Human bocavirus(HBoV)1 is considered an important pathogen that mainly affects infants aged 6–24 months,but preventing viral transmission in resource-limited regions through rapid and affordable on-site diagnosis of ...Human bocavirus(HBoV)1 is considered an important pathogen that mainly affects infants aged 6–24 months,but preventing viral transmission in resource-limited regions through rapid and affordable on-site diagnosis of individuals with early infection of HBoV1 remains somewhat challenging.Herein,we present a novel faster,lower cost,reliable method for the detection of HBoV1,which integrates a recombinase polymerase amplification(RPA)assay with the CRISPR/Cas12a system,designated the RPA-Cas12a-fluorescence assay.The RPA-Cas12a-fluorescence system can specifically detect target gene levels as low as 0.5 copies of HBoV1 plasmid DNA per microliter within 40 min at 37℃without the need for sophisticated instruments.The method also demonstrates excellent specificity without cross-reactivity to non-target pathogens.Furthermore,the method was appraised using 28 clinical samples,and displayed high accuracy with positive and negative predictive agreement of 90.9%and 100%,respectively.Therefore,our proposed rapid and sensitive HBoV1 detection method,the RPA-Cas12a-fluorescence assay,shows promising potential for early on-site diagnosis of HBoV1 infection in the fields of public health and health care.The established RPA-Cas12a-fluorescence assay is rapid and reliable method for human bocavirus 1 detection.The RPA-Cas12a-fluorescence assay can be completed within 40 min with robust specificity and sensitivity of 0.5 copies/μl.展开更多
For electric vehicles (EVs),it is necessary to improve endurance mileage by improving the efficiency.There exists a trend towards increasing the system voltage and switching frequency,contributing to improve charging ...For electric vehicles (EVs),it is necessary to improve endurance mileage by improving the efficiency.There exists a trend towards increasing the system voltage and switching frequency,contributing to improve charging speed and power density.However,this trend poses significant challenges for high-voltage and high-frequency motor controllers,which are plagued by increased switching losses and pronounced switching oscillations as consequences of hard switching.The deployment of soft switching technology presents a viable solution to mitigate these issues.This paper reviews the applications of soft switching technologies for three-phase inverters and classifies them based on distinct characteristics.For each type of inverter,the advantages and disadvantages are evaluated.Then,the paper introduces the research progress and control methods of soft switching inverters (SSIs).Moreover,it presents a comparative analysis among the conventional hard switching inverters (HSIs),an active clamping resonant DC link inverter (ACRDCLI) and an auxiliary resonant commuted pole inverter (ARCPI).Finally,the problems and prospects of soft switching technology applied to motor controllers for EVs are put forward.展开更多

