Firstly, the weighted H∞ performance index is utilized as the robustness performance, and the H- index is used as the sensitivity performance for obtaining the robust fault detection filter. Then a novel multiple Lyapunov-Krasovskii function is proposed for deriving sufficient existence conditions of the robust fault detection filter based on the average dwell time technique. By introducing slack matrix variable, the coupling between the Lyapunov matrix and system matrix is removed, and the conservatism of results is reduced. Based on the robust fault detection filter, residual is generated and evaluated for detecting faults. In addition, the results of this paper are dependent on time delays,and represented in the form of linear matrix inequalities. Finally,the simulation example verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.展开更多

And then in virtue of the results on finite-time boundedness, the state memory feedback controller is designed to H∞ finite-time stabilize a time-delay switched system. Photodynamic therapy(PDT)has been increasingly used in the clinical treatment of neoplastic,inflammatory and infectious skin diseases.However,the generation of reactive oxygen species(ROS)may induce undesired side eff...Photodynamic therapy(PDT)has been increasingly used in the clinical treatment of neoplastic,inflammatory and infectious skin diseases.However,the generation of reactive oxygen species(ROS)may induce undesired side effects in normal tissue surrounding the treatment lesion,which is a big challenge for the clinical application of PDT.To date,(–)-Epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG)has been widely proposed as an antiangiogenic and antitumor agent for the protection of normal tissue from ROS-mediated oxidative damage.This study evaluates the regulation ability of EGCG for photodynamic damage of blood vessels during hematoporphyrin monomethyl ether(Hemoporfin)-mediated PDT.The quenching rate constants of EGCG for the triplet-state Hemoporfin and photosensitized 1O2 generation are determined to be 6.8×10^(8)M^(−1)S^(−1),respectively.The vasoconstriction of blood vessels in the protected region treated with EGCG hydrogel after PDT is lower than that of the control region treated with pure hydrogel,suggesting an efficiently reduced photodamage of Hemoporfin for blood vessels treated with EGCG.This study indicates that EGCG is an efficient quencher for triplet-state Hemoporfin and 1O2,and EGCG could be potentially used to reduce the undesired photodamage of normal tissue in clinical PDT.展开更多

