Owing to their relatively poor low-temperature deNO_x activity, low thermal stability, insufficient Hg^0 oxidation activity, SO_2 oxidation, ammonia slip, and other disadvantages, modifications to traditional vanadium-titanium-based selective catalytic reduction(SCR)catalysts have been attempted by many researchers to promote their relevant performance. This article reviewed the research progress of modified vanadium-titanium-based SCR catalysts from seven aspects, namely,(1) improving low-temperature deNO_x efficiency,(2) enhancing thermal stability,(3) improving Hg^0 oxidation efficiency,(4) oxidizing slip ammonia,(5) reducing SO_2 oxidation,(6) increasing alkali resistance, and(7) others. Their catalytic performance and the influence mechanisms have been discussed in detail. These catalysts were also divided into different categories according to their modified components such as noble metals(e.g., silver, ruthenium), transition metals(e.g., manganese, iron, copper, zirconium, etc.), rare earth metals(e.g., cerium, praseodymium),and other metal chlorides(e.g., calcium chloride, copper chloride) and non-metals(fluorine,sulfur, silicon, nitrogen, etc.). The advantages and disadvantages of these catalysts were summarized.Based on previous studies and the author's point of view, doping the appropriate modified components is beneficial to further improve the overall performance of vanadium-titanium-based SCR catalysts. This has enormous development potential and is a promising way to realize the control of multiple pollutants on the basis of the existing flue gas treatment system.展开更多

[ Method] The effects of extraction and determination conditions on the detection of tebuconazole left in apples and veg- etables were analyzed, and the optimum extraction conditions were determined. [ Result] The recovery rate of tebucenazole was the highest when the ratio of a sample to florisil dispersant was 1 : 4, and the mixture of hexane and acetone ( 1 : 1 ) with total volume of 8 ml was as the eluant. Under the optimum conditions, the relative standard deviation (RSD) of the method was 4.9% -7.6%, and the detection limit was 0.1 tJg/g, while the re- covery rate of tebuconazole changed from 86.7% to 95. 2% . [ Conclusion] The method was simple, accurate, sensitive and applicable to the de- termination of tebuconazole in aaricultural Droducts.展开更多

Overlap between the emission and the response spectra of the InGaN/GaN LED makes each pair of LEDs in the arrayed chip form a sensing channel. The changes in liquid concentration can be transformed into variation of photocurrent. The system's sensing properties are further optimized by varying the position, number of receivers, and packaging reflectors. With methyl orange as a tracer agent, the sensing system's resolution is 0.286 μmol/L with a linear measurement region below 40 μmol/L.展开更多

Furthermore, Ng R expression was higher in the ipsilesional hemisphere than on the control side in the same coronal section. Although time-dependent changes in Ng R expression across brain regions had their own characteristics, the overall trend complied with the following rules: Ng R expression changes with time showed two peaks and one trough; the first peak in expression appeared between 1 and 3 days after MCAO; expression declined at 5 days; and the second peak occurred at 28 days.

文摘Abstract Cuticular wax covers the surface of the apple epidermis and plays an important role in water loss and pathogen resistance. However, little is known about wax biosynthesis during apple fruit development. In this study, the morphological structure and chemical composition of wax and the transcription patterns of wax-related genes were investigated in the'Red Delicious'and'Golden Delicious'cultivars. The results showed that accumulation of the waxy layer was synchronized with enlargement and maturation of fruit. The crystal structure, major chemical components(very long chain fatty acids and triterpenes)of wax and the expression levels of wax-related genes varied significantly 90 days after flowering(DAF),indicating that the critical period for biosynthesis of cuticular wax was about 90 DAF.This finding is valuable for further study of the regulatory mechanism of wax biosynthesis at both the molecular and physiological levels.
文摘MXenes are emerging transition metal carbides and nitrides-based 2D conductive materials. They have found wide applications in sensors due to their excellent valuable properties. This paper reviews the recent research status of MXene-based electrochemical(bio)sensors for detecting biomarkers, pesticides, and other aspects. The first part of this paper introduced the synthesis strategy and the effect of surface modification on various prop-erties of MXenes. The second part of this paper discussed the application of MXenes as electrode modifiers for detecting pesticides, environmental pollutants, and biomarkers such as glucose, hydrogen peroxide, etc.Hope this review will inspire more efforts toward research on MXene-based sensors to meet the growing requirements.

文摘[ Objective] The study aimed to determine tebuconazole residue in apples and vegetables using matrix solid phase dispersion-gas chro- matography (MSPD-GC). Under the optimum conditions, the relative standard deviation (RSD) of the method was 4.9% -7.6%, and the detection limit was 0.1 tJg/g, while the re- covery rate of tebuconazole changed from 86.7% to 95. 2% . [ Conclusion] The method was simple, accurate, sensitive and applicable to the de- termination of tebuconazole in aaricultural Droducts.

文摘Precise responses to changes in light quality are crucial for plant growth and development. For example, hypocotyls of shade-avoiding plants typically elongate under shade conditions.Although this typical shade-avoidance response(TSR)has been studied in Arabidopsis(Arabidopsis thaliana),the molecular mechanisms underlying shade tolerance are poorly understood. Here we report that B.napus(Brassica napus)seedlings exhibit dual shade responses. In addition to the TSR,B.napus seedlings also display an atypical shade response(ASR),with shorter hypocotyls upon perception of early-shade cues.Genome-wide selective sweep analysis indicated that ASR is associated with light and auxin signaling. Moreover, genetic studies demonstrated that phytochrome A(BnphyA)promotes ASR,whereas BnphyB inhibits it.During ASR,YUCCA8 expression is activated by early-shade cues, leading to increased auxin biosynthesis. This inhibits hypocotyl elongation,as young B.napus seedlings are highly sensitive to auxin.Notably, two non-canonical AUXIN/INDOLE-3-ACETIC ACID(Aux/IAA)repressor genes,BnIAA32 and BnIAA34,are expressed during this early stage.BnIAA32 and BnIAA34 inhibit hypocotyl elongation under shade conditions, and mutations in BnIAA32 and BnIAA34 suppress ASR.Collectively, our study demonstrates that the temporal expression of BnIAA32 and BnIAA34 determines the behavior of B.napus seedlings following shade-induced auxin biosynthesis.

文摘Using an identical monolithic InGaN/GaN light emitting diode (LED) array as the sensing module and a well-designed data processing module, we demonstrate a small-size concentration sensing prototype. With methyl orange as a tracer agent, the sensing system's resolution is 0.286 μmol/L with a linear measurement region below 40 μmol/L.
