针对野生刺五加叶片中黄酮含量的测量方法繁琐、时间较长及需破坏叶片等问题,提出了一种基于高光谱技术对不同时段的刺五加叶片中黄酮含量的估算模型。首先,分析提取地域、年龄、长势相近的20株刺五加叶片光谱特征,通过对叶片进行烘干... 针对野生刺五加叶片中黄酮含量的测量方法繁琐、时间较长及需破坏叶片等问题,提出了一种基于高光谱技术对不同时段的刺五加叶片中黄酮含量的估算模型。首先,分析提取地域、年龄、长势相近的20株刺五加叶片光谱特征,通过对叶片进行烘干、磨粉及利用紫外分光光度计等化学方法测得叶片中黄酮的真实含量,并选择4种预处理互相结合、比较的方式,判断出最优预处理模型;通过SPA与PCA算法的结合,选择出较明显的特征波段,通过MatLab2018a将特征波段的反射率分别与40组预测集验证相关性后,再分别选取预测值和20组实测值与BP神经网络、支持向量机进行模型建立。实验结果表明:利用BP神经网络建立的模型的校正集决定系数Rc2分别为0.8649、0.7976、0.8485,支持向量机建立的模型的校正集决定系数Rc2分别为0.7526、0.7742、0.7243,证明SNV和1 Der结合的预处理方式与BP神经网络所构建的模型效果最好。研究为高光谱技术对刺五加叶片中黄酮的反演提供了有力的支持,也会提高工业和药用采摘的效率及刺五加的利用价值。 展开更多

结构变形的动态测量与精准识别对于结构健康监测和性态评估具有重要意义。传统接触式位移监测需要在结构上布置传感器并设置相对独立稳定的位移参考系,考虑真实结构的复杂性,接触式测量和稳定参考系的做法限制了结构位移动力监测的工程... 结构变形的动态测量与精准识别对于结构健康监测和性态评估具有重要意义。传统接触式位移监测需要在结构上布置传感器并设置相对独立稳定的位移参考系,考虑真实结构的复杂性,接触式测量和稳定参考系的做法限制了结构位移动力监测的工程应用。基于计算机视觉的结构位移监测方法具有非接触式测量、设备安装简单、成本相对低廉等优点,但现有的识别与追踪方法受限于光照条件、图像分辨率、拍摄帧率等因素,一定程度上限制了视觉方法的工程应用。针对加速度传感器在结构监测领域的广泛应用及其动态采样率高的优势,该文提出在数据层面融合“接触式加速度监测、非接触式位移识别”的概念,构建了结构关键位移响应的精准估计方法。通过一个1/2比例钢筋混凝土框架结构振动台试验,对提出的结构位移估计方法进行了动力试验验证。研究结果表明:对比单一视觉识别方法,该数据融合方法有效提高位移采样率,同时获得更丰富的结构宽频带振动响应与模态特征信息。 展开更多

Grading Method for Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy Based on Neonatal EEG

The grading of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE)contributes to the clinical decision making for neonates with HIE.In this paper,an automated grading method based on electroencephalogram(EEG)data is proposed to describe the severity of HIE infants,namely mild asphyxia,moderate asphyxia and severe asphyxia.The automated grading method is based on a multi-class support vector machine(SVM)classifier,and the input features of SVM classifier include long-term features which are extracted by decomposing the EEG data into different 64 s epoch data and short-term features which are extracted by segmenting the 64 s epoch data into 8 s epoch data with 4 s overlap.Of note,the correlation coefficient and asymmetry extracted in this paper have obvious discriminating capability in HIE infants classification.The experimental results show that the proposed method can achieve the classification accuracy of 78.3%,75.8%and 87.0%of the mild asphyxia group,moderate asphyxia group and severe asphyxia group,respectively.Moreover,the overall accuracy and kappa used to evaluate the performance of the proposed method can reach 79.5%and 0.69,respectively. 展开更多

Based on the theory of complex adaptive system(CAS),the optimal allocation model of water resources in sewage irrigation areas was established,which provided new ideas and application value for the rational utilization of agricultural production and waste water resources.The results demonstrated that the difference of crop energy capture mainly depended on the development stage.Waste water with a certain concentration was able to promote crop growth,while excessive concentration inhibited crop growth.The correlation between water absorption rate and leaf area index was close(R=0.9498,p<0.01).The amount of bad seeds increased at a speed of 34.7·d^-1,when system irrigated randomly in the seedling stage,while it tended to remain stable at a speed of 0.3·d^-1 after plants entering the mature stage which impacted the total yields of crops. 展开更多

目的克隆三萜皂苷代谢关键酶竹节参β-香树素合成酶(β-AS)基因,采用生物信息学分析其序列及其结构与功能,为竹节参合成及调控机制研究提供基础。方法提取竹节参叶片RNA,扩增β-AS基因编码区序列,将序列连接至pMDTM18-T载体进行克隆、测... 目的克隆三萜皂苷代谢关键酶竹节参β-香树素合成酶(β-AS)基因,采用生物信息学分析其序列及其结构与功能,为竹节参合成及调控机制研究提供基础。方法提取竹节参叶片RNA,扩增β-AS基因编码区序列,将序列连接至pMDTM18-T载体进行克隆、测序,并利用生物信息学分析比较移栽品和栽培品竹节参β-AS蛋白的特征,构建竹节参β-AS蛋白的系统进化树。结果克隆出移栽品和栽培品竹节参的β-AS基因编码区序列,开放阅读框(ORF)均为2 286 bp,编码761个氨基酸。2个品种β-AS蛋白在细胞中的基本结构和功能是一致的,但两者之间存在8个氨基酸差异,使两者的蛋白质二级结构、三级结构磷酸化位点以及理化性质存在差异,可能会导致两者的催化活性存在差异。结论克隆得到野生移栽品和栽培品竹节参的β-AS基因,并对2个品种β-AS蛋白进行了生物信息学分析和比较,为今后研究该酶的结构特征、功能以及其与皂苷含量的相关性提供参考,也为竹节参合成生物学研究提供了生物基因元件。 展开更多

目的探讨胸大肌筋膜下层次植入乳房假体在隆乳和乳房再造中的初步临床效果。方法2019年10月至2021年11月.海南省人民医院及海南医学院附属肿瘤医院等单位同一整形外科医师和乳腺外科治疗小乳症、乳房萎缩、乳房预防性切除、单侧乳房缺... 目的探讨胸大肌筋膜下层次植入乳房假体在隆乳和乳房再造中的初步临床效果。方法2019年10月至2021年11月.海南省人民医院及海南医学院附属肿瘤医院等单位同一整形外科医师和乳腺外科治疗小乳症、乳房萎缩、乳房预防性切除、单侧乳房缺损对侧乳房萎缩女性患者6例(10侧),年龄20〜35岁,中位年龄29岁。均用胸大肌筋膜下层次植入乳房假体,均用内窥镜辅助。结果10侧乳房假体植入体积180〜300 ml,平均200 ml。术后早期患者疼痛轻微.引流量较少。随访6〜21个月,平均9个月;未见术后假体移位、双泡畸形等并发症。随时间推移效果更自然,无需二次手术。结论内窥镜辅助下胸大肌筋膜下乳房假体植入,避免胸大肌损伤、剥离范围精准、止血彻底、效果可靠,对适应证患者临床效果肯定,值得临床应用。 展开更多
