萌发芝麻提取物改善鼠伤寒沙门氏菌感染小鼠焦虑和肠道炎症

芝麻是一种在我国被广泛种植的作物,它含有大量的脂肪和蛋白质,还有膳食纤维、芝麻木酚素及γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)等活性营养成分。近几年很多研究指出,GABA和芝麻木酚素中的芝麻酚具有缓解焦虑、抑制炎症的作用,但其在食源性致病菌侵染过... 芝麻是一种在我国被广泛种植的作物,它含有大量的脂肪和蛋白质,还有膳食纤维、芝麻木酚素及γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)等活性营养成分。近几年很多研究指出,GABA和芝麻木酚素中的芝麻酚具有缓解焦虑、抑制炎症的作用,但其在食源性致病菌侵染过程中的具体作用及机制尚未报道。对乙醇浸提萌发芝麻得到的萌发芝麻提取物进行检测,发现与芝麻相比芝麻酚和GABA含量分别提升6倍和4倍。使用鼠伤寒沙门氏菌SL1344侵染小鼠构建动物模型,探究萌发芝麻提取物、芝麻酚和GABA对鼠伤寒沙门氏菌感染小鼠的影响,发现萌发芝麻提取物可以减少沙门氏菌感染小鼠的体重降低、改善焦虑行为、减少对小鼠脾脏的侵染、增加感染小鼠结肠绒毛长度和黏蛋白含量、抑制结肠炎症因子、增加粪便中乙酸和丙酸含量。萌发芝麻提取物缓解了沙门氏菌感染小鼠的焦虑,同时对小鼠的肠道具有保护作用。本研究为饮食干预缓解焦虑、保护肠道提供相关理论参考。 展开更多

熬制条件对牛油基火锅油品质的影响

旨在为复合风味牛油基火锅油产品的开发提供依据,以牛油和巴沙硬脂为原料,在不同温度(80、100、120℃)下熬制不同时间(20、40、60 min)制备牛油基火锅油,采用电子鼻和顶空固相微萃取气相色谱-质谱联用技术分析不同熬制条件下牛油基火锅... 旨在为复合风味牛油基火锅油产品的开发提供依据,以牛油和巴沙硬脂为原料,在不同温度(80、100、120℃)下熬制不同时间(20、40、60 min)制备牛油基火锅油,采用电子鼻和顶空固相微萃取气相色谱-质谱联用技术分析不同熬制条件下牛油基火锅油的挥发性风味物质组成与含量,以及其理化性质和感官品质,考察熬制条件对牛油基火锅油品质的影响。结果表明:火锅油中的挥发性风味物质主要由萜烯类、烃类、醇类、酯类、醛类、酮类及其他类化合物组成,挥发性风味物质总数量在79~109之间,关键挥发性风味物质有10种,主要为萜烯类和醛类化合物,其中不良风味物质(E)-2-壬烯醛对熬制温度为120℃的火锅油风味贡献最大,与未经过熬制的牛油-巴沙硬脂火锅油的相同;而以鸡香和鸡油味为风味特征的(E,E)-2,4-癸二烯醛对熬制温度为80、100℃的火锅油风味贡献最大,且在100℃下熬制60 min制备的火锅油的(E)-2-壬烯醛的相对气味活性值(ROAV)最低[在检出(E)-2-壬烯醛的所有火锅油中];熬制条件对火锅油样脂肪酸组成及含量没有显著影响;不同熬制温度下熬制60 min内,火锅油的酸值(KOH)(<1.40 mg/g)无显著变化,而过氧化值在80、100℃下随熬制时间的延长先升高后降低,在120℃时呈下降趋势,但均符合DBS50/022—2021要求;120℃下熬制60 min的火锅油全氧化值和茴香胺值明显高于80℃和100℃的;随熬制时间的延长和熬制温度的升高,火锅油的颜色越深;经风味、色泽、外观、黏性/硬度等感官评价,100℃熬制60 min的火锅油总体感官得分较高。综上,在100℃下熬制60 min制备的牛油基火锅油的综合品质较佳,可作为适宜的牛油基火锅油的熬制条件。 展开更多

