The expansion of agricultural function is one of the important means for modern agricultural projects to promote agricultural economic benefits. Successful modern agricultural projects require good creative ideas and design programs. While developing high-efficient modern agricultural production activities,we should fully explore the intangible value of agricultural production activities,combine agriculture with agricultural products,natural conditions,cultural conception and other effective resources,to expand agricultural functions,and promote comprehensive benefits. In order to build a sustainable modern agricultural project operation system,Naya Mountain Villa project planning is taken as an example for analysis. Naya Mountain Villa began construction in 2011; the creative planning based on the agricultural expansion function was carried out in 2013; it had successful access to the capital market in 2015. The project realizes the effective integration of agricultural production system and agricultural function expansion,constructs a set of long-term stable profiting models,and lays an important foundation for entering the capital market. The project is a representative example of the function-expanding modern agricultural project. Through the analysis of the design ideas of the project,this paper discusses the function expansion elements of basic resources,public welfare and agricultural function expansion methods,the formation of general ideas,source and construction logic of creative thinking,and summarizes and abstracts some inspiring design methods of agricultural function expansion. Through the analysis of the key points in the design of the specific technical aspects of the project,this paper provides a reference for solving common difficult problems in the practical design. The summary and refinement of the thinking logic,thinking construction and specific design method of the project is inspiring and repeatable to some extent,which can provide reference for the relevant researchers. 展开更多

Discussion on wind factor influencing the distribution of biological soil crusts on surface of sand dunes

Biological soil crusts are widely distributed in arid and semi-arid regions, whose formation and development have an important impact on the restoration process of the desert ecosystem. In order to explore the relationship between surface airflow and development characteristics of biological soil crusts, we studied surface airflow pattern and development characteristics of biological soil crusts on the fixed dune profile through field observation. Results indicate that the speed of near-surface airflow is the lowest at the foot of windward slope and the highest at the crest, showing an increasing trend from the foot to the crest. At the leeward side, although near-surface airflow increases slightly at the lower part of the slope after an initial sudden decrease at upper part of the slope, its overall trend decreases from the crest. Wind velocity variation coefficient varied at different heights over each observation site. The thickness, shear strength of biological soil crusts and percentage of fine particles at crusts layer decreased from the slope foot to the upper part, showing that biological soil crusts are less developed in high wind speed areas and well developed in low wind speed areas. It can be seen that there is a close relationship between the distribution of biological soil crusts in different parts of the dunes and changes in airflow due to geomorphologic variation. 展开更多

形态演变特征能够反映植物体对环境变化的适应策略。为了解藓类植物适应干旱沙区环境演变的形态变化特征,以腾格里沙漠东南缘人工固沙植被区内的真藓(Bryum argenteum)、土生对齿藓(Didymodon vinealis)和齿肋赤藓(Syntrichia caninerv... 形态演变特征能够反映植物体对环境变化的适应策略。为了解藓类植物适应干旱沙区环境演变的形态变化特征,以腾格里沙漠东南缘人工固沙植被区内的真藓(Bryum argenteum)、土生对齿藓(Didymodon vinealis)和齿肋赤藓(Syntrichia caninervis)为研究对象,采用空间代时间的方法,解析了不同植被年龄区(35、41、66年)的藓类植物在叶片、个体、种群和群落水平的形态特征和数量特征的变化规律。结果表明:随着植被年龄的增加,3种藓的形态性状呈现出一定的差异性。突出体现在土生对齿藓的叶面积、叶尖长和株高不断下降,而真藓和齿肋赤藓表现出非持续性变化,这可能与种内和种间的资源竞争有关。尽管如此,从整体特征来看,腾格里沙漠人工固沙植被区藓类植物在生态系统修复过程中普遍经历了由茎叶体小、密度大向茎叶体大、密度小的演变趋势。 展开更多

For wild natural medicine,unanticipated biodiversity as species or varieties with similar morphological characteristics and sympatric distribution may co-exist in a single batch of medical materials,which affects the efficacy and safety of clinical medication.DNA barcoding as an effective species identification tool is limited by its low sample throughput nature.In this study,combining DNA minibarcode,DNA metabarcoding and species delimitation method,a novel biological sources consistency evaluation strategy was proposed,and high level of interspecific and intraspecific variations were observed and validated among 5376 Amynthas samples from 19 sampling points regarded as"Guang Dilong"and 25 batches of proprietary Chinese medicines.Besides Amynthas aspergillum as the authentic source,8 other Molecular Operational Taxonomic Units(MOTUs)were elucidated.Significantly,even the subgroups within A.aspergillum revealed here differ significantly on chemical compositions and biological activity.Fortunately,this biodiversity could be controlled when the collection was limited to designated areas,as proved by 2796"decoction pieces"samples.This batch biological identification method should be introduced as a novel concept regarding natural medicine quality control,and to offer guidelines for in-situ conservation and breeding bases construction of wild natural medicine. 展开更多

Micro-LEDs are one of the most promising candidates for next-generation displays,yet they are inconvenienced by the efficiency reduction induced by the sidewall defects when pursuing further scaled-down device dimensions.We have systematically investigated both the size and temporal dependence of micro-LEDs.Micro-LED arrays with a mesa size ranging from 7 to 100μm were prepared for display purposes.The luminance and external quantum efficiency(EQE)were measured and discussed.Surprisingly,micro-LED arrays with a smaller mesa size exhibit a higher EQE under 100 ns pulse duration operation when compared with longer pulse duration operations.Under certain short-pulsed excitation,a 7×7μm^(2)micro-LED array even exhibits a>20%higher EQE as compared to the direct current(DC)or the long duration pulse operation condition.We thus concluded that the notorious efficiency reduction induced by sidewall defects in small-sized micro-LED arrays could be significantly reduced by applying short-pulse voltages. 展开更多

Polymerase chain reaction-denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis(PCR-DGGE)technique was employed to examine the seasonal dynamic changes in bacterial community composition in the Inner Mongolia desert steppe using specific primers F954 and R1369.Bright and reproducible bands were sequenced,and the phylogenic tree was constructed.The results show that the bacterial community composition changed between different seasons.The specific bands were different between the sampling sites with light and heavy levels of degraded grassland.Three main types of bacteria constituting the microbial community in the Inner Mongolia desert steppe belonged to the α,γ and δ-sub phyla of Proteobacteria,Bacteroidetes and Acidobacteria.The unculturable bacteria accounted for 69%of the whole bacterial community of the Inner Mongolia desert steppe. 展开更多
