Study on Ecological Change Remote Sensing Monitoring Method Based on Elman Dynamic Recurrent Neural Network

In this paper, Hailin City of Heilongjiang Province, China is taken as the research area. As an important city in Heilongjiang Province, China, the sustainable development of its ecological environment is related to the opening up, economic prosperity and social stability of Northeast China. In this paper, the remote sensing ecological index (RSEI) of Hailin City in recent 20 years was calculated by using Landsat 5/8/9 series satellite images, and the temporal and spatial changes of the ecological environment in Hailin City were further analyzed and the influencing factors were discussed. From 2003 to 2023, the mean value of RSEI in Hailin City decreased and increased, and the ecological environment decreased slightly as a whole. RSEI declined most significantly from 2003 to 2008, and it increased from 2008 to 2013, decreased from 2013 to 2018, and increased from 2018 to 2023 again, with higher RSEI value in the south and lower RSEI value in the northwest. It is suggested to appropriately increase vegetation coverage in the northwest to improve ecological quality. As a result, the predicted value of Elman dynamic recurrent neural network model is consistent with the change trend of the mean value, and the prediction error converges quickly, which can accurately predict the ecological environment quality in the future study area. 展开更多

Exploration of advanced gel polymer electrolytes(GPEs)represents a viable strategy for mitigating dendritic lithium(Li)growth,which is crucial in ensuring the safe operation of high energy density Li metal batteries(LMBs).Despite this,the application of GPEs is still hindered by inadequate ionic conductivity,low Li^(+)transference number,and subpar physicochemical properties.Herein,Ti O_(2-x)nanofibers(NF)with oxygen vacancy defects were synthesized by a one-step process as inorganic fillers to enhance the thermal/mechanical/ionic-transportation performances of composite GPEs.Various characterizations and theoretical calculations reveal that the oxygen vacancies on the surface of Ti O_(2-x)NF accelerate the dissociation of Li PF_6,promote the rapid transfer of free Li^(+),and influence the formation of Li F-enriched solid electrolyte interphase.Consequently,the composite GPEs demonstrate enhanced ionic conductivity(1.90m S cm^(-1)at room temperature),higher lithium-ion transference number(0.70),wider electrochemical stability window(5.50 V),superior mechanical strength,excellent thermal stability(210℃),and improved compatibility with lithium,resulting in superior cycling stability and rate performance in both Li||Li,Li||Li Fe PO_(4),and Li||Li Ni_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)cells.Overall,the synergistic influence of nanofiber morphology and enriched oxygen vacancy structure of fillers on electrochemical properties of composite GPEs is comprehensively investigated,thus,it is anticipated to shed new light on designing high-performance GPEs LMBs. 展开更多

Fluid flow at nanoscale is closely related to many areas in nature and technology(e.g.,unconventional hydrocarbon recovery,carbon dioxide geo-storage,underground hydrocarbon storage,fuel cells,ocean desalination,and biomedicine).At nanoscale,interfacial forces dominate over bulk forces,and nonlinear effects are important,which significantly deviate from conventional theory.During the past decades,a series of experiments,theories,and simulations have been performed to investigate fluid flow at nanoscale,which has advanced our fundamental knowledge of this topic.However,a critical review is still lacking,which has seriously limited the basic understanding of this area.Therefore herein,we systematically review experimental,theoretical,and simulation works on single-and multi-phases fluid flow at nanoscale.We also clearly point out the current research gaps and future outlook.These insights will promote the significant development of nonlinear flow physics at nanoscale and will provide crucial guidance on the relevant areas. 展开更多

Research on novel ultrafast photonic devices with wide adaptability has become important scientific technical means to realize both scheme innovation and performance breakthrough in fiber laser generation.As types of transition metal oxide,manganese dioxide(MnO_(2))materials exhibit remarkable properties including high photothermal stability,strong oxidation resistance,and excellent optical properties,making them promising candidate for utilization as modulation devices in nonlinear optics and ultrafast optics fields.We investigate the impact of MnO_(2)-based saturable absorber(SA)on the pulse characteristics.The experiment reveals that MnO_(2)-based SA supports effectively pulsed laser generation in wide pump power range and large dispersion parameter space with signal-to-noise ratio more than 85 dB.As far as we know,the pump power response range is outstanding among the most of the reported pulsed lasers,which is attributed to the large modulation depth of MnO_(2) SA.We also investigate the impact of dispersion on the characteristics of laser output,which is not involved in other similar works.This research indicates that MnO_(2) as a photonic device has vast potential in advanced ultrafast optics. 展开更多

