Twenty native cultivars representing Yunjie-growing eco-types in China were selecte...Genetic diversity of Yunjie(.Eruca sativa Mill.)in China was assessed by analyses of RAPD(randomly amplified polymorphic DNA)markers. Twenty native cultivars representing Yunjie-growing eco-types in China were selected as material in this study. Twelve out of the 64 tested random decamer primers were able to identify 131 stable RAPD bands from these Yunjie cultivars. Of them 105 bands, or 80.15% of the total, were polymorphic. Most Yunjie cultivars from the same ecotype had their characteristic DNA bands. Cluster analysis by unweighted pair group method of arithmetic means(UPGMA)suggested that the 20 Yunjie genotypes could be divided into four groups. The genetic distances among the 20 cultivars varied from 0.117 8 between Shuozhou and Shenchi to 0. 499 4 between Hetian and Xiliang. Hetian alone could be a new type of Yunjie identified in China because it had the greatest genetic distance from all the other tested cultivars. These results indicate that Chinese Yunjie have abundant genetic diversity. Classification of Chinese Yunjie based on the RAPD information was in good agreement with the relationships between these Yunjie cultivars in their geographic origins and their plant morphology.展开更多

The paper analyzes China’s soybean production capability and discovers that the present yield of China’s soybean plant system cannot satisfy the domestic demand.The paperalso provides the method to solve such matters by using the result of a modified Cobb-Douglas model. In the third section of this paper, the impacts of GMO regulation on soybean trade and marketin China are analyzed.In this section,we provide a methodological issue to analyze the impacts of such regulation on trade.The paper then explains the implicated result induced by such regulations.展开更多

Combining with TEM analysis, effect of texture on deep-drawing p...The textures induced by deformation processes of different crafts in air-condition used aluminium 1050H19 foils were measured by using X-ray goniometer. Combining with TEM analysis, effect of texture on deep-drawing property was discussed. It is show that deformation textures in the specimens, on which four types of rolling-crafts are carried out respectively, are all typical Cu components, and recrystallized R-, Cube-texture don’t exist. Cu-texture is still the predominant component with different orientation density according to different rolling-craft. To specimens which are prone to cracking, their orientation densities of Cu-textures are higher, their textures are stronger and they contain P- and Goss-texture, which are harder to be deformed. The analyses indicat that with the decrease in the rate of reduction/rolling-time and the execution of intermediate holding, textures that are harder to be deformed are eliminated and orientation density of Cu-texture is weakened. Thus, deep-drawing property of aluminium foils is improved.展开更多

According to the results of computation, it is found that the resistor of conductor can be optimized using hollow wire with specific wall thickness. At high frequency the current distribution across a circular hollow wire is at surface of wire, which is called skin depth. We found that optimum wall thickness is proportional to skin depth and the phase abrupt change point of H field. Theoretical analysis and mechanism optimized round hollow wire will be presented in this paper. The calculation indicates that cylindrical hollow wire can be optimized to decrease resistance above 8%.展开更多
