磷石膏堆场区域水环境中主要污染物分布特征及其风险评价 被引量:2

分析了摆纪磷石膏堆场区域水环境中污染物的分布特征,对地表水、地下水水质进行了风险评价。研究结果表明:堆场渗滤液中TP、F^(-)、SO_(4)^(2-)、Mn、As、Cr、Zn、Cd、Pb、Cu构成渗滤液的主要污染物,含量分别是《地表水环境质量标准》... 分析了摆纪磷石膏堆场区域水环境中污染物的分布特征,对地表水、地下水水质进行了风险评价。研究结果表明:堆场渗滤液中TP、F^(-)、SO_(4)^(2-)、Mn、As、Cr、Zn、Cd、Pb、Cu构成渗滤液的主要污染物,含量分别是《地表水环境质量标准》Ⅲ类或规定水质标准限值的29814.9倍、2775.3倍、18.2倍、493.2倍、351.8倍、131.6倍、12.8倍、8.0倍、3.4倍和1.32倍。地表水、地下水采样点中TP较高的采样点分布在马场坪镇段及堆场附近;水体中F^(-)、SO_(4)^(2-)及重金属含量超标的采样点主要分布在马场坪镇街道段、发财洞区域及堆场附近;堆场水体中重金属元素超标的仅有Mn元素。单因子污染评价结果表明,仅Mn元素在马场坪镇街道段及堆场附近超出低污染水平,其他重金属造成污染的风险较低,处于低污染水平。Pn风险评价结果显示,23个采样点均处于无污染水平,水质状况良好。 展开更多

Hydrogen sulfide(H_(2)S)is a toxic,essential gas used in various biological and physical processes and has been the subject of many targeted studies on its role as a new gas transmitter.These studies have mainly focused on the production and pharmacological side effects caused by H_(2)S.Therefore,effective strategies to remove H_(2)S has become a key research topic.Furthermore,the development of novel nanoplatforms has provided new tools for the targeted removal of H_(2)S.This paper was performed to review the association between H_(2)S anddisease,relatedH_(2)S inhibitory drugs,aswell as H_(2)S responsive nanoplatforms(HRNs).This review first analyzed the role of H_(2)S in multiple tissues and conditions.Second,common drugs used to eliminate H_(2)S,as well as their potential for combination with anticancer agents,were summarized.Not only the existing studies on HRNs,but also the inhibition H_(2)S combined with different therapeutic methods were both sorted out in this review.Furthermore,this review provided in-depth analysis of the potential of HRNs about treatment or detection in detail.Finally,potential challenges of HRNs were proposed.This study demonstrates the excellent potential of HRNs for biomedical applications. 展开更多

垂直监管改革与空气污染——来自县(市)改区的证据 被引量:3

空气污染治理是生态文明建设的重要环节,而政府制度是影响空气污染治理的关键因素。该研究引入县(市)改区的政策背景,探究政府制度中垂直监管改革对空气污染的影响及其内在机理。基于1999—2019年卫星图像与县域经济社会数据,该论文使... 空气污染治理是生态文明建设的重要环节,而政府制度是影响空气污染治理的关键因素。该研究引入县(市)改区的政策背景,探究政府制度中垂直监管改革对空气污染的影响及其内在机理。基于1999—2019年卫星图像与县域经济社会数据,该论文使用多期双重差分模型实证分析县(市)改区对空气污染的影响效应及其作用机制。研究发现:(1)整体而言,县(市)改区可以降低改革县域空气污染约0.62个百分点,表明垂直监管改革具有对空气污染的改善作用。(2)经过替换因变量、子样本回归、平行趋势检验、排除干扰政策等一系列稳健性检验后结论依旧成立。(3)机制分析表明,县(市)改区强化上级政府的垂直监管力度,在财政效应上减轻了改革县域的财政压力并改变财政支出结构,提升空气污染治理能力;在结构效应上增强对改革县域的企业监管程度,减少了当地的空气污染企业数量,并降低了空气污染企业的产值,实现对空气污染的源头管控。(3)异质性分析表明,是否位于行政区边界、改革的方式以及县域地理位置导致改革的效果存在差异。由此,该研究建议应继续深化生态环境、财政税收等相关垂直监管改革,合理调整市县两级的权力配置关系,充分考虑县域实际,从财政支持与企业规制两个方面最大化降低空气污染。 展开更多