Methods 20 consecutive patients(5 men and 15 women) with ruptured BBAs underwent EVT using a Willis covered stent in two institutions from March 2013 to March 2018. Clinical observations, angiographic characteristics, and procedural and follow-up outcomes were retrospectively evaluated. Results 20 consecutive patients(5 men and 15 women) with ruptured BBAs underwent EVT using a Willis covered stent in two institutions from March 2013 to March 2018. Clinical observations, angiographic characteristics, and procedural and follow-up outcomes were retrospectively evaluated. Conclusion Our initial results demonstrate that reconstructive EVT using a Willis covered stent provides a viable approach to treat ICA BBAs. However, an expanded clinical evaluation and larger cohort are needed to confirm the results.展开更多
Background:Symptomatic vertebral artery dissecting aneurysm(VADA)is a challenging disease with controversy on treatment strategy due to anatomic configuration and their nature.Moreover,the outcomes of reconstructive t...Background:Symptomatic vertebral artery dissecting aneurysm(VADA)is a challenging disease with controversy on treatment strategy due to anatomic configuration and their nature.Moreover,the outcomes of reconstructive treatment have not been well established.Objective:To evaluate the safety and efficacy of reconstructive endovascular treatment(EVT)for symptomatic VADAs with Willis covered stent.Methods:We evaluated retrospectively 13 patients with symptomatic VADAs who treated with Willis covered stent,compared with stent-assisted coiling(SAC)on the characteristics,posttreatment course,angiographic and clinical follow-up outcomes at an average of 14.4 months(range,3-48 months).Results:A total of 33 patients with symptomatic VADAs were reviewed,23 of these patients with ruptured VADAs.The technical successful rate is 100%respectively in Willis covered stent(Group A)and SAC(Group B,n=20).The initial complete occlusion rate was significant higher in group A(100%)than group B(30%)(p<0.01).Major procedure-related complications were not significant different in the two groups.Serial follow-up angiograms revealed 5 recurrent VADAs in group B and no recurrence in group A(p>0.05).No obvious in-stent stenosis and no re-hemorrhage and delayed ischemic symptoms during the follow-up period.The final angiograms of all survived patients demonstrated the complete occlusion rate was higher in group A(100%)than group B(80%),but no significant statistical difference(p>0.05).Clinical outcomes were favorable in 31(93.9%),severe disability occurred in one in group B,and only one death in group A.The final clinical outcomes were also not significant difference in the two groups(p>0.05).Conclusions:Our initial result demonstrated reconstructive EVT with Willis covered stent provides a viable approach for selected symptomatic VADAs involving the intracranial and extracranial segments,which is similar to favorable results with SAC.However,an expanded clinical experiences and larger cohort studies are needed.展开更多
Coaxial-disk transitions can generate non-uniform magnetic fields and abrupt impedance variations in magnetically insulated transmission lines(MITLs),resulting in disturbed electron flow and non-negligible current los...Coaxial-disk transitions can generate non-uniform magnetic fields and abrupt impedance variations in magnetically insulated transmission lines(MITLs),resulting in disturbed electron flow and non-negligible current loss.In this paper,3 D particle-in-cell simulations are conducted with UNPIC-3 d to investigate the current loss mechanism and the influence of the input parameters of the coaxial-disk transition on current loss in an MITL system.The results reveal that the magnetic field non-uniformity causes major current loss in the MITL after the coaxialdisk transition,and the non-uniformity decreases with the distance away from the transition.The uniformity of the magnetic field is improved when increasing the number of feed lines of a linear transformer driver-based accelerator with coaxial-disk transitions.The number of input feed lines should be no less than four in the azimuthal distribution to obtain acceptable uniformity of the magnetic field.To make the ratio of the current loss to the total current of the accelerator less than 2%at peak anode current,the ratio of the current in each feed line to the total current should be no less than 8%.展开更多

Objective:To investigate the effect of Benner Pury on Endothelial progenitor cells(EPCs)proliferation,migration,adhesion,apoptosis and oxidative stress in vitro from patients with hypertension and its time dependence....Objective:To investigate the effect of Benner Pury on Endothelial progenitor cells(EPCs)proliferation,migration,adhesion,apoptosis and oxidative stress in vitro from patients with hypertension and its time dependence.Methods:The patients who were diagnosed as hypertension grade 1 according to the standard“Guidelines for Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension”were enrolled.Mononuclear cells were isolated by density gradient centrifugation and stained with fluorescence chemical acetylated low density lipoprotein marked with DiI(acLDL-DiI)and fluorescein isothiocyanate(FITC)-lectin.Double staining positive cells were considered as the differentiation of EPCs.The control group included healthy subjects matched with study group in age,gender.EPCs cultivated for 5 days were used for study.Cells harvested at different set times under the stimulation of Benner Pury,and the EPCs proliferation,migration,adhesion ability,apoptosis and oxidative stress indicators were detected respectively.Results:(1)Compared with the control group,peripheral blood EPCs proliferation,migration and adhesion ability were ob-viously decreased in the hypertension group(p<.01),EPCs apoptosis rate and oxidative stress response were significantly increased(p<.01).(2)Benner Pury significantly increased the EPCs proliferation,migration,adhesion ability and improved apoptosis and oxidative stress reaction in a time-dependent manner.Conclusions:Benner Pury can improve the EPCs proliferation,migration,adhesion,apoptosis and oxidative stress in patients with hypertension in a time-dependent manner.展开更多

