建立超高效液相色谱–串联质谱法同时测定水产品中的呋喃唑酮、呋喃它酮、呋喃妥因和呋喃西林4种硝基呋喃代谢物的方法。样品经甲醇、乙醇、乙醚洗涤除杂后,进行衍生,再用Oasis HLB型固相萃取柱净化,在正离子模式下,采用MRM模式同时测... 建立超高效液相色谱–串联质谱法同时测定水产品中的呋喃唑酮、呋喃它酮、呋喃妥因和呋喃西林4种硝基呋喃代谢物的方法。样品经甲醇、乙醇、乙醚洗涤除杂后,进行衍生,再用Oasis HLB型固相萃取柱净化,在正离子模式下,采用MRM模式同时测定水产品中的呋喃唑酮、呋喃它酮、呋喃妥因和呋喃西林。在优化后的仪器工作条件下进行测定,4种代谢物的质量浓度在0.1~10 ng/mL的范围内线性关系良好,相关系数在0.999 6~0.999 9之间,检出限均为0.05μg/kg。测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.5%~4.2%(n=5),加标回收率为87.3%~94.5%。该方法具有良好的精密度与准确度,可用于同时测定水产品中的呋喃唑酮、呋喃它酮、呋喃妥因和呋喃西林4种硝基呋喃代谢物。 展开更多

目的:建立HPLC法测定氨酚那敏片、维B 1那敏片复合包装中维B 1那敏片(淡橙色片)2种成分的含量。方法:采用Agilent XDB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相为辛烷磺酸钠溶液-甲醇-乙腈(57∶25∶18),流速为1.0 mL min^-1,检测波长... 目的:建立HPLC法测定氨酚那敏片、维B 1那敏片复合包装中维B 1那敏片(淡橙色片)2种成分的含量。方法:采用Agilent XDB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相为辛烷磺酸钠溶液-甲醇-乙腈(57∶25∶18),流速为1.0 mL min^-1,检测波长261 nm。结果:维生素B1在9.75~260.09μg mL^-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率99.40%,RSD为1.70%;马来酸氯苯那敏在2.30~61.45μg mL^-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率100.31%,RSD为1.68%。维生素B 1的含量分别为10.12 mg/片和9.98 mg/片;马来酸氯苯那敏的含量分别为2.10 mg/片和2.00 mg/片。结论:经方法学验证,本法能更真实、有效地用于该制剂的质量控制。 展开更多

目的:利用液相色谱法、化学反应法、紫外光谱法及离子色谱法对硝酸甘油片中显著色谱峰进行分析,并确定该目标峰的组分及检测方法,帮助生产企业解决硝酸甘油片质量标准中有关物质杂质峰的判定和扣除问题。方法:结合《中国药典》2015年版... 目的:利用液相色谱法、化学反应法、紫外光谱法及离子色谱法对硝酸甘油片中显著色谱峰进行分析,并确定该目标峰的组分及检测方法,帮助生产企业解决硝酸甘油片质量标准中有关物质杂质峰的判定和扣除问题。方法:结合《中国药典》2015年版硝酸甘油片有关物质检查法与JP 17版硝酸甘油片硝酸根离子限量检查法,对未知色谱峰定性,并通过离子色谱法进行定性及定量分析。结果:样品色谱图中2.4 min处色谱峰为硝酸根离子与辅料的重叠峰,且以硝酸根离子为主。结论:本研究采用多种方法验证了未知色谱峰的主要成分为硝酸根离子,为《中国药典》2015年版中硝酸甘油片质量标准的修订提供了参考。 展开更多

The sources of marine oil spills are mainly from accidents of marine oil tankers or freighters, marine oil-drilling platforms, marine oil pipelines, marine oilfields, terrestrial pollution, oil-bearing atmosphere, and offshore oil production equipment. It is concluded upon analysis that there are two main reasons for marine oil spills: (I) The motive for huge economic benefits of oil industry owners and oil shipping agents far surpasses their sense of ecological risks. (II) Marine ecological safety has not become the main concern of national security. Oil spills are disasters because humans spare no efforts to get economic benefits from oil. The present paper draws another conclusion that marine ecological damage caused by oil spills can be roughly divided into two categories: damage to marine resource value (direct value) and damage to marine ecosystem service value (indirect value). Marine oil spills cause damage to marine biological, fishery, seawater, tourism and mineral resources to various extents, which contributes to the lower quality and value of marine resources. 展开更多

Although it is not the main duty for the People's Procuratorate to institute environmental public interest litigation proceedings, the existence of "reserve" prosecution right of plaintiff not only is beneficial to timely prevention and cure of environmental damage, but also contributes indispensable judicial supervision force to the environmental legality construction. In order to safeguard environmental public interests, many local prosecutorial organizations have practiced environmental public interests litigation. Since Chinese law has not made explicit stipulation on the function of the People's Procuratorate instituting environmental public interest litigation, the plaintiff's subject qualification for environmental public interest litigation instituted by the People's Procuratorate is still in question. In order to propel the People's Procuratorate to completely and fully exercise their power of supervision and prosecution, there shall be corresponding legislation that provides powerful guarantee for the People's Procuratorate instituting environmental public interest litigation. 展开更多
