[Objectives]To study the utilization efficiency of different diets for juvenile Scylla paramamosain.[Methods]Low-value fish,shrimp,clam and clamworm were fed to overwintering young mud crabs,and the performance of the...[Objectives]To study the utilization efficiency of different diets for juvenile Scylla paramamosain.[Methods]Low-value fish,shrimp,clam and clamworm were fed to overwintering young mud crabs,and the performance of the feed was evaluated by growth,feed utilization and energy allocation.[Results]Shrimp-fed mud crabs showed the best growth performance,while fish-fed mud crabs showed the worst growth performance and converted the least protein and energy for growth.Shrimp-fed mud crabs molted more frequently,and the dry matter mass and energy of Exuviation were significantly higher than those of fish-fed mud crabs.The shrimp-fed crabs also had significantly higher food intake than those fish-fed crabs.The order of feed conversion efficiency(FCE)of fish-fed mud crabs was Polychaete>clam>shrimp>fish,while the order of FCE calculated with FCE-P and FCE-E was Polychaete>clam>shrimp>fish.Fish-fed mud crabs had the least energy intake and the least energy for growth,molting,excretion,metabolism,and feces.Among the four treatments,the mud crabs fed on Polychaete had the largest proportion of energy used for growth,while the mud crabs fed on fish had the largest proportion of energy used for molting.The proportion of energy consumed by mud crabs fed on Polychaete was the smallest,which may be the main reason for the higher FCE-P and FCE-E of mud crabs fed on Polychaete.[Conclusions]The results of this experiment showed that the utilization of low-value fish by mud crabs was the worst,suggesting that fish should not be used as control or reference food when studying the formula feed of mud crabs.展开更多

Zanthoxylum bungeanum is an important spice and medicinal plant that is unique for its accumulation of abundant secondary metabolites,which create a characteristic aroma and tingling sensation in the mouth.Owing to th...Zanthoxylum bungeanum is an important spice and medicinal plant that is unique for its accumulation of abundant secondary metabolites,which create a characteristic aroma and tingling sensation in the mouth.Owing to the high proportion of repetitive sequences,high heterozygosity,and increased chromosome number of Z.bungeanum,the assembly of its chromosomal pseudomolecules is extremely challenging.Here,we present a genome sequence for Z.bungeanum,with a dramatically expanded size of 4.23 Gb,assembled into 68 chromosomes.This genome is approximately tenfold larger than that of its close relative Citrus sinensis.After the divergence of Zanthoxylum and Citrus,the lineage-specific whole-genome duplication event q-WGD approximately 26.8 million years ago(MYA)and the recent transposable element(TE)burst~6.41 MYA account for the substantial genome expansion in Z.bungeanum.The independent Zanthoxylum-specific WGD event was followed by numerous fusion/fission events that shaped the genomic architecture.Integrative genomic and transcriptomic analyses suggested that prominent speciesspecific gene family expansions and changes in gene expression have shaped the biosynthesis of sanshools,terpenoids,and anthocyanins,which contribute to the special flavor and appearance of Z.bungeanum.In summary,the reference genome provides a valuable model for studying the impact of WGDs with recent TE activity on gene gain and loss and genome reconstruction and provides resources to accelerate Zanthoxylum improvement.展开更多
Zhangjiakou is an important wind power base in Hebei Province,China.The impact of its wind farms on the local climate is controversial.Based on long-term meteorological data from 1981 to 2018,we investigated the effec...Zhangjiakou is an important wind power base in Hebei Province,China.The impact of its wind farms on the local climate is controversial.Based on long-term meteorological data from 1981 to 2018,we investigated the effects of the Shangyi Wind Farm(SWF)in Zhangjiakou on air temperature,wind speed,relative humidity,and precipitation using the anomaly or ratio method between the impacted weather station and the non-impacted background weather station.The influence of the SWF on land surface temperature(LST)and evapotranspiration(ET)using MODIS satellite data from 2003 to 2018 was also explored.The results showed that the SWF had an atmospheric warming effect at night especially in summer and autumn(up to 0.95℃).The daytime air temperature changes were marginal,and their signs were varying depending on the season.The annual mean wind speed decreased by 6%,mainly noted in spring and winter(up to 14%).The precipitation and relative humidity were not affected by the SWF.There was no increase in LST in the SWF perhaps due to the increased vegetation coverage unrelated to the wind farms,which canceled out the wind farm-induced land surface warming and also resulted in an increase in ET.The results showed that the impact of wind farms on the local climate was significant,while their impact on the regional climate was slight.展开更多

