The encapsulation of lunar samples is a core research area in the third phase of the Chinese Lunar Exploration Program.The seal assembly,opening and closing mechanism(OCM),and locking mechanism are the core components...The encapsulation of lunar samples is a core research area in the third phase of the Chinese Lunar Exploration Program.The seal assembly,opening and closing mechanism(OCM),and locking mechanism are the core components of the encapsulation device of the lunar samples,and the requirements of a tight seal,lightweight,and low power make the design of these core components difficult.In this study,a combined sealing assembly,OCM,and locking mechanism were investigated for the device.The sealing architecture consists of rubber and an Ag-In alloy,and a theory was built to analyze the seal.Experiments of the electroplate Au coating on the knife-edge revealed that the hermetic seal can be significantly improved.The driving principle for coaxial double-helical pairs was investigated and used to design the OCM.Moreover,a locking mechanism was created using an electric initiating explosive device with orifice damping.By optimizing the design,the output parameters were adjusted to meet the requirements of the lunar explorer.The experimental results showed that the helium leak rate of the test pieces were not more than 5×10^(-11) Pa·m^(3)·s^(-1),the minimum power of the OCM was 0.3 W,and the total weight of the principle prototype was 2.9 kg.The explosive driven locking mechanism has low impact.This investigation solved the difficulties in achieving tight seal,light weight,and low power for the lunar explorer,and the results can also be used to explore other extraterrestrial objects in the future.展开更多
To ensure the export quality of Eucommia ulmoides leaf extract(ELE)and facilitate E.ulmoides leaf inclusion in the directory of traditional Chinese health foods,an overall safety assessment of ELE was performed,includ...To ensure the export quality of Eucommia ulmoides leaf extract(ELE)and facilitate E.ulmoides leaf inclusion in the directory of traditional Chinese health foods,an overall safety assessment of ELE was performed,including genotoxicity and long-term toxicity,according to the national food safety standards of China.No variations in the reverse mutation number of the nominal bacterial strains were observed under ELE treatment in comparison with the solvent control.Additionally,the micronucleus rates of in vivo mammalian erythrocytes and in vitro mammalian cells under ELE treatment were equivalent to or significantly lower than those of the solvent control.The fold change in the trifluorothymidine resistance mutation frequency of the thymidine kinase gene under ELE treatment was less than three times in comparison with the solvent control,suggesting that ELE did not cause genotoxicity.Moreover,animal experiments showed that the growth performance of rats under ELE treatment was enhanced because the body weights of rats increased.No oxidative injury or inflammatory responses were induced and no histopathological lesions of tissues were detected under ELE treatment.In addition,plasma triglycerides and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels significantly decreased,and plasma high-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels significantly increased with ELE treatment,suggesting that ELE was health-promoting.Furthermore,moderate to excellent antimicrobial activities,a favorable anticancer capacity,and superior antioxidant abilities of ELE were found,implying ELE possesses good bioactivities.Therefore,we affirmed ELE is safe to consume as a traditional Chinese health food.展开更多
Short-term GPS data based taxi pick-up area recommendation can improve the efficiency and reduce the overheads.But how to alleviate sparsity and further enhance accuracy is still challenging.Addressing at these issues...Short-term GPS data based taxi pick-up area recommendation can improve the efficiency and reduce the overheads.But how to alleviate sparsity and further enhance accuracy is still challenging.Addressing at these issues,we propose to fuse spatio-temporal contexts into deep factorization machine(STC_DeepFM)offline for pick-up area recommendation,and within the area to recommend pick-up points online using factorization machine(FM).Firstly,we divide the urban area into several grids with equal size.Spatio-temporal contexts are destilled from pick-up points or points-of-interest(POIs)belonged to the preceding grids.Secondly,the contexts are integrated into