Designing flexible free-standing air-electrode with efficient OER/ORR performance is of vital importance for the application of Zinc-air batteries in flexible electronics.Herein,a flexible free-standing electrode(Ni/F...Designing flexible free-standing air-electrode with efficient OER/ORR performance is of vital importance for the application of Zinc-air batteries in flexible electronics.Herein,a flexible free-standing electrode(Ni/Fe-NC/NCF/CC)is synthesized by in-situ coupling of binary Ni/Fe-NC nanocubes and N-doped carbon nanofibers(NCF)rooted on carbon cloth.The highly dispersed binary Ni/Fe-NC sites ensure excellent ORR activity and create efficient OER active sites relative to Ni-NC and Fe-NC.The in-situ coupling of Ni/Fe-NC and NCF constructs a 3D interconnected network structure that not only provides abundant and stabilized reactive sites but also guarantees fast electron transfer and gas transportation,thus achieving efficient and fast operation of ORR/OER.Therefore,Ni/Fe-NC/NCF/CC displays a much positive potential(0.952 V)at 4.0 mA cm^(-2)for ORR and a low OER overpotential(310 mV)at 50 mA cm^(-2).The Zinc-air battery with Ni/Fe-NC/NCF/CC air-electrode exhibits excellent battery performance with outstanding discharge/charge durability for 2150 cycles.The flexible Zn-air batteries with foldable mechanical properties display a high power density of 105.0 mW cm^(-2).This work widened the way to prepare flexible bifunctional air-electrode by designing composition/structure and in-situ coupling.展开更多
BACKGROUND Partial splenic embolization(PSE)has been suggested as an alternative to splenectomy in the treatment of hypersplenism.However,some patients may experience recurrence of hypersplenism after PSE and require ...BACKGROUND Partial splenic embolization(PSE)has been suggested as an alternative to splenectomy in the treatment of hypersplenism.However,some patients may experience recurrence of hypersplenism after PSE and require splenectomy.Currently,there is a lack of evidence-based medical support regarding whether preoperative PSE followed by splenectomy can reduce the incidence of complications.AIM To investigate the safety and therapeutic efficacy of preoperative PSE followed by splenectomy in patients with cirrhosis and hypersplenism.METHODS Between January 2010 and December 2021,321 consecutive patients with cirrhosis and hypersplenism underwent splenectomy at our department.Based on whether PSE was performed prior to splenectomy,the patients were divided into two groups:PSE group(n=40)and non-PSE group(n=281).Patient characteristics,postoperative complications,and follow-up data were compared between groups.Propensity score matching(PSM)was conducted,and univariable and multivariable analyses were used to establish a nomogram predictive model for intraoperative bleeding(IB).The receiver operating characteristic curve,Hosmer-Lemeshow goodness-of-fit test,and decision curve analysis(DCA)were employed to evaluate the differentiation,calibration,and clinical performance of the model.RESULTS After PSM,the non-PSE group showed significant reductions in hospital stay,intraoperative blood loss,and operation time(all P=0.00).Multivariate analysis revealed that spleen length,portal vein diameter,splenic vein diameter,and history of PSE were independent predictive factors for IB.A nomogram predictive model of IB was constructed,and DCA demonstrated the clinical utility of this model.Both groups exhibited similar results in terms of overall survival during the follow-up period.CONCLUSION Preoperative PSE followed by splenectomy may increase the incidence of IB and a nomogram-based prediction model can predict the occurrence of IB.展开更多
AIM:To investigate the association of alcohol dose, duration of drinking and obesity with abnormal alcohol-related liver injury indicators, the prevalence of alcohol-related liver injury in the island population of Ch...AIM:To investigate the association of alcohol dose, duration of drinking and obesity with abnormal alcohol-related liver injury indicators, the prevalence of alcohol-related liver injury in the island population of China.METHODS:Randomized multistage stratified cluster sampling from the island population of China was used in the population-based case-control study. Then interview, physical examination, laboratory assessments and ultrasonography were done. RESULTS:Daily alcohol intake ≥ 20 g, duration of drinking ≥ 5 years and obesity were closely related to alcohol-related liver injury (P < 0.05). The odds-ratio (OR) (95% CI) was 1.965 (1.122-3.442), 3.412 (1.789-6.507) and 1.887 (1.261-2.824), respectively. The prevalence rate of alcohol-related liver injury in ≥ 20 g daily alcohol intake group and < 20 g daily alcohol intake group was 37.14% and 12.06%, respectively. The prevalence rate of alcohol-related liver injury in ≥ 5 years drinking group and < 5 years drinking group was 34.44% and 8.53%, respectively. No significant dose-response relation was found between daily alcohol intake and abnormal alcohol-related liver injury indicators as well as between duration of drinking and abnormal alcohol-related liver injury indicators. There was no significant difference in the prevalence of alcohol-related liver injury between beer drinking group and yellow rice wine drinking group, hard liquor drinking group, multiple drinking group.CONCLUSION:The risk threshold of daily alcohol intake is 20 g and duration of drinking inducing alcohol-related liver injury 5 years in the island population of China. Liver injury induced by obesity should be concerned.展开更多
The photocatalytic ability of ZnO is improved through the addition of flower‐like Bi2WO6 to prepare a Bi2WO6/ZnO composite with visible light activity.The composite is characterized by X‐ray diffraction,transmission...The photocatalytic ability of ZnO is improved through the addition of flower‐like Bi2WO6 to prepare a Bi2WO6/ZnO composite with visible light activity.The composite is characterized by X‐ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy,scanning electron microscopy with UV–vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy,X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy and N2 adsorption‐desorption isotherms.After modification,the band gap energy of Bi2WO6/ZnO is reduced from 3.2 eV for ZnO to 2.6 eV.Under visible light irradiation,the Bi2WO6/ZnO composite shows an excellent photocatalytic activity for degrading methylene blue(MB)and tetracycline.The photo‐degradation efficiencies of(0.3:1)Bi2WO6/ZnO for MB and tetracycline are approximately 246 and 4500 times higher than those of bare ZnO,respectively,and correspondingly,the photo‐degradation rates for the two pollutants are approximately 120 and 200 times higher than those with bare ZnO,respectively.Moreover,the photocatalyst of(0.3:1)Bi2WO6/ZnO exhibits a higher transient photocurrent density of approximately 4.5μA compared with those of bare Bi2WO6 and ZnO nanoparticles.The successful recombination of Bi2WO6 and ZnO enhances the photocatalytic activity and reduces the band gap energy of ZnO,which can be attributed to the effective separation of electron–hole pairs.Active species trapping experiments display that[O2]-is the major species involved during photocatalysis rather than·OH and h+.This study provides insight into designing a meaningful visible‐light‐driven photocatalyst for environmental remediation.展开更多

