Rapeseed(Brassica napus L.)is one of the main oil crops in the world,and increasing its yield is of great significance for ensuring the safety of edible oil.Presently,improving rapeseed plant architecture is an effective way to increase rapeseed yield with higher planting density.However,the regulatory mechanism of rapeseed plant architecture is poorly understood.In this study,a dwarf rapeseed mutant dwarf08(df08)is obtained by ethyl methane sulfonate(EMS)-mutagenesis.The decrease in plant height of df08 is mainly caused by the reduction in main inflorescence length and first effective branch height and controlled by a single semi-dominant gene.The hybrid plants(F1)show a semi-dwarf phenotype.Through map-based cloning and transgenic assay,we confirm that the nonsynonymous single nucleotide variant(SNV)(C to T)in BnaC03.BIN2,which is homologous with Arabidopsis(Arabidopsis thaliana)BIN2,is responsible for the dwarfism of df08.BnaC03.BIN2 interacts with BnaBZR1/BES1 and involves in brassinosteroids(BRs)signal transduction.Proline to Leucine substitution in 284(P284L)enhances the protein stability of BnaC03.bin2-D,disrupts BRs signal transduction and affects the expression of genes regulating cell division,leading to dwarfism of df08.This study provides a new insight for the mechanism of rapeseed plant height regulation and creates an elite germplasm that can be used for genetic improvement of rapeseed architecture. 展开更多

comitant esotropia(AACE).METHODS:A retrospective cohort study was conducted by analyzing 83 patients(case group)with AACE who underwent strabismus correction surgery from January 1,2021 to June 30,2022.Totally 73 outp... comitant esotropia(AACE).METHODS:A retrospective cohort study was conducted by analyzing 83 patients(case group)with AACE who underwent strabismus correction surgery from January 1,2021 to June 30,2022.Totally 73 outpatient volunteers were recruited during the same period as the normal control group.The case group’s binocular vision time,near and distance esotropia angle,and near stereo vision function were recorded,and the age,gender,refractive status,and best-corrected visual acuity(BCVA)of both groups were analyzed.Additionally,multiple logistic regression analysis was conducted using an eye usage condition questionnaire to determine the independent risk factors for AACE.RESULTS:In the case group,61 patients(73.49%)had myopia,with a mean equivalent spherical power(SE)of-3.35±3.31 D(range:+2.75 to-10.62 D)of the right eye and-2.87±3.35 D(range:+2.75 to-11.12 D)of the left eye.The average duration of diplopia in the case group was 29.83±35.72mo,of which 80 patients(96.39%)were primarily with distance diplopia.The near and distance esotropia angle after wearing glasses were 52.36±20.95 prism degree(PD)and 56.71±19.54 PD,respectively,and there was no statistically significant difference between the two(t=1.38,P=0.169).The incidence of improper glasses wearing and unhealthy eye habits in the case group was significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Close-up work without glasses[β=2.30,odds ratio(OR)=10,95%confidence interval(CI)2.35-42.51,P=0.002]and near work in supine position(β=1.80,OR=6.02,95%CI 3.29-11.02,P<0.001)were independent risk factors for AACE.CONCLUSION:Patients with AACE mainly present with distance diplopia,and there is a high degree of variation in myopia.Near work without wearing glasses and in supine position are independent risk factors for AACE. 展开更多

Ischemic cerebrovascular disease is a leading cause of death globally and is often exacerbated by cerebral ischemic/reperfusion injury(CIRI).The exact mechanisms underlying I/R injury are unclear.In this study,we aimed to determine the role of m6A-modified methylase complex methyltransferase-like 3(METTL3)in cerebral ischemiareperfusion(I/R)injury.We found that m6A and METTL3 levels increased in OGD/RX-induced mouse astrocytescerebellar(MA-C)and the brain of middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO)model mice.METTL3 siRNA treatment reduced OGD-RX-induced MAC cell viability and proliferation,which increased with METTL3 over-expression.Flow cytometry analysis showed that silencing METTL3 significantly enhanced OGD/RX-induced MAC apoptosis,which was significantly reduced with METTL3 up-regulation.In an MCAO model,METTL3 overexpression significantly reduced cerebral infarction area and decreased brain cell apoptosis,indicating that METTL3 OE treatment could ameliorate brain edema and injury.Thus,METTL3 could be used as a target to treat I/R injury. 展开更多