deep factorization machine(DeepFM)to mine high-order interaction relationships from grids.And a novel algorithm named STC_DeepFM is presented for offline pick-up area recommendation.Thirdly,we devise the architecture of offline-to-online(O2O)recommendation respectively based on DeepFM and FM model in order to tradeoff the accuracy and efficiency.Some experiments are designed on the DiDi dataset to evaluate step by step the performance of spatio-temporal contexts,different recommendation models,and the O2O architecture.The results show that the proposed STC_DeepFM algorithm exceeds several state-of-the-art methods,and the O2O architecture achieves excellent real-time performance.展开更多

The cross-range signal model of rotating target with fixed acceleration is presented and the weighted linear least squares estimation of rotational parameters with fixed velocity or acceleration is proposed via the relationship of cross-range FM (frequency modulation) parameter, scatterers coordinates and rotational parameters. The FM parameter is calculated via RWT (Radon-Wigner transform). The ISAR imaging and cross-range scaling based on scaled RWT imaging method are implemented after obtaining rotational parameters. The rotational parameters estimation and cross-range scaling are validated by the ISAR processing of experimental radar data, and the method presents good application foreground to the ISAR imaging and scaling of maneuvering target.展开更多
For better interpretation of synthetic aperture radar(SAR) images,the speckle filtering is an important issue.In the area of speckle filtering,the proper averaging of samples with similar scattering characteristics ...For better interpretation of synthetic aperture radar(SAR) images,the speckle filtering is an important issue.In the area of speckle filtering,the proper averaging of samples with similar scattering characteristics is of great importance.However,existing filtering algorithms are either lack of a similarity judgment of scattering characteristics or using only intensity information for similarity judgment.A novel polarimetric SAR(PolSAR) speckle filtering algorithm based on the mean shift theory is proposed.As polarimetric covariance matrices or coherency matrices form Riemannian manifold,the pixels with similar scattering characteristics gather closely and those with different scattering characteristics separate in this hyperspace.By using the range-spatial joint mean shift theory in Riemannian manifold,the pixels chosen for averaging are ensured to be close not only in scattering characteristics but also in the spatial domain.German Aerospace Center(DLR) L-Band Experiment SAR(E-SAR) data and East China Research Institute of Electronic Engineering(ECRIEE) PolSAR data are used to demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed algorithm.The filtering results of two commonly used speckle filtering algorithms,refined Lee filtering algorithm and intensity driven adaptive neighborhood(IDAN) filtering algorithm,are also presented for the comparison purpose.Experiment results show that the proposed speckle filtering algorithm achieves a good performance in terms of speckle filtering,edge protection as well as polarimetric characteristics preservation.展开更多
To evaluate the potential anti-aging ability of Eucommia ulmoides,four characteristic components(chlorogenic acid,geniposidic acid,aucubin,quercetin)were selected to assess their effects on H_(2)O_(2)-induced oxidativ...To evaluate the potential anti-aging ability of Eucommia ulmoides,four characteristic components(chlorogenic acid,geniposidic acid,aucubin,quercetin)were selected to assess their effects on H_(2)O_(2)-induced oxidative damage model of human umbilical vein endothelial cell(HUVEC).Oxidative damage indexes,inflammatory factors,cell cycle,cell apoptosis,cell senescence,and their related proteins were analyzed by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT)assay,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),propidium iodide(PI)staining,annexin V-FITC/PI double staining,SAβ-galactosidase staining,and western blotting(WB).The results showed that H_(2)O_(2)-induced cell growth inhibition rate decreased as supplementation with characteristic components when compared to H_(2)O_(2) group.Meanwhile,the contents of antioxidant indexes(reactive oxygen species,lactate dehydrogenase,molondialdehyde,superoxide dismutase,glutathione),inflammatory factors(nuclear factor kappa-B,intercellular cell adhesion molecule-1,vascular cell adhesion protein 1),and functional