Objective:to explore brain-derived neu-rotrophic factor(BDNF)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP9)messenger in peripheral blood lymphocytes of patients with depressive episodes before and after anti-depressant treatmen...Objective:to explore brain-derived neu-rotrophic factor(BDNF)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP9)messenger in peripheral blood lymphocytes of patients with depressive episodes before and after anti-depressant treatment changes in RNA(mRNA)expres-sion levels.Methods:fifteen patients hospitalized with depression in the Afiliated Mental Hospital of Kunming Medical University from December 2021 to June 2022 were collected as research objects.After 4 weeks of anti-depressant treatment,BDNF mRNA and MMP9 mRNA in patients with depression were detected before and af-ter treatment,and statistically analyzed.Results:after 4 weeks of antidepressant treatment,there was no signif-icant difference in BDNF mRNA expression level after treatment compared with before treatment(P>0.05).The mRNA level of MMP9 was higher than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:antidepressant therapy increases the expression of MMP9 mRNA,increasing the conver-sion of BDNF precursor(proBDNF)to mature for BDNF(mBDNF)to relieve depressive symptoms,and the total content of BDNF did not change significantly.展开更多

All-inorganic lead-free CsSnBr_(3)is attractive for applications in solar cells due to its nontoxicity and stability,but the device performance to date has been poor.Besides the intrinsic properties,impurities induced...All-inorganic lead-free CsSnBr_(3)is attractive for applications in solar cells due to its nontoxicity and stability,but the device performance to date has been poor.Besides the intrinsic properties,impurities induced from electrodes may significantly influence the device performance.Here,we systematically studied the stability,transition energy levels,and diffusion of impurities from the most commonly used electrodes(Au,Ag,Cu,graphite,and graphene)in CsSnBr_(3)based on density functional theory calculations.Our results reveal that,whereas graphite and graphene electrodes exhibit negligible influence on CsSnBr_(3)due to the relatively high formation energies for carbon impurities in CsSnBr_(3),atoms from the metal electrodes can effectively diffuse into CsSnBr_(3)along interstice and form electrically active impurities in CsSnBr_(3).In this case,a significant amount of donor interstitial impurities,such as Agti,Cuti,and Auti,will be formed under p-type conditions,whereas the Sn-site substitutional acceptor impurities,namely Au_(Sn)^(2-),Ag_(Sn)^(2-),and Cu_(Sn)^(2-),are the dominant impurities,especially under n-type conditions.In particular,except for Auti,all these major impurities from the metal electrodes act as nonradiative recombination centers in CsSnBr_(3)and significantly degrade the device performance.Our work highlights the distinct behaviors of the electrode impurities in CsSnBr_(3)and their influence on the related devices and provides valuable information for identifying suitable electrodes for optoelectronic applications.展开更多
Multistate magnetic memory effect in heterostructures composed of FeRh thin films with antiferromagnetic(AFM)-ferromagnetic(FM)phase transition and(001)-oriented PMN-PT substrates has been investigated.Utilizing a uni...Multistate magnetic memory effect in heterostructures composed of FeRh thin films with antiferromagnetic(AFM)-ferromagnetic(FM)phase transition and(001)-oriented PMN-PT substrates has been investigated.Utilizing a unipolar electric field,the nonvolatile change in magnetization was nearly doubled compared with that obtained utilizing a conventional bipolar bias.Four stable nonvolatile magnetic states were obtained over a broad temperature span,from 320 to 390K,by adjusting the amplitude of the unipolar electric pulses,demonstrating the possibility of realizing a multistate nonvolatile magnetic memory in the FeRh/PMN-PT heterostructures.This work provides a new strategy for enhancing the magnetic response by utilizing unipolar electric fields and promotes the utilization of AFM-FM phase transition materials in multifunctional information storage and novel spintronic devices.展开更多
