human immunodeficiency virus Tat protein (GluR6)-9c is delivered into hippocampal neurons in a brain ischemic model, the activation of mixed lineage kinase 3 (MLK3) and c-Jun NH2-terminal kinase (JNK) is inhibited via GluR6-postsynaptic density protein 95 (PSD95). In the present study, we investigated whether the recombinant adenovirus (Ad) carrying GluR6c could suppress the assembly of the GluR6-PSD95-MLK3 signaling module and decrease neuronal cell death induced by kainate in hippocampal CA1 subregion. A seizure model in Sprague-Dawley rats was induced by intraperitoneal injections of kainate. The effect of Ad- Glur6-9c on the phosphorylation of INK, MLK3 and mitogen-activated ldnase kinase 7 (MKK7) was observed with western immunoblots and immunohistochemistry. Our findings revealed that overexpression of GluR6c inhibited the interaction of GluR6 with PSD95 and prevented the kainate-induced activation of INK, MLK3 and MKK7. Furthermore, kainate-mediated neuronal cell death was significantly suppressed by GluR6c. Taken together, GluR6 may play a pivotal role in neuronal cell death.展开更多
Organophosphorus pesticides(OPPs) are a set of toxic persistent organic pollutants(POPs) present in the environment. Recently, biochar-mediated bioremediation has exhibited many advantages over conventional methods fo...Organophosphorus pesticides(OPPs) are a set of toxic persistent organic pollutants(POPs) present in the environment. Recently, biochar-mediated bioremediation has exhibited many advantages over conventional methods for the remediation of pesticide-contaminated soil. In the present study, biochar and nitrogen fertilizer(NH_4NO_3)were employed to remediate OPP-contaminated soil and the greenhouse gas(GHG) emission during 90 days of incubation was investigated. After thermal desorption treatment, the content of organophosphorus pesticides reduced from 175.61 μg·kg^(-1) to 62.68 μg·kg^(-1). The addition of NH_4NO_3 in the following bioremediation led to larger reduction(34.35%) of the pesticide concentration than that of biochar(31.90%) for the contaminated soils with thermal desorption treatment, while the simultaneous addition of biochar and NH_4NO_3 led to the largest reduction of pesticide concentration(11.07%) for the soil without thermal desorption treatment. The addition of biochar and NH_4NO_3 only slightly increased the emission rate of GHGs from the soil without thermal treatment,but remarkably increased the emission rate of GHGs from the soil after thermal treatment. In most cases, the addition of NH_4NO_3 is more effective than biochar to promote the degradation of pesticide, but also exhibited higher GHG emission. The microbial community analysis suggests that the enhanced degradation of pesticide is mainly owing to the increased activity of microorganism.展开更多

The fractal dimensions of primary phase morphology in the semi-solid A356 alloy were calculated by the program written to calculate the fractal dimensions of box-counting in the image of solid phase morphology in semi-solid metal slurry. The results indicated that the morphology of primary phase in semi-solid A356 prepared by low superheat pouring and slightly electromagnetic stirring is characterized by fractal dimension, and the primary phase morphology obtained by the different processing parameters has different fractal dimensions. The morphology of primary phase at the different position of ingot has different fractal dimensions, which reflected the effect of solidified conditions at different positions in the same ingot on the morphology of semi-solid primary phase. Solidification of semi-solid alloy is a course of change in fractal dimension.展开更多
During the last decade,the rapid development of lithium-ion battery(LIB)energy storage systems has provided significant support for the efficient operation of renewable energy stations.In the coming years,the service ...During the last decade,the rapid development of lithium-ion battery(LIB)energy storage systems has provided significant support for the efficient operation of renewable energy stations.In the coming years,the service life demand of energy storage systems will be further increased to 30 years from the current 20 years on the basis of the equivalent service life of renewable energy stations.However,the life of the present LIB is far from meeting such high demand.Therefore,research on the next-generation LIB with ultra-long service life is imminent.Prelithiation technology has been widely studied as an important means to compensate for the initial coulombic efficiency loss and improve the service life of LIBs.This review systematically summarized the different prelithiation methods from anode and cathode electrodes.Moreover,the large-scale industrialization challenge and the possibility of the existing prelithiation technology are analyzed,based on three key parameters:industry compatibility,prelithiation efficiency,and energy density.Finally,the future trends of improvement in LIB performance by other overlithiated cathode materials are presented,which gives a reference for subsequent research.展开更多