factors(NO,Endothelin-1)in characteristic components treated groups improved if comparison with H_(2)O_(2) group,suggesting the characteristic components of E.ulmoides could alleviate H_(2)O_(2)-induced oxidative damage.Moreover,cell cycle,cell apoptosis,cell senescence,and their related proteins under characteristic components treatment exhibited a better effect than under H_(2)O_(2) treatment,implying the characteristic components could participate in anti-aging via multiple pathways.These results manifested that the characteristic components of E.ulmoides posses the capacity of anti-aging,which provided a basis for investigating the anti-aging ability of E.ulmoides itself.展开更多

In the present study, surface soils (0-20 cm) samples from 167 sampling sites in Xuzhou (China) were collected in 2010 and analyzed for heavy metals including Zn, Pb, Fe, Mn, Cu, Cd, Sr, Ba Cr, Ni and Mo via inductively coupled plasma/mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Compared with their levels in natural soils of China, these metals investigated exhibited a slight build-up in Xuzhou topsoils. The multivariate statistical analyses including factor analysis (FA) and cluster analysis (CA) were performed. The obtained results enabled the identification of two main groups of metals, discriminating Ni, Mo and Cr from Zn, Pb, Fe, Mn, Cu, Cd, Sr and Ba. Signifcant associations between Pb, Zn, Fe and specific magnetic susceptibility (c) indicated that specific susceptibility can serve as proxies for these metals levels in Xuzhou urban soils.展开更多
[Objectives]This study was conducted to provide an accurate and reliable method for rapid high-throughput screening of veterinary drug preparations.[Methods]For the matrixes of veterinary drug preparations,high-perfor...[Objectives]This study was conducted to provide an accurate and reliable method for rapid high-throughput screening of veterinary drug preparations.[Methods]For the matrixes of veterinary drug preparations,high-performance liquid chromatography-high resolution quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-QTOF/MS)was used to establish a fast screening method for 59 non-standard components in five categories of antiviral agents,aminoglycosides,quinolones,sulfonamides,and tetracyclines in veterinary drugs.The target drugs were separated by a Waters ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3 chromatographic column(50 mm×2.1 mm,1.8μm),and data were collected in the positive ion mode.Good separation of the 59 drugs was achieved within 7 min.[Results]In the concentration range of 0-100 ng/ml,each drug showed a good linear relationship,and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.999.The detection limits of the 59 drugs were in the range of 0.1-0.5 mg/ml,and the recovery under the addition concentration of 5 mg/ml was in the range of 85.2%-103.8%.[Conclusions]The method is fast,simple,accurate,and highly sensitive,and is suitable for high-throughput screening and qualitative identification of non-standard components in veterinary drug preparations.展开更多

Secondly, the RWT output approximate analytic expression is given based on quadratic Taylor's series expansion, and the contour property is analyzed. Contour can be used to picture the union resolution performance of FM parameter, and 2-D resolution performance is studied based on approximate analytic expression, and the union resolution expression of FM parameter and resolution ellipse are offered. The simulation results validate the union resolution expression, and show that the union resolution can improve the resolution performance of multi-component LFM signals, contrasted with absolute resolution performance. Resistance to sorafenib,an effective first-line treatment for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),greatly compromised the prognosis of patients.The extracellular matrix is one of the most abundant components of the...Resistance to sorafenib,an effective first-line treatment for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),greatly compromised the prognosis of patients.The extracellular matrix is one of the most abundant components of the tumor microenvironment.Beyond acting as a physical barrier,it remains unclear whether cell interactions and signal transduction mediated by the extracellular matrix contribute to sorafenib resistance.With the analysis of primary HCC organoid RNA-seq data combined with in vivo and in vitro experiments validation,we discovered that fibronectin extra domain A(FN-EDA)derived from