Classification,Hazards and Countermeasures of Agricultural Environmental Pollution Emergencies

Agricultural environmental pollution emergencies have become a hot research topic because of the high incidence and influence depth.This paper introduces classification and features of agricultural environmental pollution emergencies:by pollutant type,it falls into organic pollution emergencies and inorganic pollution emergencies;by the approach of entering agricultural environment,it falls into water resource agricultural environmental pollution emergencies and non-water resource agricultural environmental pollution emergencies.Hazards of agricultural environmental pollution emergencies are analyzed from 4 perspectives:personal security,indirect loss,ecological environment and social stability.In view of the hazards,countermeasures are given to deal with the pollution emergencies as(i)establishing a risk evaluation mechanism for agricultural environment;(ii)enhancing the capacity of handling agricultural environmental pollution emergencies;(iii)introducing new management concepts for environmental emergencies,and cultivating keen emergency management consciousness.

Food Safety Evaluation of On-line Take-out Food Service Enterprises

The food safety problem of on-line take-out food enterprises is a hot issue of current research. This paper chooses two typical on-line take-out food enterprises in J City as the research object,and uses the mathematical statistics,logical reasoning and model evaluation methods to conduct in-depth research on the food safety of on-line take-out food service enterprises. The main results are as follows:( i) The rapid growth of on-line take-out food service industry poses a serious challenge to food safety in today's society;( ii) This paper constructs an food safety evaluation index system for the on-line take-out food service enterprises,which includes four modules( management qualification; procurement and transportation; conversion of finished products; take-out delivery),and 17 specific evaluation indexes,such as catering licensing status,health status of employees and management system;( iii) Using the evaluation index system in( ii),this paper evaluates the food safety status of enterprises A and B in J City,and finds that the two enterprises have different levels of food safety problems,which are mainly reflected in two modules: procurement and transportation; take-out delivery.

Research Progress on the Relationship between Air Pollution and Socio-economic Growth in China

Air pollution is a hot issue studied by scholars all over the world.Academic circles generally believe that socio-economic factors such as extensive economic growth,unbalanced proportion of industrial structure and unreasonable energy consumption structure are the main"culprits"of serious air pollution in China.Therefore,the relationship between air pollution and socio-economic growth has very important theoretical and practical significance for air pollution prevention and control and promoting the sustainable and healthy development of cities.Through literature research and summary methods,this paper studies the severity and harmfulness of air pollution in China,and deeply studies the research progress of socio-economic influencing factors of air pollution,environmental Kuznets curve hypothesis of air pollution,decoupling relationship between air pollution and socio-economic growth,so as to provide useful reference for the prevention and control of air pollution.

Research Progress on the Causes and Influencing Factors of Air Pollution in China

At the present stage,China is facing a large number of new risks and challenges in the safety environment,all kinds of environmental pollution problems are widespread,and the atmospheric environmental problems are particularly prominent.According to the discussion and research of a large number of scholars at home and abroad,a series of factors such as the development of urbanization,economic growth and changes in industrial structure,human consumption,and a large number of large-scale enterprises with high energy consumption are the important reasons for the aggravation of air pollution in our country.Starting with the socio-economic factors closely related to human activities,this paper establishes Sustainability Evaluation using Indicators(SEI),and explores the current situation of the research on the causes of air pollution in China through literature research and summary methods.It not only provides a scientific basis for the reasonable formulation of policies and strategies,but also makes it more convenient for the government to carry out accurate governance on this basis,which is of great significance to the construction of a beautiful China.

Study on Cognition of Urban Residents on Haze Control and Their Willingness to Pay:A Case Study of Zhengzhou City and Jiaozuo City

Residents’payment is an important supplement to the government’s urban haze control costs.In this paper,Zhengzhou City and Jiaozuo City of Henan Province were taken as research objects.Through research methods such as data mining,questionnaire survey and model construction,the residents’cognition on haze control,willingness to pay and its influencing factors were deeply studied.Main research results were as below:residents in Zhengzhou and Jiaozuo have improved their awareness and satisfaction with haze control,but the growth rate was slow.In 2014,2018 and 2021,the expected values of willingness to pay for haze control in Zhengzhou were 79.94,85.52 and 47.20 yuan/month respectively,while they were 62.17,57.77 and 46.96 yuan/month in Jiaozuo City.Residents’haze awareness had the most significant effect on the willingness to pay for haze control,and there was positive correlation(P<0.05).Residents’cognition of haze control was the most important factor affecting their willingness to pay for haze control.Residents’income level and air pollution level had a positive effect on residents’willingness to pay,while residents’confidence in the government had a weak impact on their willingness to pay.

Recommendations for Emergency Management of Rural Major Infectious Diseases in Non-epicenter Areas:Taking Village B during COVID-19 as an Example

This paper analyzed the key issues and challenges confronted in the governance of Village B in the non-epicenter area in rural areas of China during the COVID-19 pandemic.It clarified the weak points in the prevention and control of infectious diseases in Village B.A triple emergency management mechanism of"people-materials-environment"in rural areas should be established.It came up with constructive recommendations for scientifically and effectively responding to public health emergencies in rural non-epicenter areas,which is helpful to improve the rationality,legality and scientific effectiveness of the construction of emergency response mechanisms in rural areas.
