Twin curved tunnels are often encountered in shield tunnelling,where significant complexities in densely exploited underground space are observed.In this study,the ground settlement and tunnel deformation due to twin-curved shield tunnelling in soft ground were investigated using numerical simulation and field monitoring.Different curvature radii of twin curved tunnels and subsequent effects of tunnel construction were considered to reveal the tunnelling effect on ground surface settlement and tunnel deformation.The results show that the settlement trough yields one offset towards inside of curved shield tunnelling.The location of settlement trough and maximum settlement were affected by curvature radius but except for the shape and width of settlement trough.Adjacent parallel twin-curved shield tunnelling could increase the offset of existing settlement trough and maximum settlement.Then,an empirical prediction of surface settlement trough due to twin-curved shield tunnelling with same tunnel diameters in soft clay was proposed,which was applicable to curvature radius less than 800 m.Finally,a minimum radius of 600 m of curvature tunnel was proposed in terms of allowable convergence deformation of tunnel.The result could provide guidance on safety evaluation for twin curved shield tunnelling construction. 展开更多

雅鲁藏布江蛇绿岩带是国内铬铁矿床出露点最多,且铬铁矿石储量、产量最大的一个蛇绿岩带。根据空间展布规律,该岩带被划分为东段(曲水—墨脱)、中段(昂仁—仁布)和西段(萨嘎至中印边境)3部分。其中,西段自萨嘎以西分为南、北两支亚带。... 雅鲁藏布江蛇绿岩带是国内铬铁矿床出露点最多,且铬铁矿石储量、产量最大的一个蛇绿岩带。根据空间展布规律,该岩带被划分为东段(曲水—墨脱)、中段(昂仁—仁布)和西段(萨嘎至中印边境)3部分。其中,西段自萨嘎以西分为南、北两支亚带。长期以来的研究工作主要集中在东段和中段,西段的研究程度非常薄弱,尤其是北亚带。不同区段研究程度的不平衡十分不利于雅鲁藏布江蛇绿岩带内铬铁矿找矿工作的开展。错不扎蛇绿岩体位于雅鲁藏布江缝合带西段的北亚带,呈北西-南东向带状产出,主要由方辉橄榄岩组成,并普遍发育基性岩脉。野外地质调查在该蛇绿岩体中发现了多个铬铁矿化点,矿化体呈透镜状产于方辉橄榄岩中,出露地表的长度为0.5~1m,厚为0.2~0.5 m,矿石均为致密块状。电子探针分析结果表明,错不扎铬铁矿属于高铬型铬铁矿,铬尖晶石的Cr#[=100×Cr/(Cr+Al)]为75~78,Mg#[=100×Mg/(Mg+Fe2+)]为66~69。计算结果表明,母岩浆的FeO/MgO比值为0.51~0.65,Al2O3和Ti O2含量分别为11.27%~12.1%和0.19%~0.4%,与玻安质岩浆的化学成分相当。然而,针状单斜辉石出溶体的发现指示错不扎铬铁矿可能还经历了一个深部作用过程。 展开更多

放射性碳同位素加速器质谱(ASM^(14)C)测年法是湖泊沉积物定年的主要方法,并且是全新世年代学研究的热点。随着对全新世古气候与环境变化研究的深入,选取不同介质定年可能对年代模型的准确性造成误差,进而影响到气候指标的解译。本文选... 放射性碳同位素加速器质谱(ASM^(14)C)测年法是湖泊沉积物定年的主要方法,并且是全新世年代学研究的热点。随着对全新世古气候与环境变化研究的深入,选取不同介质定年可能对年代模型的准确性造成误差,进而影响到气候指标的解译。本文选取贵州东北部梵净山九龙池沉积物中树枝、树叶、树皮、种子等植物残体和全样有机质作为测年介质,利用ASM^(14)C进行定年。结果表明,相比全样有机质,使用植物残体定年可以在一定程度上避免碳库效应的影响。但相比于原位沉积且生长年限较短的叶片,树枝的定年结果偏老,不是一种理想的定年介质。另外,根据定年结果及总有机碳含量重建了全新世九龙池的碳累积速率,发现碳累积速率可以指示该地区亚洲夏季风强度的变化历史。 展开更多

