手术风险自查护理在青光眼小梁切除术患者中的临床效果

目的探究手术风险自查护理在青光眼小梁切除术患者中的临床效果。方法选取济南市第二人民医院2022年11月至2023年2月期间收治的126例青光眼小梁切除术患者作为本次护理研究对象。依据护理方法的不同将其分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(... 目的探究手术风险自查护理在青光眼小梁切除术患者中的临床效果。方法选取济南市第二人民医院2022年11月至2023年2月期间收治的126例青光眼小梁切除术患者作为本次护理研究对象。依据护理方法的不同将其分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(常规护理联合手术风险自查护理),各63例。对照组男38例,女25例,年龄(66.48±3.44)岁;核硬度分级:Ⅱ级36例、Ⅲ级27例。观察组男36例,女27例,年龄(66.51±3.58)岁;核硬度分级:Ⅱ级33例、Ⅲ级30例。对两组患者手术相关指标、心境状态、并发症等情况进行对比分析,统计学方法采用t检验和χ^(2)检验。结果观察组患者术中收缩压、术中舒张压、心率、手术时间、平均住院时间等手术相关指标情况均优于对照组[(119.56±9.38)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)比(126.36±12.41)mmHg、(70.57±5.44)mmHg比(68.39±3.34)mmHg、(74.53±13.38)次/min比(80.39±9.44)次/min、(48.61±8.49)min比(54.47±11.35)min、(2.44±0.33)d比(3.32±1.45)d],差异均有统计学意义(t=3.47、2.71、2.84、3.28、4.70,均P<0.05)。观察组患者抑郁、紧张、愤怒、慌乱、疲乏评分均低于对照组[(11.57±2.49)分比(13.33±4.43)分、(12.61±3.42)分比(14.36±5.28)分、(13.55±5.27)分比(15.38±4.40)分、(11.66±2.29)分比(13.37±3.35)分、(8.54±3.53)分比(10.41±1.42)分],精力和与自我有关的情绪评分均高于对照组[(18.56±4.27)分比(16.39±3.55)分、(15.58±3.22)分比(13.44±2.45)分],差异均有统计学意义(t=2.75、2.21、2.12、3.35、3.90、3.10、4.20,均P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组[1.59%(1/63)比11.11%(7/63)],差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.81,P<0.05)。结论手术风险自查护理有助于改善青光眼小梁切除术患者手术相关指标,缓解患者术中恐慌与抗拒感,降低并发症发生率。 展开更多

使用工况对锂离子电池电化学性能的影响

[目的]锂离子电池储能技术在近年来得到快速发展和广泛应用,但在实际应用中发现具体使用工况对锂离子电池储能的实际使用寿命和盈利能力有着巨大影响,文章旨在研究使用工况对于锂离子电池电化学性能的影响,为今后的锂离子电池储能项目建设提供参考。[方法]测试并分析工作荷电区间、放电倍率、工作温度对锂离子电池实际工作性能的影响。[结果]充放电荷电区间、使用倍率、工作温度都会对锂离子电池的实际工作性能产生巨大影响。一方面,适当调节充放电荷电区间会明显提高电池的使用寿命;另一方面,目前调频储能项目常用的2 C配置方式会明显降低锂离子电池的使用寿命,而将倍率降低至1 C配置虽然会增加初始投资,但有望获得更低的周期度电成本。此外,温度控制对锂离子电池的使用寿命也极为重要,即使是个位数的温度差异也有可能造成长期使用后显著的电池不一致性。[结论]锂离子电池储能具有响应速度快、调节精度高、配置灵活等优点,随着“碳达峰、碳中和”工作的深入和电力市场的逐步建设,锂离子电池储能将会在提高电能质量方面发挥重要作用。注重使用工况对于锂离子电池性能的影响将会进一步提高锂离子电池储能的使用效能。要根据实际应用需求实际设计电池的使用工况,并以此为依据配置锂离子电池储能各项参数指标,从而赋予锂离子电池储能更加优异的性能,助力我国“双碳”目标的实现。 展开更多

Epilepsy can be defined as a dysfunction of the brain network,and each type of epilepsy involves different brain-network changes that are implicated diffe rently in the control and propagation of interictal or ictal discharges.Gaining more detailed information on brain network alterations can help us to further understand the mechanisms of epilepsy and pave the way for brain network-based precise therapeutic approaches in clinical practice.An increasing number of advanced neuroimaging techniques and electrophysiological techniques such as diffusion tensor imaging-based fiber tra ctography,diffusion kurtosis imaging-based fiber tractography,fiber ball imagingbased tra ctography,electroencephalography,functional magnetic resonance imaging,magnetoencephalography,positron emission tomography,molecular imaging,and functional ultrasound imaging have been extensively used to delineate epileptic networks.In this review,we summarize the relevant neuroimaging and neuroelectrophysiological techniques for assessing structural and functional brain networks in patients with epilepsy,and extensively analyze the imaging mechanisms,advantages,limitations,and clinical application ranges of each technique.A greater focus on emerging advanced technologies,new data analysis software,a combination of multiple techniques,and the construction of personalized virtual epilepsy models can provide a theoretical basis to better understand the brain network mechanisms of epilepsy and make surgical decisions. 展开更多

