目的探讨动态对比增强磁共振成像(DCE-MRI)在不同恶性程度胶质瘤中的诊断价值及临床应用。方法收集2019年1月至2024年1月80例胶质瘤患者,均接受病理检查和DCE-MRI检查。根据恶性程度分为低级别(n=24)和高级别(n=56)两组,分析其预测价值... 目的探讨动态对比增强磁共振成像(DCE-MRI)在不同恶性程度胶质瘤中的诊断价值及临床应用。方法收集2019年1月至2024年1月80例胶质瘤患者,均接受病理检查和DCE-MRI检查。根据恶性程度分为低级别(n=24)和高级别(n=56)两组,分析其预测价值及相关性。结果低级别组Ktrans、Ve、MVD值高于高级别组,ADC值低于高级别组(P<0.05)。DCE-MRI在诊断胶质瘤恶性程度方面表现出高灵敏度(95.83%)和特异度(92.86%)。ROC曲线分析显示,Ktrans、Ve、ADC和MVD的ROC分别为0.747、0.810、0.687、0.664(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示Ktrans和Ve与MVD正相关(r=0.527,P<0.001),ADC与MVD负相关(r=-0.563,P<0.001)。结论DCE-MRI在不同恶性程度胶质瘤的诊断中具有重要价值,相关参数与微血管密度和病变恶性程度密切相关,为胶质瘤的诊断和预后提供重要参考。 展开更多

目的探讨MRI中瘤周水肿区与肿瘤核心区体积比值(VPE/VTC)这一新指标在脑胶质瘤诊断与预后评估中应用价值。方法回顾性分析了新疆医科大学第二附属医院2019年1月~2023年6月收治的51例脑胶质瘤患者的术前MRI影像数据及临床资料,包括22例... 目的探讨MRI中瘤周水肿区与肿瘤核心区体积比值(VPE/VTC)这一新指标在脑胶质瘤诊断与预后评估中应用价值。方法回顾性分析了新疆医科大学第二附属医院2019年1月~2023年6月收治的51例脑胶质瘤患者的术前MRI影像数据及临床资料,包括22例低级别胶质瘤(LGG)和29例高级别胶质瘤(HGG)。利用3D-Slicer软件对通过不同MRI序列配准后半自动勾画肿瘤核心区与瘤周水肿区,并手动调整确保准确性。构建核心区和水肿区的三维模型并进行定量分析,计算VPE/VTC比值。结果HGG组VPE/VTC比值高于LGG组(P<0.05)。VPE/VTC比值在区分HGG与LGG中具有较高的诊断效能(AUC=0.851),最佳截断点为0.929,Youden指数达到最高值0.771,敏感度为86.2%,特异度为90.9%。Kaplan-Meier生存分析显示,VPE/VTC比值较高的患者预后较差(P<0.05),在预后评估中表现出良好的预测能力。结论VPE/VTC比值作为一种新颖的评估指标,具有重要的临床应用价值,能够为脑胶质瘤患者个性化治疗和手术方案提供更有效的支持。 展开更多

Impacts of global biogenic isoprene emissions on surface ozone during 2000-2019 被引量:1

Biogenic isoprene is an important precursor of tropospheric ozone(O_(3)).Here,a coupled chemistry-vegetation model was used to quantify the contributions of isoprene emissions to surface O_(3)pollution on the global scale during 2000-2019.The biogenic isoprene emissions showed high values in mid-low latitudes and seasonal peaks in the summer hemispheres.They promote global surface O_(3)concentrations by 1.75 ppbv annually with regional hotspots of 4.39 ppbv(8.8%)in China and 5.36 ppbv(11.1%)in the U.S.in boreal summer.In the past two decades,isoprene emissions increased by 1.32 TgC yr^(−1)(0.67%yr^(−1))in the Northern Hemisphere but decreased by 0.71 TgC yr^(−1)(0.44%yr^(−1))in the Southern Hemisphere.Such changes of isoprene made opposite contributions to the surface O_(3)trend,with 0.26 ppbv yr^(−1)in eastern China but−0.32 ppbv yr^(−1)in the southeastern U.S.due to the changes in the background regime of chemical reactions.The impact of anthropogenic changes on the O_(3)trend is consistent with that of biogenic isoprene,but two to four times stronger in magnitude.This study revealed that the effective control of anthropogenic NO_(x)emissions could mitigate regional O_(3)pollution even with the increased isoprene emissions under global warming. 展开更多