Methods: A total of 100 patients with essential hypertension, who were trea...Objective: To explore characteristics and influencing factors for blood pressure variability (BPV) in aged patients with H type hypertension. Methods: A total of 100 patients with essential hypertension, who were treated in our hospital from December 2012 to Decem-ber 2013, were selected. According to serum level of homocysteine (Hcy), patients were divided into pure hypertension group (n = 42, Hcy < 15.4 μmol/L) and H type hypertension group. All patients received 24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (24hABPM), and BPV indexes were recorded and compared between two groups. Correlation among BPV indexes and general data were analyzed, and multi-factor linear regression analysis was used to analyze influencing factors for BPV indexes. Results: Compared with pure hypertension group, there were significant increases in 24 h systolic blood pressure standard deviation [24hSSD, (12.80 ± 2.23) vs. (16.01 ± 3.11)], daytime SSD [dSSD, (11.58 ± 2.30) vs. (13.86 ± 2.26)] and nighttime SSD [nSSD, (9.41 ± 1.64) vs. (11.71 ± 2.34)] in H type hypertension group, p < .05 or p < .01. Pearson correlation analysis showed that Hcy, total cholesterol (TC) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were significantly positively correlated with 24hSSD, dSSD and nSSD (r = 0.201-0.508, p < .05 or p < .01). Multivariate linear regression analysis indicated that Hcy and TC were significantly positively correlated with 24hSSD, dSSD and nSSD (B = 0.194-0.546, p < .05 or p < .01). Conclusions: Systolic BPV in aged patients with H type hypertension was significantly higher than that of patients with pure hypertension, their serum Hcy level, TC elevating level were significantly positively correlated with systolic BPV and were major influencing factors for BPV in these patients.展开更多

Methods: According to the inclusion criteria, a total of 564 inpatients...Objective: To understand the prevalence of anxiety and depression in medical patients in general hospitals and find out main influencing factors. Methods: According to the inclusion criteria, a total of 564 inpatients from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University were selected during January to June of 2015. Patients were assessed for anxiety and/or depression by use of Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS), Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMAS) and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMDS). Meanwhile, final diagnosis was made on the basis of diagnostic criteria listed in Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders - Fourth Edition (DSM-IV). Results: In different departments, the positive rate (HADS ≥ 8) was the highest in Department of Oncology (45.42%), and the lowest in Department of Gastroenterology (16.05%). After assessment with the help of HAMD and HAMA, the prevalence of anxiety/depression was the highest in Department of Oncology (46.43%), and the lowest in Department of Gastroenterology (16.05%). There was no statistical significance in diagnostic results acquired from HAMD and HAMA (p = .071). Two types of diagnostic methods were highly consistent (κ = 0.852, p = .000). Inpatients aged from 40 to 59 years, with junior high school education or below, very tiring work, poor marital status (separated, divorced, widowed), unharmonious family, low personal income, completely self-paying and family history of anxiety and depression, currently unable to take care of themselves were more prone to anxiety and depression (p < .05). Conclusions: The prevalence of anxiety and depression in medical patients in general hospitals is high due to many influencing factors. It is necessary to establish an effective diagnosis and treatment system for anxiety and depression, in order to make patients easy to receive an early and comprehensive treatment and improve their life quality.展开更多

In principle, it is possible to transform a 2.45 GHz source radiation to an arbitrary larger frequency radiation. The energy conversion is also obtained by the theoretical analysis and has been testified by PIC simulation. The source wave was propagating in a parallel plate waveguide locally filled with the ionized gas. In this paper we would discuss the effects of the rise time, the plasma length, the switching time and the collision frequency on the energy conversion, and the methods to improve the upshift wave energy are proposed. We also put forward the new concept of the critical values of the rise time and the source wave amplitude to provide a theoretical basis for the selection of parameters in the experiments.展开更多

Objective:To explore the recent influences of pacemaker with automatic search function of atrial hysteresis on atrial arrhythmias,and to evaluate it clinical efficacy and safety.Methods:Indentify ADx DDD 5286 implante...Objective:To explore the recent influences of pacemaker with automatic search function of atrial hysteresis on atrial arrhythmias,and to evaluate it clinical efficacy and safety.Methods:Indentify ADx DDD 5286 implanted dual chamber pacemaker for sick sinus syndrome in 43 cases.Automatic search of atrial lag was not opened with after pacemaker implantation,and the pacemaker settings were kept.Follow-up program after 3 months,DDD mode with automatic search of atrial lag was opened,and this mode was followed up for 6 months,comparing the atrial pacing percentage and DCG atrial tachyarrhythmias of pacemaker implantation to opening atrium lag mode.Results:Compared with the preoperative and operative 3 months later,dynamic electrocardiogram(DCG)24 h showed that the number of atrial premature beats(APB)and atrial tachycardia,atrial fibrillation(AF)array increased(p<.05);the cases of APB,atrial tachycardia and AF episodes were also increased(p<.05).Compared with the automatic search function in atrial hysteresis model opened with and not opened:atrial pacing percentage decreased[0.54(0.41,0.71)vs.0.82(0.65,0.93),p<.05];DCG 24 h showed that the number of APB,AF episodes was reduced(p<.05).Conclusions:Automation search function in atrial hysteresis model can obviously reduce the proportion of atrial pacing,reduce the occurrence of atrial arrhythmias;opened with automatic search function in atrial hysteresis model was safe and reliable.展开更多