Traumatic brain injury is a serious medical condition that can be attributed to falls, motor vehicle accidents, sports injuries and acts of violence, causing a series of neural injuries and neuropsychiatric symptoms. However, limited accessibility to the injury sites, complicated histological and anatomical structure, intricate cellular and extracellular milieu, lack of regenerative capacity in the native cells, vast variety of damage routes, and the insufficient time available for treatment have restricted the widespread application of several therapeutic methods in cases of central nervous system injury. Tissue engineering and regenerative medicine have emerged as innovative approaches in the field of nerve regeneration. By combining biomaterials, stem cells, and growth factors, these approaches have provided a platform for developing effective treatments for neural injuries, which can offer the potential to restore neural function, improve patient outcomes, and reduce the need for drugs and invasive surgical procedures. Biomaterials have shown advantages in promoting neural development, inhibiting glial scar formation, and providing a suitable biomimetic neural microenvironment, which makes their application promising in the field of neural regeneration. For instance, bioactive scaffolds loaded with stem cells can provide a biocompatible and biodegradable milieu. Furthermore, stem cells-derived exosomes combine the advantages of stem cells, avoid the risk of immune rejection, cooperate with biomaterials to enhance their biological functions, and exert stable functions, thereby inducing angiogenesis and neural regeneration in patients with traumatic brain injury and promoting the recovery of brain function. Unfortunately, biomaterials have shown positive effects in the laboratory, but when similar materials are used in clinical studies of human central nervous system regeneration, their efficacy is unsatisfactory. Here, we review the characteristics and properties of various bioactive materials, followed by the introduction of applications based on biochemistry and cell molecules, and discuss the emerging role of biomaterials in promoting neural regeneration. Further, we summarize the adaptive biomaterials infused with exosomes produced from stem cells and stem cells themselves for the treatment of traumatic brain injury. Finally, we present the main limitations of biomaterials for the treatment of traumatic brain injury and offer insights into their future potential. 展开更多

The early recognition of the severe condition is important to improve prognosis. Obesity has risen in tandem with an increase in the severity of acute pancreatitis in recent years. Studies have revealed that adipose tissue, particularly visceral adipose tissue is associated with the prognosis of acute pancreatitis. 目的探讨健康赋权理论下的干预措施对桡骨远端骨折患者的影响。方法选取南京医科大学附属南京医院2021年12月至2023年3月收治的100例桡骨远端骨折患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(50例,常规护理干预)和观察组(50例,常规... 目的探讨健康赋权理论下的干预措施对桡骨远端骨折患者的影响。方法选取南京医科大学附属南京医院2021年12月至2023年3月收治的100例桡骨远端骨折患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(50例,常规护理干预)和观察组(50例,常规护理干预联合健康赋权理论下的干预措施),两组均持续干预至出院,并院外随访6个月。比较两组恢复情况;比较两组干预前及出院前自我护理能力[自我护理能力量表(ESCA)];比较两组干预前及随访6个月时腕关节活动度。结果观察组骨折愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05);两组住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。出院前,两组ESCA评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。随访6个月时,两组腕关节背伸、掌屈、尺偏、桡偏活动度高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论桡骨远端骨折患者采用健康赋权理论下的干预措施可缩短其骨折愈合时间,提高患者自我护理能力,可促进腕关节活动度的恢复。 展开更多

目的:探讨腹腔镜胰腺中段切除术后发生胆囊结石的影响因素。方法:回顾分析2021年6月至2023年8月为58例患者行腹腔镜胰腺中段切除术(LCP)的临床资料及随访资料,根据术后是否并发胆囊结石分为并发组与未并发组,分析LCP术后发生胆囊结石的... 目的:探讨腹腔镜胰腺中段切除术后发生胆囊结石的影响因素。方法:回顾分析2021年6月至2023年8月为58例患者行腹腔镜胰腺中段切除术(LCP)的临床资料及随访资料,根据术后是否并发胆囊结石分为并发组与未并发组,分析LCP术后发生胆囊结石的影响因素。结果:58例患者中17例术后发生胆囊结石,发生率为29.3%。统计分析显示,两组患者术后体重下降过多(≥5%)、胰瘘(B级/C级)、胃排空延迟、BMI、奥曲肽用量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析显示,术后体重下降过多(OR=7.156,P<0.05)、胰瘘(OR=8.494,P<0.05)、BMI(OR=1.391,P<0.05)为LCP术后并发胆囊结石的独立危险因素。结论:术后体重下降过多、胰瘘、BMI是LCP术后并发胆囊结石的独立危险因素,可增加LCP术后并发胆囊结石的风险。围手术期治疗中应加强危险因素的识别与评估,根据患者病情予以临床干预,以减少LCP术后胆道并发症的发生。 展开更多