However, the standard FCM algorithm is sensitive to noise because of not taking into account the spatial information in the image. An improved FCM algorithm is proposed to improve the antinoise performance of FCM algorithm. The new algorithm is formulated by incorporating the spatial neighborhood information into the membership function for clustering. The distribution statistics of the neighborhood pixels and the prior probability are used to form a new membership func- tion. It is not only effective to remove the noise spots but also can reduce the misclassified pixels. Experimental results indicate that the proposed algorithm is more accurate and robust to noise than the standard FCM algorithm.展开更多
A novel p‐n heterostructure photocatalyst m‐Bi2O4/BiOCl was successfully synthetized through a facile ion‐etching method.Via adjusting the added volume of HCl solution,a series of different ratios of composite phot...A novel p‐n heterostructure photocatalyst m‐Bi2O4/BiOCl was successfully synthetized through a facile ion‐etching method.Via adjusting the added volume of HCl solution,a series of different ratios of composite photocatalysts were obtained.The as‐prepared samples of physical,chemical and optical characteristics were examined by X‐ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope,transmission electron microscope,energy dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy,selected‐area electron diffraction,Fourier transform infrared absorption,Raman microscope,N2 adsorption‐desorption,X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy and UV‐vis spectrum technologies.The photocatalysts showed high degradation rate and complete mineralization ability for methyl orange and tetracycline solution under visible light.The reaction rate constant of m‐Bi2O4/BiOCl for methyl orange was 52.28 times higher than that of BiOCl.The characterization presented a good stability of materials.Furthermore,the photocurrent response test certified that the heterostructure effectively accelerated the separation and migration of photo‐generated carries.The scavenger experiments evidenced that hole(h+)and superoxide radical(?O2?)were the primary active radicals.A possible photocatalytic mechanism was proposed.This work provided an alternative photocatalyst applied to water environmental remediation.展开更多
Pericytes,as the mural cells surrounding the microvasculature,play a critical role in the regulation of microcirculation;however,how these cells respond to ischemic stroke remains unclear.To determine the temporal alt...Pericytes,as the mural cells surrounding the microvasculature,play a critical role in the regulation of microcirculation;however,how these cells respond to ischemic stroke remains unclear.To determine the temporal alterations in pericytes after ischemia/reperfusion,we used the 1-hour middle cerebral artery occlusion model,which was examined at 2,12,and 24 hours after reperfusion.Our results showed that in the reperfused regions,the cerebral blood flow decreased and the infarct volume increased with time.Furthermore,the pericytes in the infarct regions contracted and acted on the vascular endothelial cells within 24 hours after reperfusion.These effects may result in incomplete microcirculation reperfusion and a gradual worsening trend with time in the acute phase.These findings provide strong evidence for explaining the“no-reflow”phenomenon that occurs after recanalization in clinical practice.展开更多

Considering the fact that some matrices satisfy some restricted isometry properties (RIPs) but not the coherence condition, a superior RIP-based condition is proposed, which means that if the measurement matrix satisfies δk+1 〈 1/(2 + √k) and the minimum component signal-to-noise ratio (MCSNR) is bounded, the OMP algorithm can exactly identify the support of the original sparse signal within k iterations. Finally, the theoretical results are verified by numerical simulations con- cerning different values of MCSNR and noise levels.展开更多

Methods: Eca-109 cells were treated with ur...Objective: To study the combined antitumor effect and possible mechanisms of ursolic acid with 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) on human esophageal carcinoma cell Eca-109 in vitro. Methods: Eca-109 cells were treated with ursolic acid (10-50 μmol/L) and/or 5-fluorouracil (48.0-768.8 μmol/L) for 48 h in vitro. And then cell proliferation was determined by MTT assay. Cell cycle and apoptosis rate were analyzed by flow cytometry (FCM). The morphological changes of apoptosis were observed by fluorescent microscopy. At last the expression of P27kipl, bcl-2 and bax were detected by western blot. Results: Results: In comparison with single agent treatment, the combination of ursolic acid and 5-fluorouracil produced greater efficacy in growth inhibition, cell cycle arrest at G0/G1 phase, and apoptosis induction (P〈0.05). Western blot analysis showed that the combination use of ursolic acid and 5-fluorouracil suppressed the expression of bcl-2 and increased the expressions of bax and P27kip1. Conclusion: Ursolic acid combined with 5-fluorouracil showed adjuvant antiproliferative effects on human esophageal carcinoma cell Eca-109 in vitro, which mainly due to the induction of cell cycle arrest as well as apoptosis.展开更多