cancer-associated fibroblasts played a critical role in sorafenib resistance.Mechanistically,FN-EDA stimulates the up-regulation of the key one-carbon metabolism enzyme SHMT1 in HCC cells via the TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway,thereby countering the oxidative stress induced by sorafenib.Moreover,we reinforced the clinical significance of our discoveries by conducting in vivo assays with an immunodeficiency subcutaneous xenograft tumor model,which was established using primary cancer-associated fibroblasts derived from clinical HCC tissues,and through the analysis of HCC samples obtained from The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)database.Our findings suggest that targeting the FN-EDA/SHMT1 pathway could be a potential strategy to improve sorafenib responsiveness in HCC patients.展开更多
Magnetic powder is regarded as an effective and economical tracer for estimating soil erosion.However,the principle and application for using magnetic powder to estimate soil erosion are still not fully developed.In t...Magnetic powder is regarded as an effective and economical tracer for estimating soil erosion.However,the principle and application for using magnetic powder to estimate soil erosion are still not fully developed.In this study,magnetic powders with mean diameters of both 30 and 1μm were mixed into three soils at different mass proportion.The relationship between magnetic susceptibility and the mass proportion of the introduced magnetic powder in the tagged soil,and the binding ability of magnetic powder to soil particles after both dry and wet sieving were investigated.The accuracy of tracking soil loss by using magnetic powder as a tracer was assessed.The results showed that there was a significant linear relationship between the magnetic susceptibility and the mass proportion of the introduced magnetic powder in the tagged soil.The relationship between the amount of soil captured by a magnet and the mass proportion of magnetic powder in the tagged soil indicated that soils were readily magnetized by magnetic powder,especially fine fractions.The magnetic susceptibility of magnetic powder in different sizes of soil aggregates was variable.A majority of magnetic powder of both 30 and 1μm diameters was strongly bound with fine particles<0.05 mm in dry and wet sieving.Using the estimated tracer mass proportions,the relative errors between measured and estimated soil losses with enrichment correction factor were less than 18.3%under the simulated rain events.This study not only reveal the principle of Fe_(3)O_(4) powder in soil erosion,but also improve its estimated precision of soil loss,which can make the tracing method by Fe_(3)O_(4) magnetic powder more useable in future.展开更多
The coastal eco-city of Fuzhou in Southeastern China has experienced severe ozone(O_(3))episodes at times in recent years.In this study,three typical synoptic circulations types(CTs)that influenced more than 80%of O_(...The coastal eco-city of Fuzhou in Southeastern China has experienced severe ozone(O_(3))episodes at times in recent years.In this study,three typical synoptic circulations types(CTs)that influenced more than 80%of O_(3) polluted days in Fuzhou during 2014-2019 were identified using a subjective approach.The characteristics of meteorological conditions linked to photochemical formation and transport of O_(3) under the three CTs were summarized.Comprehensive Air Quality Model with extensions was applied to simulate O_(3) episodes and to quantify O_(3) sources from different regions in Fuzhou.When Fuzhou was located to the west of a high-pressure system(classified as“East-ridge”),more warm southwesterly currents flowed to Fuzhou,and the effects of cross-regional transport from Guangdong province and high local production promoted the occurrence of O_(3) episodes.Under a uniform pressure field with a low-pressure system occurring to the east of Fuzhou(defined as“East-low”),stagnant weather conditions caused the strongest local production of O_(3) in the atmospheric boundary layer.Controlled by high-pressure systems over the mainland(categorized as“Inland-high”),northerly airflows enhanced the contribution of cross-regional transport to O_(3) in Fuzhou.The abnormal increases of the“East-ridge”and“Inland-high”were closely related to O_(3) pollution in Fuzhou in April and May 2018,resulting in the annual maximum number of O_(3) polluted days during recent years.Furthermore,the rising number of autumn O_(3) episodes in 2017-2019 was mainly related to the“Inland-high”,indicating the aggravation of cross-regional transport and highlighting the necessity of enhanced regional collaboration and efforts in combating O_(3) pollution.展开更多
