Despite the extensive application of advanced oxidation processes(AOPs)in water treatment,the efficiency of AOPs in eliminating various emerging contaminants such as halogenated antibiotics is constrained by a number ...Despite the extensive application of advanced oxidation processes(AOPs)in water treatment,the efficiency of AOPs in eliminating various emerging contaminants such as halogenated antibiotics is constrained by a number of factors.Halogen moieties exhibit strong resistance to oxidative radicals,affecting the dehalogenation and detoxification efficiencies.To address these limitations of AOPs,advanced reduction processes(ARPs)have been proposed.Herein,a novel nucleophilic reductant—namely,the carbon dioxide radical anion(CO_(2)^(·-))—is introduced for the simultaneous degradation,dehalogenation,and detoxification of florfenicol(FF),a typical halogenated antibiotic.The results demonstrate that FF is completely eliminated by CO_(2)^(·-),with approximately 100%of Cland 46%of Freleased after 120 min of treatment.Simultaneous detoxification is observed,which exhibits a linear response to the release of free inorganic halogen ions(R^(2)=0.97,p<0.01).The formation of halogen-free products is the primary reason for the superior detoxification performance of this method,in comparison with conventional hydroxyl-radical-based AOPs.Products identification and density functional theory(DFT)calculations reveal the underlying dehalogenation mechanism,in which the chlorine moiety of FF is more susceptible than other moieties to nucleophilic attack by CO_(2)^(·-).Moreover,CO_(2)^(·-)-based ARPs exhibit superior dehalogenation efficiencies(>75%)in degrading a series of halogenated antibiotics,including chloramphenicol(CAP),thiamphenicol(THA),diclofenac(DLF),triclosan(TCS),and ciprofloxacin(CIP).The system shows high tolerance to the pH of the solution and the presence of natural water constituents,and demonstrates an excellent degradation performance in actual groundwater,indicating the strong application potential of CO_(2)^(·-)-based ARPs in real life.Overall,this study elucidates the feasibility of CO_(2)^(·-)for the simultaneous degradation,dehalogenation,and detoxification of halogenated antibiotics and provides a promising method for their regulation during water or wastewater treatment.展开更多

Osteosarcoma is a very serious primary bone cancer with a high death rate and a dismal prognosis.Since there is no permanent therapy for this condition,it is necessary to develop a cure.Therefore,this investigation wa...Osteosarcoma is a very serious primary bone cancer with a high death rate and a dismal prognosis.Since there is no permanent therapy for this condition,it is necessary to develop a cure.Therefore,this investigation was carried out to assess the impacts and biological functions of hydroxysafflor yellow A(HYSA)in osteosarcoma cell lines(MG63).In this investigational study,MG63 cells were utilized.Microarray experiments,quantitative polymerase chain reaction(qPCR),immunofluorescent staining,extracellular acidification rate(ECAR),oxygen consumption rate(OCR),glucose consumption,lactate production,and ATP levels,proliferation assay,5-Ethynyl-2′-deoxyuridine(EDU)staining,and Western blot were performed.In MG63 cells,HYSA lowered cell proliferation and metastasis rates,suppressed EDU cell number,and enhanced caspase-3/9 activity levels.HYSA reduced the Warburg effect and induced ferroptosis(FPT)in MG63 cells.Inhibiting ferroptosis diminished HYSA’s anti-cancer activities in MG63 cells.The stimulation of the HIF-1α/SLC7A11 pathway decreased HYSA’s anti-cancer activities in MG63 cells.HIF-1αis one target spot for HYSA in a model of osteosarcoma cancer(OC).HYSA altered HIF-1α’s thermophoretic activity;following binding with HYSA,HIF-1α’s melting point increased from~55°C to~60°C.HYSA significantly enhanced the thermal stability of exogenous WT HIF-1αwhile not affecting Mut HIF-1α,suggesting that ARG-311,GLY-312,GLN-347,and GLN-387 may be involved in the interaction between HIF-1αand HYSA.Conclusively,our study revealed that HYSA induced FPT and reduced the Warburg effect of OC through mitochondrial damage by HIF-1α/HK2/SLC7A11 pathway.HYSA is a possible therapeutic option for OC or other cancers.展开更多

Aiming at the problems of insufficient flexibility of traditional defense methods and poor defense effects, The present work proposed a new dual detection method based on MODBUS RTU, which combines the dual monitoring mechanism of “Address Resolution Protocol (ARP) request detection” and “ARP response detection”. In order to improve detection efficiency, two real-time updated linear tables are introduced, which can effectively deal with the three ARP spoofing methods of updating the ARP buffer. Based on the analysis of the hidden dangers of the Modbus RTU wired communication protocol, a wired connection between the S7-1200 PLC and the variable frequency motor was established, and a real experimental platform was constructed to demonstrate the attack. The intensity of ARP attacks has gradually increased over time. Through comparative experiments with traditional defense methods, it is proved that the algorithm enhances the protocol mechanism in principle, and is more flexible and reliable than traditional methods.展开更多

