高度近视患者SMILE和FS-LASIK术后早期视觉质量的比较 被引量:14

目的:应用双通道视觉质量分析系统(OQASⅡ)及Pentacam角膜地形图对比研究高度近视患者分别行小切口飞秒激光角膜基质透镜取出术(SMILE)和飞秒激光辅助制瓣的准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(FS-LASIK)后早期视觉质量的变化。方法:前瞻性非随... 目的:应用双通道视觉质量分析系统(OQASⅡ)及Pentacam角膜地形图对比研究高度近视患者分别行小切口飞秒激光角膜基质透镜取出术(SMILE)和飞秒激光辅助制瓣的准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(FS-LASIK)后早期视觉质量的变化。方法:前瞻性非随机对照研究。选取2020-03/09于我院行手术矫治的高度近视患者74例148眼,其中SMILE组43例86眼,FS-LASIK组31例62眼。分析患者术前、术后1、7d裸眼视力(UCVA)、调制传递函数截止频率(MTF cut off)、斯特列尔比值(SR)、客观散射指数(OSI)、模拟对比度视力(VA 100%、VA 20%、VA 9%)、高阶像差(HOA)、水平彗差(Z_(3)^(1))、垂直彗差(Z_(3)^(-1))和球差(Z_(4)^(0))情况。结果:两组患者术前年龄、等效球镜、UCVA、MTF cut off、SR、OSI、VA 100%、VA 20%、VA 9%、HOA、Z_(3)^(1)、Z_(3)^(-1)和Z_(4)^(0)均无差异(P>0.05)。SMILE组术后1d OSI值高于FS-LASIK组(2.3±2.1 vs 1.8±1.1),术后7d无差异(1.2±0.7 vs1.3±0.7)。FS-LASIK组术后1、7d HOA和Z_(4)^(0)均高于SMILE组(P<0.001),但术后1、7d两组患者UCVA、Z_(3)^(1)、Z_(3)^(-1)、MTF cut off、SR、VA 100%、VA 20%、VA 9%均无差异(P>0.05)。结论:FS-LASIK术后早期更易引入角膜高阶像差和球差,而2mm切口的SMILE术仅在术后1d引入更高的散射,因此,高度近视患者行角膜屈光手术矫正采用SMILE术较FS-LASIK术后早期能够获得更佳的视觉质量。 展开更多

高度近视ICL V4c植入术后早期客观视觉质量及视觉相关生活质量分析 被引量:12

目的:应用双通道视觉质量分析系统(OQASⅡ)及生活质量量表评估高度近视中央孔型有晶状体眼后房型人工晶状体(ICL V4c)植入术后的早期客观视觉质量及视觉相关生活质量。方法:分析就诊于我院由同一术者施行ICL V4c植入术的高度近视患者26... 目的:应用双通道视觉质量分析系统(OQASⅡ)及生活质量量表评估高度近视中央孔型有晶状体眼后房型人工晶状体(ICL V4c)植入术后的早期客观视觉质量及视觉相关生活质量。方法:分析就诊于我院由同一术者施行ICL V4c植入术的高度近视患者26例44眼的临床数据,包括术前及术后1wk,1、3mo的裸眼视力(UCVA)、最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、眼压、角膜内皮细胞密度(ECD)、拱高、客观散射指数(OSI)、调制传递函数截止频率(MTF cut off)、斯特列尔比(SR)、对比度为100%、20%、9%的模拟对比度视力(OV 100%、OV 20%、OV 9%),并进行生活质量量表问卷调查。结果:高度近视患者术后各时间点的UCVA均优于术前BCVA(P<0.001);术后1wk眼压较术前及术后1、3mo升高(P<0.05);术后1wk,1、3mo ECD均较术前减少(P<0.05),但均在正常范围内;拱高无明显差异(P=0.790);术后各时间点OSI、MTF cut off、SR、OV 100%、OV 20%、OV 9%均优于术前(P<0.001);生活质量问卷调查显示术后患者主观视力好,满意度高。结论:ICL V4c植入术矫正高度近视安全有效,早期即可明显改善客观视觉质量,提高患者视觉相关生活质量,为建立ICL在高度近视患者应用中的“主客观结合综合评价体系”奠定了基础。 展开更多

As a key component of injection molding,multi-cavity hot runner(MCHR)system faces the crucial problem of polymer melt filling imbalance among the cavities.The thermal imbalance in the system has been considered as the leading cause.Hence,the solution may rest with the synchronization of those heating processes in MCHR system.This paper proposes a’Master-Slave’generalized predictive synchronization control(MS-GPSC)method with’Mr.Slowest’strategy for preheating stage of MCHR system.The core of the proposed method is choosing the heating process with slowest dynamics as the’Master’to track the setpoint,while the other heating processes are treated as‘Slaves’tracking the output of’Master’.This proposed method is shown to have the good ability of temperature synchronization.The corresponding analysis is conducted on parameters tuning and stability,simulations and experiments show the strategy is effective. 展开更多

Currently,the enhancement in electromagnetic interference(EMI)performance of polymeric composite generally relies on either improving electrical conductivity(σ)for stronger electromagnetic(EM)reflections or tailoring structure for higher EM resonances.Herein,we proposed a novel technique called cyclic pulsating pressure enhanced segregating structuration(CPP-SS),which can reinforce these two factors simultaneously.The structural information was supplied by optical microscopy(OM)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),both of which confirmed the formation and evolution of segregate structured ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)/graphene composites.Then,the result showed that CPP-SS can significantly improve theσof samples.Ultimately,advanced specific EMI shielding efficiency of 31.1 d B/mm was achieved for UHMWPE/graphene composite at 1-mm thickness and a low graphene loading of 5 wt%.Meanwhile,it also confirmed that the intrinsic disadvantage of poor mechanical properties of conventional segregated structure composites can be surpassed.This work is believed to provide a fundamental understanding of the structural and performance evolutions of segregated structured composites prepared under CPPSS,and to bring us a simple and efficient approach for fabricating high-performance,strong and light-weight polymeric EMI shields. 展开更多