Photo-catalytic oxidation of intracellular nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(2'-phosphate)(NAD(P)H)has attracted much attention for cancer therapy.However,the general oxygen-dependent mechanism heavily depresses t...Photo-catalytic oxidation of intracellular nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(2'-phosphate)(NAD(P)H)has attracted much attention for cancer therapy.However,the general oxygen-dependent mechanism heavily depresses the efficacy in hypoxic tumors.To solve this problem,herein platinum nanoparticles(Pt NPs)with catalase-like(CAT-like)and catalytic H_(2)evolution activities were introduced as a powerful assistant to enhance the photo-catalytic NAD(P)H oxidation of Ru1([Ru(phen)2(PIP-OCH_(3))]^(2+),phen=1,10-phenanthroline,PIP-OCH_(3)=2-(4-methoxy phenyl)-1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline)under hypoxic and even oxygen-free conditions.Firstly,Pt NPs can transform the original and in situ formed H_(2)O_(2)once again into O_(2)by the CAT-like activity,thus relieving tumor hypoxia and realizing cyclic utilization(at least in part)of the precious oxygen in hypoxia.Secondly,Pt NPs can also be served as H_(2)evolution catalysts while using Ru1 as the photosensitizer and NAD(P)H as the electron and proton donor.In this process,NAD(P)H is oxidized without the participation of oxygen,which can provide an effective way even under oxygen-free conditions.Via co-encapsulation of Rul and Pt NPs in bovine serum albumin(BSA)with tumor targeting ability,the resultant Ru/Pt@BSA could photo-catalyze intracellular NAD(P)H oxidation under hypoxic conditions(3%O_(2)),and exhibited an efficient and selective anticancer activity both in vitro and in vivo.Our results may provide new sights for efficient and targeted cancer treatment underhypoxic conditions.展开更多

文摘The rotational parameters estimation of maneuvering target is the key of cross-range scaling of ISAR (inverse synthetic aperture radar), which can be used in the target feature extraction. The cross-range signal model of rotating target with fixed acceleration is presented and the weighted linear least squares estimation of rotational parameters with fixed velocity or acceleration is proposed via the relationship of cross-range FM (frequency modulation) parameter, scatterers coordinates and rotational parameters. The FM parameter is calculated via RWT (Radon-Wigner transform). The ISAR imaging and cross-range scaling based on scaled RWT imaging method are implemented after obtaining rotational parameters. The rotational parameters estimation and cross-range scaling are validated by the ISAR processing of experimental radar data, and the method presents good application foreground to the ISAR imaging and scaling of maneuvering target.

文摘For better interpretation of synthetic aperture radar(SAR) images,the speckle filtering is an important issue.In the area of speckle filtering,the proper averaging of samples with similar scattering characteristics is of great importance.However,existing filtering algorithms are either lack of a similarity judgment of scattering characteristics or using only intensity information for similarity judgment.A novel polarimetric SAR(PolSAR) speckle filtering algorithm based on the mean shift theory is proposed.As polarimetric covariance matrices or coherency matrices form Riemannian manifold,the pixels with similar scattering characteristics gather closely and those with different scattering characteristics separate in this hyperspace.By using the range-spatial joint mean shift theory in Riemannian manifold,the pixels chosen for averaging are ensured to be close not only in scattering characteristics but also in the spatial domain.German Aerospace Center(DLR) L-Band Experiment SAR(E-SAR) data and East China Research Institute of Electronic Engineering(ECRIEE) PolSAR data are used to demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed algorithm.The filtering results of two commonly used speckle filtering algorithms,refined Lee filtering algorithm and intensity driven adaptive neighborhood(IDAN) filtering algorithm,are also presented for the comparison purpose.Experiment results show that the proposed speckle filtering algorithm achieves a good performance in terms of speckle filtering,edge protection as well as polarimetric characteristics preservation.