Melatonin and dopamine alleviate waterlogging stress in apples by recruiting beneficial endophytes to enhance physiological resilience

Melatonin and dopamine can potentially prevent waterlogging stress in apples.The current study investigated the mechanism by which melatonin and dopamine alleviate apple waterlogging stress.This study demonstrated that melatonin and dopamine alleviated waterlogging by removing reactive oxygen species(ROS),and that the nitric oxide(NO)content and nitrate reductase(NR)activity were significantly correlated.Melatonin and dopamine were also found to recruit different candidate beneficial endophytes(melatonin:Novosphingobium,Propionivibrio,and Cellvibrio;dopamine:Hydrogenophaga,Simplicispira,Methyloversatilis,Candidatus_Kaiserbacteria,and Humicola),and these endophytes were significantly and positively correlated with plant growth.Network analyses showed that melatonin and dopamine significantly affected the endophytic bacterial and fungal communities under waterlogging stress.The metabolomic results showed that melatonin and dopamine led to waterlogging resistance by upregulating the abundance of beneficial substances such as amino acids,flavonoids,coumarins,and organic acids.In addition,melatonin and dopamine regulated the physicochemical properties of the soil,which altered the endophyte community and affected plant growth.The co-occurrence network demonstrated close and complex relationships among endophytes,metabolites,soil,and the plants.Our results demonstrate that melatonin and dopamine alleviate waterlogging stress in apples by recruiting beneficial endophytes to enhance physiological resilience.This study provides new insights into how melatonin and dopamine alleviate stress and a theoretical basis for synergistic beneficial microbial resistance to waterlogging stress. 展开更多

Dopamine improves apple replant disease resistance by regulating physiological resilience and rhizosphere microbial community structure

Apple replant disease(ARD)is a complex agricultural problem caused by multiple stressors that can lead to increased reactive oxygen species(ROS)levels and limited nutrient utilization in plants.However,existing countermeasures cannot effectively address this challenge.Here,we used Malus hupehensis as a test organism to investigate whether the pleiotropic molecule dopamine can alleviate ARD using pot experiments.Exogenous application of 100μmol L-1 dopamine significantly promoted the growth of apple seedlings in the replanted soil,with a relative growth rate increase of 17.44%.Our results revealed two major pathways by which dopamine regulates ARD resistance in apple trees.First,dopamine effectively reduces the level of ROS and activates the expression of genes related to nitrogen(N)transport and metabolism.Among those genes,MdNLP5,MdNRT1.1,MdNLP2,MdNRT2.5,MdNLP3,MdNRT2.4,MdNADH-GAGOT,and MdFd-GAGOT were strongly regulated by dopamine.These regulatory effects promoted the uptake and utilization of soil N by the plants.Second,dopamine improved the physical and chemical properties,enhanced microbial community diversity,and promoted mutual cooperation between microbial communities in the soil.Furthermore,dopamine altered the microbial structure of rhizosphere soil(upregulating Clostridiales,Gaiellales,Sordariales and Mortierellales;downregulating Micrococcales,Longimicrobiales,Hypocreales and Cystobasidiales).Notably,dopamine significantly upregulated the abundances of Gaiella and Mortierella,both of which were positively correlated with soil urease activity,soil available N content,plant growth and N uptake.Dopamine also significantly downregulated the abundance of the plant pathogen Gibberella(by 11.71-fold)in replant soil.Our results provide insights into the mechanisms by which dopamine promotes ARD resistance,and can promote the sustainable development of the apple industry. 展开更多

