BACKGROUND Choledocholithiasis is a common clinical bile duct disease,laparoscopic choledocholithotomy is the main clinical treatment method for choledocho-lithiasis.However,the recurrence of postoperative stones is a...BACKGROUND Choledocholithiasis is a common clinical bile duct disease,laparoscopic choledocholithotomy is the main clinical treatment method for choledocho-lithiasis.However,the recurrence of postoperative stones is a big challenge for patients and doctors.AIM To explore the related risk factors of gallstone recurrence after laparoscopic choledocholithotomy,establish and evaluate a clinical prediction model.METHODS A total of 254 patients who underwent laparoscopic choledocholithotomy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Ningbo University from December 2017 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.Clinical data of the patients were collected,and the recurrence of gallstones was recorded based on the postope-rative follow-up.The results were analyzed and a clinical prediction model was established.RESULTS Postoperative stone recurrence rate was 10.23%(26 patients).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that cholangitis,the diameter of the common bile duct,the diameter of the stone,number of stones,lithotripsy,preoperative total bilirubin,and T tube were risk factors associated with postoperative recurrence(P<0.05).The clinical prediction model was ln(p/1-p)=-6.853+1.347×cholangitis+1.535×choledochal diameter+2.176×stone diameter+1.784×stone number+2.242×lithotripsy+0.021×preoperative total bilirubin+2.185×T tube.CONCLUSION Cholangitis,the diameter of the common bile duct,the diameter of the stone,number of stones,lithotripsy,preoperative total bilirubin,and T tube are the associated risk factors for postoperative recurrence of gallstone.The prediction model in this study has a good prediction effect,which has a certain reference value for recurrence of gallstone after laparoscopic choledocholi-thotomy.展开更多
This work presents a single-structure 3-axis Lorentz force magnetometer(LFM)based on an AlN-on-Si MEMS resonator.The operation of the proposed LFM relies on the flexible manipulation of applied excitation currents in ...This work presents a single-structure 3-axis Lorentz force magnetometer(LFM)based on an AlN-on-Si MEMS resonator.The operation of the proposed LFM relies on the flexible manipulation of applied excitation currents in different directions and frequencies,enabling the effective actuation of two mechanical vibration modes in a single device for magnetic field measurements in three axes.Specifically,the excited out-of-plane drum-like mode at 277 kHz is used for measuring the x-and y-axis magnetic fields,while the in-plane square-extensional mode at 5.4 MHz is used for measuring the z-axis magnetic field.The different configurations of applied excitation currents ensure good crossinterference immunity among the three axes.Compared to conventional capacitive LFMs,the proposed piezoelectric LFM utilizes strong electromechanical coupling from the AlN layer,which allows it to operate at ambient pressure with a high sensitivity.To understand and analyze the measured results,a novel equivalent circuit model for the proposed LFM is also reported in this work,which serves to separate the effect of Lorentz force from the unwanted capacitive feedthrough.The demonstrated 3-axis LFM exhibits measured magnetic responsivities of 1.74 ppm/mT,1.83 ppm/mT and 6.75 ppm/mT in the x-,y-and z-axes,respectively,which are comparable to their capacitive counterparts.展开更多

The present study aimed to evaluate the antioxidant activity of petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, n-butanol, and water fractions of alcohol aqueous extracts of these two microalgae and to provide a theoretical basis for comprehensive utilization. The antioxidant activity was determined by total antioxidant capacity(TAC) determination, 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH) radical scavenging assay, ferrous ion-chelating ability(FICA) assay, and reducing power(RP) assay. The total phenolic content(TPC) and total flavonoid content(TFC) were also measured by the Folin-Ciocalteu and spectrophotometry methods, respectively. The results indicated that the extracts from these two microalgae possessed good antioxidant capacity. Analysis showed that most antioxidant performance indicators(TAC, DPPH, and RP) were positively correlated with the TPC of the extracts, suggesting that the phenolics might be the major components in C. cohnii and Schizochytrium sp., contributing to their antioxidative function. Therefore, the polar fractions of C. cohnii and Schizochytrium sp. could be further examined and considered for application in health products or cosmetics.展开更多