Nanoparticle-reinforced metal matrix composite coatings have significant potential in mechanical part surface strengthening owing their excellent mechanical properties.This paper reports a phenomenon in which the grai...Nanoparticle-reinforced metal matrix composite coatings have significant potential in mechanical part surface strengthening owing their excellent mechanical properties.This paper reports a phenomenon in which the grain orientation gradually evolves to(220)as the deposition current density increases when preparing nanoparticle-reinforced nickel-based composite coatings through jet electrodeposition(JED).During the preparation of the Ni-SiC composite coatings,the deposition current density increased from 180 A/dm2 to 220 A/dm2,and TC(220)gradually increase from 41.4%to 97.7%.With an increase of TC(220),the self-corrosion potential increases from−0.575 to−0.477 V,the corrosion current density decreases from 9.52μA/cm^2 to 2.76μA/cm^2,the diameter of the corrosion pits that after 10 days of immersion in a 3.5 wt%NaCl solution decreases from 278–944 nm to 153–260 nm,and the adhesion of the coating increases from 24.9 N to 61.6 N.Compared a conventional electrodeposition(CED),the Ni-SiC composite coating using JED has the advantages of a smooth surface morphology,high corrosion resistance,and strong adhesion,which are more obvious with an increase in TC(220).展开更多

To determine the important analytical properties(dry matter, total soluble sugar,dissolvable polysaccharides, mineral content, electricity conductivity, soluble solid content, fruit weight, fat, protein, fiber, pectin, β-carotene and edible rate) of pumpkin in Southern China, this study investigated the physical and chemical properties and texture of raw and steamed pumpkins of 13 Miben series varieties. Miben pumpkins were frozen at-40 ℃ for 24 h, or at-4 ℃ for 24 h, or were steamed for 15 min in boiling water to investigate the effect of different treatments on the textural change, and to reveal the texture and sensory properties of the different varieties. A total of 13 pumpkin varieties of Miben series CP1578, CP2116, XM2-2,Baimi II, Guangmi I, Guangzhouluxia, Jintong, Laojinhanzaoshu, Quanguanjixiang,Newzuhe III, V pumpkin, Zaoshutianmi and Daguomiben were involved in this study.The results showed that the Miben series pumpkins had significant difference in physical properties. The editable rate of Miben series pumpkins was higher than77%. Chemical properties varied among different varieties. Textures of pumpkin flesh after different processes were different. In the sensory assessment of Miben pumpkins, the varieties with overall quality scores more than 50 were Guangmi I, Laojinhanzaoshu, V pumpkin and Daguomiben, indicating that the four varieties all had excellent properties.展开更多