目的对2016—2022年中国慢性病人群健康素养水平进行Meta分析,了解其健康素养水平及其变化趋势,为提高我国慢性病人群的健康素养水平提供依据。方法通过中国知网、万方、维普以及中国生物医学数据库文献平台上,检索有关我国慢性病人群... 目的对2016—2022年中国慢性病人群健康素养水平进行Meta分析,了解其健康素养水平及其变化趋势,为提高我国慢性病人群的健康素养水平提供依据。方法通过中国知网、万方、维普以及中国生物医学数据库文献平台上,检索有关我国慢性病人群健康素养水平的文献,对其进行横断面研究,检索起止时间为2016年6月1日—2022年6月1日。使用R4.2.0对纳入的文献进行Meta分析。结果共纳入24篇文献,共包含研究对象29494人,总体健康素养水平为16.91%(95%CI:13.80~20.02);3方面健康素养水平中,健康知识与理论29.44%(95%CI:24.59~34.29)、健康生活方式与行为16.37%(95%CI:13.54~19.20)、基本健康技能21.61%(95%CI:17.61~25.61);6类健康素养水平中,科学健康观41.4%(95%CI:35.66~47.15)、传染病防治22.5%(95%CI:17.45~27.55)、慢性病防治17.7%(95%CI:13.73~21.67)、安全与急救44.98%(95%CI:39.55~50.41)、基本医疗17.21%(95%CI:14.54~19.87)、健康信息26.61%(95%CI:22.09~31.13)。结论我国慢性病人群的总体健康素养水平不高,慢性病防治素养水平较低,不同地区间的健康素养水平存在差异,亟须采取针对性措施,提升慢性病人群的健康素养水平。 展开更多

The unprecedented rate of metro construction has led to a highly complex network of metro lines.Tunnels are being overlapped to an ever-increasing degree.This paper investigates the deformation response of double-track overlapped tunnels in Tianjin,China using finite element analysis(FEA)and field monitoring,considering the attributes of different tunneling forms.With respect to the upper tunneling,the results of the FEA and field monitoring showed that the maximum vertical displacements of the ground surface during the tail passage were 2.06 mm,2.25 mm and 2.39 mm obtained by the FEA,field monitoring and Peck calculation,respectively;the heaves on the vertical displacement curve were observed at 8 m(1.25D,where D is the diameter of the tunnel)away from the center of the tunnel and the curve at both sides was asymmetrical.Furthermore,the crown and bottom produce approximately0.38 mm and 1.26 mm of contraction,respectively.The results of the FEA of the upper and lower sections demonstrated that the tunneling form has an obvious influence on the deformation response of the double-track overlapped tunnel.Compared with the upper tunneling,the lower tunneling exerted significantly less influence on the deformation response,which manifested as a smaller displacement of the strata and deformation of the existing tunnel.The results of this study on overlapped tunnels can provide a reference for similar projects in the future. 展开更多

We compared the chemical components and essential oils of ancient buried Zhennan(Phoebe zhennan)wood with those in samples from living trees.After removal of the carbon layer the recovered Zhennan exhibited a dark green color,which differed from the yellow color of the living samples.Low molecular weight components(including hot-water and toluene-alcohol extractives),hemicellulose,and 1 % Na OH solubility in the recovered wood were greatly degraded.Degradation of cellulose was minor.Moreover,the ancient wood had somewhat more klason lignin than the modern wood.Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) analysis gave further evidence on the differences in chemical components.According to the GC–MS results,naphthalene derivatives were detected in the essential oils from both the modern and recovered wood.The delicate fragrance of the modern and recovered wood may be attributed to the aromatic constituents as identified by GC–MS. 展开更多