Conventional four-probe methods for measuring the resistance of Josephson junctions can damage superconducting thin films,making them unsuitable for frequency measurements of superconducting qubits.In this study,we present a custom probe station measurement system that employs the fritting contact technique to achieve in situ,non-destructive measurements of Josephson junction resistance.Our experimental results demonstrate that this method allows for accurate prediction of qubit frequency with an error margin of 17.2 MHz.Moreover,the fritting contact technique does not significantly affect qubit coherence time or the integrity of the superconducting film,confirming its non-destructive nature.This innovative approach provides a dependable foundation for frequency tuning and addressing frequency collision issues,thus supporting the advancement and practical deployment of superconducting quantum computing. 展开更多

More Than Lightening:A Self-Supervised Low-Light Image Enhancement Method Capable for Multiple Degradations

Low-light images suffer from low quality due to poor lighting conditions,noise pollution,and improper settings of cameras.To enhance low-light images,most existing methods rely on normal-light images for guidance but the collection of suitable normal-light images is difficult.In contrast,a self-supervised method breaks free from the reliance on normal-light data,resulting in more convenience and better generalization.Existing self-supervised methods primarily focus on illumination adjustment and design pixel-based adjustment methods,resulting in remnants of other degradations,uneven brightness and artifacts.In response,this paper proposes a self-supervised enhancement method,termed as SLIE.It can handle multiple degradations including illumination attenuation,noise pollution,and color shift,all in a self-supervised manner.Illumination attenuation is estimated based on physical principles and local neighborhood information.The removal and correction of noise and color shift removal are solely realized with noisy images and images with color shifts.Finally,the comprehensive and fully self-supervised approach can achieve better adaptability and generalization.It is applicable to various low light conditions,and can reproduce the original color of scenes in natural light.Extensive experiments conducted on four public datasets demonstrate the superiority of SLIE to thirteen state-of-the-art methods.Our code is available at https://github.com/hanna-xu/SLIE. 展开更多

Objective:The objective of this study was to analyze the current status of barriers to exercise participation(EP)among patients on maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Materials and Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted on 277 outpatients undergoing MHD in 2 tertiary first-class hospitals in Beijing from February 2023 to June 2023 who were selected using convenience sampling method.The data of patients on MHD were collected using the general information questionnaire,Physical Activity Rating Scale,Exercise Benefits/Barriers Scale(EBBS),and Exercise Self-Efficacy Scale(ESES).The relationship between EP and barriers to EP was analyzed through univariate and multivariate linear regression models.Results:Patients on MHD had a low exercise volume score of 13.71±0.68 points and a medium EBBS score of 63.36±0.40 points.Multivariate logistic analysis showed that exercise volume was significantly related to the following four aspects,including low monthly household income per capita(odds ratio[OR]=86.741,95%confidence interval[CI][1.164-6.465],P=0.042),primary underlying disease of diabetic nephropathy(OR=45.993,95%CI[1.353-1.564],P=0.033),the belief that“fatigue in lower extremities hinders exercise”(OR=4.697,95%CI[1.127-19.585],P=0.034),and the belief that“physical exercise bringing optimistic and positive life attitude”(OR=0.074,95%CI[0.007-0.830],P=0.035).Conclusions:Since patients on MHD had low physical exercise volume,the health-care provider should pay more attention on the controllable factors that affect the EP of patients on MHD.Therefore,feasible and effective intervention measures can be formulated based on ESES in clinical nursing. 展开更多

Niligou Reservoir,a typical reservoir in the eastern region of Jilin Province,is subordinate to Niligou River,which is located in the Changbai Mountains in eastern Jilin,with abundant plant and animal resources and well protected biodiversity in the basin,but there are also some related problems such as fragile ecosystem of forest wetland.This paper carried out a health assessment of Niligou River,including water quality monitoring,aquatic organism monitoring,and riparian zone investigation.According to the requirements of the Technical Guidelines for River and Lake Health Assessment,13 assessment indexes were selected to build a river and lake health assessment index system.By sorting and analyzing the monitoring and investigation data,we got a clear picture of the ecological environment status and existing problems of Niligou Res-ervoir.Based on the actual situation of Niligou River,we evaluated the hydrologic integrity,chemical integrity,morphological and structural integrity,biological integrity and sustainability of social service function,and put forward corresponding countermeasures according to the re-sults,in order to provide a technical support for the health treatment of rivers and lakes in Jilin Province. 展开更多