The Longmenshan fault, which defines the eastern edge of the Tibetan Plateau, is one of the steepest margins of the plateau with a sharp elevation drop of about 4 km over a distance less than 100 km across the Longmen...The Longmenshan fault, which defines the eastern edge of the Tibetan Plateau, is one of the steepest margins of the plateau with a sharp elevation drop of about 4 km over a distance less than 100 km across the Longmenshan fault. The mechanism which is responsible for controlling and maintaining the elevation difference is highly debated. Using multiple observations including seismic velocity model, Moho depth, effective elastic thickness of the lithosphere, we conducted a quantitative study for elucidating the contributions from crust and lithospheric mantle by an integrated analysis of lithospheric isostasy and flexure. It is shown that the topography of the Longmenshan fault is supported by both lithospheric isostasy and flexure statically, and lower crustal channel flow and mantle convection dynamically. Different mechanisms have different weights for contribution to the topography of the Songpan-Ganzi block and the Sichuan Basin. The static and dynamic support contribute roughly the same to the topographic difference of ~4 km between the two sides of the Longmenshan fault. The static topographic difference of ~2 km is mainly resulted from the lithospheric isostasy, while the dynamic one of ~2 km is contributed by the uprising of the accumulated material in the lower crust beneath the Songpan-Ganzi block and the downward drag force caused by the upper mantle convection under the Sichuan Basin. It is thus suggested that the lower crustal flow and upper mantle convection are dynamic forces which should be taken into account in the studies on the dynamics in the Longmenshan and surrounding regions.展开更多
A Dirac point is a linear band crossing point originally used to describe unusual transport properties of materials like graphene.In recent years,there has been a surge of exploration of type-II Dirac/Weyl points usin...A Dirac point is a linear band crossing point originally used to describe unusual transport properties of materials like graphene.In recent years,there has been a surge of exploration of type-II Dirac/Weyl points using various engineered platforms including photonic crystals,waveguide arrays,metasurfaces,magnetized plasma and polariton micropillars,aiming toward relativistic quantum emulation and understanding of exotic topological phenomena.Such endeavors,however,have focused mainly on linear topological states in real or synthetic Dirac/Weyl materials.We propose and demonstrate nonlinear valley Hall edge(VHE)states in laserwritten anisotropic photonic lattices hosting innately the type-Ⅱ Dirac points.These self-trapped VHE states,manifested as topological gap quasi-solitons that can move along a domain wall unidirectionally without changing their profiles,are independent of external magnetic fields or complex longitudinal modulations,and thus are superior in comparison with previously reported topological edge solitons.Our finding may provide a route for understanding nonlinear phenomena in systems with type-Ⅱ Dirac points that violate the Lorentz invariance and may bring about possibilities for subsequent technological development in light field manipulation and photonic devices.展开更多
Rabi oscillation,an interband oscillation,describes periodic motion between two states that belong to different energy levels,in the presence of an oscillatory driving field.In photonics,Rabi oscillations can be mimic...Rabi oscillation,an interband oscillation,describes periodic motion between two states that belong to different energy levels,in the presence of an oscillatory driving field.In photonics,Rabi oscillations can be mimicked by applying a weak longitudinal periodic modulation to the refractive index.However,the Rabi oscillations of nonlinear states have yet to be introduced.We report the Rabi oscillations of azimuthons—spatially modulated vortex solitons—in weakly nonlinear waveguides with different symmetries.The period of the Rabi oscillations can be determined by applying the coupled mode theory,which largely depends on the modulation strength.Whether the Rabi oscillations between two states can be obtained or not is determined by the spatial symmetry of the azimuthons and the modulating potential.Our results not only deepen the understanding of the Rabi oscillation phenomena,but also provide a new avenue in the study of pattern formation and spatial field manipulation in nonlinear optical systems.展开更多

