This study develops low-fat microwaved peanut snacks(LMPS)using partially defatted peanuts(PDP)with different defatting ratios,catering to people’s pursuit of healthy,low-fat cuisine.The effects of defatting treatmen...This study develops low-fat microwaved peanut snacks(LMPS)using partially defatted peanuts(PDP)with different defatting ratios,catering to people’s pursuit of healthy,low-fat cuisine.The effects of defatting treatment on the structural characteristics,texture,color,and nutrient composition of LMPS were comprehensively explored.The structural characteristics of LMPS were characterized using X-ray micro-computed tomography(Micro-CT)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results demonstrated that the porosity,pore number,pore volume,brightness,brittleness,protein content,and total sugar content of LMPS all significantly increased(P<0.05)with the increase in the defatting ratio.At the micro level,porous structure,cell wall rupture,and loss of intracellular material could be observed in LMPS after defatting treatments.LMPS made from PDP with a defatting ratio of 64.44%had the highest internal pore structural parameters(porosity 59%,pore number 85.3×10^(5),pore volume 68.23 mm3),the brightest color(L^(*) 78.39±0.39),the best brittleness(3.64±0.21)mm^(–1)),and the best nutrition(high protein content,(34.02±0.38)%;high total sugar content,(17.45±0.59)%;low-fat content,(27.58±0.85)%).The study provides a theoretical basis for the quality improvement of LMPS.展开更多

To develop holistic nursing in pediatrics is to develop nursing services for the purpose of satisfying the various clinical needs and psychological nursing of children. It is of great significance to establish holistic nursing concept, provide high quality nursing service for hospitalized children, and take targeted psychological intervention to alleviate their adverse psychological stress, which can improve treatment compliance and clinical efficacy, and shorten the length of hospital stay. In this paper, scientific and effective psychological nursing stress intervention means are used to improve the psychological anti-stress level of hospitalized children, and nursing intervention means are put forward, contribute to the maintenance of children’s mental health and the development of children’s mental health work and also to provide a theoretical basis for the intervention and treatment of children with psychological stress.展开更多
Tourist preferences are important for the high-quality planning and design of recreation spaces.The famous scenic locale of West Lake in Hangzhou,China,is used as an example in this study.Based on multi-source data(e....Tourist preferences are important for the high-quality planning and design of recreation spaces.The famous scenic locale of West Lake in Hangzhou,China,is used as an example in this study.Based on multi-source data(e.g.,online comments,and tourist photographs),we used content analysis,kernel density estimation,and image semantic segmentation technology to determine the spatial distribution of tourists’landscape preferences.We analyzed these spatial sight characteristics from the viewpoint,sight distance,and perspectives.The results show that tourists’landscape preferences are mainly concentrated on landscape architecture for recreation.The viewpoints of these preferences are concentrated in the north-south embankmentdfar beyond that of the east-west embankment.The preferences also show a spatial sequence in terms of sight distance,and the best visual effect is the open platform at the north and south islands of Xiaoyingzhou.From the perspective of vision,the degree of spatial openness in the tourists’landscape preferences is proportional to the distance of vision;the two factors have a convergent relationship.The discussion of the characteristics of tourists’landscape preference and space sight creation in Xiaoyingzhou provides a reference for the quality improvement of island recreation space.展开更多

High-performance dielectrics are widely used in high-power systems,electric vehicles,and aerospace,as key materials for capacitor devices.Such application scenarios under these extreme conditions require ultra-high st...High-performance dielectrics are widely used in high-power systems,electric vehicles,and aerospace,as key materials for capacitor devices.Such application scenarios under these extreme conditions require ultra-high stability and reliability of the dielectrics.Herein,a novel pyrochlore component with high-entropy design of Bi1.5Zn_(0.75)Mg_(0.25)Nb_(0.75)Ta_(0.75)O_(7)(BZMNT)bulk endows an excellent energy storage performance of Wrec≈2.72 J/cm3 together with an ultra-high energy efficiency of 91%at a significant enhanced electric field Eb of 650 kV/cm.Meanwhile,the temperature coefficient(TCC)of BZMNT(~−220 ppm/℃)is also found to be greatly improved compared with that of the pure Bi1.5ZnNb1.5O7(BZN)(~−300 ppm/℃),demonstrating its potential application in temperature-reliable conditions.The high-entropy design results in lattice distortion that contributes to the polarization,while the retardation effect results in a reduction of grain size to submicron scale which enhances the Eb.The high-entropy design provides a new strategy for improving the high energy storage performance of ceramic materials.展开更多
The chemical composition obviously affects the surface wettability of a three-dimensional(3D)graphene material apart from its surface energy and microstructure.In the hydrothermal preparation,the heteroatom doping cha...The chemical composition obviously affects the surface wettability of a three-dimensional(3D)graphene material apart from its surface energy and microstructure.In the hydrothermal preparation,the heteroatom doping changes the chemical composition and wettability of the 3D graphene material.To realize the controllable surface wettability of graphene materials,aminobenzene sulfonic acid(ABSA)was selected as a typical doping agent for the preparation of nitrogen and sulfur co-doped 3D graphene foam(SNGF)using a hydrothermal method.Different from using o-ABSA or p-ABSA as the dopant,SNGF with tunable surface wettability is obtained only when m-ABSA is used.This result indicates that the substituent position of-SO3H group in the benzene ring of ABSA is rather important for the tunable wettability.This work provides some theo retical foundations for dopant selection and some new insights in manipulating the properties of 3D graphene foams by adjusting the configuration of dopants.展开更多
In this work, three dimensional phytic acid-induced graphene coating was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis and fabricated on a stainless-steel wire using physical coating method as a solid phase microextraction (SPM...In this work, three dimensional phytic acid-induced graphene coating was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis and fabricated on a stainless-steel wire using physical coating method as a solid phase microextraction (SPME) coating. The graphene coating revealed high specific surface area, extraordinary electrical conductivity and excellent chemical stability. Coupled with gas chromatography-flame ionization detector (GC-FID), the home-made phytic acid-induced graphene SPME fiber exhibited excellent extraction efficiency for the analysis of nerolidol in tea samples. Under the optimized conditions, the linear range of working curve was found to be 1-1000 ng/g, and the limit of detection of nerolidol was 0.18 ng/g. The coefficient variation of repeatability for each single fiber and reproducibility for fiber to fiber was less than 3.9Yg and 8.3~, respectively.展开更多
