Background:Ischemia-reperfusion can worsen myocardial damage and increase the risk of death.Studies have revealed that ischemic preconditioning provides the best endogenous protection against myocardial ischemia-reper...Background:Ischemia-reperfusion can worsen myocardial damage and increase the risk of death.Studies have revealed that ischemic preconditioning provides the best endogenous protection against myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(MIRI),and the principle of electroacupuncture(EA)preconditioning is comparable to that of myocardial ischemic preconditioning adaption.Our earlier research demonstrated that EA pretreatment inhibits the expression of calmodulin-dependent protein kinase IIδ(CaMKIIδ),sodium/calcium exchanger 1(NCX1),and cyclophilin D,hence providing protection against MIRI.However,the exact mechanism is still unknown.The expression of NCX1 mRNA is directly regulated by microRNA-214(miR-214).Moreover,it suppresses the levels of CaMKIIδand cyclophilin D.Whether these variables contribute to EA preconditioning to improve MIRI needs to be investigated,though.This study aimed to preliminarily determine whether EA pretreatment ameliorates MIRI by modulating the miR-214-3p/NCX1 axis.Methods:We used a rat MIRI model to investigate the effect of EA pretreatment on MIRI and the expression of miR-214-3p.In addition,adenovirus injection inhibited miR-214-3p expression in the rat MIRI model,and the influence of EA pretreatment towards MIRI was observed in the context of blocked miR-214-3p expression.Both the myocardial histological abnormalities and the alterations in the ST segment of the rat electrocardiogram were analyzed.NCX1 mRNA,cyclophilin D,and CaMKIIδexpression levels were also analyzed.Results:EA pretreatment improved MIRI.In rats with MIRI,EA administration increased miR-214-3p expression while decreasing NCX1 mRNA,cyclophilin D,and CaMKIIδproteins in cardiac tissues.The beneficial effect of EA pretreatment against MIRI was reversed,coupled with elevated levels of NCX1 mRNA,cyclophilin D,and CaMKIIδprotein expression,when an adenovirus injection disrupted the expression of miR-214-3p.Conclusions:Our findings preliminarily show that EA pretreatment inhibits the expression of NCX1 mRNA,cyclophilin D,and CaMKIIδproteins via miR-214-3p,hence exerting MIRI protection.展开更多

However, indices for evaluating the modernization of water conservancy project management are usually unobtainable in practical applications. Conducting appropriate extension of the classical rough set theory and then applying it to an incomplete information system are the key to the application of the rough set theory Based on analysis of some extended rough set models in incomplete information systems, a rough set model based on the θ-improved limited tolerance relation is put forward. At the same time, upper approximation and lower approximation are defined under this improved relation. According to the evaluation index system and management practices, the threshold for θ is defined. An example study indicates the practicability and maneuverability of the model.展开更多

Methods:75 SD healthy male rats (SPF grade) were randomly divided into normal group, sham operation group, model group, mir-217 MICs control group, mir-217 MICs control group and mir-217 MICs group. The rats in model group, mir-217 MICs control group and mir-217 MICs group were used to establish sepsis lung injury model by CLP Vein injection of 10 μ L mir-217 MICs control, 10 μ L mir-217 mics, normal group, sham operation group, model group, tail vein injection of normal saline volume. The pathological changes, wet / dry weight (w / D), arterial blood gas, TNF -α, IL-6, IL-1 β, MPO, PMN cell count, mir-217, TLR4 Signal pathway protein expression were evaluated.Results:The pathological scores, W/D, pH and BE of the mir-217 mimics group were all lower than that of the mir-217 mimics control group, while the PaO2 was higher than that of the mir-217 mimics control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). The levels of TNF -α , IL-6, IL-1 and MPO in serum and alveolar lavage fluid of the mir-217 mimics group were lower than those of the mir-217 mimics control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). The protein content and PMN cell count in the alveolar lavage fluid of the mir-217 mimics group were lower than that of the mir-217 mimics control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). The expression level of mir-217 in the lung tissues of the mir-217 mimics group was higher than that of the mir-217 mimics control group, and the expression level of TLR4 signaling protein in the lung tissues of the mir-217 mimics control group was lower than that of the mir-217 mimics control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Mir-217 overexpression can inhibit TLR4 Signal transduction pathway, block inflammatory response, improve lung injury caused by sepsis and protect lung tissue.展开更多