文摘For electric vehicles (EVs),it is necessary to improve endurance mileage by improving the efficiency.There exists a trend towards increasing the system voltage and switching frequency,contributing to improve charging speed and power density.However,this trend poses significant challenges for high-voltage and high-frequency motor controllers,which are plagued by increased switching losses and pronounced switching oscillations as consequences of hard switching.The deployment of soft switching technology presents a viable solution to mitigate these issues.This paper reviews the applications of soft switching technologies for three-phase inverters and classifies them based on distinct characteristics.For each type of inverter,the advantages and disadvantages are evaluated.Then,the paper introduces the research progress and control methods of soft switching inverters (SSIs).Moreover,it presents a comparative analysis among the conventional hard switching inverters (HSIs),an active clamping resonant DC link inverter (ACRDCLI) and an auxiliary resonant commuted pole inverter (ARCPI).Finally,the problems and prospects of soft switching technology applied to motor controllers for EVs are put forward.

文摘Background Despite the current availability of flow diverter devices(FDD), problems remains regarding optimal endovascular treatment(EVT) for blood blister-like aneurysms(BBAs) of the internal carotid artery(ICA). Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of EVT of BBAs in the ICA with a Willis covered stent. Methods 20 consecutive patients(5 men and 15 women) with ruptured BBAs underwent EVT using a Willis covered stent in two institutions from March 2013 to March 2018. Clinical observations, angiographic characteristics, and procedural and follow-up outcomes were retrospectively evaluated. Results 20 consecutive patients(5 men and 15 women) with ruptured BBAs underwent EVT using a Willis covered stent in two institutions from March 2013 to March 2018. Clinical observations, angiographic characteristics, and procedural and follow-up outcomes were retrospectively evaluated. Conclusion Our initial results demonstrate that reconstructive EVT using a Willis covered stent provides a viable approach to treat ICA BBAs. However, an expanded clinical evaluation and larger cohort are needed to confirm the results.

文摘Background:Symptomatic vertebral artery dissecting aneurysm(VADA)is a challenging disease with controversy on treatment strategy due to anatomic configuration and their nature.Moreover,the outcomes of reconstructive treatment have not been well established.Objective:To evaluate the safety and efficacy of reconstructive endovascular treatment(EVT)for symptomatic VADAs with Willis covered stent.Methods:We evaluated retrospectively 13 patients with symptomatic VADAs who treated with Willis covered stent,compared with stent-assisted coiling(SAC)on the characteristics,posttreatment course,angiographic and clinical follow-up outcomes at an average of 14.4 months(range,3-48 months).Results:A total of 33 patients with symptomatic VADAs were reviewed,23 of these patients with ruptured VADAs.The technical successful rate is 100%respectively in Willis covered stent(Group A)and SAC(Group B,n=20).The initial complete occlusion rate was significant higher in group A(100%)than group B(30%)(p<0.01).Major procedure-related complications were not significant different in the two groups.Serial follow-up angiograms revealed 5 recurrent VADAs in group B and no recurrence in group A(p>0.05).No obvious in-stent stenosis and no re-hemorrhage and delayed ischemic symptoms during the follow-up period.The final angiograms of all survived patients demonstrated the complete occlusion rate was higher in group A(100%)than group B(80%),but no significant statistical difference(p>0.05).Clinical outcomes were favorable in 31(93.9%),severe disability occurred in one in group B,and only one death in group A.The final clinical outcomes were also not significant difference in the two groups(p>0.05).Conclusions:Our initial result demonstrated reconstructive EVT with Willis covered stent provides a viable approach for selected symptomatic VADAs involving the intracranial and extracranial segments,which is similar to favorable results with SAC.However,an expanded clinical experiences and larger cohort studies are needed.