So ...In this work we have to deal with the axiomatization of cosmology, but it is only recently that we have hit upon a new mathematical approach to capitalize on our new set identities for the basic laws of cosmology. So our proposal of settlement is that we will propose some new laws (e.g., formation of the black hole). We introduce the concept of axiom cosmology. This principle describes the cosmology which can get freedom from the notion of the induction. We present a large-scale structure model of the universe, and this leads to successfully explanation of problem of closed universe or open universe (because from the outset it is theorem and its succinct proof). In this paper we prove that the non-singular point theorem means that a singularity cannot be mathematically defined nor physical. It allows us to overcome the mysterious, physical singularity conundrum and explain meaningful antimatter annihilations for general configurations.展开更多
Insufficient therapeutic strategies for acute kidney injury(AKI)necessitate precision therapy targeting its pathogenesis.This study reveals the new mechanism of the marine-derived anti-AKI agent,piericidin glycoside S...Insufficient therapeutic strategies for acute kidney injury(AKI)necessitate precision therapy targeting its pathogenesis.This study reveals the new mechanism of the marine-derived anti-AKI agent,piericidin glycoside S14,targeting peroxiredoxin 1(PRDX1).By binding to Cys83 of PRDX1 and augmenting its peroxidase activity,S14 alleviates kidney injury efficiently in Prdx1-overexpression(Prdx1-OE)mice.Besides,S14 also increases PRDX1 nuclear translocation and directly activates the Nrf2/HO-1/NQO1 pathway to inhibit ROS production.Due to the limited druggability of S14 with low bioavailability(2.6%)and poor renal distribution,a pH-sensitive kidney-targeting dodecanaminechitosan nanoparticle system is constructed to load S14 for precise treatment of AKI.L-Serine conjugation to chitosan imparts specificity to kidney injury molecule-1(Kim-1)-overexpressed cells.The developed S14-nanodrug exhibits higher therapeutic efficiency by improving the in vivo behavior of S14 significantly.By encapsulation with micelles,the AUC_(0-t),half-life time,and renal distribution of S14 increase 2.5-,1.8-,and 3.1-fold,respectively.The main factors contributing to the improved druggability of S14 nanodrugs include the lower metabolic elimination rate and UDPglycosyltransferase(UGT)-mediated biotransformation.In summary,this study identifies a new therapeutic target for the marine-derived anti-AKI agent while enhancing its ADME properties and druggability through nanotechnology,thereby driving advancements in marine drug development for AKI.展开更多
The arc milling method has the advantages of high machining efficiency and low cost and is independent of the strength and hardness of machined materials.However,frequent electrode back-offs and the risk of workpiece ...The arc milling method has the advantages of high machining efficiency and low cost and is independent of the strength and hardness of machined materials.However,frequent electrode back-offs and the risk of workpiece burning may occur if erosion products are not removed promptly.In this study,it was found that the flushing method of the working medium had a significant impact on the machining performance of arc milling.Based on this,a novel highefficiency compound machining method of electrical discharge and arc milling with automatic tracking of the optimal flushing direction was proposed.An automatic tracking optimizer for external working medium injection was designed to determine the optimal external flushing direction according to the feed direction.The influence of flushing methods,working mediums,and machining parameters on the machining efficiency,tool electrode wear rate,machining error,and surface integrity of titanium alloys were investigated.The results indicated that better machining performance and environmental friendliness were achieved using the compound flushing method of outer compressed air and inner deionized water.Additionally,the automatic tracking flushing method in the opposite direction of the feed direction showed superior results compared to other directions.The material removal rate with the opposite direction injection could be increased up to 1.62 times that of the same direction,and the relative electrode wear rate could be reduced by 14.76%.This novel method has broad application prospects for machining parts with difficult-to-cut materials in aerospace and military industries.展开更多
In response to problems of poor sampling quality,low sensitivity,and high demand for medical personnel regarding the current severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)oropharyngeal(OP)swab sampling us...In response to problems of poor sampling quality,low sensitivity,and high demand for medical personnel regarding the current severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)oropharyngeal(OP)swab sampling used in China,we aimed to evaluate the diagnostic performance and acceptability of saliva-based nucleic acid amplification tests(NAATs)in China.The results showed that,using nasopharyngeal(NP)swab results as the gold standard,the overall sensitivities for saliva specimens and OP swabs were 93.3%and 85.0%,the specificities were 92.6%and 93.8%,respectively.The results of an acceptability survey showed that the scores for saliva,OP,and NP samples were 9.46±1.69,8.11±2.42,and 4.58±3.82 out of 10,respectively,with significant differences among the three groups(P<0.05).With higher sensitivity,comparable specificity,and strong public preference,saliva-based NAATs represent a convenient and effective method for detecting SARS-CoV-2 in future epidemics.展开更多
Backgroud Epileptic spasms followed by a tonic component have been frequently observed in patients with late-onset spasms(LOS).However,there is a lack of comprehensive analysis and summary of clinical data related to ...Backgroud Epileptic spasms followed by a tonic component have been frequently observed in patients with late-onset spasms(LOS).However,there is a lack of comprehensive analysis and summary of clinical data related to tonic spasms(TS),including seizures,video-electroencephalogram(V-EEG),synchronous electromyography(EMG)and follow-up data.Methods To investigate the characteristics of TS,we prospectively collected the clinical data,including 24-h V-EEG and synchronous EMG data of 32 enrolled patients who suffered from epileptic spasms followed by a TS onset at least once during the 24-h V-EEG in the epilepsy center of Xijing Hospital between June 2015 and July 2020.The patients were prescribed anti-seizure medications(ASMs)and followed up for 2–7 years.Results The average age of epilepsy onset was 48.06±16.07 months(range:25 to 88 months).Among the enrolled patients,22 patients presented with mild intellectual deficits.During the 24-h video-EEG monitoring,an average of 6.94 TS events(range:3 to 21)were recorded,and these TS seizures often occurred in clusters.In addition to TS,26 patients experienced generalized tonic-clonic seizures(GTCS),atypical absence seizures,myoclonic seizure,and epileptic spasms.None of the 32 patients with TS displayed hypsarrhythmia during the 24-h video-EEG recording.A total of 28 patients showed normal EEG backgrounds.Interictal epileptic discharges,including slow waves(SW),spike/sharp slow waves(SSW),and spikes,often displayed multifocally.Notably,two patients achieved seizure freedom for more than 2 years through monotherapy with oxcarbazepine(OXC),which was associated with normalization of the EEG.Conclusions It is difficult to classify the patients with TS as any existing epileptic syndromes,which were distinct from West syndrome or Lennox-Gastaut syndrome.TS might be an underreported seizure type and further studies are needed to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the electro-clinical features and appropriate choice of ASMs for treating tonic spasms.展开更多