文摘To evaluate the potential anti-aging ability of Eucommia ulmoides,four characteristic components(chlorogenic acid,geniposidic acid,aucubin,quercetin)were selected to assess their effects on H_(2)O_(2)-induced oxidative damage model of human umbilical vein endothelial cell(HUVEC).Oxidative damage indexes,inflammatory factors,cell cycle,cell apoptosis,cell senescence,and their related proteins were analyzed by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT)assay,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),propidium iodide(PI)staining,annexin V-FITC/PI double staining,SAβ-galactosidase staining,and western blotting(WB).The results showed that H_(2)O_(2)-induced cell growth inhibition rate decreased as supplementation with characteristic components when compared to H_(2)O_(2) group.Meanwhile,the contents of antioxidant indexes(reactive oxygen species,lactate dehydrogenase,molondialdehyde,superoxide dismutase,glutathione),inflammatory factors(nuclear factor kappa-B,intercellular cell adhesion molecule-1,vascular cell adhesion protein 1),and functional factors(NO,Endothelin-1)in characteristic components treated groups improved if comparison with H_(2)O_(2) group,suggesting the characteristic components of E.ulmoides could alleviate H_(2)O_(2)-induced oxidative damage.Moreover,cell cycle,cell apoptosis,cell senescence,and their related proteins under characteristic components treatment exhibited a better effect than under H_(2)O_(2) treatment,implying the characteristic components could participate in anti-aging via multiple pathways.These results manifested that the characteristic components of E.ulmoides posses the capacity of anti-aging,which provided a basis for investigating the anti-aging ability of E.ulmoides itself.

文摘[Objectives] This study was conducted to investigate the microscopic identification characteristics of Laportea bulbifera(Sieb. et Zucc.) Wedd. [Methods] The characteristics of L. bulbifera leaf, stem and powder were identified by microscopy. [Results] The main microscopic identification characteristics of the tissue structures of L. bulbifera leaf and stem at different positions and L. bulbifera powder were determined. [Conclusions] The microscopic identification results are characteristic, and could serve as the identification basis of L. bulbifera. These results could provide references for the quality control of L. bulbifera.
文摘The investigation of the anthropogenic contamination by heavy metals of soils is very important for environmental planning and monitoring in urban areas. In the present study, surface soils (0-20 cm) samples from 167 sampling sites in Xuzhou (China) were collected in 2010 and analyzed for heavy metals including Zn, Pb, Fe, Mn, Cu, Cd, Sr, Ba Cr, Ni and Mo via inductively coupled plasma/mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Compared with their levels in natural soils of China, these metals investigated exhibited a slight build-up in Xuzhou topsoils. The multivariate statistical analyses including factor analysis (FA) and cluster analysis (CA) were performed. The obtained results enabled the identification of two main groups of metals, discriminating Ni, Mo and Cr from Zn, Pb, Fe, Mn, Cu, Cd, Sr and Ba. Signifcant associations between Pb, Zn, Fe and specific magnetic susceptibility (c) indicated that specific susceptibility can serve as proxies for these metals levels in Xuzhou urban soils.

文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to provide an accurate and reliable method for rapid high-throughput screening of veterinary drug preparations.[Methods]For the matrixes of veterinary drug preparations,high-performance liquid chromatography-high resolution quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-QTOF/MS)was used to establish a fast screening method for 59 non-standard components in five categories of antiviral agents,aminoglycosides,quinolones,sulfonamides,and tetracyclines in veterinary drugs.The target drugs were separated by a Waters ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3 chromatographic column(50 mm×2.1 mm,1.8μm),and data were collected in the positive ion mode.Good separation of the 59 drugs was achieved within 7 min.[Results]In the concentration range of 0-100 ng/ml,each drug showed a good linear relationship,and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.999.The detection limits of the 59 drugs were in the range of 0.1-0.5 mg/ml,and the recovery under the addition concentration of 5 mg/ml was in the range of 85.2%-103.8%.[Conclusions]The method is fast,simple,accurate,and highly sensitive,and is suitable for high-throughput screening and qualitative identification of non-standard components in veterinary drug preparations.