目的基于叉头框蛋白P3(FoxP3)、RAR相关孤儿受体γt(RORγt)及相关细胞因子探讨半夏泻心汤对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的干预机制。方法将48只大鼠随机分为空白组6只和模型制备组42只,模型制备组以脱氧胆酸钠加氨水联合法建立CAG模型。造模... 目的基于叉头框蛋白P3(FoxP3)、RAR相关孤儿受体γt(RORγt)及相关细胞因子探讨半夏泻心汤对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的干预机制。方法将48只大鼠随机分为空白组6只和模型制备组42只,模型制备组以脱氧胆酸钠加氨水联合法建立CAG模型。造模成功后,除去意外死亡及用于模型验证的12只大鼠,将剩余的30只大鼠随机分为模型组、半夏泻心汤低剂量组、半夏泻心汤中剂量组、半夏泻心汤高剂量组、叶酸组,各6只。给予空白组和模型组大鼠灌胃生理盐水,给予叶酸组大鼠灌胃叶酸,分别按照4.185 g/kg、8.370 g/kg、16.740 g/kg给予半夏泻心汤低剂量、半夏泻心汤中剂量、半夏泻心汤高剂量组大鼠灌胃半夏泻心汤,均连续干预12周。实验期间观察各组大鼠一般情况。给药结束后,取各组大鼠胃黏膜组织观察病理学变化及细胞凋亡情况,并检测FoxP3 mRNA、RORγt mRNA表达水平,取血清标本检测白细胞介素(IL)-10、IL-17、转化生长因子β(TGF-β)含量。结果与空白组相比,模型组大鼠毛色泛黄且光泽度下降,食欲降低,大便稀溏,肛周潮湿,体质量下降,胃黏膜固有层腺体数量减少,凋亡细胞增多,血清IL-10、IL-17、TGF-β含量及胃黏膜组织FoxP3 mRNA、RORγt mRNA表达水平均升高(均P<0.05)。与模型组比较,半夏泻心汤各剂量组和叶酸组大鼠毛色光泽度及大便性状有所改善,食欲增大,肛周毛发干燥,体质量增长,胃黏膜固有层腺体数量不同程度增加,凋亡细胞减少,血清IL-10、IL-17、TGF-β含量及胃黏膜组织FoxP3 mRNA、RORγt mRNA表达水平均下降(均P<0.05)。在半夏泻心汤各剂量组中,半夏泻心汤低剂量组上述指标改善最为明显。结论半夏泻心汤能够有效改善CAG大鼠的临床症状和病理改变,低剂量的半夏泻心汤可获得最佳的干预效果。半夏泻心汤干预CAG的机制可能与其下调大鼠胃黏膜Foxp3、RoRγt的mRNA表达及相关细胞因子的表达有关。 展开更多

The jamming resource allocation problem of the aircraft formation cooperatively jamming netted radar system is investigated.An adaptive allocation strategy based on dynamic adaptive discrete cuckoo search algorithm(DADCS)is proposed,whose core is to adjust allocation scheme of limited jamming resource of aircraft formation in real time to maintain the best jamming effectiveness against netted radar system.Firstly,considering the information fusion rules and different working modes of the netted radar system,a two-factor jamming effectiveness evaluation function is constructed,detection probability and aiming probability are adopted to characterize jamming effectiveness against netted radar system in searching and tracking mode,respectively.Then a nonconvex optimization model for cooperatively jamming netted radar system is established.Finally,a dynamic adaptive discrete cuckoo search algorithm(DADCS)is constructed by improving path update strategies and introducing a global learning mechanism,and a three-step solution method is proposed subsequently.Simulation results are provided to demonstrate the advantages of the proposed optimization strategy and the effectiveness of the improved algorithm. 展开更多

目的探讨在关节镜下经髌腱入路,利用空心拉力螺钉复位固定胫骨髁间嵴撕脱骨折(TEFx)的安全性和有效性。方法选取2014年1月-2015年12月23例TEFx的患者,均在关节镜下经髌腱入路,用空心拉力螺钉复位固定。术前Meyers-McKeever分型:Ⅱ型8例... 目的探讨在关节镜下经髌腱入路,利用空心拉力螺钉复位固定胫骨髁间嵴撕脱骨折(TEFx)的安全性和有效性。方法选取2014年1月-2015年12月23例TEFx的患者,均在关节镜下经髌腱入路,用空心拉力螺钉复位固定。术前Meyers-McKeever分型:Ⅱ型8例,Ⅲ型10例,Ⅳ型5例;男17例,女6例;年龄16~53岁,平均27.8岁。术前前抽屉试验、Lachman试验均阳性。比较术前术后的视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Lysholm、Tegner和国际膝关节文献委员会(IKDC)评分评价患侧膝关节功能。结果 23例患者均得到随访,随访时间30~40个月,平均36个月。术后即刻X线片示TEFx均复位良好,术后3个月骨折均愈合。无1例感染、关节僵硬、伸直受限、复位丢失及神经血管损伤等并发症。最终随访患侧膝关节活动度均恢复正常,前抽屉试验、Lachman试验均阴性。VAS评分术前(4.8±1.2)分,最终随访为(1.2±0.8)分,术前术后比较,差异有统计学意义(t=18.72,P=0.003);Lysholm评分术前为(50.8±6.2)分,最终随访为(90.8±5.4)分,术前术后比较,差异有统计学意义(t=-42.64,P=0.000);Tegner评分术前为(4.0±1.0)分,最终随访为(5.1±1.2)分,术前术后比较,差异有统计学意义(t=-16.82,P=0.005);IKDC主观评分术前为(52.5±7.4)分,最终随访为(91.5±5.7)分,术前术后比较,差异有统计学意义(t=-40.58,P=0.000)。结论膝关节镜下经髌腱入路空心拉力螺钉内固定治疗TEFx具有微创、操作简捷、固定可靠和恢复快的优点。 展开更多

