Reservoirs characterized by high temperature,high-pressure,medium high cementation strength,low porosity,and low permeability,in general,are not affected by sand production issues.Since 2009,however,it is known that cases exists where sand is present and may represent a significant technical problem(e.g.,the the Dina II condensate gas field).In the present study,the main factors affecting sand production in this type of reservoir are considered(mechanical properties,stress fields,production system,completion method and gas flow pattern changes during the production process).On this basis,a new liquid-solid coupled porous elasto-plastic 3D sand production model is introduced and validated through comparison with effective sand production data.The related prediction errors are found to be within 15%,which represents the necessary prerequisite for the utilization of such a model for the elaboration of sand prevention measures. 展开更多

Gut microbiota and circulating metabolite dysbiosis predate important pathological changes in glucose metabolic disorders;however,comprehensive studies on impaired glucose tolerance(IGT),a diabetes mellitus(DM)precursor,are lacking.Here,we perform metagenomic sequencing and metabolomics on 47 pairs of individuals with IGT and newly diagnosed DM and 46 controls with normal glucose tolerance(NGT);patients with IGT are followed up after 4 years for progression to DM.Analysis of baseline data reveals significant differences in gut microbiota and serum metabolites among the IGT,DM,and NGT groups.In addition,13 types of gut microbiota and 17 types of circulating metabolites showed significant differences at baseline before IGT progressed to DM,including higher levels of Eggerthella unclassified,Coprobacillus unclassified,Clostridium ramosum,L-valine,L-norleucine,and L-isoleucine,and lower levels of Eubacterium eligens,Bacteroides faecis,Lachnospiraceae bacterium 3_1_46FAA,Alistipes senegalensis,Megaspaera elsdenii,Clostridium perfringens,α-linolenic acid,10E,12Z-octadecadienoic acid,and dodecanoic acid.A random forest model based on differential intestinal microbiota and circulating metabolites can predict the progression from IGT to DM(AUC=0.87).These results suggest that microbiome and metabolome dysbiosis occur in individuals with IGT and have important predictive values and potential for intervention in preventing IGT from progressing to DM. 展开更多

Ovarian cancer is the most lethal and aggressive gynecological cancer with a high recurrence rate and is often diagnosed late.In ovarian cancer,multiple metabolic enzymes of lipid metabolism are abnormally expressed,resulting in metabolism disorder.As a characteristic pathway in polyunsaturated fatty acid(PUFA)metabolism,arachidonic acid(AA)metabolism is disturbed in ovarian cancer.Therefore,we established a 10-gene signature model to evaluate the prognostic risk of PUFA-related genes.This 10-gene signature has strong robustness and can play a stable predictive role in datasets of various platforms(TCGA,ICGC,and GSE17260).The high association between the risk subgroups and clinical characteristics indicated a good performance of the model.Our data further indicated that the high expression of LTA4H was positively correlated with poor prognosis in ovarian cancer.Deficiency of LTA4H enhanced sensitivity to Cisplatin and modified the characteristics of immune cell infiltration in ovarian cancer.Additionally,our results indicate that CCL5 was involved in the aberrant metabolism of the AA/LTA4H axis,which contributes to the reduction of tumor-infiltrating CD8+T cells and immune escape in ovarian cancer.These findings provide new insights into the prognosis and potential target of LTA4H/CCL5 in treating ovarian cancer. 展开更多