文摘Cruising route recommendation based on trajectory mining can improve taxi-drivers'income and reduce energy consumption.However,existing methods mostly recommend pick-up points for taxis only.Moreover,their performance is not good enough since there lacks a good evaluation model for the pick-up points.Therefore,we propose an entropy-based model for recommendation of taxis'cruising route.Firstly,we select more positional attributes from historical pick-up points in order to obtain accurate spatial-temporal features.Secondly,the information entropy of spatial-temporal features is integrated in the evaluation model.Then it is applied for getting the next pick-up points and further recommending a series of successive points.These points are constructed a cruising route for taxi-drivers.Experimental results show that our method is able to obviously improve the recommendation accuracy of pick-up points,and help taxi-drivers make profitable benefits more than before.

文摘Milk and dairy products are more and more popular with consumers due to their various nutrients, and their quality and safety issues have always been concerned. Therefore, the development of rapid, accurate and simple screening techniques is of great significance. Liquid chromatography-high resolution time-of-flight mass spectrometry has high-resolution and high-throughput detection functions, and has gradually begun to be applied in the detection of milk and dairy products. This paper summarized the application of milk and dairy products in liquid chromatography-high resolution time-of-flight mass spectrometry, laying a foundation for the development of new methods.
文摘Union resolution performance of FM (frequency modulation) parameter based on Radon-Wigner transform (RWT) for multi-component LFM (linear frequency modulation) signals is studied. Firstly, the RWT output expression is offered, and the independent resolution performances of initial frequency and chirp rate are analyzed. Secondly, the RWT output approximate analytic expression is given based on quadratic Taylor's series expansion, and the contour property is analyzed. Contour can be used to picture the union resolution performance of FM parameter, and 2-D resolution performance is studied based on approximate analytic expression, and the union resolution expression of FM parameter and resolution ellipse are offered. The simulation results validate the union resolution expression, and show that the union resolution can improve the resolution performance of multi-component LFM signals, contrasted with absolute resolution performance. The paper can help the study of LFM parameter estimation and resolution performance.

文摘Resistance to sorafenib,an effective first-line treatment for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),greatly compromised the prognosis of patients.The extracellular matrix is one of the most abundant components of the tumor microenvironment.Beyond acting as a physical barrier,it remains unclear whether cell interactions and signal transduction mediated by the extracellular matrix contribute to sorafenib resistance.With the analysis of primary HCC organoid RNA-seq data combined with in vivo and in vitro experiments validation,we discovered that fibronectin extra domain A(FN-EDA)derived from cancer-associated fibroblasts played a critical role in sorafenib resistance.Mechanistically,FN-EDA stimulates the up-regulation of the key one-carbon metabolism enzyme SHMT1 in HCC cells via the TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway,thereby countering the oxidative stress induced by sorafenib.Moreover,we reinforced the clinical significance of our discoveries by conducting in vivo assays with an immunodeficiency subcutaneous xenograft tumor model,which was established using primary cancer-associated fibroblasts derived from clinical HCC tissues,and through the analysis of HCC samples obtained from The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)database.Our findings suggest that targeting the FN-EDA/SHMT1 pathway could be a potential strategy to improve sorafenib responsiveness in HCC patients.