The present study was un...BACKGROUND: Cardiac arrest(CA) is a common and serious event in emergency medicine. Despite recent improvements in resuscitation techniques, the survival rate of patients with CA is unchanged. The present study was undertaken to observe the effect of mild hypothermia(MH) on the reactive oxygen species(ROS) and the effect of neurological function and related mechanisms.METHODS: Sixty-five healthy male Sprague Dawley(SD) adult rats were randomly(random number) divided into 2 groups: blank control group(n=5) and CPR group(n=60). CA was induced by asphyxia. The surviving rats were randomly(random number) divided into two groups: normothermia CPR group(NT) and hypothermia CPR group(HT). Normothermia of 37 °C was maintained in the NT group after return of spontaneous circulation(ROSC), hypothermal intervention of 32 °C was carried out in the HT group for 4 hours immediately after ROSC. Both the NT and HT groups were then randomly divided into 2 subgroups 12 hours and 24 hours after ROSC(NT-12, NT-24, HT-12, HT-24 subgroups). During observation, the neurological defi cit scores(NDSs) was recorded, then the bilateral hippocampi were obtained from rats' head, and monoplast suspension of fresh hippocampus tissue was made immediately to determine the level of intracellular ROS by flow cytometry. Transmission electron microscope was used to observe the ultramicro changes of cellular nucleus and mitochondria. Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) was used to determine the expression of caspase-3 m RNA, and western-blotting(WB) was used to determine the level of LC3 in frozen hippocampus tissue. Measured data were analyzed with paired sample t test and One-Way ANOVA.RESULTS: Of 60 rats with CA, 44(73%) were successfully resuscitated and 33(55%) survived until the end of the experiment. The NDSs of rats in the NT and HT groups were more signifi cantly reduced than those in the BC group(F=8.107, P<0.05), whereas the NDSs of rats in the HT-12 and HT-24 subgroups were significantly increased in comparison with those NDSs of rats in the NT-12 and NT-24 subgroups, respectively(t=9.692, P<0.001; t=14.374, P<0.001). The ROS in hippocampus nerve cells in the NT and HT groups signifi cantly increased compared to the BC group(F=16.824, P<0.05), whereas the ROS in the HT-12 and HT-24 subgroups significantly reduced compared with that ROS in the NT-12 and NT-24 subgroups, respectively(t=9.836, P<0.001; t=7.499, P<0.001). The expression of caspase-3 m RNA in hippocampus nerve cells in the NT and HT groups were signifi cantly increased compared to the BC group(F=24.527, P<0.05), whereas the expression of caspase-3 m RNA in rats of the HT-12 and HT-24 subgroups was signifi cantly reduced compared to the NT-12 and NT-24 subgroups, respectively(t=6.935, P<0.001; t=4.317, P<0.001). The expression of LC3B-II/I in hippocampus nerve cells of rats in the NT and HT groups signifi cantlyincreased compared to the BC group(F=6.584, P<0.05), whereas the expression of LC3B-II/I in rats of the HT-12 and HT-24 subgroups significantly reduced compared to the NT-12 and NT-24 subgroups, respectively(t=10.836, P<0.001; t=2.653, P=0.02). Ultrastructure damage of nucleus and mitochondria in the NT group was more evident than in the BC group, and eumorphism of nucleus and mitochondria were maintained in rats of the HT group compared with the NT group.CONCLUSION: Mild hypothermia lessened the injury of nerve cells and improved the neurological function of rats that survived from cardiac arrest by reducing the ROS production of nerve cells and inhibiting the expression of caspase-3 m RNA and LC3, leading to cellular apoptosis and massive autophagy in rats that survived from cardiac arrest after CPR.展开更多