文摘Coaxial-disk transitions can generate non-uniform magnetic fields and abrupt impedance variations in magnetically insulated transmission lines(MITLs),resulting in disturbed electron flow and non-negligible current loss.In this paper,3 D particle-in-cell simulations are conducted with UNPIC-3 d to investigate the current loss mechanism and the influence of the input parameters of the coaxial-disk transition on current loss in an MITL system.The results reveal that the magnetic field non-uniformity causes major current loss in the MITL after the coaxialdisk transition,and the non-uniformity decreases with the distance away from the transition.The uniformity of the magnetic field is improved when increasing the number of feed lines of a linear transformer driver-based accelerator with coaxial-disk transitions.The number of input feed lines should be no less than four in the azimuthal distribution to obtain acceptable uniformity of the magnetic field.To make the ratio of the current loss to the total current of the accelerator less than 2%at peak anode current,the ratio of the current in each feed line to the total current should be no less than 8%.
文摘Microwave frequency downshift in the time-varying collision plasma has been demonstrated by particle-in-cell simulations.The simulation results are consistent with the theoretical analysis,and the preconditions for microwave frequency downshift are that the collision frequency needs to be greater than the incident wave frequency,and the plasma frequency is two times greater than the incident wave frequency.Finally,the simulation results are compared with the reported experimental results indicating good agreement.
文摘Objective:To investigate the effect of Benner Pury on Endothelial progenitor cells(EPCs)proliferation,migration,adhesion,apoptosis and oxidative stress in vitro from patients with hypertension and its time dependence.Methods:The patients who were diagnosed as hypertension grade 1 according to the standard“Guidelines for Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension”were enrolled.Mononuclear cells were isolated by density gradient centrifugation and stained with fluorescence chemical acetylated low density lipoprotein marked with DiI(acLDL-DiI)and fluorescein isothiocyanate(FITC)-lectin.Double staining positive cells were considered as the differentiation of EPCs.The control group included healthy subjects matched with study group in age,gender.EPCs cultivated for 5 days were used for study.Cells harvested at different set times under the stimulation of Benner Pury,and the EPCs proliferation,migration,adhesion ability,apoptosis and oxidative stress indicators were detected respectively.Results:(1)Compared with the control group,peripheral blood EPCs proliferation,migration and adhesion ability were ob-viously decreased in the hypertension group(p<.01),EPCs apoptosis rate and oxidative stress response were significantly increased(p<.01).(2)Benner Pury significantly increased the EPCs proliferation,migration,adhesion ability and improved apoptosis and oxidative stress reaction in a time-dependent manner.Conclusions:Benner Pury can improve the EPCs proliferation,migration,adhesion,apoptosis and oxidative stress in patients with hypertension in a time-dependent manner.
文摘Objective: To explore characteristics and influencing factors for blood pressure variability (BPV) in aged patients with H type hypertension. Methods: A total of 100 patients with essential hypertension, who were treated in our hospital from December 2012 to Decem-ber 2013, were selected. According to serum level of homocysteine (Hcy), patients were divided into pure hypertension group (n = 42, Hcy < 15.4 μmol/L) and H type hypertension group. All patients received 24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (24hABPM), and BPV indexes were recorded and compared between two groups. Correlation among BPV indexes and general data were analyzed, and multi-factor linear regression analysis was used to analyze influencing factors for BPV indexes. Results: Compared with pure hypertension group, there were significant increases in 24 h systolic blood pressure standard deviation [24hSSD, (12.80 ± 2.23) vs. (16.01 ± 3.11)], daytime SSD [dSSD, (11.58 ± 2.30) vs. (13.86 ± 2.26)] and nighttime SSD [nSSD, (9.41 ± 1.64) vs. (11.71 ± 2.34)] in H type hypertension group, p < .05 or p < .01. Pearson correlation analysis showed that Hcy, total cholesterol (TC) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were significantly positively correlated with 24hSSD, dSSD and nSSD (r = 0.201-0.508, p < .05 or p < .01). Multivariate linear regression analysis indicated that Hcy and TC were significantly positively correlated with 24hSSD, dSSD and nSSD (B = 0.194-0.546, p < .05 or p < .01). Conclusions: Systolic BPV in aged patients with H type hypertension was significantly higher than that of patients with pure hypertension, their serum Hcy level, TC elevating level were significantly positively correlated with systolic BPV and were major influencing factors for BPV in these patients.