文摘Magnetic powder is regarded as an effective and economical tracer for estimating soil erosion.However,the principle and application for using magnetic powder to estimate soil erosion are still not fully developed.In this study,magnetic powders with mean diameters of both 30 and 1μm were mixed into three soils at different mass proportion.The relationship between magnetic susceptibility and the mass proportion of the introduced magnetic powder in the tagged soil,and the binding ability of magnetic powder to soil particles after both dry and wet sieving were investigated.The accuracy of tracking soil loss by using magnetic powder as a tracer was assessed.The results showed that there was a significant linear relationship between the magnetic susceptibility and the mass proportion of the introduced magnetic powder in the tagged soil.The relationship between the amount of soil captured by a magnet and the mass proportion of magnetic powder in the tagged soil indicated that soils were readily magnetized by magnetic powder,especially fine fractions.The magnetic susceptibility of magnetic powder in different sizes of soil aggregates was variable.A majority of magnetic powder of both 30 and 1μm diameters was strongly bound with fine particles<0.05 mm in dry and wet sieving.Using the estimated tracer mass proportions,the relative errors between measured and estimated soil losses with enrichment correction factor were less than 18.3%under the simulated rain events.This study not only reveal the principle of Fe_(3)O_(4) powder in soil erosion,but also improve its estimated precision of soil loss,which can make the tracing method by Fe_(3)O_(4) magnetic powder more useable in future.

文摘The coastal eco-city of Fuzhou in Southeastern China has experienced severe ozone(O_(3))episodes at times in recent years.In this study,three typical synoptic circulations types(CTs)that influenced more than 80%of O_(3) polluted days in Fuzhou during 2014-2019 were identified using a subjective approach.The characteristics of meteorological conditions linked to photochemical formation and transport of O_(3) under the three CTs were summarized.Comprehensive Air Quality Model with extensions was applied to simulate O_(3) episodes and to quantify O_(3) sources from different regions in Fuzhou.When Fuzhou was located to the west of a high-pressure system(classified as“East-ridge”),more warm southwesterly currents flowed to Fuzhou,and the effects of cross-regional transport from Guangdong province and high local production promoted the occurrence of O_(3) episodes.Under a uniform pressure field with a low-pressure system occurring to the east of Fuzhou(defined as“East-low”),stagnant weather conditions caused the strongest local production of O_(3) in the atmospheric boundary layer.Controlled by high-pressure systems over the mainland(categorized as“Inland-high”),northerly airflows enhanced the contribution of cross-regional transport to O_(3) in Fuzhou.The abnormal increases of the“East-ridge”and“Inland-high”were closely related to O_(3) pollution in Fuzhou in April and May 2018,resulting in the annual maximum number of O_(3) polluted days during recent years.Furthermore,the rising number of autumn O_(3) episodes in 2017-2019 was mainly related to the“Inland-high”,indicating the aggravation of cross-regional transport and highlighting the necessity of enhanced regional collaboration and efforts in combating O_(3) pollution.

文摘Photo-catalytic oxidation of intracellular nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(2'-phosphate)(NAD(P)H)has attracted much attention for cancer therapy.However,the general oxygen-dependent mechanism heavily depresses the efficacy in hypoxic tumors.To solve this problem,herein platinum nanoparticles(Pt NPs)with catalase-like(CAT-like)and catalytic H_(2)evolution activities were introduced as a powerful assistant to enhance the photo-catalytic NAD(P)H oxidation of Ru1([Ru(phen)2(PIP-OCH_(3))]^(2+),phen=1,10-phenanthroline,PIP-OCH_(3)=2-(4-methoxy phenyl)-1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline)under hypoxic and even oxygen-free conditions.Firstly,Pt NPs can transform the original and in situ formed H_(2)O_(2)once again into O_(2)by the CAT-like activity,thus relieving tumor hypoxia and realizing cyclic utilization(at least in part)of the precious oxygen in hypoxia.Secondly,Pt NPs can also be served as H_(2)evolution catalysts while using Ru1 as the photosensitizer and NAD(P)H as the electron and proton donor.In this process,NAD(P)H is oxidized without the participation of oxygen,which can provide an effective way even under oxygen-free conditions.Via co-encapsulation of Rul and Pt NPs in bovine serum albumin(BSA)with tumor targeting ability,the resultant Ru/Pt@BSA could photo-catalyze intracellular NAD(P)H oxidation under hypoxic conditions(3%O_(2)),and exhibited an efficient and selective anticancer activity both in vitro and in vivo.Our results may provide new sights for efficient and targeted cancer treatment underhypoxic conditions.