文摘China’s“24 Solar Terms”,known as the fifth invention after China’s hour Major Inventions,is a knowledge system and social practice formed through observations of the sun’s annual motion,and cognition of the year’s changes in season,climate and phenology.More and more people in the world have been eager to know more about it since UNESCO inscribed Chinas“24 Solar Terms”on the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in 2016.As a way of nurturing life,the Illustrated Daoyin of the 24 Solar Terms includes twenty-four exercise forms,corresponding to the 24 solar terms respectively,which reflects the significant idea of complying with the law of yin-yang changes in the universe.It presents a series of sitting and standing exercises designed to prevent diseases that occur during seasonal changes throughout the year.The ancient Chinese wisdom of time and life nurturing has been witnessed in China’s“24 Solar Terms”and“Illustrated Daoyin of the 24 Solar Terms”This article aims to arouse readers’concern and interest in life nurturing by introducing how to do all the exercises presented by the Illustrated Daoyin of the 24 Solar Terms,which is helpful to the prevention and cure of diseases as well as good for health.

文摘Photodynamic therapy(PDT)has been increasingly used in the clinical treatment of neoplastic,inflammatory and infectious skin diseases.However,the generation of reactive oxygen species(ROS)may induce undesired side effects in normal tissue surrounding the treatment lesion,which is a big challenge for the clinical application of PDT.To date,(–)-Epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG)has been widely proposed as an antiangiogenic and antitumor agent for the protection of normal tissue from ROS-mediated oxidative damage.This study evaluates the regulation ability of EGCG for photodynamic damage of blood vessels during hematoporphyrin monomethyl ether(Hemoporfin)-mediated PDT.The quenching rate constants of EGCG for the triplet-state Hemoporfin and photosensitized 1O2 generation are determined to be 6.8×10^(8)M^(−1)S^(−1),respectively.The vasoconstriction of blood vessels in the protected region treated with EGCG hydrogel after PDT is lower than that of the control region treated with pure hydrogel,suggesting an efficiently reduced photodamage of Hemoporfin for blood vessels treated with EGCG.This study indicates that EGCG is an efficient quencher for triplet-state Hemoporfin and 1O2,and EGCG could be potentially used to reduce the undesired photodamage of normal tissue in clinical PDT.

文摘The excessive use of nonrenewable energy has brought about serious greenhouse effect.Converting CO_(2) into high-value-added chemicals is undoubtedly the best choice to solve energy problems.Due to the excellent cost-effectiveness and dramatic catalytic performance,nickel-based catalysts have been considered as the most promising candidates for the electrocatalytic CO_(2) reduction reaction(eCO_(2)RR).In this work,the electrocatalytic reduction mechanism of CO_(2) over Ni-based materials is reviewed.The strategies to improve the eCO_(2)RR performance are emphasized.Moreover,the research on Ni-based materials for syngas generation is briefly summarized.Finally,the prospects of nickel-based materials in the eCO_(2)RR are provided with the hope of improving transition-metal-based electrocatalysts for eCO_(2)RR in the future.

文摘Designing flexible free-standing air-electrode with efficient OER/ORR performance is of vital importance for the application of Zinc-air batteries in flexible electronics.Herein,a flexible free-standing electrode(Ni/Fe-NC/NCF/CC)is synthesized by in-situ coupling of binary Ni/Fe-NC nanocubes and N-doped carbon nanofibers(NCF)rooted on carbon cloth.The highly dispersed binary Ni/Fe-NC sites ensure excellent ORR activity and create efficient OER active sites relative to Ni-NC and Fe-NC.The in-situ coupling of Ni/Fe-NC and NCF constructs a 3D interconnected network structure that not only provides abundant and stabilized reactive sites but also guarantees fast electron transfer and gas transportation,thus achieving efficient and fast operation of ORR/OER.Therefore,Ni/Fe-NC/NCF/CC displays a much positive potential(0.952 V)at 4.0 mA cm^(-2)for ORR and a low OER overpotential(310 mV)at 50 mA cm^(-2).The Zinc-air battery with Ni/Fe-NC/NCF/CC air-electrode exhibits excellent battery performance with outstanding discharge/charge durability for 2150 cycles.The flexible Zn-air batteries with foldable mechanical properties display a high power density of 105.0 mW cm^(-2).This work widened the way to prepare flexible bifunctional air-electrode by designing composition/structure and in-situ coupling.