目的:总结细胞减灭术加腹腔热灌注化疗(cytoreductive surgery&hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy,CRS+HIPEC)治疗阑尾源性腹膜假黏液瘤(pseudomyxoma peritonei,PMP)的单中心诊疗经验。方法:回顾性分析2012年1月至2018年1... 目的:总结细胞减灭术加腹腔热灌注化疗(cytoreductive surgery&hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy,CRS+HIPEC)治疗阑尾源性腹膜假黏液瘤(pseudomyxoma peritonei,PMP)的单中心诊疗经验。方法:回顾性分析2012年1月至2018年12月于航天中心医院收治,病理证实为阑尾源性PMP并经CRS+HIPEC治疗604例患者的临床数据,进行统计学分析。结果:604例患者经历621次CRS+HIPEC治疗,平均年龄56.7岁,其中女性364例(60.3%),男性240例(39.7%),平均腹膜癌指数(peritoneal cancer index,PCI)为25.7。28.5%(172/604)的患者完全减瘤(CCR 0/1)。3~4级不良事件发生率为21.7%(131/604),围手术期死亡率为0.7%(4/604),术后5年生存率为53.6%。高级别病理类型、不完全减瘤(CCR 2/3)、PCI>20、3~4级不良事件是PMP患者预后不良的独立危险因素。结论:阑尾源性PMP临床罕见,治疗方法特殊,对于怀疑或确诊PMP的患者,尽早行规范CRS+HIPEC治疗,有望取得良好的预后。 展开更多

目的:腹膜假黏液瘤(pseudomyxoma peritonei,PMP)是一种罕见的临床综合征,细胞减灭术(cytoreductive surgery,CRS)联合腹腔热灌注化疗(hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy,HIPEC)因其良好的治疗效果已经成为各中心公认的标准治... 目的:腹膜假黏液瘤(pseudomyxoma peritonei,PMP)是一种罕见的临床综合征,细胞减灭术(cytoreductive surgery,CRS)联合腹腔热灌注化疗(hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy,HIPEC)因其良好的治疗效果已经成为各中心公认的标准治疗方案,航天中心医院从2008年开始致力于PMP患者诊治工作,2016年开始将全腹膜切除应用于临床,本研究通过对既往资料进行收集整理,对PMP治疗经验进行总结。方法:回顾分析2008年1月到2019年1月航天中心医院腹膜假黏液瘤中心收治并接受手术治疗的PMP患者临床资料及随访结果。对所有患者的手术方式、根治程度及并发症发生情况等临床资料进行搜集整理,并通过随访结果对相关因素进行生存分析,了解CRS+HIPEC在PMP治疗中的临床价值,同时对腹膜切除技术治疗效果进行评价。结果:共纳入854例患者,平均年龄50岁,中位改良腹膜肿瘤指数(peritoneal cancer index,PCI)为29,其中25.5%的患者接受了根治性手术切除,细胞减灭程度(completeness of cytoreduction,CC)达到0或1。总体并发症发生率为21.7%,围术期死亡率为1.1%。自2016年引进腹膜切除技术后,本中心达CC-0/1的比例由14.3%升至36.5%,且并发症发生率显著下降(16.8%vs.28.8%,P<0.001)。总体而言,CC-0/1的患者5年和10年生存率分别为77%、64.3%,显著优于CC-2/3患者的45.8%、39.4%。在未达根治的患者中,CC-2和CC-3患者10年生存率也存在明显差异(45.5%vs.34.5%,P=0.006)。对总体生存进行分析,改良腹膜肿瘤指数、手术方式、术中是否行热灌注治疗、病理级别、CA125水平均为影响术后生存的独立危险因素。结论:细胞减灭术+腹腔热灌注化疗治疗腹膜假黏液瘤安全有效,腹膜切除技术可显著提高根治程度并降低并发症风险;对于无法达到根治切除的患者,最大限度的减瘤亦可延长远期生存。 展开更多