文摘Raorchestes is a group of Bush frogs mainly distributed in South and Southeast Asia that are poorly recognized by morphological criteria.We recognize the true R.menglaensis(Kou) based on 10 specimens newly collected from the type locality.An expanded description is also provided,and we delist the recently reported record,R.parvulus(Boulenger) from China.Combing with morphological and molecular data,two new species are respectively described from Menghai and Lvchun,Yunnan,China.Raorchestes hillisi sp.nov.is distinguished from all other congeners by the following combination of morphological characters:(1) small body sized(males 15.9-17.7 mm,n=7;female 17.5 mm,n=1);(2) head longer than wide;(3) snout longer than eye diameter;(4) the tip of upper jaws slightly notched;(5) internasal space slightly less than interorbital space;(6) tympanum distinct;(7)fingers lacking lateral dermal fringe;(8) outside of toe Ⅰ and both sides of toe Ⅱ lacking lateral dermal fringe,other toes having weak lateral dermal fringes;(9) rudimentary web on toes;(10) lacking a series of tubercles along the outer sides of forearm and foot;(11) discs of fingers and toes not orange.Raorchestes huanglianshan sp.nov.is distinguished from all other congeners by the following combination of morphological characters:(1) small body size(males 17.0-19.6 mm,n=12;female 21.5 mm,n=1);(2) head slightly wider than long or equal;(3) snout longer than eye diameter;(4)the tip of upper jaws slightly notched;(5) internasal space distinctly less than interorbital space(6) tympanum distinct;(7) fingers lacking lateral dermal fringe;(8) toes lacking lateral dermal fringe;(9) rudimentary web on toes;(10)lacking a series of tubercles along the outer sides of forearm and foot;(11) discs of all fingers and toes orange or parts of them orange in life.

文摘In this work, BaWO4 nanospheres were successfully prepared by hydrothermal process. The bipolar resistive switching behavior of Ag/BaWO4/FTO device is observed. Moreover, this resistive switching behavior can be modulated by white light. The device can maintain superior stability in the dark and under white-light illumination. This study is useful for developing the light-controlled nonvolatile memory devices.

文摘Nanoparticle-reinforced metal matrix composite coatings have significant potential in mechanical part surface strengthening owing their excellent mechanical properties.This paper reports a phenomenon in which the grain orientation gradually evolves to(220)as the deposition current density increases when preparing nanoparticle-reinforced nickel-based composite coatings through jet electrodeposition(JED).During the preparation of the Ni-SiC composite coatings,the deposition current density increased from 180 A/dm2 to 220 A/dm2,and TC(220)gradually increase from 41.4%to 97.7%.With an increase of TC(220),the self-corrosion potential increases from−0.575 to−0.477 V,the corrosion current density decreases from 9.52μA/cm^2 to 2.76μA/cm^2,the diameter of the corrosion pits that after 10 days of immersion in a 3.5 wt%NaCl solution decreases from 278–944 nm to 153–260 nm,and the adhesion of the coating increases from 24.9 N to 61.6 N.Compared a conventional electrodeposition(CED),the Ni-SiC composite coating using JED has the advantages of a smooth surface morphology,high corrosion resistance,and strong adhesion,which are more obvious with an increase in TC(220).