文摘BACKGROUND Partial splenic embolization(PSE)has been suggested as an alternative to splenectomy in the treatment of hypersplenism.However,some patients may experience recurrence of hypersplenism after PSE and require splenectomy.Currently,there is a lack of evidence-based medical support regarding whether preoperative PSE followed by splenectomy can reduce the incidence of complications.AIM To investigate the safety and therapeutic efficacy of preoperative PSE followed by splenectomy in patients with cirrhosis and hypersplenism.METHODS Between January 2010 and December 2021,321 consecutive patients with cirrhosis and hypersplenism underwent splenectomy at our department.Based on whether PSE was performed prior to splenectomy,the patients were divided into two groups:PSE group(n=40)and non-PSE group(n=281).Patient characteristics,postoperative complications,and follow-up data were compared between groups.Propensity score matching(PSM)was conducted,and univariable and multivariable analyses were used to establish a nomogram predictive model for intraoperative bleeding(IB).The receiver operating characteristic curve,Hosmer-Lemeshow goodness-of-fit test,and decision curve analysis(DCA)were employed to evaluate the differentiation,calibration,and clinical performance of the model.RESULTS After PSM,the non-PSE group showed significant reductions in hospital stay,intraoperative blood loss,and operation time(all P=0.00).Multivariate analysis revealed that spleen length,portal vein diameter,splenic vein diameter,and history of PSE were independent predictive factors for IB.A nomogram predictive model of IB was constructed,and DCA demonstrated the clinical utility of this model.Both groups exhibited similar results in terms of overall survival during the follow-up period.CONCLUSION Preoperative PSE followed by splenectomy may increase the incidence of IB and a nomogram-based prediction model can predict the occurrence of IB.
文摘AIM:To investigate the association of alcohol dose, duration of drinking and obesity with abnormal alcohol-related liver injury indicators, the prevalence of alcohol-related liver injury in the island population of China.METHODS:Randomized multistage stratified cluster sampling from the island population of China was used in the population-based case-control study. Then interview, physical examination, laboratory assessments and ultrasonography were done. RESULTS:Daily alcohol intake ≥ 20 g, duration of drinking ≥ 5 years and obesity were closely related to alcohol-related liver injury (P < 0.05). The odds-ratio (OR) (95% CI) was 1.965 (1.122-3.442), 3.412 (1.789-6.507) and 1.887 (1.261-2.824), respectively. The prevalence rate of alcohol-related liver injury in ≥ 20 g daily alcohol intake group and < 20 g daily alcohol intake group was 37.14% and 12.06%, respectively. The prevalence rate of alcohol-related liver injury in ≥ 5 years drinking group and < 5 years drinking group was 34.44% and 8.53%, respectively. No significant dose-response relation was found between daily alcohol intake and abnormal alcohol-related liver injury indicators as well as between duration of drinking and abnormal alcohol-related liver injury indicators. There was no significant difference in the prevalence of alcohol-related liver injury between beer drinking group and yellow rice wine drinking group, hard liquor drinking group, multiple drinking group.CONCLUSION:The risk threshold of daily alcohol intake is 20 g and duration of drinking inducing alcohol-related liver injury 5 years in the island population of China. Liver injury induced by obesity should be concerned.

文摘The photocatalytic ability of ZnO is improved through the addition of flower‐like Bi2WO6 to prepare a Bi2WO6/ZnO composite with visible light activity.The composite is characterized by X‐ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy,scanning electron microscopy with UV–vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy,X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy and N2 adsorption‐desorption isotherms.After modification,the band gap energy of Bi2WO6/ZnO is reduced from 3.2 eV for ZnO to 2.6 eV.Under visible light irradiation,the Bi2WO6/ZnO composite shows an excellent photocatalytic activity for degrading methylene blue(MB)and tetracycline.The photo‐degradation efficiencies of(0.3:1)Bi2WO6/ZnO for MB and tetracycline are approximately 246 and 4500 times higher than those of bare ZnO,respectively,and correspondingly,the photo‐degradation rates for the two pollutants are approximately 120 and 200 times higher than those with bare ZnO,respectively.Moreover,the photocatalyst of(0.3:1)Bi2WO6/ZnO exhibits a higher transient photocurrent density of approximately 4.5μA compared with those of bare Bi2WO6 and ZnO nanoparticles.The successful recombination of Bi2WO6 and ZnO enhances the photocatalytic activity and reduces the band gap energy of ZnO,which can be attributed to the effective separation of electron–hole pairs.Active species trapping experiments display that[O2]-is the major species involved during photocatalysis rather than·OH and h+.This study provides insight into designing a meaningful visible‐light‐driven photocatalyst for environmental remediation.