Water scarcity is a global challenge,and solar evaporation technology offers a promising and eco-friendly solution for freshwater production.Photothermal conversion materials(PCMs)are crucial for solar evaporation.Improving photothermal conversion efficiency and reducing water evaporation enthalpy are the two key strategies for the designing of PCMs.The desired PCMs that combine both of these properties remain a challenging task,even with the latest advancements in the field.Herein,we developed copper nanoparticles(NPs)with different conjugated nitrogen-doped microporous carbon coatings(Cu@C–N)as PCMs.The microporous carbon enveloping layer provides a highly efficient pathway for water transport and a nanoconfined environment that protects Cu NPs and facilitates the evaporation of water clusters,reducing the enthalpy of water evaporation.Meanwhile,the conjugated nitrogen nodes form strong metal-organic coordination bonds with the surface of copper NPs,acting as an energy bridge to achieve rapid energy transfer and provide high solar-to-vapor conversion efficiency.The Cu@C–N exhibited up to 89.4%solar-to-vapor conversion efficiency and an evaporation rate of 1.94 kgm^(−2) h^(−1) under one sun irradiation,outperforming conventional PCMs,including carbon-based materials and semiconductor materials.These findings offer an efficient design scheme for high-performance PCMs essential for solar evaporators to address global water scarcity. 展开更多

Background Diabetic cardiomyopathy (DCM) causes the myocardium to rely on fatty acid β-oxidation for energy. The accumulation of intracellular lipids and fatty acids in the myocardium usually results in lipotoxicity, which impairs myocardial function. Adipsin may play an important protective role in the pathogenesis of DCM. The aim of this study is to investigate the regulatory effect of Adipsin on DCM lipotoxicity and its molecular mechanism.MethodsA high-fat diet (HFD)-induced type 2 diabetes mellitus model was constructed in mice with adipose tissue-specific overexpression of Adipsin (Adipsin-Tg). Liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC–MS/MS), glutathione-S-transferase (GST) pull-down technique, Co-immunoprecipitation (Co-IP) and immunofluorescence colocalization analyses were used to investigate the molecules which can directly interact with Adipsin. The immunocolloidal gold method was also used to detect the interaction between Adipsin and its downstream modulator.ResultsThe expression of Adipsin was significantly downregulated in the HFD-induced DCM model (P < 0.05). Adipose tissue-specific overexpression of Adipsin significantly improved cardiac function and alleviated cardiac remodeling in DCM (P < 0.05). Adipsin overexpression also alleviated mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation function in diabetic stress (P < 0.05). LC–MS/MS analysis, GST pull-down technique and Co-IP studies revealed that interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase-like 2 (Irak2) was a downstream regulator of Adipsin. Immunofluorescence analysis also revealed that Adipsin was co-localized with Irak2 in cardiomyocytes. Immunocolloidal gold electron microscopy and Western blotting analysis indicated that Adipsin inhibited the mitochondrial translocation of Irak2 in DCM, thus dampening the interaction between Irak2 and prohibitin (Phb)-optic atrophy protein 1 (Opa1) on mitochondria and improving the structural integrity and function of mitochondria (P < 0.05). Interestingly, in the presence of Irak2 knockdown, Adipsin overexpression did not further alleviate myocardial mitochondrial destruction and cardiac dysfunction, suggesting a downstream role of Irak2 in Adipsin-induced responses (P < 0.05). Consistent with these findings, overexpression of Adipsin after Irak2 knockdown did not further reduce the accumulation of lipids and their metabolites in the cardiac myocardium, nor did it enhance the oxidation capacity of cardiomyocytes expose to palmitate (PA) (P < 0.05). These results indicated that Irak2 may be a downstream regulator of Adipsin.ConclusionsAdipsin improves fatty acid β-oxidation and alleviates mitochondrial injury in DCM. The mechanism is related to Irak2 interaction and inhibition of Irak2 mitochondrial translocation. 展开更多