文摘Pumpkin is among the most popular agricultural products in Southern China. To determine the important analytical properties(dry matter, total soluble sugar,dissolvable polysaccharides, mineral content, electricity conductivity, soluble solid content, fruit weight, fat, protein, fiber, pectin, β-carotene and edible rate) of pumpkin in Southern China, this study investigated the physical and chemical properties and texture of raw and steamed pumpkins of 13 Miben series varieties. Miben pumpkins were frozen at-40 ℃ for 24 h, or at-4 ℃ for 24 h, or were steamed for 15 min in boiling water to investigate the effect of different treatments on the textural change, and to reveal the texture and sensory properties of the different varieties. A total of 13 pumpkin varieties of Miben series CP1578, CP2116, XM2-2,Baimi II, Guangmi I, Guangzhouluxia, Jintong, Laojinhanzaoshu, Quanguanjixiang,Newzuhe III, V pumpkin, Zaoshutianmi and Daguomiben were involved in this study.The results showed that the Miben series pumpkins had significant difference in physical properties. The editable rate of Miben series pumpkins was higher than77%. Chemical properties varied among different varieties. Textures of pumpkin flesh after different processes were different. In the sensory assessment of Miben pumpkins, the varieties with overall quality scores more than 50 were Guangmi I, Laojinhanzaoshu, V pumpkin and Daguomiben, indicating that the four varieties all had excellent properties.

We discussed the basic properties such as the rough distributive lattice;the rough modular lattice and the rough semi-modular lattice etc., some results of lattice are generalized in this paper. The modular lattice of rough algebraic structure can provide academic base and proofs to analyze the coverage question and the reduction question in information system.
文摘The BCK/BCI/BCH-algebras finds general algebra system than Boolean algebras system. This paper presents a novel class of algebras of type (2, 0) called BCL-algebras. We found the BCL-algebras to be more extensive class than BCK/BCI/BCH-algebras in the abstract algebra. The BCL-algebras as a class of logical algebras are the algebraic formulations of the set difference together with its properties in set theory and the propositional calculus in logical systems. It is important that the BCL-algebras play an independent role in the axiom algebra system.

文摘In this work we have to deal with the axiomatization of cosmology, but it is only recently that we have hit upon a new mathematical approach to capitalize on our new set identities for the basic laws of cosmology. So our proposal of settlement is that we will propose some new laws (e.g., formation of the black hole). We introduce the concept of axiom cosmology. This principle describes the cosmology which can get freedom from the notion of the induction. We present a large-scale structure model of the universe, and this leads to successfully explanation of problem of closed universe or open universe (because from the outset it is theorem and its succinct proof). In this paper we prove that the non-singular point theorem means that a singularity cannot be mathematically defined nor physical. It allows us to overcome the mysterious, physical singularity conundrum and explain meaningful antimatter annihilations for general configurations.

文摘Insufficient therapeutic strategies for acute kidney injury(AKI)necessitate precision therapy targeting its pathogenesis.This study reveals the new mechanism of the marine-derived anti-AKI agent,piericidin glycoside S14,targeting peroxiredoxin 1(PRDX1).By binding to Cys83 of PRDX1 and augmenting its peroxidase activity,S14 alleviates kidney injury efficiently in Prdx1-overexpression(Prdx1-OE)mice.Besides,S14 also increases PRDX1 nuclear translocation and directly activates the Nrf2/HO-1/NQO1 pathway to inhibit ROS production.Due to the limited druggability of S14 with low bioavailability(2.6%)and poor renal distribution,a pH-sensitive kidney-targeting dodecanaminechitosan nanoparticle system is constructed to load S14 for precise treatment of AKI.L-Serine conjugation to chitosan imparts specificity to kidney injury molecule-1(Kim-1)-overexpressed cells.The developed S14-nanodrug exhibits higher therapeutic efficiency by improving the in vivo behavior of S14 significantly.By encapsulation with micelles,the AUC_(0-t),half-life time,and renal distribution of S14 increase 2.5-,1.8-,and 3.1-fold,respectively.The main factors contributing to the improved druggability of S14 nanodrugs include the lower metabolic elimination rate and UDPglycosyltransferase(UGT)-mediated biotransformation.In summary,this study identifies a new therapeutic target for the marine-derived anti-AKI agent while enhancing its ADME properties and druggability through nanotechnology,thereby driving advancements in marine drug development for AKI.