文摘Fuzzy c-means (FCM) algorithm is one of the most popular methods for image segmentation. However, the standard FCM algorithm is sensitive to noise because of not taking into account the spatial information in the image. An improved FCM algorithm is proposed to improve the antinoise performance of FCM algorithm. The new algorithm is formulated by incorporating the spatial neighborhood information into the membership function for clustering. The distribution statistics of the neighborhood pixels and the prior probability are used to form a new membership func- tion. It is not only effective to remove the noise spots but also can reduce the misclassified pixels. Experimental results indicate that the proposed algorithm is more accurate and robust to noise than the standard FCM algorithm.

文摘A novel p‐n heterostructure photocatalyst m‐Bi2O4/BiOCl was successfully synthetized through a facile ion‐etching method.Via adjusting the added volume of HCl solution,a series of different ratios of composite photocatalysts were obtained.The as‐prepared samples of physical,chemical and optical characteristics were examined by X‐ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope,transmission electron microscope,energy dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy,selected‐area electron diffraction,Fourier transform infrared absorption,Raman microscope,N2 adsorption‐desorption,X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy and UV‐vis spectrum technologies.The photocatalysts showed high degradation rate and complete mineralization ability for methyl orange and tetracycline solution under visible light.The reaction rate constant of m‐Bi2O4/BiOCl for methyl orange was 52.28 times higher than that of BiOCl.The characterization presented a good stability of materials.Furthermore,the photocurrent response test certified that the heterostructure effectively accelerated the separation and migration of photo‐generated carries.The scavenger experiments evidenced that hole(h+)and superoxide radical(?O2?)were the primary active radicals.A possible photocatalytic mechanism was proposed.This work provided an alternative photocatalyst applied to water environmental remediation.

文摘Pericytes,as the mural cells surrounding the microvasculature,play a critical role in the regulation of microcirculation;however,how these cells respond to ischemic stroke remains unclear.To determine the temporal alterations in pericytes after ischemia/reperfusion,we used the 1-hour middle cerebral artery occlusion model,which was examined at 2,12,and 24 hours after reperfusion.Our results showed that in the reperfused regions,the cerebral blood flow decreased and the infarct volume increased with time.Furthermore,the pericytes in the infarct regions contracted and acted on the vascular endothelial cells within 24 hours after reperfusion.These effects may result in incomplete microcirculation reperfusion and a gradual worsening trend with time in the acute phase.These findings provide strong evidence for explaining the“no-reflow”phenomenon that occurs after recanalization in clinical practice.
文摘Objective:To explore the significance of osteopontin and nuclear factorκB(NF-κB) expression in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:RT-PCR and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay were used to measure the Osteopontin(OPN) and NF-κB concentration of knee joint synovial fluid of patients with knee osteoarthritis and trauma fractures,and analyze the relationship between the expressiones of them.Results:OPN and NF-κB expression at the mRNA and protein levels of patients with knee osteoarthritis were significantly higher than the control group, the result showed statistical significance(P【0.05).There was a positive correlation between the OPN levels in synovial fluid of patients with knee osteoarthritis and NF-κB expression levels (P【0.05).Conclusions:The high expression of OPN and NF-κB are closely related to occurrence and development of knee osteoarthritis.

文摘This paper analyzes the performance of the orthogonal matching pursuit (OMP) algorithm in recovering sparse signals from noisy measurement. Considering the fact that some matrices satisfy some restricted isometry properties (RIPs) but not the coherence condition, a superior RIP-based condition is proposed, which means that if the measurement matrix satisfies δk+1 〈 1/(2 + √k) and the minimum component signal-to-noise ratio (MCSNR) is bounded, the OMP algorithm can exactly identify the support of the original sparse signal within k iterations. Finally, the theoretical results are verified by numerical simulations con- cerning different values of MCSNR and noise levels.

