目的:探讨血清β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)、视黄醇结合蛋白4(RBP4)在子宫内膜增生患者中的水平变化及检测意义。方法:选取105例子宫内膜增生患者为研究组,65例体检健康者为对照组。比较研究组和对照组血清β-HCG、RBP4水平。比较不... 目的:探讨血清β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)、视黄醇结合蛋白4(RBP4)在子宫内膜增生患者中的水平变化及检测意义。方法:选取105例子宫内膜增生患者为研究组,65例体检健康者为对照组。比较研究组和对照组血清β-HCG、RBP4水平。比较不同病理类型以及内膜增生程度患者血清β-HCG、RBP4水平。测量患者子宫内膜厚度,采用Pearson法分析血清β-HCG、RBP4水平与患者子宫内膜厚度的相关性。绘制受试者特征工作(ROC)曲线分析血清β-HCG、RBP4对非典型子宫内膜增生的预测价值。结果:研究组血清β-HCG、RBP4水平高于对照组(均P<0.05)。非典型子宫内膜增生患者血清β-HCG、RBP4水平高于单纯及复杂性子宫内膜增生患者(均P<0.05)。内膜增生过长患者血清β-HCG、RBP4水平高于增生及分泌期患者(均P<0.05)。血清β-HCG、RBP4水平与患者子宫内膜厚度呈正相关(均P<0.05)。血清β-HCG、RBP4单独及联合预测非典型子宫内膜增生的AUC分别为0.758、0.660、0.926,且两者联合预测的AUC高于各指标单独预测AUC(均P<0.05)。结论:子宫内膜增生患者血清RBP4、β-HCG水平升高,两者与病理类型、内膜增生程度以及子宫内膜厚度有关,联合检测对非典型子宫内膜增生的预测价值较高。 展开更多

目的探讨影响食管胃黏膜异位(HGME)内镜检出率的影响因素,以提高HGME的内镜检出率。方法回顾性分析2018年1月-2018年12月在柳州市人民医院行胃镜检查的患者19948例。记录患者年龄、性别、胃镜检查方式、胃镜检查模式和胃镜医师级别等,分... 目的探讨影响食管胃黏膜异位(HGME)内镜检出率的影响因素,以提高HGME的内镜检出率。方法回顾性分析2018年1月-2018年12月在柳州市人民医院行胃镜检查的患者19948例。记录患者年龄、性别、胃镜检查方式、胃镜检查模式和胃镜医师级别等,分析HGME检出率的影响因素。结果检出HGME 282例,总检出率为1.41%(282/19948)。不同组别发现的HGME病例数如下:无痛胃镜组226例(1.53%),普通胃镜组56例(1.07%);NBI组89例(3.06%),普通白光组193例(1.13%);按胃镜医师级别分组,住院医师及低年资主治医师组37例(0.89%),高年资主治医师组93例(1.48%),副主任医师及以上组152例(1.59%)。经统计学分析,胃镜检查方式、胃镜检查模式和医师分级对HGME检查率均有影响(P<0.05),而患者年龄和性别对HGME检出率无明显影响。结论HGME检出率与胃镜检查方式、胃镜检查模式和医师分级相关,无痛胃镜、NBI模式、内镜医师经验的积累均能明显提高HGME的检出率。 展开更多

为探究工作面过断层顶板破碎、难以管理且易造成冒顶的问题,以桃园煤矿Ⅱ1044综采工作面为工程研究背景,通过采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件模拟工作面向断层推进,研究当工作面推进到不同位置时的垂直应力分布规律、塑性区演化规律、断层滑移量... 为探究工作面过断层顶板破碎、难以管理且易造成冒顶的问题,以桃园煤矿Ⅱ1044综采工作面为工程研究背景,通过采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件模拟工作面向断层推进,研究当工作面推进到不同位置时的垂直应力分布规律、塑性区演化规律、断层滑移量,并据此制定科学有效的过断层技术措施和安全措施。研究表明:当工作面距离断层40 m时,断层处应力约20 MPa,断层处的塑性区已经达到直接底,同时工作面顶底板塑性区范围变大,围岩破坏严重,底板破坏深度可达47.2 m。随着工作面向断层处推进,断层将被完全破坏。因此,当工作面距断层40 m时,开始注入马丽散进行加固,在工作面25—55支架处注水泥浆加固,注浆后工作面支架压力基本稳定。 展开更多

The chlorophyll content has a direct effect on photosynthesis of crops.In order to explore a quick and convenient method for estimating the chlorophyll content of Brassica napus and facilitate efficient crop monitoring,we measured the actual value of chlorophyll with a SPAD-502 chlorophyll detector,and collected aerial images of B.napus with an unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)carrying a RGB camera in this study.The total number of 270samples collected images were divided into regions according to the planting conditions of different B.napus varieties in the field.Then,according to the empirical formula,there were 36 colors’characteristic parameters calculated and combined.To estimate the chlorophyll content of rape,189 samples were included in the modeling set,while the other 81 samples were enrolled in the validation set for testing the accuracy of this model.After the combination of R(red),G(green)and B(blue)color channels,the results showed that the color characteristics B/(R+G),b,B/G,(G-B)/(G+B),g-b were highly connected with the measured value of chlorophyll SPAD,and the correlation coefficient between the combination based on B/(R+G)and SPAD value was 0.747.With R2=0.805,RMSE=3.343,and RE=6.84%,the regression model created using random forest had superior outcomes,according to the model comparison.This study offers a new method for quickly estimating the amount of chlorophyll in rapeseed and a workable reference for crop monitoring using the UAV platform. 展开更多