文摘The arc milling method has the advantages of high machining efficiency and low cost and is independent of the strength and hardness of machined materials.However,frequent electrode back-offs and the risk of workpiece burning may occur if erosion products are not removed promptly.In this study,it was found that the flushing method of the working medium had a significant impact on the machining performance of arc milling.Based on this,a novel highefficiency compound machining method of electrical discharge and arc milling with automatic tracking of the optimal flushing direction was proposed.An automatic tracking optimizer for external working medium injection was designed to determine the optimal external flushing direction according to the feed direction.The influence of flushing methods,working mediums,and machining parameters on the machining efficiency,tool electrode wear rate,machining error,and surface integrity of titanium alloys were investigated.The results indicated that better machining performance and environmental friendliness were achieved using the compound flushing method of outer compressed air and inner deionized water.Additionally,the automatic tracking flushing method in the opposite direction of the feed direction showed superior results compared to other directions.The material removal rate with the opposite direction injection could be increased up to 1.62 times that of the same direction,and the relative electrode wear rate could be reduced by 14.76%.This novel method has broad application prospects for machining parts with difficult-to-cut materials in aerospace and military industries.

文摘In response to problems of poor sampling quality,low sensitivity,and high demand for medical personnel regarding the current severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)oropharyngeal(OP)swab sampling used in China,we aimed to evaluate the diagnostic performance and acceptability of saliva-based nucleic acid amplification tests(NAATs)in China.The results showed that,using nasopharyngeal(NP)swab results as the gold standard,the overall sensitivities for saliva specimens and OP swabs were 93.3%and 85.0%,the specificities were 92.6%and 93.8%,respectively.The results of an acceptability survey showed that the scores for saliva,OP,and NP samples were 9.46±1.69,8.11±2.42,and 4.58±3.82 out of 10,respectively,with significant differences among the three groups(P<0.05).With higher sensitivity,comparable specificity,and strong public preference,saliva-based NAATs represent a convenient and effective method for detecting SARS-CoV-2 in future epidemics.

文摘Backgroud Epileptic spasms followed by a tonic component have been frequently observed in patients with late-onset spasms(LOS).However,there is a lack of comprehensive analysis and summary of clinical data related to tonic spasms(TS),including seizures,video-electroencephalogram(V-EEG),synchronous electromyography(EMG)and follow-up data.Methods To investigate the characteristics of TS,we prospectively collected the clinical data,including 24-h V-EEG and synchronous EMG data of 32 enrolled patients who suffered from epileptic spasms followed by a TS onset at least once during the 24-h V-EEG in the epilepsy center of Xijing Hospital between June 2015 and July 2020.The patients were prescribed anti-seizure medications(ASMs)and followed up for 2–7 years.Results The average age of epilepsy onset was 48.06±16.07 months(range:25 to 88 months).Among the enrolled patients,22 patients presented with mild intellectual deficits.During the 24-h video-EEG monitoring,an average of 6.94 TS events(range:3 to 21)were recorded,and these TS seizures often occurred in clusters.In addition to TS,26 patients experienced generalized tonic-clonic seizures(GTCS),atypical absence seizures,myoclonic seizure,and epileptic spasms.None of the 32 patients with TS displayed hypsarrhythmia during the 24-h video-EEG recording.A total of 28 patients showed normal EEG backgrounds.Interictal epileptic discharges,including slow waves(SW),spike/sharp slow waves(SSW),and spikes,often displayed multifocally.Notably,two patients achieved seizure freedom for more than 2 years through monotherapy with oxcarbazepine(OXC),which was associated with normalization of the EEG.Conclusions It is difficult to classify the patients with TS as any existing epileptic syndromes,which were distinct from West syndrome or Lennox-Gastaut syndrome.TS might be an underreported seizure type and further studies are needed to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the electro-clinical features and appropriate choice of ASMs for treating tonic spasms.
