An analytical method,called the symplectic mathematical method,is proposed to study the wave propagation in a spring-mass chain with gradient arranged local resonators and nonlinear ground springs.Combined with the linearized perturbation approach,the symplectic transform matrix for a unit cell of the weakly nonlinear graded metamaterial is derived,which only relies on the state vector.The results of the dispersion relation obtained with the symplectic mathematical method agree well with those achieved by the Bloch theory.It is shown that wider and lower frequency bandgaps are formed when the hardening nonlinearity and incident wave intensity increase.Subsequently,the displacement response and transmission performance of nonlinear graded metamaterials with finite length are studied.The dual tunable effects of nonlinearity and gradation on the wave propagation are explored under different excitation frequencies.For small excitation frequencies,the gradient parameter plays a dominant role compared with the nonlinearity.The reason is that the gradient tuning aims at the gradient arrangement of local resonators,which is limited by the critical value of the local resonator mass.In contrast,for larger excitation frequencies,the hardening nonlinearity is dominant and will contribute to the formation of a new bandgap. 展开更多

Late fusion multi-view clustering(LFMVC)algorithms aim to integrate the base partition of each single view into a consensus partition.Base partitions can be obtained by performing kernel k-means clustering on all views.This type of method is not only computationally efficient,but also more accurate than multiple kernel k-means,and is thus widely used in the multi-view clustering context.LFMVC improves computational efficiency to the extent that the computational complexity of each iteration is reduced from Oen3T to OenT(where n is the number of samples).However,LFMVC also limits the search space of the optimal solution,meaning that the clustering results obtained are not ideal.Accordingly,in order to obtain more information from each base partition and thus improve the clustering performance,we propose a new late fusion multi-view clustering algorithm with a computational complexity of Oen2T.Experiments on several commonly used datasets demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can reach quickly convergence.Moreover,compared with other late fusion algorithms with computational complexity of OenT,the actual time consumption of the proposed algorithm does not significantly increase.At the same time,comparisons with several other state-of-the-art algorithms reveal that the proposed algorithm also obtains the best clustering performance. 展开更多

A Dynamically Reconfigurable Accelerator Design Using a Sparse-Winograd Decomposition Algorithm for CNNs

Convolutional Neural Networks(CNNs)are widely used in many fields.Due to their high throughput and high level of computing characteristics,however,an increasing number of researchers are focusing on how to improve the computational efficiency,hardware utilization,or flexibility of CNN hardware accelerators.Accordingly,this paper proposes a dynamically reconfigurable accelerator architecture that implements a Sparse-Winograd F(2×2.3×3)-based high-parallelism hardware architecture.This approach not only eliminates the pre-calculation complexity associated with the Winograd algorithm,thereby reducing the difficulty of hardware implementation,but also greatly improves the flexibility of the hardware;as a result,the accelerator can realize the calculation of Conventional Convolution,Grouped Convolution(GCONV)or Depthwise Separable Convolution(DSC)using the same hardware architecture.Our experimental results show that the accelerator achieves a 3x–4.14x speedup compared with the designs that do not use the acceleration algorithm on VGG-16 and MobileNet V1.Moreover,compared with previous designs using the traditional Winograd algorithm,the accelerator design achieves 1.4x–1.8x speedup.At the same time,the efficiency of the multiplier improves by up to 142%. 展开更多