Firstly, the Lipschitz property and squeezing property of the nonlinear semigroup related to the initial-boundary value problem are proved, and then the existence of its exponential attractor is obtained. By extending the space <em>E</em><sub>0</sub> to <em>E<sub>k</sub></em>, a family of the exponential attractors of the initial-boundary value problem is obtained. In the second part, we consider the long-time behavior for a system of generalized Kirchhoff type with strong damping terms. Using the Hadamard graph transformation method, we obtain the existence of a family of the inertial manifolds while such equations satisfy the spectrum interval condition.展开更多
Objective Graves’disease is the most common autoimmune thyroid disease and its prevalence and clinical manifestations are disparate between females and males.Costimulatory molecules play an essential role in regulati...Objective Graves’disease is the most common autoimmune thyroid disease and its prevalence and clinical manifestations are disparate between females and males.Costimulatory molecules play an essential role in regulating autoimmune responses.The objective of this study was to determine if expression of inhibitory molecules was correlated with treatment by dihydrotestosterone(DHT)in an in vivo BALB/c mouse model of experimental autoimmune Graves’disease.Methods Female BALB/c mice were immunized three times with thyroid stimulating hormone receptor A-subunit encoded by adenovirus to establish a Graves’disease model.Three different doses of DHT or a matching placebo were administered by implantation of slow-release pellets a week before the first immunization.Four weeks after the third immunization,the mice were euthanatized,and then the spleen and thymus were removed.Total thyroxine and free thyroxine levels in serum of mice were detected using a radioimmunoassay kit.Real-time polymerase chain reaction was performed to estimate the expression of costimulatory molecules in lymphocytes from the spleen and thymus.Flow cytometry was used to analyze the percentage of CD4^+T cells in splenic lymphocytes.Quantitative data were compared with unpaired t-tests.Correlation between two variables was analyzed using Analysis of Variance.Results Treatment with DHT can dramatically reduce total thyroxine and free thyroxine levels.Higher expression of programmed death-1 was found in the spleen of Graves’disease mice receiving 5 mg of DHT treatment(0.635±0.296 vs.0.327±0.212;t=2.714,P=0.014),similarly,T-cell immunoglobulin domain and mucin domain 3(TIM-3)in both the spleen(1.004±0.338 vs.0.646±0.314;t=2.205,P=0.022)and the thymus(0.263±0.127 vs.0.120±0.076;t=3.221,P=0.004)also increased after 5 mg of DHT treatment compared with the parallel placebo model mice.Moreover,the percentage of CD4^+T cells declined in the splenic lymphocytes of Graves’disease mice treated with 5 mg of DHT(19.90%±3.985%vs.24.05%±2.587%;t=2.804,P=0.012).A significant negative association was observed between expression of TIM-3 in the spleen and serum levels of total thyroxine(r=-0.7106,P=0.014)as well as free thyroxine(r=-0.6542,P=0.029).Conclusion This study demonstrates that DHT can ameliorate experimental autoimmune Graves’disease,which may occur by up-regulating expression of programmed death-1 and TIM-3 and inhibiting development of CD4^+T cells.展开更多