湖泊沉积物氮同位素(δ^(15)N)在古环境、古气候变化方面有着指示气候干湿变化的重要作用,但目前学界对于δ^(15)N记录作为气候代用指标所指示的气候干湿变化特征仍缺乏深入探索。本文以贵州省梵净山九龙池湖泊沉积物为研究对象,分析并... 湖泊沉积物氮同位素(δ^(15)N)在古环境、古气候变化方面有着指示气候干湿变化的重要作用,但目前学界对于δ^(15)N记录作为气候代用指标所指示的气候干湿变化特征仍缺乏深入探索。本文以贵州省梵净山九龙池湖泊沉积物为研究对象,分析并探讨δ^(15)N所记录的梵净山地区气候干湿变化过程与特征,并结合总有机碳(TOC)、总氮(TN)和碳氮比值(C/N)数据进行对比研究,结果表明:(1)由于九龙池湖泊沉积物有机质受流域输入影响,气候湿润时,陆生植物增多,土壤湿度增大,外源输入对湖泊沉积物有机质影响增大,沉积物δ^(15)N值偏负;气候干旱时,陆生植物减少,土壤湿度降低,外源输入对湖泊沉积物有机质影响减小,沉积物δ^(15)N值偏正;(2)九龙池湖泊沉积物δ^(15)N记录很好地揭示了梵净山地区全新世的气候干湿变化过程,即早期(11.5—9.2 ka B.P.)亚洲夏季风增强,气候从干旱期向湿润期转变,中期(9.2—3.0 ka B.P.)亚洲夏季风强盛,气候整体处于湿润期,晚期(3.0—2.2 ka B.P.)亚洲夏季风减弱,气候由湿润期向干旱期方向发展。该记录与中国西南地区其他气候代用指标所记录的全新世气候变化具有区域一致性,但在部分时段有明显差异,说明西南地区气候和环境演变即响应了全球性变化又有区域特征。本研究表明,九龙池湖泊沉积物δ^(15)N记录可用于揭示研究区域全新世气候与环境变化的特征,是一种具有实用价值的古气候代用记录。 展开更多

CRTS-II slab ballastless track on bridge is a unique system in China high speed railway.The application of longitudinal continuous track system has obviously changed dynamic characteristics of bridge structure.The bridge system and CRTS-II track system form a complex nonlinear system.To investigate the seismic response of high speed railway(HSR)simply supported bridge-track system,nonlinear models of three-span simply supported bridge with piers of different height and CRTS-II slab ballastless track system are established.By seismic analysis,it is found that shear alveolar in CRTS-II track system is more prone to be damaged than bridge components,such as piers,girders and bearings.The result shows that the inconsistent displacement of bridge girders is the main cause of the CRTS-II track system’s damage.Then the rotational friction damper(RFD)is adopted,which utilizes the device’s rotation and friction to dissipate seismic energy.The hysteretic behavior of RFD is studied by numerical and experimental methods.Results prove that RFD can provide good hysteretic energy dissipation ability with stable performance.Furthermore,the analysis of RFD’s influence on seismic response of HSR bridge-track system shows that RFD with larger sliding force is more effective in controlling excessive inconsistent displacement where RFD is installed,though response of other bridge spans could slightly deteriorated. 展开更多

The Cuobuzha high-Cr chromitites in the western segment of Yarlung Zangbo Suture Zone of Tibet are mainly hosted in the harzburgites as massive type, which are characterized by high concentrations of platinum group el... The Cuobuzha high-Cr chromitites in the western segment of Yarlung Zangbo Suture Zone of Tibet are mainly hosted in the harzburgites as massive type, which are characterized by high concentrations of platinum group elements(PGE) ranging from 380 to 577 ppb, and low Pd/Ir ratios(<0.1). In mid-ocean ridge basalts(MORB)-normalized spidergrams, chromites of the Cuobuzha chromitites are depleted in Al, Ga, V, Mg and Zn, and enriched in Mn and Cr, sharing similar patterns with those of ophiolitic boninites in the Bonin and Thetford Mines. Approximately 20 platinum group mineral(PGM) grains were discovered from the samples, including laurite, erlichmanite, Os-Fe alloy, cuproiridsite, and irarsite. The PGM assemblages indicate that sulfur fugacity was initially low enough to allow the precipitation of Os-Fe alloy and increased thereafter, with the fall in temperature. Primary Fe-Ni and Fe-Cr alloys, which are stable in a highly reduced environment, occur as inclusions within chromites or clinopyroxenes. Calculated results show that the parental magma has an intimate affinity with boninites. Based on our observations, a model is proposed wherein the Cuobuzha chromitites contain high-pressure and low-pressure chromites. Low-pressure chromites were formed via reaction between boninitic melts and peridotites, during which the high-pressure chromites hosting highly reduced minerals were mobilized by melts and were reallocated to podiform chromitites. 展开更多