目的:研究深部热疗联合5-Fu及顺铂(DDP)腹腔化疗辅助治疗腹膜假黏液瘤(pseudomyxoma peritonei,PMP)的安全性和初步有效性。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月至2019年12月航天中心医院接受深部热疗联合腹腔化疗患者的临床资料及随访结果,分析... 目的:研究深部热疗联合5-Fu及顺铂(DDP)腹腔化疗辅助治疗腹膜假黏液瘤(pseudomyxoma peritonei,PMP)的安全性和初步有效性。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月至2019年12月航天中心医院接受深部热疗联合腹腔化疗患者的临床资料及随访结果,分析血常规、肝肾功、Karnofsky评分及并发症发生情况,探究深部热疗联合腹腔化疗对PMP的安全性和初步有效性。结果:本研究共纳入58例PMP患者,治疗前后白细胞(WBC)(P=0.064)、血红蛋白(HGB)(P=0.47)、天冬氨酸转移酶(AST)(P=0.08)、肌酐(CREA)(P=0.68)无统计学差异。丙氨酸转移酶(ALT)(P=0.01)、中性粒细胞百分比(NE%)(P=0.001)、中性粒细胞绝对值(NE#)(P=0.004)、血尿素氮(BUN)(P<0.001)和Karnofsky评分(P=0.017)存在统计学差异,分析治疗前后平均值,中性粒细胞(NE%、NE#)和生存质量(Karnofsky评分)较治疗前改善,ALT、BUN较治疗前下降。不良反应发生率为24.1%(1级20.7%,2级3.4%),均在对症治疗后好转。生存分析结果显示,1年和2年生存率分别为100.0%和96.4%。结论:深部热疗联合5-Fu及DDP腹腔化疗治疗PMP不损害肝肾功能、无明显骨髓抑制,不降低患者生存质量,不良反应可控,安全性较好,初步生存结果显示有效。 展开更多

Cold-inducible RNA-binding protein(CIRP), a key regulatory protein, could be facilitated by mild hypothermia in the brain, heart and liver. This study observed the effects of mild hypothermia at 31 ± 0.5℃ on traumatic brain injury in rats. Results demonstrated that mild hypothermia suppressed apoptosis in the cortex, hippocampus and hypothalamus, facilitated CIRP m RNA and protein expression in these regions, especially in the hypothalamus. The anti-apoptotic effect of mild hypothermia disappeared after CIRP silencing. There was no correlation between mitogen-activated extracellular signal-regulated kinase activation and CIRP silencing. CIRP silencing inhibited extracellular signal-regulated kinase-1/2 activation. These indicate that CIRP inhibits apoptosis by affecting extracellular signal-regulated kinase-1/2 activation, and exerts a neuroprotective effect during mild hypothermia for traumatic brain injury. 展开更多

Background:Exercise is a promising nonpharmacological therapy for cognitive dysfunction,but it is unclear which type of exercise is most effective.The objective of this study was to compare and rank the effectiveness of various exercise interventions on cognitive function in patients with mild cognitive impairment(MCI)or dementia and to examine the effects of exercise on the symptoms relevant to cognitive impairment.Methods:We searched PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials,SPORTDiscus,and PsycInfo through September 2019 and included randomized controlled trials that examined the effectiveness of exercise interventions in patients with MCI or dementia.Primary outcomes included global cognition,executive cognition,and memory cognition.Secondary outcomes included activities of daily living,neuropsychiatric symptoms,and quality of life.Pairwise analyses and network meta-analyses were performed using a random effects model.Results:A total of 73 articles from 71 trials with 5606 participants were included.All types of exercise were effective in increasing or maintaining global cognition,and resistance exercise had the highest probability of being the most effective intervention in slowing the decrease in global cognition(standard mean difference(SMD)=1.05,95%confidence interval(95%CI):0.56-1.54),executive function(SMD=0.85,95%CI:0.21-1.49),and memory function(SMD=0.32,95%CI:0.01-0.63)in patients with cognitive dysfunction.Subgroup analyses for patients with MCI revealed different effects,and multicomponent exercise was most likely to be the optimal exercise therapy for preventing the decline of global cognition(SMD=0.99,95%CI:0.44-1.54)and executive function(SMD=0.72,95%CI:0.06-1.38).However,only resistance exercise showed significant effects on memory function for patients with MCI(SMD=0.35,95%CI:0.01-0.69).Exercise interventions also showed various effects on the secondary outcomes.Conclusion:Resistance exercise has the highest probability of being the optimal exercise type for slowing cognitive declin e in patients withcognitive dysfunction,especially in patients with dementia.Multicomponent exercise tends to be most effective in protecting global cognition and executive function in patients with MCI. 展开更多