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention based on Caprini risk assessment scale for venous thromboembolism(VTE)in perioperative patients with liver cancer.Methods:A total of 128 hepatocellular cancer(HC...Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention based on Caprini risk assessment scale for venous thromboembolism(VTE)in perioperative patients with liver cancer.Methods:A total of 128 hepatocellular cancer(HCC)patients who were hospitalized in our department from January 2021 to March 2022 and met the research criteria were selected.According to odd and even numbers in the order of inclusion,64 cases were divided into two groups:a control group and an observation group.The control group received routine nursing intervention during perioperative period,while the observation group received nursing intervention based on Caprini risk assessment scale for VTE.The incidence of VTE and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of VTE and postoperative complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention based on Caprini risk assessment scale for VTE can reduce the incidence of perioperative deep vein thrombosis and complications in patients with liver cancer;thus,it is worthy of clinical application.展开更多
The modern criminal justice system includes community corrections,which play a preventive role in lowering recidivism among offenders.However,some offenders continue to commit crimes during community corrections.This ...The modern criminal justice system includes community corrections,which play a preventive role in lowering recidivism among offenders.However,some offenders continue to commit crimes during community corrections.This research focuses on community corrections in Chinese community policing practice,particularly offender recidivism.The study collected a total of 500 questionnaires from offenders in the provincial administrative regions of northern China,which included first offense status,psychological status,and recidivism behavior.The study found that most recidivists are usually arrested for“drunk driving”,which may be related to their ability to exercise self-restraint,and that alcohol may contribute to their deviant behavior.Another important finding relates to young recidivists,who may have difficulty securing employment during community corrections and thus use crime again to gain income.In general,this study explores the offender population in Chinese community corrections practice and discusses the factors within it that influence offender recidivism.This may support law enforcement agencies in further evaluating the effectiveness of community corrections,and may provide new information for understanding community corrections in China.展开更多

The dynamic change of microbial communities and metabolic genes in vertical depth soil from 0 to 80 cm were characterized to evaluate the petroleum degradation potential of indigenous microorganism. The influence of environmental variables on the microbial responds to petroleum contamination were analyzed. Degradation extent of 42.45% of n-alkanes(C8–C40) and 34.61% of 16ΣPAH were reached after 22 weeks. Relative abundance of alkB, nah, and phe gene showed about 10-fold increment in different depth of soil layers. Result of HTS profiles demonstrated that Pseudomonas, Marinobacter and Lactococcus were the major petroleum-degrading bacteria in0–30 and 30–60 cm depth of soils. Fusarium and Aspergillus were the dominant oil-degrading fungi in the 0–60 cm depth of soils. In 60–80 cm deep soil, anaerobic bacteria such as Bacteroidetes, Lactococcus, and Alcanivorax played important roles in petroleum degradation.Redundancy analysis(RDA) and correlation analysis demonstrated that petroleum hydrocarbons(PHs) as well as soil salinity, clay content, and anaerobic conditions were the dominant effect factors on microbial community compositions in 0–30, 30–60, and 60–80 cm depth of soils, respectively.展开更多

文摘During the last decade,the rapid development of lithium-ion battery(LIB)energy storage systems has provided significant support for the efficient operation of renewable energy stations.In the coming years,the service life demand of energy storage systems will be further increased to 30 years from the current 20 years on the basis of the equivalent service life of renewable energy stations.However,the life of the present LIB is far from meeting such high demand.Therefore,research on the next-generation LIB with ultra-long service life is imminent.Prelithiation technology has been widely studied as an important means to compensate for the initial coulombic efficiency loss and improve the service life of LIBs.This review systematically summarized the different prelithiation methods from anode and cathode electrodes.Moreover,the large-scale industrialization challenge and the possibility of the existing prelithiation technology are analyzed,based on three key parameters:industry compatibility,prelithiation efficiency,and energy density.Finally,the future trends of improvement in LIB performance by other overlithiated cathode materials are presented,which gives a reference for subsequent research.
文摘In this paper, we study the long-time behavior of a class of generalized nonlinear Kichhoff equation under the condition of n dimension. Firstly, the Lipschitz property and squeezing property of the nonlinear semigroup related to the initial-boundary value problem are proved, and then the existence of its exponential attractor is obtained. By extending the space <em>E</em><sub>0</sub> to <em>E<sub>k</sub></em>, a family of the exponential attractors of the initial-boundary value problem is obtained. In the second part, we consider the long-time behavior for a system of generalized Kirchhoff type with strong damping terms. Using the Hadamard graph transformation method, we obtain the existence of a family of the inertial manifolds while such equations satisfy the spectrum interval condition.