目的:探讨度拉糖肽联合胰岛素对2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松患者糖代谢、骨代谢的影响。方法:选择2019年5月至2020年2月诊治的2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松患者80例,按照治疗方式的不同分为观察组(n=36)和对照组(n=44),对照组给予口服阿仑膦酸钠、... 目的:探讨度拉糖肽联合胰岛素对2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松患者糖代谢、骨代谢的影响。方法:选择2019年5月至2020年2月诊治的2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松患者80例,按照治疗方式的不同分为观察组(n=36)和对照组(n=44),对照组给予口服阿仑膦酸钠、口服维生素D3、皮下注射门冬胰岛素30等治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予度拉糖肽皮下注射,0.75 mg,每周1次。治疗3个月后,比较两组患者治疗前后的体质量指数(BMI)、糖代谢指标(FPG、2hPG、HbA1c)、骨质疏松相关因子(BMD、OC、P1NP、β-CTX)及骨代谢指标(ALP、BAP、OPG),并统计两组患者的不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后两组患者的FPG、2hPG、HbA1c均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组的各指标显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的骨质疏松相关因子均得到了改善,且观察组的BMD、骨钙素水平高于对照组,观察组β-CTX、P1NP均低于对照组(均P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的骨代谢指标均显著改善,且观察组的各项指标均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率无统计学差异。结论:度拉糖肽联合胰岛素治疗可有效控制2型糖尿病骨质疏松患者的血糖,并改善患者的骨代谢情况,增加患者的骨密度,可在临床上进一步推广。 展开更多

Natural gas hydrate(NGH),considered as a type of premium energy alternative to conventional hydrocarbons,has been broadly studied.The estimate of the total NGH resources in the world has decreased by more than 90%sinc... Natural gas hydrate(NGH),considered as a type of premium energy alternative to conventional hydrocarbons,has been broadly studied.The estimate of the total NGH resources in the world has decreased by more than 90%since the first evaluation in 1973.Geographic and geophysical conditions of the South China Sea(SCS)are favorable for the formation of NGH,which has been proved by drilling results up to date.The recoverability of the NGH in the SCS has been confirmed by the production tests using both vertical and horizontal wells.Since 2001,35 estimates of NGH resources in the SCS have been made,with relatively stable results varying between 600 and 900×109 ton oil equivalent.In these estimations,the volumetric method was commonly adopted,but the geological conditions,the migration-accumulation mechanisms of NGH,and the practical recoverability were not considered.These estimates cannot be regarded as evaluated resources according to the international resource evaluation standards,but are at most about prospective gas content of NGH,thus inefficient for guiding explorations and developments.To solve these problems,this study divides the past NGH surveys in the SCS into seven stages,acquires key geological parameters of every stage based on previous studies and analogy with other areas,evaluates the NGH resources of these seven stages by using the volumetric method,then adopts a new trend-analysis method to simulate the downward trend of these estimates,and finally predicts the NGH resources in the SCS at 2025 and 2030.The downward trend is because of the continuous improvement of NGH understanding over time,which is consistent with the trend of global NGH estimates.At the present stage(from 2019 to 2021),the average technically recoverable resource(ATRR)is 7.0×10^(12)m^(3),and the estimates of 2025 and 2030 ATRR are 6.46×10^(12)m^(3) and 4.01×10^(12)m^(3)respectively,with a difference of less than 40%.Therefore,it can be inferred that the ATRR of NGH in the SCS is between 4.0 and 6.5×10^(12)m^(3),with an average of 5.25×10^(12)m^(3). 展开更多

