In this paper,given the shortcomings of jellyfish search algorithmwith low search ability in the early stage and easy to fall into local optimal solution,this paper introduces adaptive weight function and elite strate...In this paper,given the shortcomings of jellyfish search algorithmwith low search ability in the early stage and easy to fall into local optimal solution,this paper introduces adaptive weight function and elite strategy,improving the global search scope in the early stage and the ability to refine the local development in the later stage.In the numerical study,the benchmark problem of dimensional optimization with a 10-bar truss structure and simultaneous dimensional shape optimization with a 15-bar truss structure is adopted,and the corresponding penalty method is used for constraint treatment.The test results show that the improved jellyfish search algorithm can provide better truss sections as well as weights.Because when the steel main truss of the large-span covered bridge is lifted,the site is limited and the large lifting equipment cannot enter the site,and the original structure does not meet the problem of stress concentration and large deformation of the bolt group,so the spreader is used to lift,and the improved jellyfish search algorithm is introduced into the design optimization of the spreader.The results show that the improved jellyfish algorithm can efficiently and accurately find out the optimal shape and weight of the spreader,and throughMidas Civil simulation,the spreader used canmeet the requirements of weight and safety.展开更多
Background:Adolescent anxiety has a significant impact on physical and mental health,and overparenting is recognized as one of the major factors affecting adolescent anxiety.The objective of this study was to investig...Background:Adolescent anxiety has a significant impact on physical and mental health,and overparenting is recognized as one of the major factors affecting adolescent anxiety.The objective of this study was to investigate the relationship between overparenting and adolescent anxiety,while also examining the mediating role of cognitive avoidance.Methods:Data were collected through a cross-sectional survey with 1931 valid responses using the Overparenting Scale,the Cognitive Avoidance Scale,and the Anxiety Self-Rating Scale.A structural equation modelling approach was used to test the mediating role of cognitive avoidance between overparenting and adolescent anxiety and to reveal the underlying mechanisms.The significance of the mediating effect was assessed based on maximum likelihood estimation.Differences in the mediating role of cognitive avoidance in the male and female samples were comparatively analyzed in the mediation effect analysis.Results:The study’s findings reveal a significant positive correlation between overparenting and adolescent anxiety(p<0.01),between overparenting and cognitive avoidance(p<0.01),and between cognitive avoidance and adolescent anxiety(p<0.01).Cognitive avoidance mediated the relationship between overparenting and adolescent anxiety.Overparenting can not only directly predict adolescent anxiety but also indirectly predict it through the mediating role of cognitive avoidance.Conclusion:This study validates the direct effect of overparenting on adolescent anxiety and reveals the mechanism of cognitive avoidance as a mediator.展开更多
It is imperative to develop and implement newer,more effective strategies to address refractory diabetic wounds.As of now,there is currently no optimal solution for these wounds.Hypoxic human umbilical vein endothelia...It is imperative to develop and implement newer,more effective strategies to address refractory diabetic wounds.As of now,there is currently no optimal solution for these wounds.Hypoxic human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs)-derived exosomes have been postulated to promote diabetic wound healing,however,its effect and molecular mechanism need further study.In this study,we aimed to investigate whether hypoxic exosomes enhance wound healing in diabetics.Based on our high-throughput sequencing,differentially expressed lncRNAs(including 64 upregulated lncRNAs and 94 downregulated lncRNAs)were found in hypoxic exosomes compared to normoxic exosomes.Interestingly,lncHAR1B was one of the prominently upregulated lncRNAs in hypoxic exosomes,showing a notable correlation with diabetic wound healing.More specifically,hypoxic exosomes were transmitted to surrounding cells,which resulted in a significant increase in lncHAR1B level,thereby relieving the dysfunction of endothelial cells and promoting the switch from M1 to M2 macrophages under high glucose conditions.Mechanistically,lncHAR1B directly interacted with the transcription factor basic helix-loop-helix family member e23(BHLHE23),which subsequently led to its binding to the KLF transcription factor 4(KLF4)and promoted KLF4 expression.In our in vivo experiments,the use of hypoxic exosomes-loaded HGM-QCS hydrogels(Gel-H-Exos)resulted in rapid wound healing compared to that of normoxic exosomes-loaded HGM-QCS hydrogels(Gel-N-Exos)and diabetic groups.Consequently,our study provides potentially novel therapeutic approaches aimed at accelerating wound healing and developing a practical exosomes delivery platform.展开更多