文摘Objective Graves’disease is the most common autoimmune thyroid disease and its prevalence and clinical manifestations are disparate between females and males.Costimulatory molecules play an essential role in regulating autoimmune responses.The objective of this study was to determine if expression of inhibitory molecules was correlated with treatment by dihydrotestosterone(DHT)in an in vivo BALB/c mouse model of experimental autoimmune Graves’disease.Methods Female BALB/c mice were immunized three times with thyroid stimulating hormone receptor A-subunit encoded by adenovirus to establish a Graves’disease model.Three different doses of DHT or a matching placebo were administered by implantation of slow-release pellets a week before the first immunization.Four weeks after the third immunization,the mice were euthanatized,and then the spleen and thymus were removed.Total thyroxine and free thyroxine levels in serum of mice were detected using a radioimmunoassay kit.Real-time polymerase chain reaction was performed to estimate the expression of costimulatory molecules in lymphocytes from the spleen and thymus.Flow cytometry was used to analyze the percentage of CD4^+T cells in splenic lymphocytes.Quantitative data were compared with unpaired t-tests.Correlation between two variables was analyzed using Analysis of Variance.Results Treatment with DHT can dramatically reduce total thyroxine and free thyroxine levels.Higher expression of programmed death-1 was found in the spleen of Graves’disease mice receiving 5 mg of DHT treatment(0.635±0.296 vs.0.327±0.212;t=2.714,P=0.014),similarly,T-cell immunoglobulin domain and mucin domain 3(TIM-3)in both the spleen(1.004±0.338 vs.0.646±0.314;t=2.205,P=0.022)and the thymus(0.263±0.127 vs.0.120±0.076;t=3.221,P=0.004)also increased after 5 mg of DHT treatment compared with the parallel placebo model mice.Moreover,the percentage of CD4^+T cells declined in the splenic lymphocytes of Graves’disease mice treated with 5 mg of DHT(19.90%±3.985%vs.24.05%±2.587%;t=2.804,P=0.012).A significant negative association was observed between expression of TIM-3 in the spleen and serum levels of total thyroxine(r=-0.7106,P=0.014)as well as free thyroxine(r=-0.6542,P=0.029).Conclusion This study demonstrates that DHT can ameliorate experimental autoimmune Graves’disease,which may occur by up-regulating expression of programmed death-1 and TIM-3 and inhibiting development of CD4^+T cells.
文摘Alumina/aluminum-silicon alloy composite is manufactured by squeeze casting. The effect of the reinforcementon the morphology of the silicon phase in aluminum-silicon alloy is studied. The results indicate that an alumina fiber canserve as propitious sites for the heterogeneous nucleation of the silicon phase, and the primary silicon in the compositecan nucleate on the surface of the fiber. The fiber in the composite can trigger twin during the coupled growth of thealuminum-silicon eutectic and lead to modification of the eutectic silicon near the fiber.

文摘The state has issued a series of policy documents to vigorously promote the construction and development of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities.Red tourism provides a broader vision and deeper meaning for deepening the educational function of ideological and political courses.Using research methods such as literature research and case analysis,the restrictive factors that affect the effect of ideological and political education are discussed,and new ideas and new ways are put forward,such as promoting the synchronous construction of the first classroom and the second classroom of ideological and political courses,and integrating the small classroom of ideological and political education into the large classroom of society.The research could provide useful reference for the deepening development of red tourism in the new era and the multi-dimensional expansion of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities.
文摘[Objectives]To evaluate the effectiveness of Rain Classroom intelligent teaching in the course of Spring Water Tourism Resources.[Methods]The course of Spring Water Tourism Resources in the course of Overview of Tourism Resources was taken as an example,the pre-class preparation,in-class teaching,and after-class evaluation links were designed separately through the Rain Classroom platform.Then,a questionnaire survey was carried out for the students of Spring Water Tourism Resources.[Results]About 58.3%of the students believed that the greatest advantage of using the Rain Classroom teaching platform is that the learning method is flexible and can improve the ability of independent learning;61.78%of students stated that playing 3D animation in the classroom has the best effect for learning different tourism resources;with the aid of the Rain Classroom platform,the communication between teachers and students becomes more timely,and the students' ability to deal with practical problems can be practiced.[Conclusions]This study is intended to build an intelligent classroom model suitable for tourism management department based on the Rain Classroom platform.It is recommended to promote and apply this model in the teaching of tourism management.