Nondestructive and noninvasive neutron assays are essential applications of neutron techniques.Neutron resonance transmission analysis(NRTA)is a powerful nondestructive method for investigating the elemental composition of an object.The back-streaming neutron line(Back-n)is a newly built time-of-flight facility at the China Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS)that provides neutrons in the eV to 300 MeV range.A feasibility study of the NRTA method for nuclide identification was conducted at the CSNS Back-n via two test experiments.The results demonstrate that it is feasible to identify different elements and isotopes in samples using the NRTA method at Back-n.This study reveals its potential future applications. 展开更多

Neutron-sensitive microchannel plates(nMCPs)have applications in neutron detection,including energy spectrum measurements,neutron-induced cross sections,and neutron imaging.10B-doped MCPs(B-MCPs)have attracted significant attention owing to their potential for exhibiting a high neutron detection efficiency over a large neutron energy range.Good spatial and temporal resolutions are useful for neutron energy-resolved imaging.However,their practical applications still face many technical challenges.In this study,a B-MCP with 10 mol%10B was tested for its response to wide-energy neutrons from eV to MeV at the Back-n white neutron source at the China Spallation Neutron Source.The neutron detection efficiency was calibrated at 1 eV,which is approximately 300 times that of an ordinary MCP and indicates the success of 10 B doping.The factors that caused the reduction in the detection efficiency were simulated and discussed.The neutron energy spectrum obtained using B-MCP was compared with that obtained by other measurement methods,and showed very good consistency for neutron energies below tens of keV.The response is more complicated at higher neutron energy,at which point the elastic and nonelastic reactions of all nuclides of B-MCP gradually become dominant.This is beneficial for the detection of neutrons,as it compensates for the detection efficiency of B-MCP for high-energy neutrons. 展开更多

Neutron resonance imaging(NRI)has recently emerged as an appealing technique for neutron radiography.Its complexity surpasses that of conventional transmission imaging,as it requires a high demand for both a neutron source and detector.Consequently,the progression of NRI technology has been sluggish since its inception in the 1980s,particularly considering the limited studies analyzing the neutron energy range above keV.The white neutron source(Back-n)at the China Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS)provides favorable beam conditions for the development of the NRI technique over a wide neutron energy range from eV to MeV.Neutron-sensitive microchannel plates(MCP)have emerged as a cutting-edge tool in the field of neutron detection owing to their high temporal and spatial resolutions,high detection efficiency,and low noise.In this study,we report the development of a 10B-doped MCP detector,along with its associated electronics,data processing system,and NRI experiments at the Back-n.Individual heavy elements such as gold,silver,tungsten,and indium can be easily identified in the transmission images by their characteristic resonance peaks in the 1–100 eV energy range;the more difficult medium-weight elements such as iron,copper,and aluminum with resonance peaks in the 1–100 keV energy range can also be identified.In particular,results in the neutron energy range of dozens of keV(Aluminum)are reported here for the first time. 展开更多

Taking the Dapingzhang copper-polymetallic deposit in Yunnan Province, China as the research object, the maximum entropy model was used to extract the mining information, and the mineral resource prediction model was established by using the exploration data of the deposit and related regions in this area, so as to determine the prospecting prospect area in the study area. In this paper, the Jacknife analysis module of maximum entropy model is used to quantitatively rank the importance of 39 geochemical element variables, and finally obtain the prospecting prospect map of the study area. The research results show that the Dapingzhang mining area has the potential to find hidden ore in the deep and surrounding areas, and the northern and southern ends and western sides of the rock ore control structural belt in the eastern region of the mining area have good prospecting prospects. The research results provide an important basis for the deployment of follow-up exploration work in the study area, and the maximum entropy model has a good application effect in mineral resources exploration. 展开更多