空气污染与抑郁症临床症状的关系

目的探讨空气污染对抑郁人群抑郁症状的影响。方法该研究总共纳入2015年11月—2016年2月在常熟市第三人民医院门诊就诊的60例抑郁症患者。在间隔2周的随访中,9项患者健康问卷(PHQ-9)用于筛查和评估抑郁症状。使用Logistic回归方程进行... 目的探讨空气污染对抑郁人群抑郁症状的影响。方法该研究总共纳入2015年11月—2016年2月在常熟市第三人民医院门诊就诊的60例抑郁症患者。在间隔2周的随访中,9项患者健康问卷(PHQ-9)用于筛查和评估抑郁症状。使用Logistic回归方程进行空气污染指标和PHQ-9分值的相关性分析,从上述方法中得出有意义的空气污染指标,再次检验PHQ-9总分及各条目与之关系。结果 PHQ-9分值的变化与下列物质前后2周测定均数的变化呈正相关:空气质量指数(AQI)[OR 1.493(95%CI:1.059~2.107)(P=0.030)]、细颗粒物(PM2.5)[OR1.516(95%CI:1.41~2.208)(P=0.030)]、可吸入颗粒物(PM10)[OR1.210(95%CI:1.058~1.385)(P=0.015)]、二氧化氮(NO_2)[OR1.931(95%CI:1.199~3.111)(P=0.007)]和臭氧(O_3)[OR1.092(95%CI:1.025~1.165)(P=0.034)]。结果显示这4种污染物更多的与情绪症状(如不快乐和低生活满意度)有关,而非心理症状和躯体症状。结论研究显示AQI、PM2.5、PM10、NO_2和O_3会加重抑郁症患者的抑郁症状,且这些污染物更多的影响情绪症状。 展开更多

To deal with the radio frequency threat posed by modern complex radar networks to aircraft,we researched the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)formations radar countermeasures,aiming at the solution of radar jamming resource allocation under system countermeasures.A jamming resource allocation method based on an improved firefly algorithm(FA)is proposed.Firstly,the comprehensive factors affecting the level of threat and interference efficiency of radiation source are quantified by a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Besides,the interference efficiency matrix and the objective function of the allocation model are determined to establish the interference resource allocation model.Finally,A mutation operator and an adaptive heuristic are integtated into the FA algorithm,which searches an interference resource allocation scheme.The simulation results show that the improved FA algorithm can compensate for the deficiencies of the FA algorithm.The improved FA algorithm provides a more scientific and reasonable decision-making plan for aircraft mission allocation and can effectively deal with the battlefield threats of the enemy radar network.Moreover,in terms of convergence accuracy and speed as well as algorithm stability,the improved FA algorithm is superior to the simulated annealing algorithm(SA),the niche genetic algorithm(NGA),the improved discrete cuckoo algorithm(IDCS),the mutant firefly algorithm(MFA),the cuckoo search and fireflies algorithm(CSFA),and the best neighbor firefly algorithm(BNFA). 展开更多

To enhance the capacity of the radar-reconnaissance interception receiver recognizing linear frequency modulated (LFM) at a low signal-noise ratio, this paper presents WignerHough transform (WHT) of the LFM signal and its corresponding characteristics, derives the probability density functions of the LFM signal and Gaussian white noise within WHT based on entropy (WHTE), dimension under different assumptions and puts forward a WHT algorithm based on entropy of slice to improve the capacity of detecting the LFM signal. Entropy of the WHT domain slice is adopted to assess the information size of polar radius or angle slice, which is converted into the weight factor to weight every slice. Double-deck weight is used to weaken the influences of noise and disturbance terms and WHTE treatment and signal detection procedure are also summarized. The rationality of the algorithm is demonstrated through theoretical analysis and formula derivation, the efficiency of the algorithm is verified by simulation comparison between WHT, fractional Fourier transform and periodic WHT, and it is highlighted that the WHTE algorithm has better detection accuracy and range of application against strong noise background. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the significance of osteopontin and nuclear factorκB(NF-κB) expression in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:RT-PCR and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay were used to measure the Osteopontin(OPN) and NF-κB concentration of knee joint synovial fluid of patients with knee osteoarthritis and trauma fractures,and analyze the relationship between the expressiones of them.Results:OPN and NF-κB expression at the mRNA and protein levels of patients with knee osteoarthritis were significantly higher than the control group, the result showed statistical significance(P【0.05).There was a positive correlation between the OPN levels in synovial fluid of patients with knee osteoarthritis and NF-κB expression levels (P【0.05).Conclusions:The high expression of OPN and NF-κB are closely related to occurrence and development of knee osteoarthritis. 展开更多