为有效防治水体中的磷酸盐和有机磷污染,利用镧基金属氧化物结构灵活易调控和磷亲和力强等优势,本文在柠檬酸溶胶凝胶法制备的镧铁钙钛矿基础上,在镧位点掺杂铈成功制备了铈镧铁钙钛矿(LCFO),研究了LCFO吸附磷酸盐和植酸的热力学和动力... 为有效防治水体中的磷酸盐和有机磷污染,利用镧基金属氧化物结构灵活易调控和磷亲和力强等优势,本文在柠檬酸溶胶凝胶法制备的镧铁钙钛矿基础上,在镧位点掺杂铈成功制备了铈镧铁钙钛矿(LCFO),研究了LCFO吸附磷酸盐和植酸的热力学和动力学特征;考察了不同氯离子和腐殖酸根离子等因素对吸附过程的影响;采用扫描电子显微镜-能量色散光谱仪、X射线衍射仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、X射线光电子能谱等表征探究吸附机理。结果表明,LCFO对磷酸盐和植酸吸附能力分别比原始钙钛矿提高了11.56倍和1.74倍,LCFO吸附量分别为57.86mg/g和98.71mg/g;两种形态磷吸附特征均符合准二级动力学方程和Langmuir等温吸附方程,腐殖酸根离子对LCFO对磷酸盐和植酸的吸附作用有一定削弱,但吸附量仍保持在80%以上;通过表征分析表明材料吸附磷酸盐和植酸的机理主要为内层络合。本研究为进一步改善镧铁钙钛矿对无机磷的吸附能力及对有机磷的去除提供参考。 展开更多

储能变流器是蓄电池与电网进行电能交互的关键装备,然而由于新能源出力与电力系统负荷的随机性和波动性,储能变流器的可靠性低,亟需对其进行可靠性评估以降低储能变流器非计划停机带来的经济损失,提升电网供电的稳定性和可靠性。然而现... 储能变流器是蓄电池与电网进行电能交互的关键装备,然而由于新能源出力与电力系统负荷的随机性和波动性,储能变流器的可靠性低,亟需对其进行可靠性评估以降低储能变流器非计划停机带来的经济损失,提升电网供电的稳定性和可靠性。然而现有研究多集中在对光伏、风电等新能源出力侧变流器进行可靠性评估,很少有对储能变流器开展寿命评估的研究。基于上述背景,提出一种考虑长时间尺度电力系统负荷和新能源出力任务剖面的储能变流器可靠性评估方法。以3.5 MW光伏储能变流器为例,结合结温数值迭代算法和解析寿命模型,评估不同时间尺度热载荷导致的寿命消耗。结果表明,光伏储能变流器中IGBT的寿命消耗大于二极管的寿命消耗,并且低频寿命消耗大于基频寿命消耗,因此需要重点减轻低频热载荷引起的IGBT寿命消耗,以提高储能变流器预期使用寿命。 展开更多

目的 探讨脑脊液基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)水平和MMP-9/基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂1(TIMP-1)比值与结核性脑膜炎病情严重程度的相关性及对预后的预测价值。方法 选择2021年1月至2023年2月在湖南省胸科医院住院的结核性脑膜炎患者72例为观察... 目的 探讨脑脊液基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)水平和MMP-9/基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂1(TIMP-1)比值与结核性脑膜炎病情严重程度的相关性及对预后的预测价值。方法 选择2021年1月至2023年2月在湖南省胸科医院住院的结核性脑膜炎患者72例为观察组,以同期住院的非肿瘤非感染性头痛患者52例为对照组。比较2组患者脑脊液MMP-9水平和MMP-9/TIMP-1比值。根据改良的英国医学研究理事会结核性脑膜炎分期标准将观察组患者分为Ⅰ期组、Ⅱ期组、Ⅲ期组,比较3组患者MMP-9水平和MMP-9/TIMP-1比值。根据预后情况将观察组患者分为预后良好组和预后不良组,比较2组MMP-9水平和MMP-9/TIMP-1比值,并以受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线法评估各指标对结核性脑膜炎的预后预测价值。结果 观察组MMP-9水平及MMP-9/TIMP-1比值均大于对照组[(96±21)μg/L比(50±12)μg/L、(1.21±0.33)比(0.67±0.15)](均P<0.05),但2组间TIMP-1水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同严重程度结核性脑膜炎患者MMP-9水平及MMP-9/TIMP-1比值差异均有统计学意义,且均呈Ⅰ期<Ⅱ期<Ⅲ期(均P<0.05);不同严重程度结核性脑膜炎患者TIMP-1水平差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。相关性分析结果显示,结核性脑膜炎病情严重程度与MMP-9水平及MMP-9/TIMP-1比值均呈正相关(r=0.861、P=0.012;r=0.731、P=0.008),与TIMP-1无相关性(r=0.220,P=0.063)。预后不良组患者MMP-9水平及MMP-9/TIMP-1比值均高于预后良好组(均P<0.05),2组TIMP-1水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。ROC曲线分析结果显示,MMP-9水平、MMP-9/TIMP-1比值预测结核性脑膜炎患者预后不良的截断值分别为112.04μg/L、1.41,曲线下面积分别为0.803、0.905(均P<0.05)。结论 结核性脑膜炎患者脑脊液MMP-9水平、MMP-9/TIMP-1比值明显升高,且MMP-9水平、MMP-9/TIMP-1比值与结核性脑膜炎的病情严重程度呈正相关,并可用于预测患者预后。 展开更多