Health monitoring data or the data about infectious diseases such as COVID-19 may need to be constantly updated and dynamically released,but they may contain user's sensitive information.Thus,how to preserve the user's privacy before their release is critically important yet challenging.Differential Privacy(DP)is well-known to provide effective privacy protection,and thus the dynamic DP preserving data release was designed to publish a histogram to meet DP guarantee.Unfortunately,this scheme may result in high cumulative errors and lower the data availability.To address this problem,in this paper,we apply Jensen-Shannon(JS)divergence to design the OPTICS(Ordering Points To Identify The Clustering Structure)scheme.It uses JS divergence to measure the difference between the updated data set at the current release time and private data set at the previous release time.By comparing the difference with a threshold,only when the difference is greater than the threshold,can we apply OPTICS to publish DP protected data sets.Our experimental results show that the absolute errors and average relative errors are significantly lower than those existing works. 展开更多

The purification was accomplished on the basis of experiment that dispersed the single-walled carbon nanotubes with sodium dodecyl sulfate, and the result mixture was separated using the two phase system composed of n-butanol/water = 1/1 (v/v). The sizes of SWNTs separated were observed by scanning electron microscopy. The results demonstrated that the high-speed countercurrent chromatography possessed a good efficency for purification of single-walled carbon nanotubes. 展开更多

BACKGROUND: The pathological mechanism of secondary brain lesion following an embolism remains unclear. The establishment of an animal model that imitates the clinical pathophysiological processes is crucial to better study this disease during a certain time window. OBJECTIVE: To establish a new animal model of dural venous sinus embolism that is simple, has a high success rate, and emulates the pathophysiological course of clinical disease. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: A randomized block design trial was performed at the Department of Anatomy, Ningxia Medical College between March and December 2007. MATERIALS: Fifty-eight healthy, adult, Sprague Dawley rats were used in the present study. Plastic emboli, with a total length of 0.4 cm, were self-made. Each plastic embolus had a conical anterior segment; the largest diameter being 0.12 cm. The posterior segment became gradually thin and flat, with a width of 0.2 cm and length of 0.1 cm. METHODS: The fifty-eight rats were randomly divided into three groups: control (n = 6), embolism (n = 26), and sham-embolism (n = 26) groups. In the embolism group, a solid embolus was slowly inserted and fixed into the posterior part of the superior sagittal sinus against the flow of blood. The posterior segment was detained outside the superior sagittal sinus for fixing. In the sham-embolism group, rats were subjected only to sinus sagittalis superior exposure. In the control group, rats received no treatments. In both the embolism and the sham-embolism groups, the rat brains were resected at 6 hours, 1, 3, and 5 days post-surgery. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: (1) Brain surface appearance in the embolism and sham-embolism groups. (2) Thrombosis in the embolism group. (3) Cerebrospinal fluid content in the above-mentioned two groups. RESULTS: In the embolism group, the model success rate was 92% (24/26). There was visible thrombosis in the superior sagittal sinus. Cerebral edema was noticeable under a microscope. These changes were visible at 6 hours after embolism and were most obvious at 1 day after surgery. In the embolism group, cerebrospinal fluid content reached a peak level at 6 hours post-surgery and was significantly increased compared with the sham-embolism and the control groups (P 〈 0.05). At 1 day post-surgery, the amount of cerebrospinal fluid was still greater in the embolism group compared to the control group (P 〈 0.05) CONCLUSION: The method of inserting a solid embolus has many benefits, such as being able to directly observe, short cycle time, and minimal wound. The detained posterior segment prevents movement and perfusion of embolus, which results in a high success rate. 展开更多

Opportunistic Mobile Social Networks(OMSNs)are kind of Delay Tolerant Networks(DTNs)that leverage characteristics of Mobile Ad Hoc Networks(MANETs)and Social Networks,particularly the social features,to boost performance of routing algorithms.Users in OMSNs communicate to share and disseminate data to meet needs for variety of applications.Such networks have attracted tremendous attention lately due to the data transmission requirement from emerging applications such as IoT and smart city initiatives.Devices carried by human is the carrier of message transmission,so the social features of human can be used to improve the ability of data transmission.In this paper,we conduct a comparative survey on routing algorithms in OMSNs.We first analyze routing algorithms based on three social features.Since node selfishness is not really considered previously in aforementioned routing algorithms,but has significant impact on network performance,we treat node selfishness as another social feature,classify and elaborate routing algorithms based on incentive mechanism.To assess the impact of social features on routing algorithms,we conducted simulation for six routing algorithms and analyzed the simulation result.Finally,we conclude the paper with challenges on design of routing in OMSNs and point out some future research directions. 展开更多