AIM: To explore the efficacy of conbercept after switching from bevacizumab/ranibizumab in eyes of central retinal vein occlusion(CRVO) through optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA). METHODS: Patients with prior treatment of a minimum of three consecutive intravitreal injections of either bevacizumab or ranibizumab, followed by injection of conbercept, were recruited. The minimal follow-up period after switching was 12 mo. Central retinal thickness(CRT), best-corrected visual acuity(BCVA), the interval of injections was reviewed. Perfusion density(PD) and vascular length density(VLD) of superficial and deep capillary plexus were acquired from OCTA images before and after switching. RESULTS: Twenty-four eyes were included. CRT significantly decreased from 460.71±153.23 μm(before switching) to 283.92±38.27 μm at the end of follow-up(P<0.001). However, BCVA gained to some extent(from 0.98±0.33 to 0.76±0.42 log MAR) but the difference was not significant(P=0.070). After switching to conbercept the injection interval extended from 5.2±2.3 wk to 8.3±3.9 wk(P=0.012). At the end of follow-up, PD of deep retinal layer decreased significantly compared with before switching(from 34.62%±5.27% to 33.26%±5.82%, P=0.016), similar result was found in VLD of deep retinal layer but not in PD or VLD in superficial layer.CONCLUSION: In cases of refractory macular edema secondary to CRVO, switching to conbercept improves macular thickness and extends interval of injection. Retinal microvasculature cannot improve with treatment of conbercept. 展开更多

The enzyme-mediated elevation of reactive oxygen species(ROS)at the tumor sites has become an emerging strategy for regulating intracellular redox status for anticancer treatment.Herein,we proposed a camouflaged bionic cascaded-enzyme nanoreactor based on Ti_(3)C_(2)nanosheets for combined tumor enzyme dynamic therapy(EDT),phototherapy and deoxygenation-activated chemotherapy.Briefly,glucose oxidase(GOX)and chloroperoxidase(CPO)were chemically conjugated onto Ti_(3)C_(2)nanosheets,where the deoxygenation-activated drug tirapazamine(TPZ)was also loaded,and the Ti_(3)C_(2)-GOX-CPO/TPZ(TGCT)was embedded into nanosized cancer cell-derived membrane vesicles with high-expressed CD47(m_eTGCT).Due to biomimetic membrane camouflage and CD47 overexpression,m_eTGCT exhibited superior immune escape and homologous targeting capacities,which could effectively enhance the tumor preferential targeting and internalization.Once internalized into tumor cells,the cascade reaction of GOX and CPO could generate HClO for efficient EDT.Simultaneously,additional laser irradiation could accelerate the enzymic-catalytic reaction rate and increase the generation of singlet oxygen(~1O_(2)).Furthermore,local hypoxia environment with the oxygen depletion by EDT would activate deoxygenation-sensitive prodrug for additional chemotherapy.Consequently,m_eTGCT exhibits amplified synergistic therapeutic effects of tumor phototherapy,EDT and chemotherapy for efficient tumor inhibition.This intelligent cascaded-enzyme nanoreactor provides a promising approach to achieve concurrent and significant antitumor therapy. 展开更多

Aiming at the yaw problem caused by inertial navigation system errors accumulation during the navigation of an intelligent aircraft,a three-dimensional trajectory planning method based on the particle swarm optimization-A star(PSO-A*)algorithm is designed.Firstly,an environment model for aircraft error correction is established,and the trajectory is discretized to calculate the positioning error.Next,the positioning error is corrected at many preset trajectory points.The shortest trajectory and the fewest correction times are regarded as optimization goals to improve the heuristic function of A star(A*)algorithm.Finally,the index weights are continuously optimized by the particle swarm optimization algorithm.The optimal trajectory is found by the A*algorithm under the current evaluation index,so the ideal trajectory is planned.The experimental results show that the PSO-A*algorithm can quickly search for ideal trajectories in different environment models,indicating that the algorithm has certain feasibility and adaptability,and verifies the rationality of the proposed trajectory planning model.The PSO-A*algorithm has better convergence accuracy than the A*algorithm,and the search efficiency is significantly better than the grid search A star(GS-A*)algorithm.The PSO-A*algorithm proposed in this paper has certain engineering application value.The researchers will study the real-time and systematic nature of the algorithm. 展开更多