文摘Multiphase machines are gaining increasing popularity because of their distinct advantages over three-phase counterparts,such as reduced per phase power rating,improved reliability and increased degrees of freedom.This paper overviews the development history of multiphase machines and drive techniques in Section II.Three kinds of drive algorithms,including Field-Oriented Control(FOC),Direct Torque Control(DTC)and Model Predictive Control(MPC),are introduced in Section III.Then two types of fault-tolerant methods are compared in Section IV,which are the Vector Space Decomposition(VSD)strategy and Optimal Current Control(OCC)method.Furthermore,different types of existing multiphase converter topologies are listed in Section V,and various kinds of multiphase PWM methods are discussed in Section VI.Finally,based on the review,developing trends of multiphase drive techniques are forecasted.
文摘Objective: To understand the prevalence of anxiety and depression in medical patients in general hospitals and find out main influencing factors. Methods: According to the inclusion criteria, a total of 564 inpatients from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University were selected during January to June of 2015. Patients were assessed for anxiety and/or depression by use of Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS), Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMAS) and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMDS). Meanwhile, final diagnosis was made on the basis of diagnostic criteria listed in Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders - Fourth Edition (DSM-IV). Results: In different departments, the positive rate (HADS ≥ 8) was the highest in Department of Oncology (45.42%), and the lowest in Department of Gastroenterology (16.05%). After assessment with the help of HAMD and HAMA, the prevalence of anxiety/depression was the highest in Department of Oncology (46.43%), and the lowest in Department of Gastroenterology (16.05%). There was no statistical significance in diagnostic results acquired from HAMD and HAMA (p = .071). Two types of diagnostic methods were highly consistent (κ = 0.852, p = .000). Inpatients aged from 40 to 59 years, with junior high school education or below, very tiring work, poor marital status (separated, divorced, widowed), unharmonious family, low personal income, completely self-paying and family history of anxiety and depression, currently unable to take care of themselves were more prone to anxiety and depression (p < .05). Conclusions: The prevalence of anxiety and depression in medical patients in general hospitals is high due to many influencing factors. It is necessary to establish an effective diagnosis and treatment system for anxiety and depression, in order to make patients easy to receive an early and comprehensive treatment and improve their life quality.

文摘Continuous microwave propagation through a time-varying plasma and frequency up-conversion has been demonstrated by particle-in-cell (PIC) simulation. In principle, it is possible to transform a 2.45 GHz source radiation to an arbitrary larger frequency radiation. The energy conversion is also obtained by the theoretical analysis and has been testified by PIC simulation. The source wave was propagating in a parallel plate waveguide locally filled with the ionized gas. In this paper we would discuss the effects of the rise time, the plasma length, the switching time and the collision frequency on the energy conversion, and the methods to improve the upshift wave energy are proposed. We also put forward the new concept of the critical values of the rise time and the source wave amplitude to provide a theoretical basis for the selection of parameters in the experiments.

文摘The numerical method of modes analysis and decomposition of the output signal in 3D electromagnetic particle-in-cell simulation is presented. By the method, multiple modes can be resolved at one time using a set of diagnostic data, the amplitudes and the phases of the specified modes can all be given separately. Based on the method, the output signals of one X-band tri-bend mode converter used for one high power microwave device, with ionization process in the device due to the strong normal electric field, are analyzed and decomposed.
文摘A defect of chromatogram in a 35kV oil-immersed three-phase one-piece electric reactor in a 500kV substation。The initial analysis suggests that the defect is caused by the loose connection of the iron core magnet shield (magnet shield layer of iron core or earthling top). Examination of winding DC resistance, DGA and other relevant examinations were carried out to investigate the defect reasons., which is demonstrated by the dismantlement. In-depth study is taken and corresponding prevention measures are put forward in the paper.

文摘Objective:To explore the recent influences of pacemaker with automatic search function of atrial hysteresis on atrial arrhythmias,and to evaluate it clinical efficacy and safety.Methods:Indentify ADx DDD 5286 implanted dual chamber pacemaker for sick sinus syndrome in 43 cases.Automatic search of atrial lag was not opened with after pacemaker implantation,and the pacemaker settings were kept.Follow-up program after 3 months,DDD mode with automatic search of atrial lag was opened,and this mode was followed up for 6 months,comparing the atrial pacing percentage and DCG atrial tachyarrhythmias of pacemaker implantation to opening atrium lag mode.Results:Compared with the preoperative and operative 3 months later,dynamic electrocardiogram(DCG)24 h showed that the number of atrial premature beats(APB)and atrial tachycardia,atrial fibrillation(AF)array increased(p<.05);the cases of APB,atrial tachycardia and AF episodes were also increased(p<.05).Compared with the automatic search function in atrial hysteresis model opened with and not opened:atrial pacing percentage decreased[0.54(0.41,0.71)vs.0.82(0.65,0.93),p<.05];DCG 24 h showed that the number of APB,AF episodes was reduced(p<.05).Conclusions:Automation search function in atrial hysteresis model can obviously reduce the proportion of atrial pacing,reduce the occurrence of atrial arrhythmias;opened with automatic search function in atrial hysteresis model was safe and reliable.
文摘Multiple organ dysfunction syndrome is the presence of altered organ function of two or more organ systems in acute ill patients with severe trauma,burn,shock and infection.In this case,the patient with burn area amounted to 95%and the third-degree burn was up to 90%.He underwent gastrointestinal tract,blood clotting,lung,brain,heart,liver dysfunction,and cardiac arrest for 30 minutes during the courses of treatment,and was discharged from the hospital after 108 days on the basis of comprehensive treatment and repeated skin grafting.
文摘A case of permanent pacemaker electrode-induced perforation in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University was collected and analyzed on the basis of diagnosis,physical examination and treatment.Cardiac perforation is one of the most serious complications of pacemaker implantation.As this disease is rare,it is easy to be misdiagnosed or missed diagnosis.We hope to improve the clinician’s awareness and vigilance of permanent pacemaker electrode perforation by analyzing the data of this case.