Short-term displacement prediction for newly established monitoring slopes based on transfer learning

This study makes a significant progress in addressing the challenges of short-term slope displacement prediction in the Universal Landslide Monitoring Program,an unprecedented disaster mitigation program in China,where lots of newly established monitoring slopes lack sufficient historical deformation data,making it difficult to extract deformation patterns and provide effective predictions which plays a crucial role in the early warning and forecasting of landslide hazards.A slope displacement prediction method based on transfer learning is therefore proposed.Initially,the method transfers the deformation patterns learned from slopes with relatively rich deformation data by a pre-trained model based on a multi-slope integrated dataset to newly established monitoring slopes with limited or even no useful data,thus enabling rapid and efficient predictions for these slopes.Subsequently,as time goes on and monitoring data accumulates,fine-tuning of the pre-trained model for individual slopes can further improve prediction accuracy,enabling continuous optimization of prediction results.A case study indicates that,after being trained on a multi-slope integrated dataset,the TCN-Transformer model can efficiently serve as a pretrained model for displacement prediction at newly established monitoring slopes.The three-day average RMSE is significantly reduced by 34.6%compared to models trained only on individual slope data,and it also successfully predicts the majority of deformation peaks.The fine-tuned model based on accumulated data on the target newly established monitoring slope further reduced the three-day RMSE by 37.2%,demonstrating a considerable predictive accuracy.In conclusion,taking advantage of transfer learning,the proposed slope displacement prediction method effectively utilizes the available data,which enables the rapid deployment and continual refinement of displacement predictions on newly established monitoring slopes. 展开更多

Based on the unified Hauser–Feshbach and exciton model,which can describe the particle emission processes between discrete energy levels with energy,angular momentum,and parity conservations,a statistical theory of light nucleus reaction(STLN)is developed to calculate the double-differential cross-sections of the outgoing neutron and light charged particles for the proton-induced^(6) Li reaction.A significant difference is observed between the p+^(6) Li and p+^(7) Li reactions owing to the discrepancies in the energy-level structures of the targets.The reaction channels,including sequential and simultaneous emission processes,are analyzed in detail.Taking the double-differential cross-sections of the outgoing proton as an example,the influence of contaminations(such as^(1) H,^(7)Li,^(12)C,and^(16)O)on the target is identified in terms of the kinetic energy of the first emitted particles.The optical potential parameters of the proton are obtained by fitting the elastic scattering differential cross-sections.The calculated total double-differential cross-sections of the outgoing proton and deuteron at E_(p)=14 MeV agree well with the experimental data for different outgoing angles.Simultaneously,the mixed double differential cross-sections of^(3) He andαare in good agreement with the measurements.The agreement between the measured data and calculated results indicates that the two-body and three-body breakup reactions need to be considered,and the pre-equilibrium reaction mechanism dominates the reaction processes.Based on the STLN model,a PLUNF code for the p+^(6) Li reaction is developed to obtain an ENDF-6-formatted file of the double-differential cross-sections of the nucleon and light composite charged particles. 展开更多