Large Seebeck coefficients induced by high degeneracy of conduction band minimum,and low intrinsic lattice thermal conductivity originated from large lattice vibrational anharmonicity render Mg_(3)Sb_(2)as a promising n-type thermoelectric material.Herein,we demonstrated unique concentration-dependent occupation behaviors of Cu in Mg_(3.4)Sb_(1.5)Bi_(0.49)Te_(0.01)matrix,evidenced by structural characterization and transport property measurements.It is found that Cu atoms prefer to enter the interstitial lattice sites in Mg_(3)Sb_(2)host with low doping level(Mg_(3.4)Sb_(1.5)Bi_(0.49)Te_(0.01)+x%Cu,x<0.3%),acting as donors for providing additional electrons without deteriorating the carrier mobility.When x is larger than 0.3%,the excessive Cu atoms are inclined to substitute Mg atoms,yielding acceptors to decrease the electron concentration.As a result,the electrical conductivity of the Mg_(3.4)Sb_(1.5)Bi_(0.49)Te_(0.01)+0.3%Cu sample reaches 2.3×10^(4)S/m at 300 K,increasing by 300%compared with that of the pristine sample.The figure of merit zT values in the whole measured temperature range are significantly improved by the synergetic improvement of power factor and reduction of thermal conductivity.An average zT∼1.07 from 323 K to 773 K has been achieved for the Mg_(3.4)Sb_(1.5)Bi_(0.49)Te_(0.01)+0.3%Cu sample,which is about 30%higher than that of the Mg_(3.4)Sb_(1.5)Bi_(0.49)Te_(0.01) sample. 展开更多

劳动者既是时代进步的推动者,也应是发展成果的获益者,然而很多劳动者似乎受到职业污名的困扰,徘徊在光荣与幸福的边缘。那么职业污名感真的影响劳动者幸福吗?本研究从认知一致性视角出发,探索职业污名感与工作幸福感的关系以及工作不... 劳动者既是时代进步的推动者,也应是发展成果的获益者,然而很多劳动者似乎受到职业污名的困扰,徘徊在光荣与幸福的边缘。那么职业污名感真的影响劳动者幸福吗?本研究从认知一致性视角出发,探索职业污名感与工作幸福感的关系以及工作不洁感在二者关系中的调节,并进而对员工工作结果的影响。通过一项对527名环卫工多源多时段的问卷调查,本研究发现:职业污名感与工作幸福感并没有显著相关性,而只有在工作不洁感较低的情况下,职业污名感才与工作幸福感显著负相关,并进而影响到员工的角色内(任务绩效)和角色外(组织公民行为)工作结果。当工作不洁感较高时,职业污名感与工作幸福感没有显著相关性。本研究丰富了工作不洁感和职业污名感一致性认知对员工的影响,对劳动者个体、管理者和企业都提出了相应的实践启示。 展开更多

A 41-wk growth trial was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary protein levels on the long-term growth response and fitting growth models of gibel carp(Carassius auratus gibelio) with an initial body weight of 1.85 ± 0.17 g. The dietary protein levels were designed at 320(P32), 360(P36). 400(P40).and 440 g/kg(P44), respectively. The growth curves of the gibel carp for each group were fitted and analyzed with four nonlinear regression models(Gompertz. logistic. von Bertalanffy and Richards). The final body weights(mean ± SD) of the fish were 226 ± 6.231 ± 7.242 ± 2, and 236 ± 2 g for P32, P36, P40,and P44. respectively. Feed conversion ratio of P40 and P44 groups was significantly lower than that of P32 and P36 groups(P < 0.05). Productive protein value of P44 group was significantly lower than that of P32 and P36 groups, but not different from that of P40 group(P > 0.05). The growth response of the gibel carp for each group was the best fitted by Richards model with the lowest Chi^2, residual sum of squares and residual variance, then Gompertz and von Bertalanffy growth models, but the logistic model did not fit the data well justified by Chi^2 values. The optimal protein level(400 g/kg) prolonged the stage of fast growth and predicted the highest asymptotic weight, which was close to the harvest size in practice. 展开更多

C-di-GMP is one kind of second messengers which plays an important role not only in the regulation of various bacterial physiological activities but also in the activation of innate immune response to induce typeⅠinterferon in mammalian cells.In this assay,by using one-pot phosphoramidite method,three novel kinds of analogs of c-di-GMP including its phosphorthiates modified by ganciclovir(7 a,7 b,7 c)have been designed and synthesized.The immune-stimulatory results of these c-di-GMP analogs in RAW-Lucia ISG cells indicated that they couldn’t induce the release of typeⅠinterferon,which demonstrated that the intact structure of ribose moieties is very vital for their bioactivity upon the activation of STING signaling pathway. 展开更多