Remote Sensing Landslide Monitoring Based on Machine Learning Method

The susceptibility evaluation of landslides has become one of the key environmental issues that people are concerned about. This study took the land-slides in Xishuangbanna, Yunnan Province as the study object, and selected 10 evaluation factors such as digital elevation model (DEM), slope aspect, precipitation, land use, water system, roads, population density, lithology, faults, and NDVI. Different machine learning methods were compared and studied, and the ROC (receiver operating characteristics) curve verification revealed that the accuracy of the random forest evaluation model was high. In the prediction and evaluation of the susceptibility of landslides, five risk levels were divided. After the superimposed analysis, 87.26% of the disaster points fell in the first and second susceptibility areas. The spot analysis found that the distribution of hot spots is consistent with the distribution of disaster spots. In a word, the results of this study can provide better technical support for the evaluation and early warning of landslides in Southwest China. 展开更多

Because of the developed economy and lush vegetation in southern China, the following obstacles or difficulties exist in remote sensing land surface classification: 1) Diverse surface composition types;2) Undulating terrains;3) Small fragmented land;4) Indistinguishable shadows of surface objects. It is our top priority to clarify how to use the concept of big data (Data mining technology) and various new technologies and methods to make complex surface remote sensing information extraction technology develop in the direction of automation, refinement and intelligence. In order to achieve the above research objectives, the paper takes the Gaofen-2 satellite data produced in China as the data source, and takes the complex surface remote sensing information extraction technology as the research object, and intelligently analyzes the remote sensing information of complex surface on the basis of completing the data collection and preprocessing. The specific extraction methods are as follows: 1) extraction research on fractal texture features of Brownian motion;2) extraction research on color features;3) extraction research on vegetation index;4) research on vectors and corresponding classification. In this paper, fractal texture features, color features, vegetation features and spectral features of remote sensing images are combined to form a combination feature vector, which improves the dimension of features, and the feature vector improves the difference of remote sensing features, and it is more conducive to the classification of remote sensing features, and thus it improves the classification accuracy of remote sensing images. It is suitable for remote sensing information extraction of complex surface in southern China. This method can be extended to complex surface area in the future. 展开更多

磷改性环氧的极限氧指数高但会降低力学性能且抑烟效果不明显,硅改性环氧具有增韧和耐温的特性但其极限氧指数偏低。为了满足工程应用对环氧树脂防火安全性和力学性能的要求,采用硅磷协同阻燃改性得到综合性能优异的树脂。文中用聚苯基... 磷改性环氧的极限氧指数高但会降低力学性能且抑烟效果不明显,硅改性环氧具有增韧和耐温的特性但其极限氧指数偏低。为了满足工程应用对环氧树脂防火安全性和力学性能的要求,采用硅磷协同阻燃改性得到综合性能优异的树脂。文中用聚苯基丙基硅氧烷(Z-6018)和10-(2,5-二羟基苯基)-10-氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO-HQ)作为载体,通过化学接枝将硅磷元素引入到环氧树脂中,制得硅改性环氧树脂(B-30)、磷改性环氧树脂(P-27)和硅磷双改性环氧树脂(B-P),并通过红外光谱确认化学结构。通过拉伸试验、热失重、极限氧指数、锥形量热、扫描电镜和X射线光电子能谱等方法研究了树脂的力学性能、阻燃性能、阻燃机制和抑烟机制。B-P的拉伸强度为75.0 MPa,较E-51,P-27和B-30分别提升15.4%,67.7%和44.2%。而与E-51相比,P-27和B-30拉伸强度降低,这体现了“脆”和“韧”共混时的强度协同作用。通过阻燃性能测试可知B-P各自继承了B-30显著的抑烟性和P-27较高的LOI,对点燃和播焰性没有协同作用。B-P燃烧后残留硅磷元素量显著大于单独改性树脂,且残留物外观综合了硅磷单独改性的特征,形成了一种致密坚硬微观复合结构,体现了成份和结构的协同作用。 展开更多

Green energy storage devices play vital roles in reducing fossil fuel emissions and achieving carbon neutrality by 2050.Growing markets for portable electronics and electric vehicles create tremendous demand for advanced lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)with high power and energy density,and novel electrode material with high capacity and energy density is one of the keys to next-generation LIBs.Silicon-based materials,with high specific capacity,abundant natural resources,high-level safety and environmental friendliness,are quite promising alternative anode materials.However,significant volume expansion and redundant side reactions with electrolytes lead to active lithium loss and decreased coulombic efficiency(CE)of silicon-based material,which hinders the commercial application of silicon-based anode.Prelithiation,preembedding extra lithium ions in the electrodes,is a promising approach to replenish the lithium loss during cycling.Recent progress on prelithiation strategies for silicon-based anode,including electrochemical method,chemical method,direct contact method,and active material method,and their practical potentials are reviewed and prospected here.The development of advanced Si-based material and prelithiation technologies is expected to provide promising approaches for the large-scale application of silicon-based materials. 展开更多