As an important river in the western part of Jilin Province,the lower reach of the Nenjiang River is an important wetland water source conservation area in Jilin Province.Within the watershed,it governs the Momoge Wetland,the Xianghai Wetland,and the Danjiang Wetland in Jilin Province.The main problem in the lower reaches of the Nenjiang River is the uneven distribution of water resources in time and space,and the intensification of land salinization.Zhenlai County and Da an City in the Nenjiang River Basin have sufficient surface water resources,with surface water as the drinking water source.Baicheng City and Tongyu County have scarce surface water resources,and both use groundwater as their domestic water source.The main polluted section in the basin is the Xianghai Reservoir,and the annual water quality evaluation is Class V.However,the water quality of the Tao er River,the main stream of the Nenjiang River,is significantly better than that of the Xianghai Reservoir.In order to better study the water environmental pollution situation in the Nenjiang River basin,monitoring data from five sections of non seasonal rivers in the basin from 2012 to 2021 were selected for studying water quality.This in-depth exploration of the water pollution status and river water quality change trends in the Nenjiang River basin is of great significance for future rural development,agricultural pattern transformation,and the promotion of water ecological civilization construction. 展开更多

目的横断面调查研究中老年白内障患者对手术的认知现况及视觉功能改善的评价或预期,为白内障手术教育、预期引导及提升手术意愿提供指导。方法研究类型为横断面调查研究。采用济南市第二人民医院眼科设计的《白内障手术认知调查表》调... 目的横断面调查研究中老年白内障患者对手术的认知现况及视觉功能改善的评价或预期,为白内障手术教育、预期引导及提升手术意愿提供指导。方法研究类型为横断面调查研究。采用济南市第二人民医院眼科设计的《白内障手术认知调查表》调查患者对手术的认知情况;采用《白内障患者对视觉功能改善的评价或预期调查表》调查白内障患者对视觉功能改善的评价或预期,调查时间为2021年4月至8月,调查地点为济南市第二人民医院。计数资料采用χ^(2)检验,计量资料采用独立样本t检验。结果共531例白内障患者纳入分析,根据是否接受手术分为已接受手术组(169例)与未接受手术组(362例)。已接受手术组患者年龄50~60岁14例,≥60~70岁52例,≥70~80岁67例,≥80岁36例;男67例,女102例;双眼最大视力≤0.322例,双眼最大视力>0.3147例。未接受手术组患者年龄50~60岁42例,≥60~70岁91例,≥70~80岁132例,≥80岁97例;男138例,女224例;双眼最大视力≤0.394例,双眼最大视力>0.3268例。已接受手术白内障患者对“手术是治疗老年性白内障的主要方式”[93.49%(158/169)比44.48%(161/362)]“白内障手术通常可在0.5 h内完成”[94.67%(160/169)比39.23%(142/362)]“白内障手术已纳入我国医保报销范围”[91.12%(154/169)比66.57%(241/362)]正确认知的认同率均显著高于未接受手术组;对“佩戴眼镜就能纠正白内障视力低下”[4.73%(8/169)比26.24%(95/362)]“双眼完全看不清才考虑手术”[8.88%(15/169)比58.31%(193/362)]“白内障成熟才可开展手术”[2.96%(5/169)比29.56%(107/362)]错误认知的认同率均显著低于未接受手术组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。已接受手术的白内障患者对术后能看清面孔[87.57%(148/169)比77.96%(282/362)]、能使用电子产品[89.94%(152/169)比75.97%(275/362)]、能增强室内休闲活动[78.11%(132/169)比61.05%(221/362)]的术后视觉改善体验方面的预期均显著高于未接受手术白内障患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论已接受手术的白内障患者对手术认知优于未接受手术的白内障患者,已接受手术的白内障患者在视觉改善方面的体验高于未接受手术的白内障患者的预期。 展开更多

Vegetation change detection research of Dunhuang city based on GF-1 data 被引量:8

This study selected the Dunhuang city with the unique landscape pattern, its oasis surround by desert, for studying the vegetation change. Based on two period GaoFen-1 images, combined with field survey data, the dimidiate pixel model and fractional vegetation coverage estimation model were applied to detect the changes of local vegetation coverage from July 2013 to July 2015. Analysis showed that during the study years, the Grain for Green project had a remarkable effect on the changes. The vegetation types of intermediate high and very low grades increased by 0.66 and 6.78 km^2 respectively. The low vegetation coverage decreased by 23.87 km^2. The vegetation coverage types of intermediate grade increased by 88.97 km^2 because of the planted forest, which accounted for 10.84% of the study area. The vegetation coverage types of high grade reduced by 72.47 km^2. This change effectively prevents the spread of desert and lays a good foundation for the ecological construction of Dunhuang city. 展开更多