文摘This paper selects Qingdao Textile Valley as the research object,establishes the evaluation system of industrial heritage tourism resources,and analyzes the evaluation factors of industrial heritage tourism resources,such as resource element value,market location value,and environmental factors.Then this paper puts forward some effective suggestions to promote the development of industrial heritage tourism in Textile Valley.The results show that the measures put forward,such as fully tapping the value of resource elements,improving the surrounding traffic environment,perfecting tourism signs,perfecting local traffic routes,improving the complementarity of tourism resources,and expanding the tourist market,can scientifically and effectively protect urban industrial heritage,improve the development level of urban tourism,and speed up the transformation of new and old energy in Qingdao.
文摘Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention based on Caprini risk assessment scale for venous thromboembolism(VTE)in perioperative patients with liver cancer.Methods:A total of 128 hepatocellular cancer(HCC)patients who were hospitalized in our department from January 2021 to March 2022 and met the research criteria were selected.According to odd and even numbers in the order of inclusion,64 cases were divided into two groups:a control group and an observation group.The control group received routine nursing intervention during perioperative period,while the observation group received nursing intervention based on Caprini risk assessment scale for VTE.The incidence of VTE and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of VTE and postoperative complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention based on Caprini risk assessment scale for VTE can reduce the incidence of perioperative deep vein thrombosis and complications in patients with liver cancer;thus,it is worthy of clinical application.

文摘The modern criminal justice system includes community corrections,which play a preventive role in lowering recidivism among offenders.However,some offenders continue to commit crimes during community corrections.This research focuses on community corrections in Chinese community policing practice,particularly offender recidivism.The study collected a total of 500 questionnaires from offenders in the provincial administrative regions of northern China,which included first offense status,psychological status,and recidivism behavior.The study found that most recidivists are usually arrested for“drunk driving”,which may be related to their ability to exercise self-restraint,and that alcohol may contribute to their deviant behavior.Another important finding relates to young recidivists,who may have difficulty securing employment during community corrections and thus use crime again to gain income.In general,this study explores the offender population in Chinese community corrections practice and discusses the factors within it that influence offender recidivism.This may support law enforcement agencies in further evaluating the effectiveness of community corrections,and may provide new information for understanding community corrections in China.
文摘Objective:To investigate the effect of using peripheral medium-length catheters in critically ill patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery.Methods:A retrospective analysis of the nursing experience and effect of using medium-length catheters for infusion in 102 critically ill patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery from March 2021 to April 2022 was conducted.Results:All 102 patients had successful catheter placement with no catheter-associated infections,blockage,decannulation,or breakage.However,four cases had blood oozing from the puncture site,but it resolved after changing the dressing.Conclusion:Medium-length catheters are superior to traditional infusion tools in terms of benefit;thus,they deserve to be widely promoted in clinical practice.

文摘A column microcosm was conducted by amending crude oil into Dagang Oilfield soil to simulate the bioremediation process. The dynamic change of microbial communities and metabolic genes in vertical depth soil from 0 to 80 cm were characterized to evaluate the petroleum degradation potential of indigenous microorganism. The influence of environmental variables on the microbial responds to petroleum contamination were analyzed. Degradation extent of 42.45% of n-alkanes(C8–C40) and 34.61% of 16ΣPAH were reached after 22 weeks. Relative abundance of alkB, nah, and phe gene showed about 10-fold increment in different depth of soil layers. Result of HTS profiles demonstrated that Pseudomonas, Marinobacter and Lactococcus were the major petroleum-degrading bacteria in0–30 and 30–60 cm depth of soils. Fusarium and Aspergillus were the dominant oil-degrading fungi in the 0–60 cm depth of soils. In 60–80 cm deep soil, anaerobic bacteria such as Bacteroidetes, Lactococcus, and Alcanivorax played important roles in petroleum degradation.Redundancy analysis(RDA) and correlation analysis demonstrated that petroleum hydrocarbons(PHs) as well as soil salinity, clay content, and anaerobic conditions were the dominant effect factors on microbial community compositions in 0–30, 30–60, and 60–80 cm depth of soils, respectively.
