Strategies for Cultivating Public Funded Targeted Normal Students Based on Goal Management Theory : A Case Study of East, West and North Guangdong

Public funded targeted normal students are an important component of China's teacher team construction.Since its implementation in 2007,a large number of outstanding rural teachers who have been striving on the front line of education have been trained.Based on the theory of goal management,this paper explores the problems and countermeasures in the training of public funded targeted normal students.It strives to solve the problems of low willingness to teach and high default rates among public funded normal students,and hopes that the suggestions proposed in this paper can further promote the effective implementation of policies for public funded normal students.

Status Quo of College Students Career Indecision from the Perspective of Planned Happenstance

This study explores the application of the planned happenstance theory in college students career planning and its impact on career indecision.Traditional career theories emphasize self-awareness and the demands of the work environment but overlook the influence of serendipitous events on individual career development.In contrast,the planned happenstance theory highlights individuals receptivity and ability to leverage unexpected events,viewing them as potential turning points in career progression.Research indicates that students with higher levels of planned happenstance skills exhibit greater career decision-making competence and lower levels of career indecision.Through a survey of 312 students from university A in city X,this paper analyzes the current state of career indecision among the student population and proposes strategies and recommendations,including maintaining a positive mindset,establishing a sound career planning perspective,enhancing planned happenstance skills,and improving career decision self-efficacy.Additionally,the study finds that the revised Strategies for Coping with Career Indecision Questionnaire(SCCI)demonstrates strong reliability and validity among Chinese college students,making it suitable for localized research.

Enlightenment from the Curriculum Reform of Primary and Secondary Schools in China's Mainland from a Global Perspective

With the advancement of globalization and technological development,countries around the world are placing greater emphasis on the reform of basic education curricula.The curriculum reforms in countries such as Australia,Finland,Canada,the United States,Japan,and the United Kingdom are becoming more life-oriented and open.By reviewing,organizing,and drawing lessons from the experiences of curriculum reforms worldwide,the curriculum reform of primary and secondary schools in China's Mainland should reflect educational equity and high-quality development,pay more attention to the construction of teacher teams,emphasize students competency orientation,strengthen the overarching role of core curricula,and fully leverage the role of local characteristic curricula.

An Empirical Study on the Relationship between Physical Exercise and Social Anxiety among Junior High School Students:A Case Study of County Y,City L

As mental health issues among adolescents receive increasing attention,the impact of physical exercise on mental health has become prominent.In this paper,junior high school students in Luoding County and Yunan County of Yunfu are taken as participants.It employs a convenient sampling method to distribute questionnaires,utilizes relevant scales for measurement,and analyzes the data with the assistance of SPSS 26.0.The results indicate a significantly negative correlation between physical exercise and social anxiety.Overall,junior high school students in this region engage in relatively weak physical exercise,and their social anxiety is at a moderate level,with female students being more prone to anxiety.Left-behind children exhibit higher levels of social anxiety compared to non-left-behind children.There are notable differences among group characteristics,with social and cultural factors and physiological factors influencing gender differences,and the lack of family support affecting the social anxiety of left-behind children.This study provides a basis for intervening in psychological anxiety and other issues.It is suggested deepening the sports collaborative education mechanism,paying attention to the cultivation of social and emotional abilities of left-behind children,and using physical exercise to promote the development of students social adaptability.