目的:探讨EZH2抑制剂3-deazaneplanocin A(DZNep)对人葡萄膜黑色素瘤细胞增殖的影响。方法:实验研究。先采用Western blot法检测EZH2在正常葡萄膜黑色素细胞(UM95、UM96)和葡萄膜黑色素瘤细胞(M23、SP6.5)中的表达,然后在M23和SP6.5细... 目的:探讨EZH2抑制剂3-deazaneplanocin A(DZNep)对人葡萄膜黑色素瘤细胞增殖的影响。方法:实验研究。先采用Western blot法检测EZH2在正常葡萄膜黑色素细胞(UM95、UM96)和葡萄膜黑色素瘤细胞(M23、SP6.5)中的表达,然后在M23和SP6.5细胞的培养基中加入DZNep进行处理,作为实验组;以溶剂DMSO处理作为阴性对照组。采用MTS、平板克隆形成、EdU实验以及流式细胞术分别检测细胞存活、克隆形成能力、细胞增殖以及细胞周期。Western blot技术检测DZNep对细胞中H3K27me3修饰水平,细胞周期相关蛋白以及ERK信号通路的影响。组间数据均采用独立样本t检验进行比较。结果:EZH2在M23和SP6.5细胞中的表达水平与在UM95细胞中的表达相比显著升高(t=25.050,P=0.002;t=14.220,P=0.005)。MTS结果显示,DZNep显著抑制M23和SP6.5细胞的活性,呈浓度和作用时间依赖性。与阴性对照组相比,实验组中M23和SP6.5细胞的克隆形成数量显著降低(t=3.364,P=0.015;t=6.997,P<0.001),并且反映细胞增殖的EdU标记细胞比例明显减少(t=5.117,P=0.002;t=3.399,P=0.015)。流式细胞术检测结果显示,与阴性对照组相比,实验组中M23和SP6.5细胞处于G1期的细胞比例均显著升高(t=6.199,P=0.003;t=3.729,P=0.020)。Western blot检测结果显示,与阴性对照组相比,实验组M23和SP6.5细胞中的EZH2(t=5.214,P=0.035;t=13.530,P=0.005)、p-Rb(t=4.551,P=0.045;t=4.655,P=0.043)、E2F1(t=8.090,P=0.015;t=9.313,P=0.011)以及p-ERK(t=4.819,P=0.040;t=8.951,P=0.012)表达均有降低,H3K27me3修饰水平显著下降(t=5.257,P=0.034;t=5.697,P=0.030)。结论:DZNep能够抑制葡萄膜黑色素瘤细胞的增殖,具有治疗葡萄膜黑色素瘤的应用前景。 展开更多

目的:探讨MicroRNA-96(miR-96)对人视网膜色素上皮(RPE)细胞增殖和迁移的影响。方法:实验研究。通过RNA原位杂交检测人胚胎眼(20周)石蜡切片中RPE层miR-96的表达情况。将miR-96和随机序列寡核苷酸链[阴性对照(NC)]通过阳离子脂质体介导... 目的:探讨MicroRNA-96(miR-96)对人视网膜色素上皮(RPE)细胞增殖和迁移的影响。方法:实验研究。通过RNA原位杂交检测人胚胎眼(20周)石蜡切片中RPE层miR-96的表达情况。将miR-96和随机序列寡核苷酸链[阴性对照(NC)]通过阳离子脂质体介导转染人眼RPE细胞,采用细胞增殖实验(MTS)、流式细胞术和Transwell实验分别检测细胞增殖、细胞周期以及细胞迁移能力。通过生物信息学及Western blot法确定miR-96作用的靶基因。应用Western blot检测miR-96对细胞增殖迁移相关信号通路蛋白(Akt、ERK)及细胞周期相关蛋白(p-Cdc2、CyclinD2、p-Rb)表达的影响。组间数据比较采用独立样本t检验。结果:miR-96在人眼RPE细胞中有表达。MTS结果显示,转染NC、miR-96后,人眼RPE细胞的相对增殖速率分别为100%、74%±2%,差异有统计学意义(t=42.174,P=0.002)。流式细胞术检测结果显示,转染miR-96后阻滞在G1期的RPE细胞明显多于转染NC后,且差异有统计学意义(t=-18.444,P=0.003)。Transwell实验结果显示,与转染NC相比,转染miR-96能显著抑制RPE细胞的迁移,差异具有统计学意义(t=6.754,P=0.002)。进而,明确了MITF是miR-96作用的靶基因。Western blot检测结果显示,转染miR-96后细胞中细胞周期相关蛋白p-Rb(t=11.211,P=0.002)、p-Cdc2(t=9.133,P=0.003)、CyclinD2(t=7.542,P=0.005)以及迁移相关信号通路蛋白p-ERK(t=16.699,P<0.001)、p-Akt(t=23.552,P<0.001)的表达水平均降低。结论:miR-96通过作用于靶基因MITF,调控细胞周期和迁移相关蛋白的表达从而抑制人RPE细胞的增殖和迁移。 展开更多