变压器油中微水是影响绝缘性能的重要因素,为了克服现有检测方法稳定性差、主观性强、使用条件严苛等不足,通过数字图像量化波长为650 nm的激光在油中形成的散射光柱灰度,结合米氏散射和瑞利散射理论特征,利用光强衰减、区间灰度像素统... 变压器油中微水是影响绝缘性能的重要因素,为了克服现有检测方法稳定性差、主观性强、使用条件严苛等不足,通过数字图像量化波长为650 nm的激光在油中形成的散射光柱灰度,结合米氏散射和瑞利散射理论特征,利用光强衰减、区间灰度像素统计等手段对比了变压器油的温度、颗粒度和微水含量(水分质量分数)等数据。研究发现:散射光强与微水颗粒的尺寸之间的关系为主导关系,但会受到油温度、颗粒度的干扰;油中温度升高会促使微水含量≤10×10^(−6)的微水颗粒合并为主导,而当微水含量(水分质量分数)>10×10^(−6)时,微水颗粒分解和合并逐渐达到平衡;油微水与光柱呈现明显的指数关系,通过调节数字图像灰度的敏感度,增加像素统计量匹配不同区间微水,可以降低数值波动,并给出了颗粒度和温度线性校准的实例。研究结果表明,所提方法能够实现变压器油中微水含量的测量,可用于油浸式变压器的油中微水检测。 展开更多

Seed viability is an essential feature for genetic resource conservation as well as sustainable crop production.Long-term storage induces seed viability deterioration or seed aging,accompanied by the accumulation of toxic reactive oxygen species(ROS)to suppress seed germination.Controlled deterioration treatment(CDT)is a gen-eral approach for mimicking seed aging.The transcription factor ANAC089 was previously reported to modulate seed primary germination.In this study,we evaluated the ability of ANAC089 to control seed viability during aging.Compared with that in the wild-type line,the mutation of ANAC089 significantly increased H_(2)O_(2),thereby reducing seed viability after CDT,while the overexpression of ANAC089 reduced H_(2)O_(2) and improved seed long-evity,indicating a critical role for ANAC089 in maintaining seed viability through H_(2)O_(2) signaling.A series of stu-dies have shown that ANAC089 targets and negatively regulates the level of ABI5,an important transmitter of abscisic acid(ABA)signals,to affect seed viability after CDT.Furthermore,ABI5 negatively regulated the expres-sion of VTC2,which is involved in the biosynthesis of the antioxidant ascorbic acid and H_(2)O_(2) scavenging.As a result,ANAC089 attenuates the generation of H_(2)O_(2),thereby enhancing seed viability through the ABI5-VTC2 module during the seed aging process.Taken together,our results reveal a novel mechanism by which ANAC089 enhances seed viability by coordinating ABI5 and VTC2 expression,ultimately preventing the overac-cumulation of H_(2)O_(2),which would have led to reduced seed viability. 展开更多

Resilience provides mediating effect of resilience between fear of progression and sleep quality in patients with hematological malignancies

BACKGROUND Hematological tumors are common malignant tumors,with high morbidity and mortality rates.Most patients with hematological malignancies develop sleep disorders that seriously affect their life and health because of acute onset of disease,rapid progression,high recurrence rates,complex treatment methods,and treatment costs.AIM To explore the mediating effect of resilience on fear of disease progression and sleep quality in patients with hematological malignancies.METHODS A cross-sectional analysis of 100 patients with hematological malignancies,treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University between August 2022 and August 2023,was conducted.Patients were assessed using a general data survey,a simplified scale for the fear of progression(FoP)of disease,a resilience scale,and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index.Statistical analysis was conducted to determine the relationship between various patient characteristics and FoP,resilience,and sleep quality.Spearman’s correlation analysis was used to examine the correlations between mental resilience,FoP,and sleep quality.RESULTS The total FoP score mean value in patients with hematological malignancies was 38.09±5.16;the total resilience score mean value was 40.73±7.04;and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index score mean value was 10.72±1.90.FoP,resilience,and sleep quality of the patients were associated with family per capita monthly income and patient education level(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis revealed that FoP was negatively correlated with resilience and sleep quality scores(r=-0.560,-0.537,P<0.01),respectively,and resilience was significantly associated with sleep quality scores(r=0.688,P<0.01).Mediation analysis showed that the mediating effect of resilience between FoP and sleep quality in patients with hematological malignancies was-0.100 and accounted for 50.51%of the total effect.This indicated that FoP directly and indirectly affected sleep quality through the mesomeric effect of resilience.CONCLUSION Resilience is an intermediary variable between FoP and sleep quality in patients with hematological malignancies.Medical staff should evaluate and follow-up FoP and resilience to implement measures to improve sleep quality. 展开更多