文摘Objective: To study the combined antitumor effect and possible mechanisms of ursolic acid with 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) on human esophageal carcinoma cell Eca-109 in vitro. Methods: Eca-109 cells were treated with ursolic acid (10-50 μmol/L) and/or 5-fluorouracil (48.0-768.8 μmol/L) for 48 h in vitro. And then cell proliferation was determined by MTT assay. Cell cycle and apoptosis rate were analyzed by flow cytometry (FCM). The morphological changes of apoptosis were observed by fluorescent microscopy. At last the expression of P27kipl, bcl-2 and bax were detected by western blot. Results: Results: In comparison with single agent treatment, the combination of ursolic acid and 5-fluorouracil produced greater efficacy in growth inhibition, cell cycle arrest at G0/G1 phase, and apoptosis induction (P〈0.05). Western blot analysis showed that the combination use of ursolic acid and 5-fluorouracil suppressed the expression of bcl-2 and increased the expressions of bax and P27kip1. Conclusion: Ursolic acid combined with 5-fluorouracil showed adjuvant antiproliferative effects on human esophageal carcinoma cell Eca-109 in vitro, which mainly due to the induction of cell cycle arrest as well as apoptosis.

文摘BACKGROUND: Cardiac arrest(CA) is a common and serious event in emergency medicine. Despite recent improvements in resuscitation techniques, the survival rate of patients with CA is unchanged. The present study was undertaken to observe the effect of mild hypothermia(MH) on the reactive oxygen species(ROS) and the effect of neurological function and related mechanisms.METHODS: Sixty-five healthy male Sprague Dawley(SD) adult rats were randomly(random number) divided into 2 groups: blank control group(n=5) and CPR group(n=60). CA was induced by asphyxia. The surviving rats were randomly(random number) divided into two groups: normothermia CPR group(NT) and hypothermia CPR group(HT). Normothermia of 37 °C was maintained in the NT group after return of spontaneous circulation(ROSC), hypothermal intervention of 32 °C was carried out in the HT group for 4 hours immediately after ROSC. Both the NT and HT groups were then randomly divided into 2 subgroups 12 hours and 24 hours after ROSC(NT-12, NT-24, HT-12, HT-24 subgroups). During observation, the neurological defi cit scores(NDSs) was recorded, then the bilateral hippocampi were obtained from rats' head, and monoplast suspension of fresh hippocampus tissue was made immediately to determine the level of intracellular ROS by flow cytometry. Transmission electron microscope was used to observe the ultramicro changes of cellular nucleus and mitochondria. Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) was used to determine the expression of caspase-3 m RNA, and western-blotting(WB) was used to determine the level of LC3 in frozen hippocampus tissue. Measured data were analyzed with paired sample t test and One-Way ANOVA.RESULTS: Of 60 rats with CA, 44(73%) were successfully resuscitated and 33(55%) survived until the end of the experiment. The NDSs of rats in the NT and HT groups were more signifi cantly reduced than those in the BC group(F=8.107, P<0.05), whereas the NDSs of rats in the HT-12 and HT-24 subgroups were significantly increased in comparison with those NDSs of rats in the NT-12 and NT-24 subgroups, respectively(t=9.692, P<0.001; t=14.374, P<0.001). The ROS in hippocampus nerve cells in the NT and HT groups signifi cantly increased compared to the BC group(F=16.824, P<0.05), whereas the ROS in the HT-12 and HT-24 subgroups significantly reduced compared with that ROS in the NT-12 and NT-24 subgroups, respectively(t=9.836, P<0.001; t=7.499, P<0.001). The expression of caspase-3 m RNA in hippocampus nerve cells in the NT and HT groups were signifi cantly increased compared to the BC group(F=24.527, P<0.05), whereas the expression of caspase-3 m RNA in rats of the HT-12 and HT-24 subgroups was signifi cantly reduced compared to the NT-12 and NT-24 subgroups, respectively(t=6.935, P<0.001; t=4.317, P<0.001). The expression of LC3B-II/I in hippocampus nerve cells of rats in the NT and HT groups signifi cantlyincreased compared to the BC group(F=6.584, P<0.05), whereas the expression of LC3B-II/I in rats of the HT-12 and HT-24 subgroups significantly reduced compared to the NT-12 and NT-24 subgroups, respectively(t=10.836, P<0.001; t=2.653, P=0.02). Ultrastructure damage of nucleus and mitochondria in the NT group was more evident than in the BC group, and eumorphism of nucleus and mitochondria were maintained in rats of the HT group compared with the NT group.CONCLUSION: Mild hypothermia lessened the injury of nerve cells and improved the neurological function of rats that survived from cardiac arrest by reducing the ROS production of nerve cells and inhibiting the expression of caspase-3 m RNA and LC3, leading to cellular apoptosis and massive autophagy in rats that survived from cardiac arrest after CPR.