The ^(232)Th(n,f)cross section is very important in basic nuclear physics and applications based on the Th/U fuel cycle.Using the time-of-flight method and a multi-cell fast-fission ionization chamber,a novel measurement of the^(232)Th(n,f)cross sec-tion relative to^(235)U in the 1–200 MeV range was performed at the China Spallation Neutron Source Back-n white neutron source(Back-n).The fission event-neutron energy spectra of^(232)Th and^(235)U fission cells were measured in the single-bunch mode.Corrected 232Th/235U fission cross-sectional ratios were obtained,and the measurement uncertainties were 2.5–3.7%for energies in the 2–20 MeV range and 3.6–6.2%for energies in the 20–200 MeV range.The^(232)Th(n,f)cross section was obtained by introducing the standard cross section of^(235)U(n,f).The results were compared with those of previous theoreti-cal calculations,measurements,and evaluations.The measured 232Th fission cross section agreed with the main evaluation results in terms of the experimental uncertainty,and 232Th fission resonances were observed in the 1–3 MeV range.The present results provide^(232)Th(n,f)cross-sectional data for the evaluation and design of Th/U cycle nuclear systems. 展开更多

Since ancient times,lightning disasters have undoubtedly been an unstoppable threat to humanity.During thunderstorms,lightning often damages objects on the ground,such as buildings and structures.Since Franklin invented the lightning rod in 1752,lightning rods have been used worldwide to prevent direct lightning strikes in various fields such as high-voltage power transmission lines,outdoor chemical sites,highways,land and sea wind farms,and forest lightning fire protection.It has been proven that lightning accidents still occur frequently in places where lightning rods are installed and the protective angle method is used.In order to further study the protective effect of lightning rods and identify the shortcomings of lightning rod protection,negative lightning strikes are taken as the research object,to analyze the limitations of lightning rods in preventing direct lightning strikes from the working principle of lightning rods. 展开更多

Single-ion conducting polymer electrolytes(SIPEs)are promising candidates for high-energy and highsafety lithium-metal batteries(LMBs).However,their insufficient ionic conductivity and electrochemical stability hinder their practical application.Herein,three new SIPEs,i.e.,poly(1,4-phenylene ether ether sulfone)-Li(PEES-Li),polysulfone-Li(PSF-Li),and hexafluoropolysulfone-Li(6FPSF-Li),all containing covalently tethered perfluorinated ionic side chains,have been designed,synthesized,and compared to investigate the influence of the backbone chemistry and the concentration of the ionic group on their electrochemical properties and cell performance.Especially,the trifluoromethyl group in the backbone and the concentration of the ionic function appear to play an essential role for the charge transport and stability towards oxidation,and the combination of both yields the best-performing SIPE with high ionic conductivity of ca.2.5×10^(-4)S cm^(-1),anodic stability of more than 4.8 V,and the by far highest capacity retention in Li‖LiNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.2O2cells. 展开更多

The Scientific Experimental system in Near SpacE(SENSE)consists of different types of instruments that will be installed on a balloon-based platform to characterize near-space environmental parameters.As one of the main scientific payloads,the middle and near ultraviolet spectrograph(MN-UVS)will provide full spectra coverage from middle ultraviolet(MUV,200−300 nm)to near ultraviolet(NUV,300−400 nm)with a spectral resolution of 2 nm.Its primary mission is to acquire data regarding the UV radiation background of the upper atmosphere.The MN-UVS is made up of six primary components:a fore-optical module,an imaging grating module,a UV intensified focal plane module,a titanium alloy frame,a spectrometer control module,and a data processing module.This paper presents in detail the engineering design of each functional unit of the MN-UVS,as well as the instrument’s radiometric calibration,wavelength calibration,impact test,and low-pressure discharge test.Furthermore,we are able to report ground test and flight test results of high quality,showing that the MN-UVS has a promising future in upcoming near-space applications. 展开更多
