Effect of liquid surface depression size on discharge characteristics and chemical distribution in the plasma-liquid anode system

Atmospheric pressure plasma-liquid interactions exist in a variety of applications,including wastewater treatment,wound sterilization,and disinfection.In practice,the phenomenon of liquid surface depression will inevitably appear.The applied gas will cause a depression on the liquid surface,which will undoubtedly affect the plasma generation and further affect the application performance.However,the effect of liquid surface deformation on the plasma is still unclear.In this work,numerical models are developed to reveal the mechanism of liquid surface depressions affecting plasma discharge characteristics and the consequential distribution of plasma species,and further study the influence of liquid surface depressions of different sizes generated by different helium flow rates on the plasma.Results show that the liquid surface deformation changes the initial spatial electric field,resulting in the rearrangement of electrons on the liquid surface.The charges deposited on the liquid surface further increase the degree of distortion of the electric field.Moreover,the electric field and electron distribution affected by the liquid surface depression significantly influence the generation and distribution of active species,which determines the practical effectiveness of the relevant applications.This work explores the phenomenon of liquid surface depression,which has been neglected in previous related work,and contributes to further understanding of plasma-liquid interactions,providing better theoretical guidance for related applications and technologies. 展开更多

目的:观察高频重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)和间歇性复合刺激(iTBS)对老年抑郁与认知改善的疗效观察。方法:选取收治的老年抑郁障碍患者50人,随机分为10 Hz高频rTMS组和iTBS组,在使用舍曲林100 mg/日治疗后分别接受10 Hz高频r TMS和iTBS治疗,脱... 目的:观察高频重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)和间歇性复合刺激(iTBS)对老年抑郁与认知改善的疗效观察。方法:选取收治的老年抑郁障碍患者50人,随机分为10 Hz高频rTMS组和iTBS组,在使用舍曲林100 mg/日治疗后分别接受10 Hz高频r TMS和iTBS治疗,脱落10例,最终两组各20例,分别采用自身前后对照进行比较分析。两组分别实施高频rTMS和i TBS治疗,对两组进行疗效比较。结果:治疗10次后,两种治疗方法汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分无统计学意义差异(P> 0.05),而治疗20次后HAMD评分差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。两种治疗自身前后对比,治疗10次、治疗20次后,HAMD值均低于入院时,有统计学意义(P <0.01),治疗20次对抑郁症状的缓解较治疗10次的明显。两组治疗前TMT1、TMT2、MoCA及VFT基线无统计学差异(P> 0.05),治疗20次后,TMT1、TMT2、MoCA及VFT也均无统计学差异(P> 0.05),自身组内治疗前后对比有统计学差异。结论:经颅磁刺激的两种模式联合舍曲林治疗老年抑郁均有效,在治疗20次后10Hz高频组HAMD分值减少较iTBS组明显,10Hz组对抑郁症状的缓解优于iTBs组,两种治疗对认知均有改善作用,疗效差别无统计学意义。 展开更多

In the present study, a human neuroblastoma cell line (SH-SY5Y) and BV-2 microglia were treated with amyloid-β peptide (25-35), as a model of Alzheimer's disease, to evaluate the protective effects of 10-3-10-8 g/mL Lingguizhugan decoction and to examine the underlying anti-inflammatory mechanism. Lingguizhugan decoction significantly enhanced the viability of SH-SY5Y cells with amyloid-β peptide-induced injury, and lowered levels of interleukin-1β, interleukin-6, tumor necrosis factor-a and nitric oxide in the culture supernatant of activated BV-2 microglia. The effects of 103 g/mL Lingguizhugan decoction were more significant. These results suggest that Lingguizhugan decoction can protect SH-SY5Y cells against amyloid-β peptide (25-35)-induced injury in a dose-dependent manner by inhibiting overexpression of inflammatory factors by activated microglia. 展开更多