憎水性是表征复合绝缘子老化状况的重要指标,由于V串复合绝缘子伞裙与水平面呈不同的倾角,常规的检测方法无法对其憎水性进行有效的现场检测与判定。首先采用pH值为14、温度为100℃的Na OH溶液对复合绝缘子样片进行老化,在与水平面呈25&... 憎水性是表征复合绝缘子老化状况的重要指标,由于V串复合绝缘子伞裙与水平面呈不同的倾角,常规的检测方法无法对其憎水性进行有效的现场检测与判定。首先采用pH值为14、温度为100℃的Na OH溶液对复合绝缘子样片进行老化,在与水平面呈25°夹角的条件下采用喷水分级法测试获得了各老化后样片的憎水性等级,提出了采用微量进样器在样片表面滴加体积为20μL水珠的方法,排除了喷水分级法中水雾喷射角度、速度以及喷水量等因素对水珠形态特征的影响。针对不同倾角下水珠在不同憎水性等级样片表面的形态特征,研究了7个水珠形态特征参数与倾角和憎水性等级之间的关系,发现内上角、内顶角相关性较强;结合与倾角和憎水性密切相关的最大稳态水珠体积参数,提出了V串复合绝缘子憎水性等级的综合判定方法。通过对不同倾角下的伞裙开展水珠形态测试,验证了本文提出方法的有效性和准确性,实现了V串复合绝缘子的憎水性检测与判定。 展开更多

目的探讨月经血结核分枝杆菌荧光定量PCR检测(fluorescent quantitative PCR,FQ-PCR)联合血清糖类抗原12-5(CA12-5)对女性生殖器结核(female genital tuberculosis,FGT)的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2018年1月—2021年12月本院收治的160... 目的探讨月经血结核分枝杆菌荧光定量PCR检测(fluorescent quantitative PCR,FQ-PCR)联合血清糖类抗原12-5(CA12-5)对女性生殖器结核(female genital tuberculosis,FGT)的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2018年1月—2021年12月本院收治的160例输卵管性及不明原因不孕、复发性流产者,根据内镜下所见表现及病理检测结果,分析月经血结核分枝杆菌FQ-PCR及外周血清CA12-5含量(<35U/L)的检测效能,同时比较与血清结核分枝杆菌FQ-PCR阳性率及检测时长方面的优势。结果FQ-PCR及CA12-5联合检测对生殖器结核漏诊率为12.82%,低于月经血结核分枝杆菌FQ-PCR检测单独检测的64.10%与CA12-5的35.90%以及血清结核分枝杆菌FQ-PCR的7.18%,同时联合检测时间低于常规检查(培养及胸腔镜下检查)时间(均P<0.05)。结论无创月经血结核分枝杆菌FQ-PCR检测联合外周血清CA12-5在女性生殖器结核诊断方面较单一检测手段诊断效能高,漏诊率低,缩短检测时长,具有一定的临床实用价值。 展开更多

企业环境违法违规行为可通过信贷违约风险和企业声誉影响其债务融资成本,基于沪深A股上市公司数据,本文考察了该影响,并进一步从产权性质、行业污染强度、时间和空间效应四个维度分析了影响的异质性.实证结果显示,企业的环境违法违规行... 企业环境违法违规行为可通过信贷违约风险和企业声誉影响其债务融资成本,基于沪深A股上市公司数据,本文考察了该影响,并进一步从产权性质、行业污染强度、时间和空间效应四个维度分析了影响的异质性.实证结果显示,企业的环境违法违规行为会带来更高的债务融资成本;在其他因素不变的情况下,发生环境违法违规行为之后,相较于民营企业,国有企业仍具有债务融资成本优势,且重污染行业企业将面临更高债务融资成本.进一步研究发现,企业环境信用评价制度的逐步建立与实施,在一定时间内会大幅提高企业环境违法违规成本;样本期内,企业环境违法违规行为对其债务融资成本的影响只在东部地区显现.研究证实了国家对重污染行业企业的债务融资约束政策已初显成效,为企业积极配合国家的环境治理政策,响应“双碳”战略目标,实现低碳绿色转型提供依据。 展开更多