This study tried to explore the ground movement induced by triple stacked tunneling(TST) with different construction sequences. A case study in Tianjin, China was used to investigate the ground movement during the TST(upper tunneling(UT)). For this, a modified Peck formula was proposed to predict the surface settlement induced by TST. Next, three sets of finite element analyses(FEA) were used to compare the effects of construction sequences(i.e. UT, middle tunneling(MT), and lower tunneling(LT)) on vertical and lateral ground displacements. The results of Tianjin case and UT reveal that compared to a Gaussian distribution for a single tunnel, the surface settlement curve of triple stacked tunnels is a bimodal distribution. It seems that the proposed modified Peck formula can effectively predict the surface settlement induced by TST. The results of the three sets of FEA demonstrate that the construction sequence has a significant influence on the ground movement. Among the three construction sequences, the largest lateral displacement is observed in the MT and the smallest one in UT.The existing tunnel has an inhibitory effect on the vertical displacement. The maximum value of the lateral displacement occurs at the depth of the new tunnel in each construction sequence. 展开更多

The interleukin-11(IL-11)and the IL-11 receptorα-subunit(IL-11Rα)have been demonstrated to regulate the invasion and proliferation of tumor cells.Our study intends to evaluate a noninvasive imaging of IL-11Rαexpression in breast tumors using near-infrared(NIR)fluorescent dye Cy7-labeled IL-11 mimic peptide CGRRAGGSC.This work evaluated the IL-11Rαexpression of breast tumor cells and the binding status of this peptide to IL-11Rαin vitro and in vivo by using Western blotting,immunofluorescence staining and near-infrared fluorescence imaging.Our biochemical study showed that IL-11Rαwas overexpressed in breast tumor cells(MCF-7).The cell-binding assay demonstrated specific binding of peptide CGRRAGGSC to MCF-7 cells in vitro.In vivo imaging results showed that NIR fluorescent signals of Cy7-CGRRAGGSC were selectively accumulated in tumor and metabolic organs.While in the blocking experiment,free CGRRAGGSC obviously blocked the concentration of the Cy7-CGRRAGGSC in the tumors.These results suggested that IL-11Rαmay be used as a potential target for noninvasive imaging in IL-11Rαoverexpressed tumors.Furthermore,the imaging agent of near-infrared fluorescent dye Cy7-labeled CGRRAGGSC is suitable for IL-11Rαexpression imaging study in vivo. 展开更多

We sought to construct the adenoviral vector carrying the gene encoding mouse telomerase reverse transcriptase(mTERT),as well as detect its expression and effect on the proliferation of neuronal stem cells.mTERT was am-plified by RT-PCR and then the eukaryotic expression vector of pDC-EGFP-TERT was constructed.After DNA sequence analysis,we detected that there were 293 cells transfected with pDC-EGFP-TERT and helper adenovirus plasmid pBHG lox ΔE1,and three Cre using Lipofectamine 2000 mediation,named Ad-mTERT-GFP,to pack-age adenoviral particles.The Ad-mTERT-GFP was used to infect neuronal stem cells and then the expression and activity of mTERT were detected.In addition,Bromodeoxyuridine labeling test identified the impact of mTERT overexpression on proliferation of neuronal stem cells.The recombinant adenoviral vector confirmed that mTERT was successfully constructed.Overexpression of mTERT stimulated the proliferation of neuronal stem cells both in vitro and in vivo.mTERT overexpression via adenoviral vector carrying mTERT cDNA upregulated the ability of proliferation in neuronal stem cells. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Familial hypercholesterolemia(FH)is an autosomal dominant disorder that is characterized by severely increased low-density lipoprotein(LDL)cholesterol levels.At the same time,elevated LDL levels accelerated the development of coronary heart disease.Several classes of drugs are currently in use to treat FH.Proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9 inhibitor(PCSK9i)is novel one of these.CASE SUMMARY This manuscript reports a case of FH that responded modestly after treatment with PCSK9i and statin drugs.Of even more concern is that the patient frequently admitted to the hospital during a 12-year follow-up period.Subsequently,we identified a heterozygous mutation,1448G>A(W483X)of the LDL receptor(LDLR)in this patient.The serum levels of PCSK9(proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9)in the patient was 71.30±26.66 ng/mL,which is close the average level reported in the literature.This LDLR mutation affects LDLR metabolism or structure,which may make it unsuitable for use of PCSK9i.CONCLUSION Our outcome demonstrates that LDLR-W483X represents a partial loss-of-function LDLR and may contribute to PCSK9i ineffective. In the meanwhile, additional measures aretherefore required (particularly with gene sequencing or change the treatment plan) must beinitiated as early as possible. Genetic testing for clinically challenging cases who do not respond toPCSK9i therapy is very helpful. 展开更多

Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)with unknown origin spread rapidly to 222 countries,areas or territories.To investigate the genomic evolution and variation in the early phase of COVID-19 pandemic in Guangdong,60 specimens of SARS-CoV-2 were used to perform whole genome sequencing,and genomics,amino acid variation and Spike protein structure modeling analyses.Phylogenetic analysis suggested that the early variation in the SARS-CoV-2 genome was still intra-species,with no evolution to other coronaviruses.There were one to seven nucleotide variations(SNVs)in each genome and all SNVs were distributed in various fragments of the genome.The Spike protein bound with human receptor,an amino acid salt bridge and a potential furin cleavage site were found in the SARS-CoV-2 using molecular modeling.Our study clarifed the characteristics of SARS-CoV-2 genomic evolution,variation and Spike protein structure in the early phase of local cases in Guangdong,which provided reference for generating prevention and control strategies and tracing the source of new outbreaks. 展开更多

Machine learning-assisted ensemble analysis for the prediction of urinary tract infection in elderly patients with ovarian cancer after cytoreductive surgery

BACKGROUND Urinary tract infection(UTI)is a common type of postoperative infection following cytoreductive surgery for ovarian cancer,which severely impacts the prognosis and quality of life of patients.AIM To develop a machine learning assistant model for the prevention and control of nosocomial infection.METHODS A total of 674 elderly patients with ovarian cancer who were treated at the Department of Gynaecology at Jingzhou Central Hospital between January 31,2016 and January 31,2022 and met the inclusion criteria of the study were selected as the research subjects.A retrospective analysis of the postoperative UTI and related factors was performed by reviewing the medical records.Five machine learning-assisted models were developed using two-step estimation methods from the candidate predictive variables.The robustness and clinical applicability of each model were assessed using the receiver operating characteristic curve,decision curve analysis and clinical impact curve.RESULTS A total of 12 candidate variables were eventually included in the UTI prediction model.Models constructed using the random forest classifier,support vector machine,extreme gradient boosting,and artificial neural network and decision tree had areas under the receiver operating characteristic curve ranging from 0.776 to 0.925.The random forest classifier model,which incorporated factors such as age,body mass index,catheter,catheter intubation times,blood loss,diabetes and hypoproteinaemia,had the highest predictive accuracy.CONCLUSION These findings demonstrate that the machine learning-based prediction model developed using the random forest classifier can be used to identify elderly patients with ovarian cancer who may have postoperative UTI.This can help with treatment decisions and enhance clinical outcomes. 展开更多

Currently, IL is a very rare disease in children or adults, with typical clinical symptoms including hypoalbuminemia, absolute lymphocyte reduc- tion, ascites, edema, etc. We report a case of an adult with intestinal lymphatic ectasia accompanied by chylothorax and multiply arteriovenous malformations of the hip and lower extremity. CT and MRI revealed diffuse edema and thickening of the small intestine, accompanied by splenomegaly and pleural effusion. Extensive nodularity of lower ileum and the ileocecal region could be seen during intestinal endoscopy. Finally, small intestinal lamina propria lymphangiectasis was confirmed by pathological examination. To raise awareness of the disease, here we compare our case and those previously reported, and discuss the diaqnosis and manaqement of IL. 展开更多