The partial substitution of Zr for La has been performed in order to ameliorate the electrochemical hydrogen storage performances of La–Mg–Ni based A2B7-type electrode alloys. The melt spinning technology was used to prepare the La0.75-xZrxMg0.25Ni3.2Co0.2Al0.1 (x=0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.15, 0.2) electrode alloys. The impacts of the melt spinning and the substituting La with Zr on the structures and the electrochemical hydrogen storage characteristics of the alloys were systemically investigated. The analysis of XRD and TEM reveals that the as-cast and spun alloys have a multiphase structure, composing of two main phases (La, Mg)2Ni7 and LaNi5 as well as a residual phase LaNi2. The electrochemical measurement indicates that both the substitution of Zr for La and the melt spinning ameliorate the electrochemical cycle stability of the alloys dramatically. Furthermore, the high rate discharge ability (HRD) of the as-spun (10 m/s) alloys notably declines with growing the amount of Zr substitution, while it first augments and then falls for the (x=0.1) alloy with rising the spinning rate. 展开更多

Correlation of Runx2 expression with cancer cell growth and extracellular matrix degradation in liver cancer tissue

Methods: A total of 89 patients with primary liver cancer who underwent radical operation for liver cancer in Huanggang Central Hospital between January 2016 and August 2017 were selected, liver cancer tissue specimens and adjacent normal tissue specimens collected from each of the 89 cases were kept during operation and enrolled as liver cancer group and normal control group respectively. The expression of Runx2, proliferation-related genes, apoptosis-related genes, MMPs and so on in the specimens were detected, and Pearson test was used to evaluate the correlation of Runx2 mRNA expression in liver cancer tissue with cell proliferation and apoptosis ans well as extracellular matrix degradation. Results: Runx2 mRNA expression in liver cancer group was higher than that in normal control group;proliferation-related gene NFAT2 mRNA expression in liver cancer group was lower than that in normal control group whereas DNMT3B, LAMP2, STC2, Versican and Bub1 mRNA expression were higher than those in normal control group;apoptosis-related genes Survivin, Vimentin, Bcl-2 and cIAP2 mRNA expression in liver cancer group were higher than those in normal control group whereas Bax mRNA expression was lower than that in control group;MMP-2, MMP-9 and MMP-14 mRNA expression in liver cancer group were significantly higher than those in control group. Pearson test showed that the Runx2 mRNA expression in liver cancer tissue was directly correlated with cell proliferation activity, apoptosis activity and MMPs expression. Conclusion: There is abnormally high expression of Runx2 in liver cancer tissue, it can directly participate in the active cancer cell proliferation, abnormal apoptosis and other processes, and the specific mechanism is related to its effect on promoting extracellular matrix degradation. 展开更多

Objective:To study the LMP2A, AnnexinA2, Rad52 and Gli1 expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and their correlation with tumor malignancy.Methods:Nasopharyngeal cancer tissue confirmed by fibreoptic nasopharyngoscopic biopsy and mild chronic rhinitis mucosa inflammation tissue in Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University between May 2014 and February 2017 were selected to extract the RNA, and then fluorescence quantitative PCR kits were used to determine the expression of LMP2A, AnnexinA2, Rad52, Gli1, epithelial-mesenchymal transition genes and cell cycle genes.Results: LMP2A, AnnexinA2, Rad52 and Gli1 mRNA expression in nasopharyngeal cancer lesions were significantly higher than those in rhinitis mucosa inflammation lesions, and the higher the clinical stage, the higher the LMP2A, AnnexinA2, Rad52 and Gli1 mRNA expression in nasopharyngeal cancer lesions;E-cadherin mRNA expression in nasopharyngeal cancer lesions was significantly lower than that in rhinitis mucosa inflammation lesions and negatively correlated with LMP2A and Gli1 while N-cadherin, Vimentin and ZEB2 mRNA expression were significantly higher than those in rhinitis mucosa inflammation lesions and positively correlated with LMP2A and Gli1;CyclinD1, CyclinE and PCNA mRNA expression in nasopharyngeal cancer lesions were significantly higher than those in rhinitis mucosa inflammation lesions and positively correlated with with AnnexinA2 and Rad52.Conclusion:The high expression of LMP2A, AnnexinA2, Rad52 and Gli1 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma can promote epithelial-mesenchymal transition and cell cycle process in cancer cells. 展开更多