The reduction and recovery of P_(2)O_(5)in dephosphorization slag were examined to establish a new recycling process for dephosphorization slag.The dephosphorization slag is obtained from the dephosphorization furnace...The reduction and recovery of P_(2)O_(5)in dephosphorization slag were examined to establish a new recycling process for dephosphorization slag.The dephosphorization slag is obtained from the dephosphorization furnace in the duplex converter process,and the content of P_(2)O_(5) in the dephosphorization slag can reach 9 wt.%.The dephosphorization slag is considered to be a prospective resource of phosphorus due to its high content of P_(2)O_(5).To explore the effects of temperature and Fe2O3 content in slag on phosphorus recovery from dephosphorization slag,the experimental slag was reduced by carbon powder in a resistance furnace.The results show that the temperature and content of Fe2O3 in slag have a significant effect on the reduction in P_(2)O_(5),and the reduction and recovery ratios of P_(2)O_(5) in slags increase with the increase in the experimental temperature and content of Fe_(2)O_(3),reaching 94.41%and 83.09%,respectively.It has been indicated that phosphorus recovery from dephosphorization slag using carbothermic reduction has significant environmental and economic benefits.展开更多
A series of novel tetrahydroimidazo[1,2-a]pyridine-5(1H)-one derivatives containing a electronegative pharmacophore(=CNO_2) were synthesized via practical aza-ene reaction and characterized by ~1H NMR,^(13)C NM...A series of novel tetrahydroimidazo[1,2-a]pyridine-5(1H)-one derivatives containing a electronegative pharmacophore(=CNO_2) were synthesized via practical aza-ene reaction and characterized by ~1H NMR,^(13)C NMR,^(19)F NMR and HRMS. Preliminary bioassays showed that some of the target compounds exhibited good insecticidal activity against brown planthopper(Nilaparvata lugens) and cowpea aphids(Aphis craccivora) at 500 mg L^(-1). Among them, compound 11 h was active against brown planthopper at100 mg L^(-1). The insecticidal activities varied significantly depending on the types and patterns of the substituents, which provided guidance for further investigation on structure modifications.展开更多
Halogens are elements in soil and water that occur as organic and inorganic species.Studies have shown that inorganic halogens are closely related to animal and plant life.Matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization m...Halogens are elements in soil and water that occur as organic and inorganic species.Studies have shown that inorganic halogens are closely related to animal and plant life.Matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry(MALDI-MS)can achieve high-throughput and rapid analysis,which is also an essential characteristic in some environmental studies.However,there is currently no report on MALDI-MS analysis for water-soluble inorganic halogen compounds.In this study,we aimed to develop a reliable and reproductive method to detect inorganic halogens in soil and water by MALDI-MS.Based on sinapic acid(SA)and silver trifluoromethanesulfonate(SA/AgOTf)as the matrix in negative-ion mode,MALDI-MS showed excellent MS signals related to halogens.Under the optimum conditions,the method achieved satisfactory linearity(R^(2)>0.99)and repeatability(RSD<18%).The LODs for Cl^(−),Br^(−)and I^(−)were 0.76,0.11 and 0.10μg/mL,respectively.The concentration of inorganic halogens from 24 samples was successfully determined by MALDI-MS.In summary,an innovative method was developed for the analysis of inorganic halogens by MALDI-MS using a novel SA/AgOTf matrix,extending the application of MALDI-MS in inorganic compounds.展开更多