In order to realize these projects with the common characteristics of intelligence, service, and green, a new manufacturing model, digital twin, is proposed, which combines the digital twin with industrial systems, that is, the industrial control virtualization system. However, due to the frequent occurrence of industrial control system security incidents in recent years, the industrial control virtualization system is vulnerable to attacks. The industrial control system is huge and cumbersome. Once attacked, it will cause consequences that affect the whole body. In response to this problem, this article carried out a research on DoS attack detection methods for Modbus TCP in OpenPLC, using OpenPLC as a tool for industrial control system virtualization, building a digital twin system with Raspberry Pi, and launching DoS attacks on the system, combined with Snort Intrusion detection is carried out, and the experimental results show that the built digital twin system can detect DoS attacks in OpenPLC.展开更多

Traditionally,universally used pelt bating technologies rely on the application of trypsin,neutral and alkaline microbial proteases but suffer from complicated operation,limited bating efficiency and unsatisfac-tory l...Traditionally,universally used pelt bating technologies rely on the application of trypsin,neutral and alkaline microbial proteases but suffer from complicated operation,limited bating efficiency and unsatisfac-tory leather performance.Therefore,devising a new pelt bating approach to achieve high bating efficiency and excellent leather performance has always been wished for by the leather industry.To pursue this goal,years of persistent research work enabled us to develop a novel approach for pelt bating by means of acidic proteases in pickling process.Initially,basic enzymatic characteristics and bating effectiveness of several typical acidic pro-teases in pelt pickling medium were investigated;then,the bating effectiveness through the quantitative charac-terization of protease activity of the optimal acidic protease was compared with that of the conventional bating enzyme.The results indicated that all of the selected acidic proteases had good salt-tolerance and exhibited optimum activity at pH 3.0–4.0.The novel pickling-bating method based on microbial origin acidic protease L80A led to an outstanding performance on pelt bating at the dosage of 150 U/mL of collagenolytic activity.The bating effectiveness of acidic protease L80A was comparable to and even better than that of trypsin BEM due to its mod-erate proteolytic ability.Moreover,the deep and even penetration of acidic protease in the pelt permitted it to produce soft,organoleptically stable and overall better quality crust leather than that of the conventional trypsin bating method.Additionally,pelt bating was performed along with the pickling process without extra inactiva-tion and washing operation,making the bating operation more efficient,economical,and environment friendly.Results had made us to conclude that this cutting-edge acidic proteases based pickling-bating method could be the first step/way forward to replace the decades-old traditional pelt bating technology.展开更多

文摘Traditionally,universally used pelt bating technologies rely on the application of trypsin,neutral and alkaline microbial proteases but suffer from complicated operation,limited bating efficiency and unsatisfac-tory leather performance.Therefore,devising a new pelt bating approach to achieve high bating efficiency and excellent leather performance has always been wished for by the leather industry.To pursue this goal,years of persistent research work enabled us to develop a novel approach for pelt bating by means of acidic proteases in pickling process.Initially,basic enzymatic characteristics and bating effectiveness of several typical acidic pro-teases in pelt pickling medium were investigated;then,the bating effectiveness through the quantitative charac-terization of protease activity of the optimal acidic protease was compared with that of the conventional bating enzyme.The results indicated that all of the selected acidic proteases had good salt-tolerance and exhibited optimum activity at pH 3.0–4.0.The novel pickling-bating method based on microbial origin acidic protease L80A led to an outstanding performance on pelt bating at the dosage of 150 U/mL of collagenolytic activity.The bating effectiveness of acidic protease L80A was comparable to and even better than that of trypsin BEM due to its mod-erate proteolytic ability.Moreover,the deep and even penetration of acidic protease in the pelt permitted it to produce soft,organoleptically stable and overall better quality crust leather than that of the conventional trypsin bating method.Additionally,pelt bating was performed along with the pickling process without extra inactiva-tion and washing operation,making the bating operation more efficient,economical,and environment friendly.Results had made us to conclude that this cutting-edge acidic proteases based pickling-bating method could be the first step/way forward to replace the decades-old traditional pelt bating technology.

文摘In the evaluation of graduation theses,teachers’evaluation criteria for graduation theses are inconsistent,subjective and not completely reasonable and fair.This paper proposes using the BERT model to analyze the existing graduation papers in colleges and universities and make quantitatively evaluate students’graduation projects according to the given relevant parameters.The purpose of this method is to use standards to make comprehensive,systematic and accurate evaluations and avoid the phenomenon of high repetition and similarity caused by a large number of teachers’comments.This can not only effectively improve the efficiency of graduation design evaluation but also improve the fairness of evaluation.In this paper,changing the review work of the graduation thesis from pure manual operation to machine review combined with manual operation can not only reduce manpower consumption but also make the review work more objective and fair,making it more objective on the basis of traditional subjective review.