目的:探讨加味桃红四物汤(MTSD)对视网膜Müller细胞rMC-1缺氧损伤的保护作用。方法:用加味桃红四物汤含药血清干预缺氧条件下rMC-1细胞,随机分为正常对照组(21%O_(2))、缺氧模型组(1%O_(2))、含药血清低(1%O_(2)+5%含药血清)、中(1... 目的:探讨加味桃红四物汤(MTSD)对视网膜Müller细胞rMC-1缺氧损伤的保护作用。方法:用加味桃红四物汤含药血清干预缺氧条件下rMC-1细胞,随机分为正常对照组(21%O_(2))、缺氧模型组(1%O_(2))、含药血清低(1%O_(2)+5%含药血清)、中(1%O_(2)+10%含药血清)、高剂量组(1%O_(2)+15%含药血清),CCK-8法检测细胞的活力,ELISA法检测血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和色素上皮衍生因子(PEDF)分泌,Western blot检测磷酸化转录激活因子3(p-STAT3)、转录激活因子3(STAT3)和缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)的蛋白表达,Real time PCR检测VEGF、PEDF、STAT3和HIF-1α的基因表达。结果:在1%O_(2)条件下培养48h,rMC-1细胞活力较正常对照组明显受到抑制(P<0.05),加味桃红四物汤含药血清低、中剂量组均可以改善rMC-1细胞缺氧48h的细胞存活率(P<0.05),而高剂量组无改善作用(P>0.05)。加味桃红四物汤含药血清低、中剂量组均可减少缺氧条件下rMC-1细胞上清液VEGF的蛋白表达量(P<0.05),但不能增加PEDF的蛋白含量(P>0.05),对p-STAT3和HIF-1α在蛋白水平均有下调作用(P<0.05),且低剂量组抑制作用优于中剂量(P<0.05)。加味桃红四物汤含药血清中剂量组对缺氧后rMC-1细胞STAT3的蛋白表达有上调作用(P<0.05)。加味桃红四物汤含药血清低、中剂量组对缺氧后rMC-1细胞VEGF基因表达均有下调作用(P<0.05),对PEDF基因表达均有上调作用(P<0.05),且低剂量组优于中剂量(P<0.05);并且加味桃红四物汤含药血清低剂量可下调缺氧后STAT3和HIF-1α的基因表达(P<0.05)。结论:加味桃红四物汤含药血清可能通过抑制STAT3/HIF-1α通路,下调缺氧诱导的视网膜Müller细胞rMC-1的VEGF蛋白和基因表达,上调PEDF基因表达,减轻该细胞的缺氧损伤。 展开更多

Tight sandstone gas reservoirs have characteristics of low porosity and low permeability,complex pore structure.In the paper,we consider the pore and micro-fracture systems in tight sandstone reservoir and perform rock physics modeling of sandstone gas reservoirs based on Chapman.Then we analyze the effects of relaxation time,and difference fluid types on dispersion and attention,and seismic responses.We found that the magnitude of the relaxation time is related to the gas saturation and the viscosity coefficient of the fluid.The magnitude of the relaxation time affects the frequency range of the velocity dispersion and attenuation,and the type of fluid affects the magnitude of the velocity dispersion and attenuation.As the relaxation time decreases,the calculated amplitude deceases.And the amplitude and the waveform of the synthetic seismic record are related to different fluid types and formation thickness. 展开更多

以2015—2021年全国校园足球特色学校为研究对象,运用空间分析等方法探究全国校园足球特色学校的分布格局及其致因与通路,为我国校园足球特色学校空间布局优化与高质量发展提供参考。研究认为:(1)分布格局方面,全国校园足球特色学校呈... 以2015—2021年全国校园足球特色学校为研究对象,运用空间分析等方法探究全国校园足球特色学校的分布格局及其致因与通路,为我国校园足球特色学校空间布局优化与高质量发展提供参考。研究认为:(1)分布格局方面,全国校园足球特色学校呈集聚性,具有“东密西疏”“南多北少”“中间多两端少”的特征,且各地带人口数量分布与全国校园足球特色学校的分布特征一致。在京津冀、长三角和珠三角地区形成4个明显的高密度集聚区,在川渝、湘中、闽东南、黔北等地区形成7个次级密度核心圈以及其他地域的多个小密度核心圈;东部地带的特色学校数量、专项资金投入、场地设施数量等条件优于中部地带及西部地带。(2)致因要素方面,东部、中部、西部地带在地形地貌、区位条件、政策倾向方面与分布特征存在差异的一致性,经济发达地区的特色学校数量明显多于偏远落后地区,整体分布呈现两极分化现象。相关性分析显示,各省特色学校数量与GDP呈显著正相关(r=0.444,P<0.01),政府的经费投入与公共体育设施资源及足球场地设施之间呈高度相关(r_(体)=0.873**,P<0.01;r_(足)=0.864**,P<0.01),在教育经费分配上也差距悬殊(G=0.962 517>0.6)。为实现全国校园足球特色学校从量的发展向高质量均衡发展格局的转变,应从尊重自然与盘活资源、宏观调控与对口帮扶、多方投入与专项拨款、充实三维文化与底蕴、优化流程与科学管理5方面持续深耕,进而推动校园足球高质量可持续发展。 展开更多