文摘The Longmenshan fault, which defines the eastern edge of the Tibetan Plateau, is one of the steepest margins of the plateau with a sharp elevation drop of about 4 km over a distance less than 100 km across the Longmenshan fault. The mechanism which is responsible for controlling and maintaining the elevation difference is highly debated. Using multiple observations including seismic velocity model, Moho depth, effective elastic thickness of the lithosphere, we conducted a quantitative study for elucidating the contributions from crust and lithospheric mantle by an integrated analysis of lithospheric isostasy and flexure. It is shown that the topography of the Longmenshan fault is supported by both lithospheric isostasy and flexure statically, and lower crustal channel flow and mantle convection dynamically. Different mechanisms have different weights for contribution to the topography of the Songpan-Ganzi block and the Sichuan Basin. The static and dynamic support contribute roughly the same to the topographic difference of ~4 km between the two sides of the Longmenshan fault. The static topographic difference of ~2 km is mainly resulted from the lithospheric isostasy, while the dynamic one of ~2 km is contributed by the uprising of the accumulated material in the lower crust beneath the Songpan-Ganzi block and the downward drag force caused by the upper mantle convection under the Sichuan Basin. It is thus suggested that the lower crustal flow and upper mantle convection are dynamic forces which should be taken into account in the studies on the dynamics in the Longmenshan and surrounding regions.

文摘A Dirac point is a linear band crossing point originally used to describe unusual transport properties of materials like graphene.In recent years,there has been a surge of exploration of type-II Dirac/Weyl points using various engineered platforms including photonic crystals,waveguide arrays,metasurfaces,magnetized plasma and polariton micropillars,aiming toward relativistic quantum emulation and understanding of exotic topological phenomena.Such endeavors,however,have focused mainly on linear topological states in real or synthetic Dirac/Weyl materials.We propose and demonstrate nonlinear valley Hall edge(VHE)states in laserwritten anisotropic photonic lattices hosting innately the type-Ⅱ Dirac points.These self-trapped VHE states,manifested as topological gap quasi-solitons that can move along a domain wall unidirectionally without changing their profiles,are independent of external magnetic fields or complex longitudinal modulations,and thus are superior in comparison with previously reported topological edge solitons.Our finding may provide a route for understanding nonlinear phenomena in systems with type-Ⅱ Dirac points that violate the Lorentz invariance and may bring about possibilities for subsequent technological development in light field manipulation and photonic devices.

文摘Rabi oscillation,an interband oscillation,describes periodic motion between two states that belong to different energy levels,in the presence of an oscillatory driving field.In photonics,Rabi oscillations can be mimicked by applying a weak longitudinal periodic modulation to the refractive index.However,the Rabi oscillations of nonlinear states have yet to be introduced.We report the Rabi oscillations of azimuthons—spatially modulated vortex solitons—in weakly nonlinear waveguides with different symmetries.The period of the Rabi oscillations can be determined by applying the coupled mode theory,which largely depends on the modulation strength.Whether the Rabi oscillations between two states can be obtained or not is determined by the spatial symmetry of the azimuthons and the modulating potential.Our results not only deepen the understanding of the Rabi oscillation phenomena,but also provide a new avenue in the study of pattern formation and spatial field manipulation in nonlinear optical systems.