Background:Nuclear receptor binding SET domain protein-3(NSD3)is a histone lysine methyltransferase and a crucial regulator of carcinogenesis in several cancers.We aimed to investigate the prognostic value and potential function of NSD3 in 33 types of human cancer.Methods:The data were obtained from The Cancer Genome Atlas.Kaplan-Meier analysis,CIBERSORT,gene set enrichment analysis,and gene set variation analysis were performed.The expression of NSD3 was measured using quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction and western blot.Results:The expression of NSD3 was altered in pan-cancer samples.Patients with higher levels of NDS3 generally had shorter overall survival and disease-specific survival.Levels of NSD3 were positively correlated with DNA copy number variation(CNV)in pan-cancer.NSD3 expression was also associated with tumor mutation burden and microsatellite instability.The levels of immune-cell infiltration differed significantly between high and low NSD3 expression.NSD3 negatively correlated with levels of CD8+T cells.Functional enrichment analysis showed that while NSD3 expression was positively associated with several immune cell-related and histone methylation-related pathways,it was negatively correlated with cell metabolism-related,drug transport-related,and drug metabolismrelated pathways.NSD3 levels in the cell lines tested were significantly different.In U251 and NCI-H23 cells,silencing NSD3 inhibited cell proliferation and promoted apoptosis.Conclusions:NSD3 expression was changed in pan-cancer samples that was also verified in cell lines.NSD3 was associated with CNV and immune-cell infiltration.A poor prognosis was predicted in patients with high expression of NSD3.NSD3 might hence be a potential marker for predicting tumor prognosis. 展开更多

Analysis of synergistic influence of multi-scale design parameters on nearly-zero energy office blocks performance based on architectural morphological classification and parametric modeling

Design parameters at different scales in the pre-design phase could significantly impact both building energy consumption and photovoltaic(PV)power generation potential.However,existing studies often overlook the synergistic effects of design parameters across multiple scales(block-building-facade scales)when evaluating these aspects.This paper aims to propose a workflow for the assessing building energy consumption and PV power generation potential of office blocks applicable in the pre-schematic design phase considering the synergistic influence of multi-scale design parameters,using building typology and parametric modelling approach.The study proposed a multi-scale design parameter classification system combined with parametric modelling.The study investigated 80 office blocks in Wuhan as the study case,which were classified into array type and enclosed type.Correlation analysis and multiple regression equations were used to quantify the single versus synergistic effects of different scale design parameters.Results suggest that focusing solely on a single scale during the pre-design stage is typically inadequate for understanding building energy potential.In contrast,multi-scale synergistic analysis boosts energy use intensity(EUI)by 7.56%and net energy use intensity(NEUI)by 33.96%.Under multi-scale synergistic conditions,the EUI of array type is more influenced by the building design parameters,while the NEUI is effected by the balance of multi-scales design parameters.While the EUI of enclosed types exhibit balanced effects across multi-scale design parameters,with NEUI results aligning closely with PV power generation potential.Multiple regression equations highlight building density and shape factor as key influencers for both array and enclosure layouts.This study offers designers a flexible and scalable workflow for evaluating building energy consumption and PV power generation potential in the pre-design phase.The findings can guide nearly-zero energy urban block planning to achieve a balance between energy supply and demand. 展开更多

"人工智能"的出现大幅提升了人们的生产及生活效率,但与此同时,人类自身的就业环境也深受影响。那么,对于设计行业而言,人工智能又将带来怎样的挑战与机遇?由此,《景观设计学》邀请了6位来自建筑设计、城市规划、景观设计、工业设计等不同学科的学者、设计师,分别回答了什么是人工智能、人工智能可能对设计师的工作产生何种影响,以及人工智能会创造什么样的生活方式三个问题。多数受访者认为,当前的人工智能并非真正意义上的人工智能,其不具备自我意识,亦无法完成创造性行为。而在参与设计工作时,人工智能虽然可以大幅减少设计师的程序性劳动,但由于其采用的是权重叠加和"去少存多"的数据处理方式,运算结果缺乏伦理性和价值评判,因而还远远无法胜任创造性工作。而在未来,人工智能无疑会对人类的生活方式产生巨大影响,甚至远超出我们的想象。 展开更多

Although carbon monoxide(CO)-based treatments have demonstrated the high cancer efficacy by promoting mitochondrial damage and core-region penetrating ability,the efficiency was often compromised by protective autophagy(mitophagy).Herein,cannabidiol(CBD)is integrated into biomimetic carbon monoxide nanocomplexes(HMPOC@M)to address this issue by inducing excessive autophagy.The biomimetic membrane not only prevents premature drugs leakage,but also prolongs blood circulation for tumor enrichment.After entering the acidic tumor microenvironment,carbon monoxide(CO)donors are stimulated by hydrogen oxide(H_(2)O_(2))to disintegrate into CO and Mn^(2+).The comprehensive effect of CO/Mn^(2+)and CBD can induce ROS-mediated cell apoptosis.In addition,HMPOC@Mmediated excessive autophagy can promote cancer cell death by increasing autophagic flux via classⅢPI3K/BECN1 complex activation and blocking autolysosome degradation via LAMP1 downregulation.Furthermore,in vivo experiments showed that HMPOC@M+laser strongly inhibited tumor growth and attenuated liver and lung metastases by downregulating VEGF and MMP9 proteins.This strategy may highlight the pro-death role of excessive autophagy in TNBC treatment,providing a novel yet versatile avenue to enhance the efficacy of CO treatments.Importantly,this work also indicated the applicability of CBD for triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)therapy through excessive autophagy. 展开更多