Multilevel phase-change memory is an attractive technology to increase storage capacity and density owing to its high-speed,scalable and non-volatile characteristics.However,the contradiction between thermal stability and operation speed is one of key factors to restrain the development of phase-change memory.Here,N-doped Ge_(2)Sb_(2)Te_(5)-based optoelectronic hybrid memory is proposed to simultaneously implement high thermal stability and ultrafast operation speed.The picosecond laser is adopted to write/erase information based on reversible phase transition characteristics whereas the resistance is detected to perform information readout.Results show that when N content is 27.4 at.%,N-doped Ge_(2)Sb_(2)Te_(5)film possesses high ten-year data retention temperature of 175℃and low resistance drift coefficient of 0.00024 at 85℃,0.00170 at 120℃,and 0.00249 at 150℃,respectively,owing to the formation of Ge–N,Sb–N,and Te–N bonds.The SET/RESET operation speeds of the film reach 520 ps/13 ps.In parallel,the reversible switching cycle of the corresponding device is realized with the resistance ratio of three orders of magnitude.Four-level reversible resistance states induced by various crystallization degrees are also obtained together with low resistance drift coefficients.Therefore,the N-doped Ge_(2)Sb_(2)Te_(5)thin film is a promising phase-change material for ultrafast multilevel optoelectronic hybrid storage. 展开更多

AIM To examine the clinical features and risk factors for adverse outcomes in chronic hepatitis B(CHB) superimposed with hepatitis E virus(HEV).METHODS This retrospective cohort study included 228 patients with acute HEV infection(showing clinical acute hepatitis symptomology and positivity for anti-HEV immunoglobulin M) with underlying CHB(confirmed by positivity for hepatitis B surface antigen and/or hepatitis B virus(HBV) DNA over 6 mo) who had been admitted to the Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center, which represents the regional tertiary hospital for infectious diseases in Shanghai city, China. Data for adverse outcomes were collected, and included severe liver diseases(defined as liver failure and/or acute liver decompensation) and liver-related mortality. Logistic regression modeling was performed to determine the risk factors for adverse outcomes.RESULTS The symptoms caused by superimposed acute hepatitis E(AHE) were much more severe in cirrhotic patients(n = 94) than in non-cirrhotic patients(n = 134), as evidenced by significantly higher liver complications(77.7% vs 28.4%, P < 0.001) and mortality rate(21.3% vs 7.5%, P = 0.002). Most of the cirrhotic patients(n = 85, 90.4%) had no prior decompensation. Among the non-cirrhotic patients, superimposed AHE caused progressively more severe diseases that corresponded with the CHB disease stages, from immune tolerant to immune reactivation phases. Few risk factors were identified in the cirrhotic patients, but risk factors for non-cirrhotic patients were found to be intermediate HBV DNA levels(OR: 5.1, P = 0.012), alcohol consumption(OR: 6.4, P = 0.020), and underlying diabetes(OR: 7.5, P = 0.003) and kidney diseases(OR: 12.7, P = 0.005). Only 28.7% of the cirrhotic patients and 9.0% of the non-cirrhotic patients had received anti-HBV therapy previously and, in all cases, the efficacy had been suboptimal. CONCLUSION CHB-related cirrhosis and intermediate HBV DNA level were associated with severe disease in superinfected patients, and successful antiviral treatment might counter this outcome. 展开更多

Objective: The novel fully automated immunohistochemistry (IHC) assay-Ventana anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK)-DSF3 for screening ALK rearrangements has been approved by China's Food and Drug Administration in 2013, our previous study disclosed a highly specificity and sensitivity nearly 100%, and its efficacy needs to be evaluated in a large cohort of primary lung adenocarcinoma patients, and to compare clinicopathological features with ALK (+) and ALK (-) lung adenocarcinoma.Methods: A total of 1,504 consecutive surgical lung adenocareinoma eases of Chinese Han population were collected and re-diagnosed according to the 2011 multidisciplinary classification of lung adenocarcinoma. Fully automated Ventana ALK-D5F3 IHC staining with a binary scoring was adopted to evaluate staining and correlated with dinieopathologieal characters, including age, sex, differentiation degree, histological subtype, lymph node metastasis, and clinical staging. ALK (+) patients were followed-up, and targeted therapy of ALKinhibitors was adopted and observed in patients with stage IV according to the NCCN guideline.Results: ALK positive adenocarcinomas were identified in 6.6% of the surgically resected 1,504 NSCLCs, and significantly younger than the negative group (P〈0.05).Mucinous adenocarcinoma (28.2%) was determined to be predominant in ALK (+) cases, followed by the solid type (11.7%), specific type (6.8%), papillary type (5.6%), acinar type (5.5%), and lepidic type (3.1%), and the differences were statistically significant (χ2=42.01 1, P〈0.05). ALK (+) adenocarcinoma with lymph node metastasis (10.8%) were significantly higher than that without lymph node metastasis (4.5%) (g2=19.809, P〈0.05); and ALK (+) in phase Ⅳ (20%) was significantly higher than phaseⅢ (12.9%), phase Ⅱ (4.2%), phase Ⅰ (4.5%), and phase 0 (0) (g2=36.068, P〈0.05). Multivariate logistic regression disclosed that patient age, AJCC staging, and histological mucinous subtype were correlated with ALK positive staining (OR=0.959, 1.578, 5.036, respectively). Sixty eight patients had followed-up results, five patients out of which primarily diagnosed or progressed into Stage IV benefited well from targeted therapy with Crizotinib.Conclusions: The ALK fusion protein was seen in 6.6% Chinese NSCLC patients, and mosdy seen in younger, clinically higher staging, mueinous and solid predominant adenoearcinoma. Clinical trials in patients of Stage Ⅳ eonfirmed that ALK-DSF3 Ventana IHC is serviceable in screening ALK-positive candidates for molecular targeted therapy. 展开更多

