The upper molars and incisors were intruded by 1.33 mm and 1.41 mm after treatment (P<0.05).U6-PP increased by 0.11 mm and 0.23 mm during the first and second stages of retention (P>0.05).U1-PP was found to possess a significant extrusion of 1.2 mm during the first stage (P<0.05),which increased by 0.68 mm during the second stage (P>0.05). The mandibular plane angle (MP-SN)decreased by 2.58 degrees following treatment, and underwent a relapse of 0.51 degree and 0.42 degree during the first and second stages of retention respectively (P>0.05).No significant soft tissue changes occurred, with the exception of increased upper lip length during the second stage (P<0.05).Maxillary anterior and posterior intrusions, counter clockwise rotation,of the mandibular plane, and improved profiles can be successfully achieved following treatment with vertical control. During the first stage of retention (less than three years),intruded molars and incisors both exhibited some extrusion, and molars had better long-term stability than incisors. During the second stage of retention (three to six years),the therapeutic effects appeared stable, with the exception of some increase in upper lip length.Rotated mandibular plane remained stable during the entire retention period.展开更多

Based on the results of twin studies, adoption studies and statistical analyses of blood pressure (BP) across various pedigrees, it has been estimated that 30%--50% of the variability in blood pressure among the general population is genetically determined (Garcia et al., 2003). Although the genetic mechanisms of essential hyper- tension have not been studied well, investigations for the genes that constitute the renin-angiotensin system (RAS) appear to be particularly promising, since this system plays a central role in the regulation of blood pressure (Ferrario, 2010).展开更多

The geometric parameters of the cavities, the structure, and the means to optimize the performance of these light boards are investigated. Various structural parameters of the boards, such as size, shape, and the pattern of cavities are also studied. The optimal structure can be determined by calculation and analysis of the strength, stiffness, weight and cost of the material. A finite element model for the mechanical analysis of wood-plastic composite floors is established; and the results are used to verify the strength criteria under bending deformation, which is the most common loading condition of flooring board.展开更多

Despite promising advantages, the wide use of silicon anodes in LIBs is highly hindered by their fast capacity fading and low Coulombic efficiency arising from their substantial volumetric variation(>300%). Herein, we report a novel aqueous hybrid gel binder for silicon anodes via crosslinking sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(NaCMC) by an inorganic crosslinker-sodium borate. Not only this gel polymer binder can chemically bond to silicon nanoparticle, but also the deformable framework of this crosslinked binder is capable of maintaining electrode integrity, thus buffering dramatic volume change of silicon. Consequently, the silicon anode with this gel binder exhibits good cycle life(1211.5 mAh/g after 600 cycles) and high initial Coulombic efficiency(88.95%).展开更多

文摘A study is carried out on the structural design of wood-plastic composite floors. A finite element model for the mechanical analysis of wood-plastic composite floors is established; and the results are used to verify the strength criteria under bending deformation, which is the most common loading condition of flooring board.

文摘Silicon anodes have drawn ever-increasing attention in lithium-ion batteries(LIBs) owing to their extremely high theoretical capacity and abundance in the earth. Consequently, the silicon anode with this gel binder exhibits good cycle life(1211.5 mAh/g after 600 cycles) and high initial Coulombic efficiency(88.95%).