Current trends and hotspots of etiology of auditory neuropathy in the past 30 years: A bibliometric analysis

Objective:To make an overview of global research trends in the etiology of auditory neuropathy(AN)over the past 30 years using a bibliometric approach.Methods:Bibliometric analyses were conducted by GraphPad Prism 9.0,Citespace 6.2.R2,and an online analysis platform to analyze and visualize publications related to etiology of AN from the Web of Science Core Collection(WoSCC)database from 1996 to 2022.Additionally,genetic factors in human AN were analyzed.Results:In total,604 original articles and reviews related to the etiology of AN from the WoSCC were included for bibliometric analysis.The results showed that annual publications and trend on etiology of AN increased linearly from 2000.Among them,the United States and China published nearly 400 records(40.32%).From the 604 records,a total of 752 keywords and 10 clustered network maps were extracted by Citespace,and‘mutations’was among the top 10 keywords.Analysis of genetic factors found that more than 30 genes were related to AN,and the latest burst occurred in 2022.Conclusion:The bibliometric analysis mapped the global research trends and analyzed hotspots for future.The results indicated that the annual publications increased linearly from 2000.Notably,there was a burst in genetic factors in 2022,which identified that genetic factor would remain a focus of future research. 展开更多

In electrocatalysis,two-dimensional(2D)materials have attracted extensive interests due to their unique electronic structure and physical properties.In recent years,many efforts have been devoted to improving the catalytic activity of 2D materials.However,the stability of 2D materials under catalytic conditions,as a critical issue,requires better understanding for any practical applications.This review summarizes recent progress in electrocatalytic stability of 2D materials,including four intrinsic factors that affect the stability of 2D materials:1.Weak interactions between 2D catalyst and substrate;2,delamination of 2D catalyst layers;3.metastable phase of 2D materials;4.chemistry and environmental instability of 2D materials.Meanwhile,some corresponding solutions are summarized for each factor.In addition,this review proposes potential routes for developing 2D catalytic materials with both high activity and stability. 展开更多

In this paper,a new approach called the Eulerian species method was proposed for simulating the convective and/or boiling heat transfer of nanofluids.The movement of nanoparticles in nanofluids is tracked by the species transport equation,and the boiling process of nanofluids is computed by the Eulerian multiphase method coupled with the RPI boiling model.The validity of the species transport equation for simulating nanoparticles movement was verified by conducting a simulation of nanofluids convective heat transfer.Simulation results of boiling heat transfer of nanofluids were obtained by using the commercial CFD software ANSYS Fluent and compared with experimental data and results from another numerical method(Eulerian three-phase model).Good agreement with experimental data was achieved,and it was proved the Eulerian species method is better than the Eulerian three-phase model since it can give better simulation results with higher accuracy but needs fewer computation resources. 展开更多

Boiling heat transfer,as an efficient heat transfer approach,that can absorb a large amount of latent heat during the vaporization,is especially suitable for heat transfer occasions with high heat flux demands.Experimental studies show that the surface tension coefficient of pure water can be reduced sharply(up to 25%)when it is magnetized by amagnetic field applied externally.In this paper,magnetized water(MW)was used as the work fluid to conduct boiling heat transfer experiments,to explore the influence of magnetization on the boiling characteristics of pure water.The electromagnetic device was used to magnetize water,and then the MW was used as the work-fluid of boiling heat transfer experiments,the bubble dynamic behavior of the MW boiling was captured by a video camera,and the characteristics andmechanism were analyzed.It was found that at the same conditions,the boiling of MW can produce more vapor bubbles of smaller size than the water without magnetization,which leads to a higher heat-transfer efficiency.This indicates that magnetization can enhance the boiling heat transfer of pure water.Furthermore,the thermal conditions required by magnetized water when the boiling is started are lower than the non-magnetized water boiling,whichmeans the earlier start of nucleate pool boiling when using the MW. 展开更多