Objective To investigate the H_ 2O_ 2-induced expression of human histone acetyltransferase-like protein (hALP), a telomerase regulation-associated gene, and its effects on the stress-triggered cellular senescence.Methods The induced expression of hALP was measured by semi-quantitative RT-PCR and immunofluorescent histochemistry after treatment of HeLa cells by H_ 2O_ 2.The effects of hALP expression on cellular responses to H_ 2O_ 2 were analyzed by MTT, flowcytometry, and SA-β-gal staining, respectively.Results hALP mRNA could be dose-dependently induced by treatments of 0.2-1.6 mmol/L H_ 2O_ 2, and the induction could be observed after 6 hours and kept for 36 hours in the presence of 0.4 mmol/L H_ 2O_ 2.Meanwhile, the immunofluorescent staining showed marked stronger nuclear intensity of hALP protein in H_ 2O_ 2-treated HeLa cells.In the treatment of H_ 2O_ 2, the ectopic expression of hALP enhanced continuous growth and overcame G_ 2/M arrest as well as decreased senescence-associated β-gal staining.On the contrary, the transfected clones with antisense or blank vector and original HeLa cells presented growth suppression, G_ 2/M delay and higher percentage of SA-β-gal activities in the presence of H_ 2 O_ 2.Conclusions The expression of hALP could be up-regulated by treatment of H_ 2O_ 2, and elevated expression could enhance cellular resistance to H_ 2O_ 2-induced cellular senescence.The data might be of references to elucidation of basic biological function of hALP gene and its associated telomerase activity. 展开更多

The era of information explosion is coming and information need to be continuously stored and randomly accessed over long-term periods,which constitute an insurmountable challenge for existing data centers.At present,computing devices use the von Neumann architecture with separate computing and memory units,which exposes the shortcomings of“memory bottleneck”.Nonvolatile memristor can realize data storage and in-memory computing at the same time and promises to overcome this bottleneck.Phase-change random access memory(PCRAM)is called one of the best solutions for next generation non-volatile memory.Due to its high speed,good data retention,high density,low power consumption,PCRAM has the broad commercial prospects in the in-memory computing application.In this review,the research progress of phase-change materials and device structures for PCRAM,as well as the most critical performances for a universal memory,such as speed,capacity,and power consumption,are reviewed.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of phase-change optical disk and PCRAM,a new concept of optoelectronic hybrid storage based on phase-change material is proposed.Furthermore,its feasibility to replace existing memory technologies as a universal memory is also discussed as well. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Drug extravasation is a complication of totally implantable access port(TIAP)use and could cause tissue injury and sustained organ dysfunction.Therefore,the clinical management of children with TIAP is challenging.CASE SUMMARY This was a case of extravasation of a chemotherapeutic drug(paclitaxel)from an implantable infusion port in a 23-mo old child.After fully evaluating the skin at the site of extravasation,the nurse continued to use the infusion port to complete the follow-up chemotherapeutic course.The skin around the infusion port was red,and showed no ulceration,swelling,or induration at discharge.CONCLUSION Since children are more active and often noncompliant,it is necessary to appropriately train pediatric nurses caring for individuals with TIAPs,and any abnormal situation should be timely addressed. 展开更多

In order to evaluate the ground-based infrared telescope sensitivity affected by the noise from the atmosphere,instruments and detectors,we construct a sensitivity model that can calculate limiting magnitudes and signal-to-noise ratio(S/N).The model is tested with tentative measurements of M’-band sky brightness and atmospheric extinction obtained at the Ali and Daocheng sites.We find that the noise caused by an excellent scientific detector and instruments at-135℃can be ignored compared to the M’-band sky background noise.Thus,when S/N=3 and total exposure time is 1 second for 10 m telescopes,the magnitude limited by the atmosphere is 13.01^(m)at Ali and 12.96^(m)at Daocheng.Even under lessthan-ideal circumstances,i.e.,the readout noise of a deep cryogenic detector is less than 200 e-and the instruments are cooled to below-87.2℃,the above magnitudes decrease by 0.056^(m)at most.Therefore,according to observational requirements with a large telescope in a given infrared band,astronomers can use this sensitivity model as a tool for guiding site surveys,detector selection and instrumental thermal-control. 展开更多
